There have been quality issues with my bike Apache 180 ABS since its purchase in Aug 2011 and it has not been rectified even after spending so much time and money. There is no response from the company and even the service centers. My ABS sensors are not working since the time I purchased and I have changed it to new ones almost 5 ties in the past 4 years. This so called quality and trust oriented company should throw away all their quality awards. I will not think of buying a TVS bike henceforth. There are multiple issues with the bike and even their service guys cannot rectify it. When asked, they say that company has some quality issues. If that's the only answer the company personnel has to give then why not shut down your company?

    I bought the jupiter in sept 2015 and done the first servicing. Today whn i was riding the engine stopped suddenly and not getting started. called up service centre but they are not responding & evn showroom guyz are saying its not their duty... Useless team of ...TVS. one one is helping

      I brought tvs star city + on 30/04/15. I got problem with tyre tube . The tube was punchured for 3 times without any niddles . The punchure shop boy told the tube was problem contact show room. I gave complints for twice they r not responding & telling that it is not come under warrenty cover. Manufacture defect is thier. Plz kindly solve problem.In Tirupathi i got problem

          DOI :[protected] Service Advisor : Arvind ([protected]) From Kompally Branch "Sri Uma TVS" I had given bike for service which I said the problems are beating and some other noise is coming, Disk plates and disk pads change, with synthetic oil, no pick up and head light is not working in low beam. These are the problems I explained clearly on submission of bike on[protected], they said same day delivery is not possible but i requested them without bike for me it is problem to go office then they said that by evening they will try to deliver my bike with complete service. As i was busy in my work i forget to visit showroom and they haven't called me to collect my bike they called me on[protected] at approx 4:00-5:00 PM and they are forcing me to collect the bike immediately as they will close the showroom by 6-7 pm, I said them Due to office meeting i went to some other location and I will reach by 7:00 Pm and i went paid the bill around 4500/- and collected the bike. I collected my bike in a position it was full of dust, they haven't cleaned just collected the money and given bike keys to take and they left. I cleaned my bike there itself and went to home as I wear helmet I haven't noticed that the sound is still coming later i recognized and on the same day I got a call from service center for feedback, I explained the same thing to them they said that we will rectify it kindly bring the vehicle to showroom. As they called me and they assured that they will rectify it I went to give the bike today[protected] Mr.Arvind is speaking in such a way with attitude answers that they can't deliver my bike today as it will take 1 day time to check it again. Then I spoke with MD of "SRI UMA TVS" he assured that they will try to deliver today by evening 99%. Later I received a call from Mr. Arvind and now he is stating that there is few problems and need to check with bore to replace few spare parts for that I agreed and said to go on and deliver the bike, again he started the whole story can't deliver it today and again I need to pay Labour charges. I argued with him why I need to pay charges again as this is their problem they haven't cleared in first given point of time and due to their mistake why I need to pay extra. when I'am saying will take serious action on this, then his reply was what ever you want to do you can I did my job that's it. Is this is the way to behave with the customers I don't face this kind of worst experience with TVS. Hope they will sort out this issue.

            Purchased TVS Wego from Priyanka Motors, Panvel, Navi mumbai, Raigad, Maharashtra on 09.11.2015. They charged onroad price, for that they Rs.58500/- (Rs. 53000/- for vehicle and Rs.5500/- for Insurance, registration, accessories and others. But they could not maintain their words. The Charges were including number plate and registration. Now they are telling that we will not print the number on the number plate. Second, on 10/12/2015 I have given my Wego for 1st Free servicing. Which is not upto the mark. Today i.e. on 11.12.2015, I got my vehicle, performance is not upto the mark. They charged me Rs.300/- for oil. The person Mr. Subhash, who used to issue cash memo, is very rough to customers. He had given me the cash memo of Rs. 300/- having half information about my vehicle. When I asked him to fillup properly, he replied, we donot have time to fill these columns. Whether these persons or Priyanka Motors are working as per the principles of TVS Motors? First principle, allure the customer, sale the goods and then make them miserable by rough behaviour. I donot think so. Please take stern action to maintain your goodwill. Thanks

            Pathetic service and the most unprofessional people I have ever met in my life. Gave my scooty for service for the second time, they took out 2 litres of petrol. The third time my scooty broke down after just 2 weeks of service.

              It is brought to your knowledge that, I Binoy P bought a TVS Apache RTR-160 bike from Grace TVS Motors agency, Thana, Kannur, Kerala on 13 Dec 2012. I have ensured timely servicing of my bike as per your TVS manual. How ever, the bike is presently facing a major engine problem, i.e engine piston head is rugged and it has been declared unrepairable by mechanic. The servicing of the bike was done in November 2015 at that time KM of engine was 23000Km. I have approached to the TVS agency but the agency mechanic stated that the problem is due to non refilling of engine oil at the due time. On the contrary the bike has undergone all services on time and done by TVS agency only. The engine issue is only due to the poor servicing standard of TVS agency and for the same agency should be held responsible. This bad experience of mine will lead to a poor name of the company in the market and the same will not be suggested to any one by me. Keeping in view of the above, you are requested to approach the Grace TVS motors agency Thana, Kannur, Kerala at the earliest and clear the matter on priority. An early reply is awaited and in case of delay, the matter will be projected in consumer court.

                I bought tvs wego on 20 oct.and its troubling me since start. 1)shockers were noisy 2)on the movement of handel it used to make noise 3)stops on way if slowed down 4)on heating up starts making an irritating voice 5)engine has a very very weird noise. I bought this vehicle so that I wont be troubled, but its more than worst than my old one if I have to run to workshop again and again. since the day of purchase I have visited the tvs workshop for 6 times. now I want replacement or my cashback

                    I am facing problem with TVS Jupiter vehicle from the day of purchase. The vehicle come with poor quality.. It's difficult for me to start my vehicle with self i cant even see the sign of battery in meter so i have to start with kick.. Everytime i ride the scooty when i take took a break on redlight or in jam it stopped.. and then i have to start with kick again. I already visited the service center after i purchase this scooty once and they switch the fuse in dicky..and after that scooty runs well for i guess 10days.. after 10 days again the problem so i decided to get a service of scooty at 700kms and again they check everything and the scooty runs well for like 7-10 days.. After that again same problem and i visited the service center again and they again check everything and change the fuse..and next day it happen again in the morning i am fed up now.. Its around 1 and a half month old..and i bought it with cash 55k..I dont have a Alternate.. I want a Replacement or a Refund from The company !! Is anyone here who tell me what can i do ..                       Hi, First of all i recommend not go for TVS Bikes. Not because quality issue, but totally worse service support. I will rate "ZERO" to service support & specially to TVS Matrix service Center at Mahim - Mumbai. My Silver color Jupiter bike is waiting for more than 02 weeks for replacement of damaged front mud guard. I use to call 3-4 times a day to service manger - Ajay Rane, but hopeless guy unable to given any update except next date. Hence i take up matter with company, with communications i understand spare available with their (Matrix Motor - Mira road) principle branch, which ideally service center suppose to do. Now when spare available with them, the don't have bandwidth to repair it. It's ridiculous... For sale they show you service support carrot & now it's over for them.                         I am facing problem with TVS Jupiter vehicle battery from the day of purchase.

                        The vehicle come with poor quality of battery. It's difficult for me to start my vehicle with kick and sometimes with Choke everyday.

                        The company should resolve the problem as early as possible.

                          It is very very disappointing in customer experience with TVS motors in Bangalore near navarang circle BRIDGESTONE MOTORS prakash nagar Office contact number[protected], I can’t expect this type of very bad experience with your dealers, I giving my apache bike to get service in that show room on the date 19/11/2015 at the time 12pm when I get estimated time to service the bike is 20/11/2015 12pm & no one is calling from showroom to give estimate amount of service I called on 20/11/2015 on 3pm to that showroom the service engineer is telling we need more time to give the bike the bike . ok when I visited the showroom at the time of 5;30pm my bike is not get serviced & no one is not taking care of my bike no one is touch the bike of service provider to service the bike, when I calling and asking for update he is not responding correctly we don’t have some parts we are waiting for that & I am asking for my bike for tomorrow at the time of 21/11/2015 12pm for full service . he is asking till evening, he is telling I am not able to give bike with service for you on 21/11/2015 12pm if you are not agree you take your bike out now itself. * I want to know why this type bad service to giving to customer there is no time management in your service provider?. * Why should we need to purchase TVS bikes with yours in this type of service to us or customers? * For one bike service you want 3 days?. * There is other companies Honda & Hero or Bajaj is giving good service why u not giving?. * There is no time bar in service of bikes? * Why we need to wait for three days for an full service or i[censored] want 3 days to give an bike service are I think u need 6 months to prepare one bike. * Are you provide training to your dealers about how to improve the good customer experience with customers. * When your sales persons is selling the bike in good manner why you are not maintaining that in full journey of bike life. * Customers wants only good & speed of service, accuracy, service, maintenance & bike & more life right that’s only you are not giving to customers. * I strongly recommended to my friends & relatives that Please don’t purchase TVS bikes in future. * you are not giving value for customers time.                             I vaibhavi joshi have purchased Tvs jupiter on date : 18/07/2015 from city wide two wheelers, ahemdabad, Gujarat He delivered vehicle and promised me to give TVs's authorized receipt after RTO passing. He gradually complete insurance Policy and accessory of vehicle, but before RTO he passed away, shop remain closed.Manger and relative are saying that they don't have money and they don't know anything. Manager sunny : [protected] So I contact to TVs company and main dealer, they are not helping. My complain number on tvs support : 38800 Main dealer : Kataria TVS, Ahemdabad Contact number :[protected] Main dealer : I sold "10 vehicles" to city wide but he did not give my payment so i can't help until i get my payment. Company customer care : Gave me Territory manager number who is very rude and not helping me. He cut my phone when i said how can your dealer sold 10 vehicles without payment!! Their dealers can sell vehicles to some sub dealers first without taking payment, this people can sell vehicles to sub dealers without payment but we can't buy vehicle from there by giving full payment, if we do, then it is unauthorized...great company!!! No further updates from company. Con number : [protected] name of TM : Pravin singala I sent so many emails to service.support but they are not replying I can not use my vehicle as RTO passing is not done. I want service book, payment receipt, tool kit, RTO ref number. Ca you give me some email of your's so i can send you insurance copy which is in PDf format, received from company. Here i attached images of payment receipt. One Important point is all customers of city wide who bought vehicle of Honda they got all docs and everything.                             TVs is selling their vehicle to some multi brand organization for the sake of increasing their marketing and selling.
                            And when a customer raise a complain they have been told that we can't help because Mbo is not tvs's authorised
                            Then why did you people sell your vehicles to them without any payment?
                            If you buy a product of xyz company from a mall and if you don't get service or product is spoiled then who will be the responsible person?? Mall's owner or company??
                            How can you be so rude to your consumers?????I think tvs will become famous for poor customer care in short period
                            is there any one @company who can help us?
                            I talked to head office they replied : This type of selling of vehicle without payment happens !!!
                            How can they say this ...if your company is not liable to take responsibilities of your own vehicles then who is going to take it?
                            company is informed but not taking any action on that!
                            Company marked status of my complain as resolved wihtout resolving it !!!

                            ABS Problem

                            I have Apache RTR 180 with ABS bike but from last three month we facing problem with ABS system and i show the showroom many times at RC Puram (BHEL- Hyderabad-Telangana State) but not resolve the problem yet

                              I have purchased jupiter two wheeler before 1 month. Now after 10 days, horn is stop working so i put my vehicle in service and they make new horn.After 5 days, horn is stop to work.Also the speedometer is not working, pick up is not come, Brekewire is broken . So Many of the reason, I want to replace my jupiter vehicle..
                              Also dealer said that we are not to replace vehicle .

                              I have spend 59500 rupees for new jupiter so why i am suffer from this problem..

                              I request to justify me ..

                                Mileage problem with TVS jupiter scooter

                                As displayed / said by company TVS Jupiter scooter is not giving mileage. Its clearly mentioned as 61 kmpl. As a consumer i'm expecting at least 50 kmpl. I bought my scooter last year and I have taken free service 5 times(each service paid 500 rupees). After first service mileage problem started. When i gave my bike for 5th service mileage was 32 to 35 kmpl. Service done by Indian motors, Madiwala. Service was very poor. I told service...

                                Really very disgusting experience in service center. I had given my bike for service (apache rtr 160)one years old.
                                I told my complain regarding my bike problem on job card
                                Next day service my bike and deliver to ne nextday
                                But when I took ride it not look gud and complaint on jobcard was not resolved.then next day I received call from tvs customer care I told her that I was not satisfied with the service she told me next day u can show again and it will be solved
                                But again same problem no response given to my bike after some they took my bike for checking and they broke my handle nut while opening it.I complaints this to manager regarding this but again ni response I Wass extremely feeling very bad regarding services tvs company provide.then again I went show room but there also no response and the behavior they show extremely bad.I m using tvs bike since last 7 years but now feeling it's worst and I m going to file a complaint regarding service in consumer forum court against tvs services centre sigra varanasi up 221001. Very very bad experiences [protected]

                                First of all i would like to say i am not from india.. i am a NRI citizen which have come from a different country and live in india.. i have brought the scotty pept plus just 6months ago.. the scotty has being gone for 3services and yet i was facing so many problems while driving.. i had taken the scotty for the last service.. the mechanic could find the fault and could not resolve the situation and they had to keep the scotty over night.. this is not it.. the guy told me.. it will be fixed today.. as off keeping it over night and still not fixed next day.. they made wait another day and then told me.. we have to wait another 1week untill we receive parts.. i would like to say this.. this is the worse experience i have had.. i will never ever recommend anyone to buy tvs product because the company is not providing any good products and then plus the staff that is working for the company.. do not care about the customers problem.. they dont know how to talk properly with respect.. i had spoken to a lady in the service center named.. sandiya.. the person who booked my scotty.. was arif.. very rude man.. and his manager at sigra tvs service center was anil dubey which was not helpful at all in any way.. he was not giving me any solution or any help and hanged up the phone by saying.. i cant do anything if i dont have parts so you just have to wait.. this is not the solution anyone would want.. please DO NOT RECOMMEND TVS to anyone.
                                First of all i would like to say i am not from india.. i am a NRI citizen which have come from a different country and live in india.. i have brought the scotty pept plus just 6months ago.. the scotty has being gone for 3services and yet i was facing so many problems while driving.. i had taken the scotty for the last service.. the mechanic could find the fault and could not resolve the situation and they had to keep the scotty over night.. this is not it.. the guy told me.. it will be fixed today.. as off keeping it over night and still not fixed next day.. they made wait another day and then told me.. we have to wait another 1week untill we receive parts.. i would like to say this.. this is the worse experience i have had.. i will never ever recommend anyone to buy tvs product because the company is not providing any good products and then plus the staff that is working for the company.. do not care about the customers problem.. they dont know how to talk properly with respect.. i had spoken to a lady in the service center named.. sandiya.. the person who booked my scotty.. was arif.. very rude man.. and his manager at sigra tvs service center was anil dubey which was not helpful at all in any way.. he was not giving me any solution or any help and hanged up the phone by saying.. i cant do anything if i dont have parts so you just have to wait.. this is not the solution anyone would want.. please DO NOT RECOMMEND TVS to anyone.

                                  I bought a NEW TVS Apache 160 RTR(registration number : HR79A 2973) from Yogesh Automobiles Kharkhoda (Sonipat- Haryana Pin Code- 131402) on 18 July 2015 and after two months from purchase it's LOCK system not working and i approach Yogesh automobile to replace it or repair it and they do some oiling and say it will work.But it do not work and i again approach Yogesh to replace it and he refused.


                                  Now Bike battery also not working and again i went to Yogesh and they said battery belong to EXIDE and you need to go to EXIDE service center.As i purchase bike from TVS why should i go to EXIDE service center and they said they could not help.After couple of argument they agreed to approach Exide them self and said it took around 2 week.I said till then provide me some old battery and they refused CLEARLY(Other Company like Honda always provide a replaced OLD battery during replacement period).


                                  Then i gave battery and my original service copy to Yogesh for battery replacement and they said come after 2 week without giving me some OLD battery till replacement.

                                  I am very frustrating with service provide from Yogesh Automobile(people of this office taking with very Rudely)

                                  PLEASE take some strict action against them and provide me new battery and replaced my lock as well else i will go to Consumer Court.

                                    The vehicle was bought from Shanthi Motors, Narayanaguda, Hyderabad, in the year, 2012. The required scheduled servicing was also carried out at Hyderabad, by M/s Shanthi motors. The registration No of the vehicle is AP09CJ6110. 2. After keeping it in Hyderabad for a few months, in the year 2013, it was sent to my son, Mr. Karthik, who was then pursuing his Engineering at MIT, Manipal. 3. First indications of something wrong with the vehicle's ABS came to light when my son met an accident and had to be hospitalized at Manipal hospital in May 2013 itself. While returning from a nearby restaurant, the brakes failed and he went and hit a wall. Fortunately, it was not a major accident, other than damages of around some 10k and hospitalization for a couple of weeks. In fact, I attributed the accident to youthful exuberance of my son rather than the defect in ABS functioning, though my son was categorical that break jamming resulted hitting the wall. 4. After due checking, servicing at authorized TVS service center, Sri Radha TVS at Udupi, Karnataka, and replacement of damaged parts of the vehicle, my son continued to use the vehicle. 5. In the year 2014, we shifted to Bangalore, Karnataka, as my son is placed here in ITPL. My son continued to complain about the occasional jamming of the breaks and we have shown the vehicle at three of the authorized service centers of TVS, namely, Neo TVS at Banneragatta Road, Ace Bike service at Madiwala, Trijal service centre at Whitefield and Tristar service center at Domlur, Bangalore. 6. At each of the service centers, the service personnel claimed that nothing is wrong with the functioning of ABS, and we had to replace many parts associated as per the advice of the service center. All the listed replacements were genuine parts only. a. Three times front brake pads b. Twice front brake cable c. Front Disk. d. Cylinder assembly front master e. Kit pad assembly Even after all these replacements, the vehicle's front ABS malfunction has been continuing and in fact, the vehicle is with TRISTAR service for the last 10 days as they are unable to rectify the defect. The vehicle, which has been bought with a lot of hope and expectations, has left nothing but misery for us. All the time at regular intervals, it was serviced at TVS Authorized service centers only and whatever the recommended parts, were replaced. Till now the overall expenses o[censored]nnecessary visits and servicing at service centers coupled with parts has crossed rs.40, 000/ excluding the pain and misery of my sons accident and hospitalization for fifteen days. You can verify your database based on the vehicle service record about service carried out at various service centers. Remember, at each of the service centers, the same problem of front brake ABS failure was given as a complaint. I am so much frustrated with the vehicle and its frequent break downs that, I am ready to dispose off the vehicle at half price and don't touch TVS company even with barge pole in my life.

                                      The vehicle was given on Monday 31st Oct 2015 at Matrix Miraroad. After several follow up calls we got the vehicle today evening 3rd Nov 2015. This was second free service. Total km run by the vehicle 414. They charged for oil twice first time when the vehicle ran 300 kms. We were told oul will be chked and top up if needed will be done. But they cheated us & charged for full oil replacement. Job card number is not mentioned on the bill. Qty of oil replaced not mentioned on the bill. Bill dated 3/11/2015 number 34834. Bill dated 34004 number 34004. We had taken the vehicle for service in Saturday they refused saying that if the vehicle is not done in the same day the vehicle will be parked with them overnight and at our risk. They said if the vehicle is brought the next day it will be handed over on the same day. On whose risk did they park the vehicle for two nights. They are simply harassing the customers. When we went for delivery on 3rd Nov 2015 they were not able to trace the job card. In the absence of job card how could the technician get to know what is to be done. I thing they simply kept the vehicle for 3 days and handed over to us without doing anything.
