    I owns a TVS apache 160 and within 4000 Km it has started over heating and giving abnormal sound I complain to the customer care, Today I got a call from TVS and engineer says it is genuine problem. My Bike is 9 months old only. What to do ? now

      My name is Chirag Khatri i have purchased a new TVS Apache RTR 160 on August 23, 2015 from A.K Automobiles on B-24, swami Dayanand Marg, SwarnCinema Road, Delhi-110051. By the date of purchasing the bike making missing again and again and some Engine errors. Number of times i went to service center of but the Engineers of service centers have not rectify the problem after that i complaint in TVS Consumer Support they insist me that you go further once service center definitely this time your query will be resolved but conditions are same this is my worst experience with TVS Motor.         Good Afternoon..My Self Sonia Sharma I bought Tvs jubiter in May 2015 & my installment start in Octber 2015 (Aggreement No : DL3045TW08062) i got the date of 7th October i have debosIt amount for installment but finally my installment deduct on 20th october 2015 i dont knw what happen its was bounce ..i talk to mr shaker in tvs showrrom mohan nagar then Mr Vijay has come at my home for recovery and he is very poor person and misbehave with mom and me in morning at 8 AM. i talk to him very normaly but he was very bad gay so i want complaint to this person Mr Vijay (Mb : [protected]) Sir its my first installment not any 3 ya 4 pending so this guy behave like that vn already i have talk with mr shaker so i humble request please take any action for Mr Vijay ..otherwise i wil go to police n consumer for Mr Vijay. & TVS.

          Than I went to the dealer he check carburetor but problm is till remain with bike .

            I purchased bike on September.Some few days after the first service, There is a sound from the back wheel of the vehicle. Again i went to service station, They gave the bike back after two days saying that the problem was solved but after four days the same problem still present then i gave bike back for service but the service guy was negligent and ask me to take the bike back without providing the service.But i was persisted and i asked him to solve it, he said he will order the required pair part and ask me to come after a week.I gave the bike for the service after a week.It has been five days already and i have not got my bike back, please take action.

                I have purchased TVS Jupiter from Balaji TVS New Delhi in March 2015. After that I purchased 2 more TVS Jupiter from same dealer. I am really disappointed with the service provided by dealer. I have registered a complaint in TVD motors but I have not received any call from them. Although, TVS representatives gave me assurance that I'll get a call from them.but it has been more than 2 weeks that I have not received any call neither from dealer nor from TVS motors. This is really frustrating and disappointed form me. I want to escalate this issue to senior authority I can be contacted at +91-[protected]..

                  I have purchased a TVS apache rtr 180 from our nearest TVS store. After 3 months I have faced many problems such as starting problem vibration problem gear shifting problem after that I had took my bike to the service centre but still problems remain like before. recently I have submit my damaged battery but they are not giving any clarification about return of the battery.

                    Below is the complain I have done to TVS Customer Care, but no response was given from their side. Please help me in this regards, as they are cheating to me, by charging various amount... Vinay Vishwakarma Oct 12 (8 days ago) to Service.Support Hi, This email has reference to the heartburn service received at your service center (Matrix TVS) in Mira Road. I had given my bike (TVS Apache RTR 160 - MH.04.FH.3359) for servicing on 26.09.2015, JOB ID 34142, also have informed all the problems related to the bike. I had clearly informed about all issues and specifically that when i start my bike there is white smoke coming from silencer. The engineer checked it himself and said that they will solve the problem. I got delivery of my bike on 27.09.2015 wherein all issues were solved however white smoke was still coming through the silencer. When I asked about the same they informed that this issue will resolve in 2-3 days. Total bill amount charged to me was Rs. 2668/- which I paid happily as I was glad to know that the issues have been taken care of. I started using my bike again but still white smoke was coming. When I checked the oil level I found that the level of the oil is decreasing at a high rate and in almost a week all oil got exhausted. I again gave my bike at the service station and they said there is engine problem which needs to be checked. I was shocked to hear this as I was now in a dilemma of what work was done in the first service and what did I pay for. Again I have been told that I will be charged for checking and also again have to pay for same issue. This shows that no work was done in my bike in the first service, still I was charged. With no option left, I have given my bike again for repair on 05.10.2015 hoping to get proper resolution this time. This clearly shows quality of after sales service by TVS. Untrained professionals, incompetent engineers, feeling is like giving bike for repair to local garage person. Very disappointing. NOW COMING ON TO THE MAIN ISSUE: I am not willing to pay again for the same issue when I had told it to the engineer and he said issue is resolved. If I had reported the issue in first instance then now why I have been given new estimate of Rs. 9000/- Kindly get this issue resolved.

                      Hi, My name is Saurabh. I live in Hyderabad. I have recently bought TVS Zest scooty from Susheel TVS, Kukatpally (Hyderabad). I am having really horrible experience with TVS Susheel Outlet. 1) On first service of my Scooter, I asked for Teflon Coating, Foot pad, and break setting however when I went to collect my vehicle next day, I oberved nothing apart from washing has been done. When I checked why my mentioned issues were not taken care then they had no answers and said we will do it next time. 2) In second month of purchase (sometime in August), my right side rear view mirror got broken. I went to Susheel TVS (both kondapur & Kukatpally outlets) and I was told that it is not in stock and we will arrange in couple of days. Since, then I am calling them twice in a week and visiting them once in 10 days but they are so shameless that they never called me and updated me on the issue. In my last discussion with Mr. Suresh from TVS Susheel (Head of spare parts - as told to me) on 1st Oct'15 promised me that we will definately arrange the Right side mirror (Red) by 4-5th Oct and will call you. But again I didn't got any call. I then called them today morning (12th Oct) so Mr. Suresh promised again to collect the part 6 in the evening and when my wife reached there they mentioned that we dont have it, please come tomorrow. I am now fed up of them and their attitude towards customer are really rude. Please take immediate action and please tell me who is going to compensate my time, money and torture I went through because of TVS shusshet worst service. Still my issue is not fixed.                         Sir, Am sending this complaint regarding my new 2015 model scorpio(KL-35-F-.it met an accident on 2015september.it had been taken to TVS motors mahindra service center in kottayam kerala.I had cleared all insurance papers ready.They havnt taken the vehicle till this date.The vehicle's glass had broken and water goes inside, the interiors are fully damaged.Vehicle is parked in an open area .In heavy rainfull the waters fully goes inside.Am facing a huge financial lose due to the irresponsible .They send me massage that the vehicle will be ready on 30septembe2015.Bt till this day they havent taken it for work.My new vehicle in a worst condition now.I will waiten i will wait for your reply for 2 more days, then i will move legally against ur company and the service center.                           Dear sir/mam, I am writing you this complaint after so many followups for R.C. Of my newly purchased Tvs APACHE RTR 160 Rd New engine no. OE4HF2827459 on date 06/09/2015 from TVS Brass city motors near majolica churaya Delhi Road, Moradabad Up. Almost 35days gone over but till date I have not received my registration Certificate /number. As I am facing the issues on daily basis while got checked by police on the high way's. But no one is listening to me. I have already submitted all the relevant documents for the same purpose. So it is requested to you to pls support in getting the R.C. Of my bike.                             I have purchased new RTR 160 in TVS Approved Show room before 3 Months Back, on the time of purchase it self I was riding and checking the condition of bike, and I noticed that their is some wobbling(Front Wheel Jumping) issue with front wheel. So, I reported to service Centre on same place where I have purchased, they were explaining that due to insufficient of front wheel air this was happened-- so please fill air at any proper fuel station. I said ok, and next time I went to fuel station I checked the air condition was good but still the wobbling(Front Wheel Jumping) issue was their so maintained silent unto second service. At the time of second service I particularly mentioned the wobbling(Front Wheel Jumping) issue with service person and also mentioned in the entry sheet. after completion of service I came to take the bike but still it was not solved. Finally service came home ant took the bike for repair and till 4th day they have not returned the bike. Due to this Wobbling(Front Wheel Jumping) issue I am unable to drive for small distance also. so I have considered this as field issue and I thought to take this issue to TVS motor. Solution Required:- 1) If possible do Permanent Solution. 2) replace the Component for permanent Solution. 3) Else Change the Bike and replace with new bike. Note:- Their should be no temporary solution required for this issue.                                 Dear Team, I purchased bike apache 160 rtr in last may 2015 without test drive because I already believe on tvs service. However, I am not satisfy with current bike. 2 times I have visited at your service center Binsar tvs babarpur and did not get positive response. My bike is giving vibration very much on speed 35- 55 constantly. I am very tired about this. At there executive told me that in this bike we have vibrate and no solution. Sometimes engine sound does not look good. I am not supposed to advise other person to buy this bike only for reason vibration. Kindly do the needful or let me know what I can do.                                   Subject: complaint regarding my brand new bike apache rtr 180 cc

                                  Owing to the bad experience with your machine so that iam one among your unsatisfied customer, i heard a lots of good reviews about this bike from my friends and well - wishers. And i too was really happy while looking at it inside the glasses and in the road. And now i own one, but the experience with this particular bike was really bad and i don’t have specific words to define that all. Am a person who takes care of the bike with full care. Before this i had used yamaha ybx which was my first bike which is still with me since 2000. Due to this and as a good customer and worried about my money and also your company’s reputation i do write this letter.
                                  The problem started in the immediate first day itself, when they delivered the bike i was in happy mood and was ignorant to check whether they delivered the right product satisfying the quality that your company assures. But one of my friend with me who is very good in dealing with bike and who owns one from the launch itself and he who know the riding comforts of most of the bikes in the city, notified me about the rest (Corrosion) in the headlight stay. And i was stunned at looking at it. I had spent almost 90000 to own a brand new bike having a corroded part which was totally atrocious. This is not the one, and i noticed a somewhat hard scratch on the left side bottom of the petrol tank and also a scratch was there on its lock too and lock was difficult to close sometimes get struck, next was most of the screws (I meant the nuts and bolts) had loosened its shining and they are at the verge of corrosion, next is the problem with the chain and sprockets they were one sided, and the most danger problem which i faced after the first service is the handles are somewhat tight, one of my friend told me that there is some problem with its ballraisers, next problem is with the batteries this also arises after the first service and due to this i had faced almost a danger experience.And the all above listed problems had been clarified by your authorized service center by replacing each and every part but the problem with handles is still existing.

                                  Now am totally fed up with all this, i bought this bike thinking of which will satisfy all my day to day travel needs without any interruptions for a minimum of 2 years. But within one month this all happens and don’t know what would happen in the feature, only god knows. But am totally hesitated with the experience with your product. I don’t know whether you will consider this letter as a genuine one or pave the way to trash, but as a customer who had spent each and every penny for each and every part of the bike expecting for a good machine it’s my right to send you this. And i hereby requesting you to do the necessary to resolve my probs. Iam expecting a replacement of the bike, which will be the most appropriate and satisfactory option for me.
                                  As you will realize am highly dissatisfied with your product and i expect a replacement or refund of my money. Unless this is forthcoming i shall have to take matters a step further.
                                  I bought this bike after a lots of thinking and instructions from my friends and i was damn sure at my decision, and i found out the that the problem is only with this particular product. But still am a lover of this bike so i hereby request you to do whatever required to clarify my complaint.
