Dear Sir/ Madam, This is to inform you that i have send my vehicle bearing Reg No. MH14EZ4572 Model New Jupter. I have sent my vehcile for 2nd service to Sai Baba Service Center Chinchwad at the time of handovering vehicle to Service Advisor and Mrs. Nimbalkar Madam (CRM), i have already cleared them that i am facing problem in my vehicle related to silencer noise. I have kept my vehicle 1 day extra for the concern of silencer noise but still the problem is as it is. I have informed concern SA on ([protected]) he ask me to bring my vehicle to there workshop again. I say in Alephata it some were 120km far from chinchwad. kindly let me is this really possible for me to send my vehicle and my question is that if i have already given my vehicle for concern problem for one day extra so why my vehicle problem is not solved?????????????????????. i am worried how you have got scooter of Year???????????????     I purchased TVS Jupiter thinking that indigenous product, can be taken care with good maintenance on 6/9/2014. Immediately after purchase within, the vehicle stopped abruptly within 5 min. Though the complaint was lauched and sent the vehicle for servicing nothing has improved much. Very recently the tubeless tyre got putchered more tthan 8 No. in sequence. I had to litterly push the vehicle for almost two km to get servicing done at roadside shop. The shop send that the tyre is a damaged low quality tyre, He said it has a puncture but a crack in the low quality tyre used in the vehicle ( or could be tyre without QC checked). At least I have spent Rs 800/- for a series of puncture removal. I am very disappointed and I have replaced with new tyre worth Rs. 1800/- . I have undergone real harassment which mandates a compensation from you. Added to it, the kalamkar TVS lethargic to even issue a registration card of the vehicle. ABSOLUTE DISAPPOINTMENT. NEVER EXPECTED FROM TVS AT LEAST. Hope you will respond to my complaints and would not compel to me to go ahead towards consumer court for justice. I have all documents required. Date of incident: 3rd july 2015. Place of purchase of vehicle: kalamkar TVS., Pune.       Progressive tvs – irresponsibility of customer care and their employees, all the necessary documents not provided and defective vehicle delivered

      Hello! I have purchased tvs jupiter from it’s ex-showroom progressive tvs at nadiad, dist. Kheda, state gujarat on dated 13/11/2014. At the time of purchase of the vehicle i paid rs.5000/- as a booking amount and that time their employee named nikita odhvani consulted me and she told me to give delivery of the vehicle of my selected color in 15 days maximum. I had told her for white color. After waiting one month i had to purchased the vehicle which was not of the color which i had selected at booking time. At the time of delivery she provided me only gate pass by which i could take my vehicle at my home and at that time she told me that they would provide other document like bill, warranty book, service book, insurance papers etc. By courier. I asked her for that so she told me that was their companies policy. After that, so many time i asked for the documents of my vehicle she neglected me and after more than two month when i reached to their showroom their another employee told me that the employee named nikita odhvani leaved the job and after that they provided me the bill of rs. 54, 060/- though i paid rs. 54, 700/- in case at the time of delivery in which included rs. 5000/- which i paid at the time of booking. I asked them for this difference in my bill. So, they told me that she (Nikita odhvani) stolen the amount of rs. 640/- which i already paid as extended warranty for my vehicle. I requested them to provide the bill of the amount which i paid. Then, they provided me a new bill of the total amount of rs.54, 7000/- which i paid. After that another documents till were left. After calling and requesting so many time and complaining to tvs complain desk they provided me insurance paper and service book. During this period after 10 days of getting delivery of vehicle i am getting so many problems in my vehicle which i purchased new one. Still i didn’t get warranty book. When i were asking about it they told me that it was not available with them and when they would get they would contact me, but till today they hasn’t called me for it. On 08/06/2015 one more time i got problem in my newly purchased vehicle so i submitted it to their service station at nadiad, but they told me that the part which they had to install they hadn’t and when they would get they would call me. So, they told me to take away my vehicle from their service station on 09/06/2015. When i reached their service station their employee didn’t response me properly. After that i reached to booking counter and asked for my warranty book to the employee who dressed in uniform of tvs. He told me that i had purchased my vehicle from their employee named nikita odhvani and she was left the job, so, they weren’t responsible for the document which were left to provide me and they couldn’t provide me now and in addition he told me that they hadn’t responsibility to provide that document to me. So, i want to ask that if their employees are not responsible for my problem then who is responsible. From the day of getting delivery i couldn’t ride my vehicle comfortably and tension free, because every time any problems are created in it. Till today it has some problems. One more time i want to say i newly purchased tvs jupiter on 13/11/2015 and from that day to till today more then 6 time i has to sent my vehicle to their service station because of the technical issues which are occurring from the date of purchase of my vehicle. In addition they customer added problems. I had called 6 time to their customer care no. [protected] and every even sent 3 email to their email address service.[protected]@tvsmotor.com but every time while calling to their customer care, their all agents told me that their supervisor would call me. Hence, no call i got from their side and even no email i got from their side by which my problems could solve.
      I want to add that during this time period, i got some major problems in my vehicle and because of those problems i fallen down while riding vehicle and i got some injuries. Some time when i went out side by riding this vehicle i got problem in racing and because of that i had to face so many trouble and fear of accident could be occur.
      From the tvs motors or progressive tvs side no one is ready to listen and take any single action for my any complain.
      At last when i hadn’t any way by which i could solve my problems i have to write you. Till waiting for solution of my problems. By hopping quick response, shahidhussain shaikh [protected]

        Hello I am Lalit Dhiman owner of TVS apache Fi Bike. My issue is my bike is not working. I went to near by service center in Jagadhri but my issue was not resolved. Then i call to karnal service center Greens Autos, Karnal on 18june, 2015. in between 4-5pm on reception counter. A girl picked call said please come to karnal with your bike we will definately resolve your issue, I said are you sure my issue will be solved they said yes definately. on this monday 29june, 2015. I went there with my bike. I put my bike in tempo and reached Green Autos service center from my village Dulliana Distt: ambala to Karnal tvs Green Autos Service center. When i was reached to the service center they refused to resolve my issue they said we will not be repaired here this model. Its a very bad impression at me i talk to reception for this issue & manages but all are said sorry we are not responsible for this. They straight away misguide me. if they are not capable or not able to repaire my bike then staright away said on call why they misguide me to come with your bike here. Even i talk to Green Autos (MD) he said whats the hell company make for me. I was shocked to heared all this its completely against the company name & fame. My trust from TVS Bikes authorised dealers & customer support. I spent 1500 rs in transpotation charge from my vill. to karnal & vice versa for my bike. my bike not getting started thats why i am faced this issue I ready to pay cost to repaire my bike from authorised service center. I recently had a loan from Tvs Finance company as a second hand car refinance loan..Unfortunately I had death in my family so during brievement and all I was not able to pay may month emi as was involved in other things.. my loan account number is DL3045CA01888.. I have paid five installments and just furious and unhappy with the collection process they have.. I had a word with them as they told me to pay overdue EMI in august as but nowadays I am getting harassing calls and sms as well.. i am always in depression and if something happen with me then they will be responsible for this...               The dealer RDC motor pvt ltd, Arunachalam road, delivered zest on my wifes name Vijayalakshmi, Ashoknagar on 25th June with the assurance that number will be pasted next day, 26th June. But till now this has not been done in spite of my chasing one Mr Ramkumar from the dealer. I am not able to use the vehicle in spite o[censored]pfront payment from my part.                 Hi, On 20th June 2015, I gave my bike to " Logtech TVS, Two Wheeler Dealer Address: TC-12/67, Opp. Lourdes Church, Patoom P.O., PMG, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala 695004 Phone:[protected]" They said it will take 5-6 days to do the service since it has some engine works like cranks and cylinder and they said they will call once the bike is ready after service and the final delivery date was 26th June 2015. Today on 26th June 2015 i waited till 1pm and called them to inquire about the status of the bike, They said they'll check on it and call me back. One hour gone, no call from the so i called them again . This time again they don't have any idea and said they'll call back in 5mins. after 5mins no call, so called them again. They again say the same thing that they are gonna call after 5 mins. this continued till 5pm until they said that the bike is not ready yet and we will call u tomorrow and let u know about the status.the receipt is atteched with the complaint. First they took 8 days to service the bike which generally takes 1 or 2 days and yet they have not done the work and have been lying about it whole day. please look into the matter.

                  I had purchased tvs Jupiter on 15th May 2015 from Siddhivinayak Autolines wagholi, pune. I have following complaints regarding the dealing, service and after sales service of the dealer: 1) Its been more than a month but I have not yet received the vehicle registration number/number related documents/ RTO tax slip etc from the dealer. 2) We have not yet received the peroper insurance documents. They charged us 1675.- for insurance saying it will be 0 dep policy but no such policy we have received. 3) We have taken extended warranty scheme by paying the extra amount but no payment recepit and extended warranty booklet they had given. 4) We have not yet received the single call from their side inquiring about vehicle performance, or documentation like RTo insurance or any other things. We have been following them up every week but not getting proper response and respect. The phone numbers mentioned on the payment receipt is not in use now and the sales person who gave us vehicle is not picking up our phone, Even the owner is also not picking the phone. I am very hurt by this behaviour and will not suggest any one to go for this dealer . Please do something otherwise this kind of behaviour will defame the TVS company as well and customer will loose trust.

                    Sri Krishna TVS. Situated in Etah uttar pradesh provides very poor service. I own tvs star city 110. Which is my second bike after TVS star city. The staff at service centre is too rude and service takes too much time. I need 2-3 hours to get my bike served. As iam a working person I cannot afford this much time. Now its my necessity to change my bike and never but any TVS bike ever. I[censored] cates for ur customers then pls take necessary steps as soon as possible.

                      I am elamathi iam using TVS Victor vechile No TN 22 AJ 1715 and i have taken my bike to SBM TVS, No 27, Ram Nagar, 1st Main Road ( Paper Mills Road) Paravallur, Chennai - 600082 on 17.06.15 for general service, if you check the service history my bike was totally reassembled by new parts before 1.5 months back in SBM TVS and i had received a call from SBM TVS stating that the clutch plate was not in good condition and it has be changed, i asked them clutch plate was changed by you while last service and i have used only 200 to 250 km how come it possible and i asked them to replace it with a new one in free of cost but still now no one has turned back and no one has respond to me and now they are saying that it was in good condition and you can take your bike its ready for delivery now iam very clear that these people are trying to cheet me so we required your interruption in this matter to shot out this issue smoothly expecting hopefully.

                        i buy jupiter from bharat autostore tvs motor(pali, rajasthan) on 13/1/15. from 2nd day i have problem in my rear wheel. there is some kind of voice in rear wheel i ask the dealer to fix it 2 times but after 2nd free services my problem is still not solve.when i go there n ask them that there is still voice in rear wheel there take my jupiter n give me back after 15 min. i take test drive with there Mackinac. i told him there is still voice but he say to me its a technical problem in jupiter. i write to tvs customer care potal.but after 5 month my wheel problem is still...not solve.

                          Resp.Related Officer.Yesterday i.e[protected], I purchased TVS Scooter from Muskan TVS Karondi, Varanasi UP.I am sorry to say but I found some noise in Engine.Today morning20.6.15 I came with my TVS Jupiter to Muskan Tvs Karondi. But their is no one to handle my problem. They referred to Raj TVS Shivpur to us, which is 22 KM.away from here. Very Bad.

I was facing lot of problems, their is no response from service centre, i had call 100 times to service executive, the problem is in bike was not starts and engine problem. tvs showroom manager was just delaying the service, i was totally fade-up with this bike exhange the bike as soon as possible, pls its humble request [protected] - Yakoob Khan Hyderabad (T.S)

                              Sir, Ihave purchased one TVS Star City + vehicle on 03.04.2015. from Sameer Auto Works Bhubaneswar. 1. Dealer has received Rs. 2902/- to provide registration certificate. but till 15 days he was not applied for the same at RTO. Facing trafic inspector's problem I approach several time to Dealer's office but no result. at last on 18.04.2015 I receive the documents from dealer and deposit the same at RTO. There I have to deposit an extra amount of Rs. 214/-. The Dealer had deposited Rs. (93+2413+40)=2546/- at RTO, There by I have given Rs. 3116/- where the dealer deposit only Rs. 2546/- and no service is provided. Over all the Dealer receive extra Rs. 570/- against this. 2. Dealer collect Rs. 640/- against 5 year extended warrenty but despite of several request dealer is not provide any warranty certificate against this service till now. This problem also face by other customers.

                                I had purchased jupiter scooty on 5 feb. It met with an accident within a week, the front component broke and got dismantled from the scooty. The same was conveyed to the dealer. he kept the scooty for one month and returned it back without any repairing or work on it. He said that the parts are not available. I didn't get where were the parts not available, with the company? He also steals petrol whenever scooty is given for sevicing. On 18th june, 2015 he changed the front part but not completely. He has charged Rs1000(approx) for the same. on asking that why not did he adjusted it against the claim, he gives silly excuses. there are some scratches on my silver jupiter. He said that it cannot be mend. Its terrible to deal with such people. never expected such type of poor customer service.

                                  Hi...Last October I purchased apache RTR 160, initially 2or3 months no prblm after that I m facing prblm about front shock observe, 3times i informed to nearest tvs showroom but there is no use because they will repair but I got same problems again and again I have warranty period for bike parts ...so plz resolve my problem as soon as possible

                                    Hi my name is Waseem Ahmed i have purchased an Apache RTR 160 2014 model on 6/12/2014 from Matrix Motors #18/1 1st cross, Opp Oracle, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560029. The most important thing is at the time of bike delivery they have given a wrong manual book of Apache RTR 180 i am frequently getting the problems with low mileage & low pickup, i have visited the showroom end number of times & nobody is responsible to rectify my problem. Recent i started facing hissing sounds & disturbances in the vehicle i visited Matrix Motors they asked me to leave the bike & before that they rectified the issue & said me its camshoft problem & they will replace & give it. I left my bike on 1/6/2015 & they have sent the bike to Tristar Tvs Motors which is in Domlur bangalore on 3/6/2015 & they also just done some tapping adjustment & sent back to Matrix Motors saying its normal sound though its not normal sound, their are totally 2 sounds once i raise my acceleration. The main thing i need to highlight is i am started getting the wrong information from both the sides of the showroom, they are asking me to come & collect the vehicle though the problem is not rectified & they are just simply delaying that by tomorrow you will get the vehicle, by by tomorrow you will get the vehicle, Its been 8 days now & still after knowing the issue also they are not resolving it. I wanted to mention few names who are fooling me & giving me false information, Mr Pruthvi (Partner) from Matrix Motors, Mrs Irene (GM) from Matrix Motors, I have wasted much of my time on back of these people, I wanted to highlight one important thing at the time of complaint i have asked to change my manual book becoz they gave me Apache RTR 180 & i have purchased Apache RTR 160 & the person Mr Pruthvi from Matrix Motors have not sent an email & when i asked him about the email approval for the manual book he was confused what to say me becoz he has not sent any email for the request of new manual book & he is always giving me wrong information. This is sincere request to the concerned who ever person is please resolve my issue & rectify it. After 10 days in the service center finally i got my bike & the problem is still not resolved, the sound is still the same in my acceleration & i am getting 2 sounds in my engine. Please its a hearted request to you people that resolve my issue. I purchased vehicle on 6th December 2014 & important thing i need to update i got speedometer problem with in 7 months this is the second time i have replaced the wire, I visited the showroom & asked to replace it which they have done & asked me to pay for it, though my bike is under warranty with in 1 years of time if any manufacturing defect they have to replace the part & give it which they have not done, I have done my 3 free service in the same showroom & i have still 2 services pending. They dont have the record of 1st free service what i have done earlier. They are making me fool & being a customer to them they are not giving me respect. They only say it was old management we dont have any records of that & we cant give you any further warranty on the manufacturing parts let it be it is defect parts

                                        I bought my vehicle just 8 mnth ago...and it make a harsh metalicmetallic sound .The engine is overheated in 30 km ride and the peakup is lost...The mechanic can not solve the problem even after 5 service. ...They provide lower then third class service. ...very disappoint with the service. ...avian Tvs vadodara op road
