Dear Sir, It is very painful experience to have a Scooter Of the Year(Jupiter ZX Model) I am Abhijit Bhattacharya had bought a Jupiter ZX model just few days ago(Purchases Date[protected], After a week my scooter had a problem with horn, I make the first free service from where I purchases the scooter(Dealer Details as below). But problem had not been solved. I went again to the service center on this Monday to fix up the problem, they open the front part of the scooter and solve the problem but broken the Clip Lock system. They tried to make me understand that it is like It was or it is a manufacturing defect. They cannot help me anymore and I can go to the other service center. I make a complain today to the customer care (Complain Number:65764), after the complaint I call the mail dealer (SHAW AUTO CENTER) and they ask to come down. I have taken a leave from Office and went to the service center but the mechanic says that the CLIP LOCK has been broken by the first service center(Ghosh Automobile). They can externally fit a Clip to the body but the cost needs to be paid by me and also it will take some time to ask me to go there again on Saturday morning. I don’t want to fix it externally as it is a brand new scooter which has been damaged by the service center only. Please arrange to replace the back part of the front body else replace the scooter (It is not even one months Old). Waiting for you valuable response. I will be good, If the body part will be replace on Saturday(when I go to the SHAW AUTO CENTER again. sir .i am john.s my number [protected], i given service for my two wheeler, tvs victor gl, on[protected], at tri star tvs service centre, Kodi halli. Jeevan Bhimanagar Branch. their is not serviced properly, my vehicle engine oil was leaking .i went and given two times. but his not don the .service.i am not satisfied. pls do the need full.thanks

Since the time when i purchased i am facing many inconvenient service from you people, My Main concerned is Back wheel little bend since i purchased, Looks little Odd. Even I have 5 year warranty card also. But even i done with many service(4) but the bending part still same. Not resolved. Hope you people heading on the issue. Please make it resolve ASAP.

                Hi, I had met with a small incident on 1st Dec 2015 at 3:00AM. 1. I purchased the TVS only because of quality products and safety features and i suggested TVS products to my friends/colleges. but today this is my concern. I had raised the complaint only because I am having a question and I need to get the exact solution. I went over a road damage (i.e road is digged for a length of 1-2 feet) which is present in 4 way road in Hyderabad. Both front and rate weal’s went in a same speed around 70-75 KMP. But only rare rim got damaged with hair line crack where air is getting leaked. Why not the front rim is damaged if it is my mistake. This is purely a quality check mistake on behalf of TVS. I can strongly say this because from my experience I can able to know front rim is more stronger than rare rim. Why there is a quality mismatch in both rim. Some considerations need to be checked before checking right. Both front and rare tires are from TVS only and air pressure is maintaining as prescribed and weight holding by the vehicle at the time of damage is 90KG only. So why it has effected the rim. 2. TVS service center had ordered the mac weal under special order (VOR) in 2nd Dec 2015 but till today product had not yet received by the service center. 20+ working days are over and customer care, territory manager ETC are not responding properly and not providing the solution.                 I needed to service my vehicle since there were some noise with my rear drum brake. In service they did DISC overhauling, Clutch Overhauling, Painting, everything etc except the drum noise. I paid 1200 for this. still there were noise in my drum brake and I twice went to service they said now it will be ok. Still my problem is not resolved ! very very poor service.                   Tvs star city blue colour engine no cfiff1292960 purchased on 08 july 15 from tvs show room gajuwaka visakhapatnam .since then bike developing many problem like non starting kik sleepery battery dowm and not smooth run . Many time service centre contacted.problem still not sorted out .bike is with service centre gajuwaka since 18 dec .many time bike remain with service centre which is not acceptable .serviving also not don properly .                     I tulasiram naidu given pep+ for service in Rajajinagar Bangalore 10. This service centre was very wariest, I dint see this much bad service centre in my life, whatever problem we tells also they are not sallow the problem, they want to replace all the parts of the bike. They are not responding costumer complaint.it very bad 👎👎 [protected]

                          There have been quality issues with my bike Apache 180 ABS since its purchase in Aug 2011 and it has not been rectified even after spending so much time and money. There is no response from the company and even the service centers. My ABS sensors are not working since the time I purchased and I have changed it to new ones almost 5 ties in the past 4 years. This so called quality and trust oriented company should throw away all their quality awards. I will not think of buying a TVS bike henceforth. There are multiple issues with the bike and even their service guys cannot rectify it. When asked, they say that company has some quality issues. If that's the only answer the company personnel has to give then why not shut down your company?

                                  DOI :[protected] Service Advisor : Arvind ([protected]) From Kompally Branch "Sri Uma TVS" I had given bike for service which I said the problems are beating and some other noise is coming, Disk plates and disk pads change, with synthetic oil, no pick up and head light is not working in low beam. These are the problems I explained clearly on submission of bike on[protected], they said same day delivery is not possible but i requested them without bike for me it is problem to go office then they said that by evening they will try to deliver my bike with complete service. As i was busy in my work i forget to visit showroom and they haven't called me to collect my bike they called me on[protected] at approx 4:00-5:00 PM and they are forcing me to collect the bike immediately as they will close the showroom by 6-7 pm, I said them Due to office meeting i went to some other location and I will reach by 7:00 Pm and i went paid the bill around 4500/- and collected the bike. I collected my bike in a position it was full of dust, they haven't cleaned just collected the money and given bike keys to take and they left. I cleaned my bike there itself and went to home as I wear helmet I haven't noticed that the sound is still coming later i recognized and on the same day I got a call from service center for feedback, I explained the same thing to them they said that we will rectify it kindly bring the vehicle to showroom. As they called me and they assured that they will rectify it I went to give the bike today[protected] Mr.Arvind is speaking in such a way with attitude answers that they can't deliver my bike today as it will take 1 day time to check it again. Then I spoke with MD of "SRI UMA TVS" he assured that they will try to deliver today by evening 99%. Later I received a call from Mr. Arvind and now he is stating that there is few problems and need to check with bore to replace few spare parts for that I agreed and said to go on and deliver the bike, again he started the whole story can't deliver it today and again I need to pay Labour charges. I argued with him why I need to pay charges again as this is their problem they haven't cleared in first given point of time and due to their mistake why I need to pay extra. when I'am saying will take serious action on this, then his reply was what ever you want to do you can I did my job that's it. Is this is the way to behave with the customers I don't face this kind of worst experience with TVS. Hope they will sort out this issue.

                                    Purchased TVS Wego from Priyanka Motors, Panvel, Navi mumbai, Raigad, Maharashtra on 09.11.2015. They charged onroad price, for that they Rs.58500/- (Rs. 53000/- for vehicle and Rs.5500/- for Insurance, registration, accessories and others. But they could not maintain their words. The Charges were including number plate and registration. Now they are telling that we will not print the number on the number plate. Second, on 10/12/2015 I have given my Wego for 1st Free servicing. Which is not upto the mark. Today i.e. on 11.12.2015, I got my vehicle, performance is not upto the mark. They charged me Rs.300/- for oil. The person Mr. Subhash, who used to issue cash memo, is very rough to customers. He had given me the cash memo of Rs. 300/- having half information about my vehicle. When I asked him to fillup properly, he replied, we donot have time to fill these columns. Whether these persons or Priyanka Motors are working as per the principles of TVS Motors? First principle, allure the customer, sale the goods and then make them miserable by rough behaviour. I donot think so. Please take stern action to maintain your goodwill. Thanks

                                    Pathetic service and the most unprofessional people I have ever met in my life. Gave my scooty for service for the second time, they took out 2 litres of petrol. The third time my scooty broke down after just 2 weeks of service.

                                      It is brought to your knowledge that, I Binoy P bought a TVS Apache RTR-160 bike from Grace TVS Motors agency, Thana, Kannur, Kerala on 13 Dec 2012. I have ensured timely servicing of my bike as per your TVS manual. How ever, the bike is presently facing a major engine problem, i.e engine piston head is rugged and it has been declared unrepairable by mechanic. The servicing of the bike was done in November 2015 at that time KM of engine was 23000Km. I have approached to the TVS agency but the agency mechanic stated that the problem is due to non refilling of engine oil at the due time. On the contrary the bike has undergone all services on time and done by TVS agency only. The engine issue is only due to the poor servicing standard of TVS agency and for the same agency should be held responsible. This bad experience of mine will lead to a poor name of the company in the market and the same will not be suggested to any one by me. Keeping in view of the above, you are requested to approach the Grace TVS motors agency Thana, Kannur, Kerala at the earliest and clear the matter on priority. An early reply is awaited and in case of delay, the matter will be projected in consumer court.

                                        I bought tvs wego on 20 oct.and its troubling me since start. 1)shockers were noisy 2)on the movement of handel it used to make noise 3)stops on way if slowed down 4)on heating up starts making an irritating voice 5)engine has a very very weird noise. I bought this vehicle so that I wont be troubled, but its more than worst than my old one if I have to run to workshop again and again. since the day of purchase I have visited the tvs workshop for 6 times. now I want replacement or my cashback
