I had my TVs scooty paid serviced at Krishna motors, Inda, kharagpur, west midnapur, west bengal on 5th february, friday.My TVs scooty regn. No is-WB 34 AK-7065.I had complained about kick starting difficulties.but I am very sorry to say that my problem did not solve at all.moreover they demand excessive amount for normal regular servicing.Beside this they sheldom give me computerised servicing bill.when I ask them they always say about internet problem or anyother lame excuses.pls.solve my problem at the earliest.Thank you .

    Requesting you that please solve my problem immediately.

    I purchased TVS Star bike in November 2012. Last ten years I am using TVs brand, trust only reason behind it. And I have done 5 year extended warranty also.
    Past two year I have facing problem of fuel gauge meter so I need permanent solution of it. Last three times fuel gauge changed by your services centre.
    I also facing problem with services centre whenever problem create they told me fuel gauge problem doesn't under us. Even I have done 5 year extended warranty. They accept when I informed in care.
    Now, Fuel gauge is not working again I ride my bike in service centre in mandvi-kutch, Gujarat. Services manager told me that complain this such issue in TVs branch office. I think there is two condition behind it either problem in bike or bad quality gauge. Your services centre failed to solve problem. Again I requesting you please rectify this issue permanent.

      I want to purchase TVS Apache RTR 180 ABS.
      I am staying in Asansol, W.B. Unfortunately ABS vertion is not available in my city. But ABS vertion is available at Durgapur, W.B (45 km from Asansol).

      When I contact S.R.B. WHEELS, Asansol he refuse to give servicing as I am not purchasing from him. But according to manual i can avail servicing anywhere in India.

      How he can refuse to give servicing?

      Please help.

          I have done a servicing of my jupiter in athorised showroom in Dehuroad Pune, after servicing it started giving a noise from engine so I informed service center, they kept my vehicle for 1 day & said your proble is resolved, but still there is a same issue, please advise what can be done.

              Hi

              I have bought jupitor from priyanka motors from panvel the sevice is so bad that while i came for buying they had promoise for giving all the acessories like including parking cover and helmet but as i booked it they denied for the same and after long argument they had a given a helmet which nothng o[censored]se only like a cap and no parking cover.
              And forget about the acessories i had purchases the vechical a month ago but i have not recived my number still inhad done the full payment in cash.
              After doing the follow up they are saying it will come some officer is not there and all.
              Request you please look in to it and kindly provide good service to customer so that the customer comes back.

                Dear Team,

                My Name is Bidyut Jyoti Bohidar, this is to bring your attention to my grievance. I purchased a latest model of “TVS Apache Rtr 180” Which is Blue in Color, on 25th January 2016 from "Barun TVS Showroom” from Bhawanipatna, Dist- Kalahandi (Odisha), 766001.

                After the purchase of the bike, there was a problem which arose on the next day i.e; Engine ignition problem and the front shock-absorber, I went for the complaint but on 26th January 2016 being the National Holiday, no one was there in the show-room to address the problem.

                Next day on 27th January 2016, I lodged a complaint regarding these to the showroom and also the Survey Engineer who looks after the matter on this region. Complained was accepted and there was a replacement of shock-absorber.

                Subsequently, on the following days, below are the issues which came upon my knowledge (every other day): -
                • Engine ignition problem (again)
                • Petrol tank side cover dislocated
                • Rear disc brake (smoke coming out of it)
                • Visor noise issue
                • Front-disc brake Issue
                • Front Mud-guard monogram problem

                Currently, the said bike is in the showroom’s possession.

                This is not at all acceptable for the kind of amount paid for this product, I request you and the company here “TVS” to replace my bike as soon as possible.

                I believe you will look into this matter immediately and kindly do the necessary.

                    Sir i am having 3 jupiter scooters .Today i visited the anjikar automobile chandrapur maharashtra asked for amc and gave 1000/- note but he refuse to return 200/ ant having change. Then i bought 800/ change and paid.And then i given my scooter for servising in the evening when i visited to shoe room he asked me for 15/ rs i paid 100/ rs note still he asking i am not having change in very rough way .So i request you to please ask your dealer to keet change with sales department

                          I have purchased my TVS Jupiter in 11th nov, 2015. But still I have not received my TAX receipt, I have asked for choise number before purchasing the vehicle they have agreed for the same and charges asked for Rs.1500/_ . I am ready for that also. But after 2 month I have not got mu choise number so that I informed him for regular number but still not getting my TAX Receipt and there is no proper response and follow up from supreme automobile, Dombivali east.
                          Really every every cheap n worst service given by supreme automobile, Dombivali East.

                            I don't want to say hi,
                            I think Tvs com open for harash the customer. @ time purchase they complete there process of loan @ 15 days after so many calls, when I had complete all documents with my blank five sign cheques also 3 ECS forms with axis bank stamp now they said after 4 months ECS not activated and also not given my fifth cheque detail.

                            They want I m doing again all process I think I m not fool. If they shut there company I ll give my all emi's in cash.
                            I want say only disgusting and non liable company.

                                It has been worst support from RDC TVS chennai Alwarthiru nagar. We have been told at the booking time that the vehicle will be delivered on 17-Jan-2016 but it is not delivered till now and the sales man Vijay is claiming some reason as Sales letter, blab, blab etc. I'll never buy vechicle from TVS heremore and especially from RDC. Iim lookin for some ombudsman to sue the RDC TVS Dealers

Even after completing four services an abnormal noise (like bearing wornout noise) is coming .                                     They goofed up with my address, it has been 7 months that i have bought my jupiter from tvs rushabh, Pune yet havent received my documents. n on top of it they say that they have sent it to the right address while on my insurance papers incorrect address has been mentioned. No responsibility has been take from their end to take care of the situation while its all their fault. & please do check the centres review on google u will find out more such goofups! Some serious action needs to be taken & definately im going to badmouth about tvs! You will see my reviews on google on more social sites

                                      After seeing so many reviews of the bikes, lastly, I decided and purchased TVS Star City Plus in the month of March 2015. After two months of purchase, the Speedometer of the bike got unserviceable. The gravity of the problem is such that even the KiloMeter reading doesn't function. I got it repaired (Battery replaced) from SR Motors Showroom; from where I purchased the bike. Subsequently, three months later the same problem has commenced again. One of my personal mechanics (private) has told me after examining the bike speedometer that it is the defect of manufacturer since the sensor/battery has been given beneath the engine and if the bike goes into the roadside water especially during the rainy season then the Sensor/battery gets fused. On 28 Sep 15, I received a phone call from TVS Co. vide Number [not known; but got written something like (DM-TVSMBL)] for knowing the feedback of the bike at their end. When I told them the same problem, first of all they have lodged a complaint vide[protected] and have given me a date i.e.,[protected] to visit SR Motors for getting it repaired. I went to that Showroom four times but lastly, the proprietor of the Showroom has told me that they will speak to their Co. head and will make a call for calling me for the necessary repair of bike and insisted me that this will be done only after Dussehra. Anyhow, I waited; but as of now Dussehra, Diwali, Milad-un-nabi, Chritsmas and also New year eve have gone but still I didn’t receive any call neighter from Showroom nor from Co. in response to the lodged complaint. Even though, in spite of the fact that some around five months have been crossed, but still my bike is running with unserviceable speedometer and it is the new bike for name sake only. However, my request to the TVS Co. is that ‘Can they convert/re-issue my electronic speedometer to normal speedometer or get it done repaired only. If it is the later case, the problem will start again since the speedometer is wholly dependent on a small battery which is beneath engine. I don't the exact technical terminology but I want that the same problem should not recur again. My No. is [protected]
