Dear Sir/Madam

I purchased the Bike from Ramkay TVS Adayar on 07/07/2015. The experience was nice from sales side. Now the problem is from your Dealers Service Section. If it is a free service they will not at all listen from customer complaints. Simply they need money from customer. To be honest I really got a worst Customer Service experience from TVS and the dealer.
Here I described detailed experience which I got from TVS and Dealer.

First Service Experience.

Reported Problems.

1. Cold Start issue.
2. Throttle issue in 2nd gear.
3. Vibration between 40 -50 km speeds.
4. RPM Variation Issue.

The same I reported to service Centre. Then the mechanic came for test drive and he declared no problem in your bike and the vibration is normal and it will come. Then he takes my bike for service and normal oil change. Then I received the call from service Centre your bike ready come and collect. I paid the money after 2 and Half Hour they delivered my bike. I was in urgent and I moved immediately from service Centre. Next day morning I noticed physical changes in my bike. Both the side mirrors not in position and the Battery side cover is not locked.

Usually what we will think if our bike or car serviced. It will not create any issue for us to go ride. I planned to go out with my bike for 40 Km away from Chennai city. Still the Previous problems stands in the same. During the ride I noticed a new problem (Which is developed by Ramkay TVS Before it will come rarely). During the ride I completely reduced Throttle but the RPM stands in 4K and I applied the clutch still the RPM is in 4k. It creates big trouble for me to ride the bike. Each and every signal it creates big sound and the Engines Emits more Heat I was unable to keep my legs in foot rest. The next day I took my bike to service Centre I told everything they said me to wait for 30 Minutes. Again it takes 2 and Half hours for them to return my bike during the time I told them to take your own time and give another bike till my bike readiness.
They said no. Finally they gave my bike. I asked them what is the issue the said the engine Head alignment was in wrong position. I asked how come it will change the position automatically it was fine before the service. They said it will come some times. I asked only one question again the problem will come or not they said it will not come. Then I left from service centre. After 5 km again I noticed the same problem and the engine emits more heat.
Now they added one more new feature to my bike I don’t need to switch off manually it will get off automatically even I am riding. I called the service manager and explained the whole story. He said me return the bike to service centre. I said no you give me a stand by bike and take my bike. He said no. After frequent follow-up one mechanic called me (Who checked my bike in service centre and he said he will come to my place and resolve the issue. He reached and adjusted something near carburetor immediately the rpm gets down (He is not touched the RPM Screw). And he said now it’s ok. We both take a drive and it’s behaves normal. I asked what you guys did before and you said the issue is from Engine Head now you not even touched the head. Simply he laughs.

But the issue was not resolved. Then I made a call with TVS Toll Free Number. After few days I got a call from Mr. Hemanth. He told me to handover my bike to ramkay tvs. As he said I dropped my bike and explained him about all the problems. He asked me for one day to resolve the issues, but it takes more than two days. After couple of days they said all problems solved and we will drop your bike at your home. In night around 7.30 PM mechanic gave my bike and I told him to wait few minutes to complete test drive he said no.
Then I found the magic created by Ramkay and TVS. During the ride I heard huge noise from Engine Left side and immediately I call the mechanic who dropped my bike he came back and tested and said no issues. I shocked how come he said it’s normal and I asked one stranger to check the noise he also said noise is there then mechanic said give the bike I will take it to service center I told him no. After reaching my home I noticed BIG screw is not fixed properly and My Bike Body’s physically damaged. Immediately I called Mr. Hemanth and reported the same he told me to take the bike for inspection. Next day morning I went to Ramkay TVS Velachery Branch. Mr. Hemant Came and inspected and he asked sorry for the incident and he agreed to replace the damaged spares.

I went with Mr. Vadivel (Ramkay Tvs) for Test Drive More than 50 KM to prove the issue. Finally he agreed the problem and he changed the carburetor. Then I did test drive problem not solved. The he changed TCI. After that the problem not noticed. But Cold Start issue was there.

For All the above activity I spend My 3 Day’s
Second Service Experience.

I got a call from Ramkay TVS for Service due. I went there and reported the following problem.

1. Cold start issue.
2. Throttle Issue in Second Gear.

Again they said they need the 1 day time to resolve I said ok. But they took 3 Days. They said all problems resolved and Cold Start they replaced Choke Coil. I went for test drive and again I noticed the RPM raising issue. I came back to the service center I showed them the issue. The same time Mr. Hemath also was there. Then they replaced again the TCI. After that the issue was solved. But the Throttle issue was there. For this activity I spend 1 Whole day.

Third Service Experience.

I got a call from Ramkay TVS for Service due. I went there and reported the following problem.

1. Noise from the Tank.
2. Throttle Issue in Second Gear.
3. Self-start issue during the Gear.

They said ok. We will take care. Next day they returned my bike. Solved only the Self-start issue other problem was not resolved.
Kilometer Reached – 4100.

The vehicle is running with following Problems.

1. Throttle Response Issue in First and Second Gear.
2. RPM Raising/Decreasing Issue.
3. Noise from Chain Bracket.
4. Engine emits more heat compare to other Bikes.
5. Misfiring.
6. Gears are Hard.
7. Noise from the Tank.

Dear TVS… This is the current situation of Your Customer. Now I need the permanent solution from you.

    Your dealer is not delivering me Jupiter against credit payment. He is demanding 1.5% extra as service charge on full payment of vehicle. And to bring to your notice that, as per RBI norms no merchant should charge this extra service charge on credit card payments.

    I purchased the Bike from BM TVS Vellore on 12/10/2015. The experience was very nice from sales side & service also. Now the spare rate is very very worst in dealership . Simply they need money from customer. And another one main problem in RTR apache is chain sprocket, I was changed the chain sprocket within four months. Hereafter please change the chain sprocket quality...!

          I had purchased TVS jupiter 15/2/2015 till now I am not getting the exact mileage which was told while purchasing the Bike

          on[protected], after checking they told It will take some time to get the milage
          since 2 months I am taking regular reading

          it is giving only 30 -35 kmpl

          Kindly let me know weather I will get atleast 50 kmpl
          since Iam fed up with 30 - 35 kmpl

            Poor service... shastri nagar tvs centre manager: rajeev kumar
            pathetic customer dealing 0 satisfaction. I gave bike for service i do not know whether they charged the battery or not but since then bike is not starting at self start and people there are really ill manered
            I bought tvs Jupiter last year in may but till now m not get RC of my vehicle take any action as much as possible.

              I bought the tvs jupiter nov'2015, the guy said me that the service centre will be open for the whole year, even on sundays so that i can enjoy my free services on the given time, my 2nd service is going to due on 20th feb'2016 and today i.E. On 18th feb'2016 i came to know that the service centre is going to shut down
              i spoke to tvs customer care but the guy does not have any answer or no help for the customer, and that service centre guy is saying me to go to a service centre which is 20kms far away

                Till first free service i remind service executive same problem but they can't solve this till now...

                i have two three bikes...but no one bike having a vibrate like Apache 2015 model... event i run them top speed...

                    I have purchased jupiter on 22.10.2015. My jupiter was running good till first service. After first service the jupiter stops working in running condition. The problem was reported to M/s Sainath Auto, Nava Vadaj two to three times. They are doing some setting, but the problem is as it is. At the time of second service the complaint was given once again. However even after service the problem is as it is.

                      I bought TVS jupiter from BALAJI AUTO, FAIZ ROAD, Karol bagh on May 4th, now on Feb 5th it's 4th service was due. The vehicle made exceptional noise and on feb 9th 2016, around 10 a.m, when i reached service centre they told it was due to a hole in Silencer, on asking for the reason they said it is due to overspeeding.
                      How come on the roads of Delhi overspeeding is possible and with strict traffic rules, above that the guy advised to get it welded from outside, " HUMARE YAHAN NAHI HOTA BHAIYA, BAHAR SE KARWA LO "

                      I went home and the delivery was due 1p.m same day, after calling them around 4:30 in the evening they still said abhi ni huyi ( still not done )

                      i called again next day and same excuse was given with no promise to repair the silencer on the first day, to which they said " HUM DEKH LENGE "

                      i went to the service centre on 11th feb and scooty was nowhere to be seen.
                      It was standing in the last with all dust stored on it, silencer not repaired, after their lunch they told we cannot repair it.

                      After so much talks, the approval of claiming a new silencer has been forwarded but there has been no progress on the same, when i called today they said the part is not available or the billing cannot be completed for another 10-15 days.
                      My scooty is standing as it is, as it cannot be driven due to high noise and these people have no sense of providing good services to customer. Each and every customer present their has some issue or other with them.
                      This is a very pathetic service centre with careless people and workers.

                      The scooty is still standing as it is and the problem has not yet been rectified. The owner of the service centre of BALAJI AUTO TVS, near BSES Power Station, Shastri Nagar after 3 weeks almost says the silencer is not yet available and it is not available in the inventory. It cannot be billed due to unavailablity, TVS now really need to answer this and I am attaching pictures of the faulty silencer which seems to be failed from a point where it seems as if it was a manufacturing defect.

                          Dear Sir/Ma''m, I have purchased one bike(TVS Star city plus) from TVS Show room(Shree Motors) on dated 06/09/2015. Within 15 days it started showing few problems(Oil gauge indication, Staring, Gear etc). On 1st service (30 days) few things rectified. After that also 3-4 times bike demanded for repairing with in 1000 Km running/3 months. Faults like Oil leakage from engine happened thrice with regular staring & gearing problem. I have totally submitted/handover bike twice at the service center for the repairing. One day in service center, I have shocked the way of engine work & other service work did by technician on my bike. Now on last submission, I am not willing to receive same defected bike which is not still cover 1300 KM. I know same problem may occur in future & lots of time bandwidth and money will be expend. Few mail correspondence, photographs & videos I have which indicates the rate of serious engine work has done.

                            I am Shyam Krishnan. owner of TVS Zest Two Wheeler KL-01-BU-9652. I bought his two wheeler from TVS Pattom almost 3 months back. 2 weeks before now, I felt like the back tyre pressure is getting lower rapidly even if I check the type pressure regularly in 2 weeks. When I showed it to a local service centre, they informed me that there is gap in the back tyre rim which is causing the pressure decrease. I then gave my two wheeler at the Pattom service center and told them the issue. After checking they said, there is gap and they can correct the alignment of the rim, but the paint in the rim will go off at some place and ask me if it is ok. I agreed and they corrected the issue and gave me back the two wheeler.

                            Today I again felt pressure difference in my two wheeler back tyre and checked the tyre pressure again at a local tyre center near my home. They told me that the tyre is teared at the center and the threads had come off inside the tyre and I had to replace the tyre. They patched the tyre and I then reported this to the TVS service center Pattom and told me that it was because I gave it at the local workshop and they used some tools ignorantly to get the tyre off this rim which caused the tyre to rip of at the middle. I repeatedly tried to convince them that I had not given this scooter at any local workshop to take the tyre off the rim as the tyre is tubeless and taking the tyre off the rim is not needed in any case. But they are telling that the paint come off due to wrong handling in local workshop, but I tried to tell the service center manager that the paint come off when the Pattom tvs service center workshop guys tried to fix the gap in the rim when I gave this to tvs service center, but he is not listening to me.

                            Now the service center manager asking me to change the rim and tyre at my own expense as this is occurred due to my fault. Can some thing be done in my case. I cannot understand how a tyre become completely useless within 3 months o[censored]sage. If it is because of the gap in the rim, isn't it the responsibility of the TVS after service to cover the expenses in warranty.

                                today I have visited your show room TVS arya, Berhampur, orissa to as I am interesting to buy a gear less scooter but I have surprised to know that they are inclining Rs.100 and mechanic buxis, Rs.350.00 towards extend 5 yrs warranty and Rs.635/- for foot rest, as per statement of sales person(one madam was siting there) that it is mandatory while purchasing the vehicle from us, I couldn't understand how they com pall me to purchase extra warranty and foot rest and also why they are suggesting us to give buxis to mechanic.
                                As I am willing to purchase a Scooter if this type of atteuate what will be happen after purchasing your product form your dealer?
                                Awtaing your reply and electrification so I can be able to buy one scooter of your product

                                  Tvs services are worst.after giving bike for servicing no body bother to check whether engine is working properly or not.and the worst thing is staff so lazzy and late back specially KALAMKAR tvs.AND INSURANCE
                                  request is pending from 2 month neither TVs people or L&T people bother to see what's happening ..they don't even respond to call.
                                  I don't how much this mail gonna effect you but if you can help do come and keep Ur brand value

                                    we gave our vechicle tvs jupiter (tn 40 k 5584) on 28.12.2015 in periyanaicken palayam (lotus tvs-phone no:[protected] in coimbatore. The bike met with an accident and it got damaged in front. Nearly it is more than one and half a month. Still no response from the dealer. I don't know why they are making this much delay. For last three weeks they are claiming some future dates that your bike will be ready but still it continues. So kindly give me a solution when will they repair my vehicle.

                                      I, Annant Baheti From Jodhpur Rajasthan, purchased TVS-JUPITER ON 04.08.14 and run approx-10500kms and the rear tyre has been worn out approx 65% ( as per the TVS tyre dealers). I could not beleive that Such strong Scooter has so Poor quality Tyres... What I could do as my sister drives it just replacing from market
                                      TVS Motor Company customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
