I bought a TVS Jupiter just 6months back this is my 3rd free service i get it repaired in TVS show room Vidyaranyapra Authorised Dealers (Sri Durgaparmeshwari Motors), Bangalore but there is no use . service executives are not taking care of vehicle . they are treating customers as strangers & their are charging Consumable charges, Clutch O/H Charges etc..In warranty period after paying so much the problem is not solved... Dear Sir,

I had purchased TVS JIVE, for Sajawat Motors who are the TVS dealer in our location on 27th of July 2015, as I was using TVS PEP+; I want to take the clutches less bike.

They have given the bike it registered also, but the accessories Horn, Side guard is not provided. There are not keeping me telling it will come today tomorrow, and spending the time.

One of the people over there Mr Powar he even told me that horn is not a accessory, you have to pay for it.

After a lot of talk there told ok we need to adjust the switch and put a new switch for your bike as it manufacturing is stopped and it need to be modified, so bring your bike on Monday (17th August 2015), I told them I can come on Monday as it is working day, I will bring it on Saturday (22nd August 22, 2015), and he agreed. So today I went to them Mr Powar is saying you need to bring it on week days as we are very busy now (Which he could have told me before).

I even asked them before purchasing that the parts easily available there told me yes, believing them I purchased the bike now within a month there are giving me all sort of problem.

I am waiting for you response, please do help me at the earliest I will wait till the next week. Let me know if you can do anything in this regards.

If not then I have to go to consumer court.

    i had made an complaint about non receipt of owner book ( registration certificate)
    from M/s trimurti automobiles belwarganj patna city for Tvs Jupitar purchased in 10-2014. i feel that istead of helping the customer you are trying to keep silent on the matter by not responding to me .I dont understand which kind of customer support you are giving .
    I had recently gone to one of your dealer M/s Ravi tvs patna there i came to know that
    sales documents are needed and the money too( which i had deposited right in the begining ) to get the registration done . Which was not done by the M/s trimurti automobiles . The shop M/s trimurti automobiles is closed and the mobile no unanswered. what shall i do wait and wait and let the one year time to elapse and be no where. I feel unlucky for purchasing Tvs scooty.you may contact me at [protected]

          I Purchase A JUPITER SCOOTER at 3rd November 2015. I Found a many problems in this JUPITER SCOOTER, Vibration, Self Starter, Soucer, & Milage. But no one can solve those problems, I Does My Service At Shaw Wheel Service Centre, they dont get take any positive action to give a good service to customer.In last 7 month i have suffring from this problems & minimum 15 times i goes to SHAW WHEEL SERVICE CENTRE at kolkata, Baguihati near Jardaban to solve problems of my JUPITER SCOOTER but they dont get to give me a good service which was i got setisfied. They told me that have a CARBORATORE problmes in JUPITER SCOOTER & they told me to came 2days later but it pass 10days away but they dont take action of my JUPITER SCOOTER'S CARBORATORE. Please Take Some Action For This As soon As Posible.

            I mohd wamish bought apache 160 cc before 3 months on 20/03/2015.From satnam motors roorkee.I m from muzaffarnagar so i gave by bike for service in muzaffarnagar rajdhani motors and On second service mechanic forgot to tight the bolt of engine oil and that's. Why my bike engine is not working properly.. they also fix engine again but still there is a problem..
            So i hardly request you to replace my engine i want new engine it is in warrenty.

            सर मेरी complaint का अभी तक कुछ.समाधान नही हुआ मेरी new bike का ईंजन 3 time खुल चुका हे लेकिन अभी तक ढीक नही हुआ सर मेने य़हा पर सभी डीलर से बात करली लेकिन कुछ नही हुआ तो सर मुझे नय़ा engine चहिय़े और कुछ नही वरना मै company के ऊपर कानूनी कारवाई करूगा

                I Mr Sharad Chechar has purchased TVS PHOINIX at Ajay TVS JALNA on 29.06.15 after first servicing on 7.7.15 at Mahesh Auto Aurangabad pickup, mileage, smoothness decreased and vibration increased. I visited the service station Mahesh Auto Aurangabad two times but performance is not satisfactory . Myself repenting for purchase/ first servicing.                     My friend P.Velu had booked for a heavy duty XL one month prior which was promised to be delivered by agreement on 14th July at 3.00 pm. Once we reached on the specified time it was told that the financial status is still pending and thus the vehicle can't be delivered. To your notice we went there to collect the vehicle only after several repeated calls of confirmation from your company. The ethical behaviour of your company staffs were really worse especially the sales manager (Nellai Tvs, vanarpettai). Also when connected to the customer care your service member named Shyam([protected]) answered in an irresponsible manner stating there was no man power in the concerned showroom and thus resulted to this. Now they say there is a need to pay additional charges for the extra parts( Bumper, etc). Your service to us was really mind blowing flop and we were forced to a situation where we had to fight with your concerned staff in the same showroom. We had to behave in such a way because we needed the vehicle for pooja and it was informed to your staff which was later promised by your staff to deliver on time yet didn’t happen. We expected quality service from your company and what we got in return was total and a pure waste of our precious time and thus our behaviour to your staffs was not deniable. Toyota stands for the world and TVS stands for us is what we thought and imagined but then it was a total opposite of what we expected as your regular customer. Thanks for your hopeless customer service and this is to bring it to your knowledge and stop this happening in the future.

                      Dear Sir/Madam My Sister had bought a TVS Scooty Pep bike in our SRI KARPAGAMOORTHY TVS karaikudi showroom last November 8 2014. After 3 month only you would provided the bike number and RC book in 19th Feb 2015. But Still now she didn't get a Insurance Paper, My sister many times to contact directly went to the karaikudi office and through phone call also but they didn't give any response. so kindly take an action for my queries and provide her Insurance paper ASAP.                         Respected sir, i Abhishek kumar singh purchased tvs apache Rtr 180. On 29th of june. They have made insurance on 5th of july. And my bike got stolen on 4th of july. They advice me too make a fake F.I.R. Of some other date. So i can claim insurance. Bt police advised me not to do this. Bcz its a fraud he said as per the rule u get same day insurance when u purchase a bike. Bike can't go out of showroom without insurance paper. Just file a complain in consumer forum.                               TVS Zest 2014 model purchased immediately after it's launch has been giving some problem since beginning. First service was denied by your Service Centre being late by 20 days. Second service was considered as first service by your people at Secunderabad. Third service was considered as second service. Despite my feedback on your call centre call, nothing has been done so far. I think it will be in order if customer feedback is acted upon. Pl.advise. You may instruct your Ranigunj, Secunderabad service centre to pick the vehicle from residence in Secunderabad and service it properly and deliver to me to delight us.                                 Dear Sir/ Madam, This is to inform you that i have send my vehicle bearing Reg No. MH14EZ4572 Model New Jupter. I have sent my vehcile for 2nd service to Sai Baba Service Center Chinchwad at the time of handovering vehicle to Service Advisor and Mrs. Nimbalkar Madam (CRM), i have already cleared them that i am facing problem in my vehicle related to silencer noise. I have kept my vehicle 1 day extra for the concern of silencer noise but still the problem is as it is. I have informed concern SA on ([protected]) he ask me to bring my vehicle to there workshop again. I say in Alephata it some were 120km far from chinchwad. kindly let me is this really possible for me to send my vehicle and my question is that if i have already given my vehicle for concern problem for one day extra so why my vehicle problem is not solved?????????????????????. i am worried how you have got scooter of Year???????????????                                   I purchased TVS Jupiter thinking that indigenous product, can be taken care with good maintenance on 6/9/2014. Immediately after purchase within, the vehicle stopped abruptly within 5 min. Though the complaint was lauched and sent the vehicle for servicing nothing has improved much. Very recently the tubeless tyre got putchered more tthan 8 No. in sequence. I had to litterly push the vehicle for almost two km to get servicing done at roadside shop. The shop send that the tyre is a damaged low quality tyre, He said it has a puncture but a crack in the low quality tyre used in the vehicle ( or could be tyre without QC checked). At least I have spent Rs 800/- for a series of puncture removal. I am very disappointed and I have replaced with new tyre worth Rs. 1800/- . I have undergone real harassment which mandates a compensation from you. Added to it, the kalamkar TVS lethargic to even issue a registration card of the vehicle. ABSOLUTE DISAPPOINTMENT. NEVER EXPECTED FROM TVS AT LEAST. Hope you will respond to my complaints and would not compel to me to go ahead towards consumer court for justice. I have all documents required. Date of incident: 3rd july 2015. Place of purchase of vehicle: kalamkar TVS., Pune.                                     Progressive tvs – irresponsibility of customer care and their employees, all the necessary documents not provided and defective vehicle delivered

                                    Hello! I have purchased tvs jupiter from it’s ex-showroom progressive tvs at nadiad, dist. Kheda, state gujarat on dated 13/11/2014. At the time of purchase of the vehicle i paid rs.5000/- as a booking amount and that time their employee named nikita odhvani consulted me and she told me to give delivery of the vehicle of my selected color in 15 days maximum. I had told her for white color. After waiting one month i had to purchased the vehicle which was not of the color which i had selected at booking time. At the time of delivery she provided me only gate pass by which i could take my vehicle at my home and at that time she told me that they would provide other document like bill, warranty book, service book, insurance papers etc. By courier. I asked her for that so she told me that was their companies policy. After that, so many time i asked for the documents of my vehicle she neglected me and after more than two month when i reached to their showroom their another employee told me that the employee named nikita odhvani leaved the job and after that they provided me the bill of rs. 54, 060/- though i paid rs. 54, 700/- in case at the time of delivery in which included rs. 5000/- which i paid at the time of booking. I asked them for this difference in my bill. So, they told me that she (Nikita odhvani) stolen the amount of rs. 640/- which i already paid as extended warranty for my vehicle. I requested them to provide the bill of the amount which i paid. Then, they provided me a new bill of the total amount of rs.54, 7000/- which i paid. After that another documents till were left. After calling and requesting so many time and complaining to tvs complain desk they provided me insurance paper and service book. During this period after 10 days of getting delivery of vehicle i am getting so many problems in my vehicle which i purchased new one. Still i didn’t get warranty book. When i were asking about it they told me that it was not available with them and when they would get they would contact me, but till today they hasn’t called me for it. On 08/06/2015 one more time i got problem in my newly purchased vehicle so i submitted it to their service station at nadiad, but they told me that the part which they had to install they hadn’t and when they would get they would call me. So, they told me to take away my vehicle from their service station on 09/06/2015. When i reached their service station their employee didn’t response me properly. After that i reached to booking counter and asked for my warranty book to the employee who dressed in uniform of tvs. He told me that i had purchased my vehicle from their employee named nikita odhvani and she was left the job, so, they weren’t responsible for the document which were left to provide me and they couldn’t provide me now and in addition he told me that they hadn’t responsibility to provide that document to me. So, i want to ask that if their employees are not responsible for my problem then who is responsible. From the day of getting delivery i couldn’t ride my vehicle comfortably and tension free, because every time any problems are created in it. Till today it has some problems. One more time i want to say i newly purchased tvs jupiter on 13/11/2015 and from that day to till today more then 6 time i has to sent my vehicle to their service station because of the technical issues which are occurring from the date of purchase of my vehicle. In addition they customer added problems. I had called 6 time to their customer care no. [protected] and every even sent 3 email to their email address service.[protected]@tvsmotor.com but every time while calling to their customer care, their all agents told me that their supervisor would call me. Hence, no call i got from their side and even no email i got from their side by which my problems could solve.
                                    I want to add that during this time period, i got some major problems in my vehicle and because of those problems i fallen down while riding vehicle and i got some injuries. Some time when i went out side by riding this vehicle i got problem in racing and because of that i had to face so many trouble and fear of accident could be occur.
                                    From the tvs motors or progressive tvs side no one is ready to listen and take any single action for my any complain.

                                      Hello I am Lalit Dhiman owner of TVS apache Fi Bike. My issue is my bike is not working. I went to near by service center in Jagadhri but my issue was not resolved. Then i call to karnal service center Greens Autos, Karnal on 18june, 2015. in between 4-5pm on reception counter. A girl picked call said please come to karnal with your bike we will definately resolve your issue, I said are you sure my issue will be solved they said yes definately. on this monday 29june, 2015. I went there with my bike. I put my bike in tempo and reached Green Autos service center from my village Dulliana Distt: ambala to Karnal tvs Green Autos Service center. When i was reached to the service center they refused to resolve my issue they said we will not be repaired here this model. Its a very bad impression at me i talk to reception for this issue & manages but all are said sorry we are not responsible for this. They straight away misguide me. if they are not capable or not able to repaire my bike then staright away said on call why they misguide me to come with your bike here. Even i talk to Green Autos (MD) he said whats the hell company make for me. I was shocked to heared all this its completely against the company name & fame. My trust from TVS Bikes authorised dealers & customer support. I spent 1500 rs in transpotation charge from my vill. to karnal & vice versa for my bike. my bike not getting started thats why i am faced this issue I ready to pay cost to repaire my bike from authorised service center.
