Hi my name is Waseem Ahmed i have purchased an Apache RTR 160 2014 model on 6/12/2014 from Matrix Motors #18/1 1st cross, Opp Oracle, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560029. The most important thing is at the time of bike delivery they have given a wrong manual book of Apache RTR 180 i am frequently getting the problems with low mileage & low pickup, i have visited the showroom end number of times & nobody is responsible to rectify my problem. Recent i started facing hissing sounds & disturbances in the vehicle i visited Matrix Motors they asked me to leave the bike & before that they rectified the issue & said me its camshoft problem & they will replace & give it. I left my bike on 1/6/2015 & they have sent the bike to Tristar Tvs Motors which is in Domlur bangalore on 3/6/2015 & they also just done some tapping adjustment & sent back to Matrix Motors saying its normal sound though its not normal sound, their are totally 2 sounds once i raise my acceleration. The main thing i need to highlight is i am started getting the wrong information from both the sides of the showroom, they are asking me to come & collect the vehicle though the problem is not rectified & they are just simply delaying that by tomorrow you will get the vehicle, by by tomorrow you will get the vehicle, Its been 8 days now & still after knowing the issue also they are not resolving it. I wanted to mention few names who are fooling me & giving me false information, Mr Pruthvi (Partner) from Matrix Motors, Mrs Irene (GM) from Matrix Motors, I have wasted much of my time on back of these people, I wanted to highlight one important thing at the time of complaint i have asked to change my manual book becoz they gave me Apache RTR 180 & i have purchased Apache RTR 160 & the person Mr Pruthvi from Matrix Motors have not sent an email & when i asked him about the email approval for the manual book he was confused what to say me becoz he has not sent any email for the request of new manual book & he is always giving me wrong information. This is sincere request to the concerned who ever person is please resolve my issue & rectify it. After 10 days in the service center finally i got my bike & the problem is still not resolved, the sound is still the same in my acceleration & i am getting 2 sounds in my engine. Please its a hearted request to you people that resolve my issue.     I purchased vehicle on 6th December 2014 & important thing i need to update i got speedometer problem with in 7 months this is the second time i have replaced the wire, I visited the showroom & asked to replace it which they have done & asked me to pay for it, though my bike is under warranty with in 1 years of time if any manufacturing defect they have to replace the part & give it which they have not done, I have done my 3 free service in the same showroom & i have still 2 services pending. They dont have the record of 1st free service what i have done earlier. They are making me fool & being a customer to them they are not giving me respect. They only say it was old management we dont have any records of that & we cant give you any further warranty on the manufacturing parts let it be it is defect parts

      I bought my vehicle just 8 mnth ago...and it make a harsh metalicmetallic sound .The engine is overheated in 30 km ride and the peakup is lost...The mechanic can not solve the problem even after 5 service. ...They provide lower then third class service. ...very disappoint with the service. ...avian Tvs vadodara op road

          I bought bike through csd from century automobiles, senapati bapat road ;pune even though I bought d bike through csd canteen I ended up payin a total amt of 83338 where as if I would hv bought d bike as a civilian I would hv paid only 82198 fr tvs apache rtr dual disc to include all d charges I hv been tryin to explain the same to the dealer bt dey r nt ready to understand I request if d issue cn b discussed so dt we reach d justified result.

            Dear Sir, I am vidhyapathi. I working as a social worker in MaFoi Consultancy. Last seven more years i used TVS Apache bike and referred 20 more peoples they also buy TVS apache bike and i hope the best motor bike is TVS. Last year ( 15/10/2014 ) i took new TVS apache bike from G&C Tvs Show room at Chinmayanagar, now its getting oil leak from engine, i have made a complaint to show room, they did not response in a proper way, so i said to them i will go to the consumer court, they said to me go ahead. I am confused thats not good for TVS i have more than 3000 friend in facebook & also i am as a value teacher. I have good image for TVS in my heart.Now my problem i want the proper reason for engine leagage and no more complaints from my bike. I hope you will do your level best.               I have purchased Scooty Pep+ from R.A Agency, Tirupur on 04.07.2014. The Dealer has declared that the vehicle will fall under warranty for one year from the date of purchase. I have left my vehicle for service on 13th June, 2015 to the dealer MV motors, Tirupur. Now it’s been only 11 months. My headlight switch is not working. When I claimed for warranty from the dealer, the dealer refused to change it under warranty. Hence forward he has charged for the switch in the service bill. When I asked for the reason, the dealer was not ready to give neither a response nor a proper explanation over this. The customer satisfaction is totally no-where to be found. Going forwarded I would like you to take this seriously and look into this matter ASAP. I have not taken the delivery of the vehicle from the dealer, since the response was bad.

                I have TVS pep+ scooty. All of sudden one day, when i start my scooty, it got kick started but stopped immediately as soon as accelerated. Since then i have been requesting TVS dealer in town ( Begusarai ) to come and check scooty as i cannot take the vehicle to their service centre. It has been 45 days now, but no one has visited. Every time a request is made, they have some excuse or the other. If this how the service is made, and even in such cases, it is not considered, then there it is not worth using TVS vehicles. Request you to look into this for urgent action.

                  Hi, With utmost discontent I am compelled here to complain against Authorized TVSservice center Arunagiri Motors, which is in Hosur Main Road, Rupena Agrahara, Bommanahalli, Bangalore-560068. I gave my bike here for servicing, but they didn't changed my Engine Oil, even after charging me bill for this.They didn't changed the engine oil even in two subsequent servicing resulting in complete collapse of my Bike's Engine.Since, I could not carry my vehicle to any service center, therefore I had to give my bike to the nearest available mechanic.Even, after charging heavy amount by them, my bike didn't get repaired completely, therefore I went back to the service center Arunagiri Motors, reporting my severe concerns.They told me as they will look after the issue.After an hour they came back to me saying the complete repair will costs 12000 Rs, therefore, I asked them to set the engine back as it is, but they told even for that they will charge me round about 1100 Rs.So, after paying them the amount, I took back my bike in the same crap condition.But, now the bike has got more worst in drive.Really, Ridiculous, please take strict action against them so they won't repeat same deceptiveness against any customer.Moreover, you can take feedback from many other customers online.Since, this is there usual habit, so they might have obviously done with many other customers.Waiting for your response desperately.Hope, some positive response from your side. I have purchased a Scooty Zest for my daughter Nirmolika Sangha on 30 May 2015, Chassis No- MD626CG40F2C66712F2C from Rushab TVS, SHOP No 5, 6, 7, 8 Goyal App, Opposite Aga Khan Palace, Nagar Road, Yerwada, Pune. 2. The Scooty has done only 75 km till now. 3. Today around 1200 pm while driving the Scooty it suddenly it switches of as there is no current supply. The closest TVS showroom was Chatrapati Sales and Service, Erandwane, Off Karve Road Pune. I phisically pushed the Scooty till there. After checking I was told to leave it there since there was a problem with the current. 4. I left it there and returned home in an autorikshaw with my daughter. 5. I have been LET DOWN BY TVS and its dealers because I HAVE BEEN SOLD A DEFECTIVE PIECE. 6. Kindly take action and REPLACE THE SCOOTY OR ELSE I GO TO THE CONSUMER COURT. Please confirm. Regards.                       Day 1 I gave my TVS wego bike for service at the adyar branch. They serviced the bike & called me to take delivery where i went their and they sent sorry madam the engineer is on leave and your bike is not ready. Day 2 Next day the Enginner calls me Sorry i said Okie. He says mam your bike spare are to be replace & i Said ok and he billed me 5500 Rs. The Next day i went to take my bike he made me to wait for one and half at the office and gave me the bike without testing it. i paid the bill & took my bike & Came half the way, My bike died. I was urgently going for a meeting which i was not to reach Day 3 I was so pissed out and shouted at him the manager & others didn't even bother doing anything. Instead of my proble saying him properly he said we will do the best service and provide the bike in a day wher he took 4 days to deliver the bike and charged me around 1, 600 Rs again. That time you had told that this will not be happened again and your money will not cut but still our money has gone/cut . You are telling lie and you are doing fraud with us .                             I have TVS apache RTR 160 bike. In a turning near my home even i drive slow without applying brakes, during the turn my bike always skids, I checked with the road whether there is any sand split there, but nothing was there, Poor road grip on TVS tyres made me to fell on the road on that turning where i didnt applied any brakes and during a turn my TVS bike skidded and i fell which resulted in a major fracture for me. I kindly request authorities to conduct a quality check on TVS tyres to avoid further accidents to its consumers because of its poor making

                              I, Debjani Dutta purchased a TVS ZEST(pink) from Bankura Wheels on[protected].A Small accident occurred which caused damage to the scooty. The scooty was sent to showroom for repair immediately after the accident . The repairing estimate was given from the showroom on 02-05-15. I was told that the parts of that particular colour is unavailable at this moment. So they would have to order them online. Its been a month and they did not take any further step to repair the scooty. I get to hear different kind of excuses every week. Being irritated by the non responsive bad service from the tvs showroom, i am complaining here. I hope at least from here I'll get quick response. Please take necessary steps so that the showroom helps me to repair the scooty as soon as possible. Contact number : [protected]

                              Pink body spare not yet supplied by tvs company still 2 month over, My mistake that l purchased TVS scooty zest, No pink body spare available by the company. My TVS zest scooty was break down at my home because self start stop . I remind your service center few days of the purchasing then kick start also stopped. At this position solve my complain. No solve at your end, i bound to go consumer forum.

                              My Scooty tvs zest has become completely useless due to the carelessness of the tvs service center. Body spare (pink colour) not yet availble after 2.5 month. Why do the tvs company produce such scooty when they cannot supply proper parts of it? Shame on the company. what a worthless service.
                              After complain no action taken by the company. They did not even show courtsey of responsing once.

                              Gold coin offer on purchasing in cash but not given

                              As per my choice we have purchased Jupitor on case at date08/06/2016 by cash.but as per lacal adviertizement gold coin policy on cash purchasing but after purchasing no gold given by TVS showroom owners

                                I bought TVS JUPITER scooter on 15/04/15. From dealer VEGA TVS NELLORE, 557, Magunta layout, mini bypass road, nellore, andhra pradesh. My bike chasis number MD626BG48F1C02093 Engine number- BG4CF1492411 Registration number AP 26 BC 7654. My bike's problem is ... It is jerking while running and also engine is getting off sometimes on road while running. Jerking means engine is not responding to throttle opening for some seconds and then it suddenly responds to the throttle opening creating sudden pull. This jerking comes very often . and also engine is getting off on road while running, when i again start the vehicle it starts and goes some distance and again engine gets off. I took this issue to the dealer and i gave to service. They did not solve the problem, it again started to give same problem and again i took my bike to the service 2nd time requestting them to solve . but they did something, after day he gave me bike. The problem again started.I am really dissapointed with this vehicle. Every time when i went to dealer i asked mechanic what the problem is inside the bike. But he is not telling. He is telling that he tightened the screws and bolts and telling me problem was rectified. What the non sense it is what is relation to engine to bike screws and nuts. Mechanics are not knowledge persons. They dont know anything. My conclusion is...i cant face this problem i bought this vehicle for fist time taking debts from friends and relatives. Sir you can understand my problem how much i am dissapointed. I need my money back or replace the vehicle if they again fail to resolve the problem. More i prefer moneyback than replacing because i lost confidence in tvs bikes. Pls sir look into the matter.

                                    I Have TVS Sports Bike 2013 Model in name of Mohinder Kumar Registration No. HR02AC4208 Modal 2013 Chassis No. MD625MF58D3G37660 Engine No. DF5FD1349841 I am Second owner of this bike That give me average of 45 to 48 kmpl local running speed of 40 to 50 kmph I complaint to Haresh Motor Yamuna Nagar for Average problem they changed my bike chainset & Chok wire but Average not increase. Please make arrangement of Increase the average. before it I have a honda passion ten year old that give me 58kmpl in local running. I purchased TVS Bike for Average purpose but that not Satisfy me.

                                      I'm buy a new apache rtr 160 in march 2015... this bike is in looking its good .. but in the bike is mean is there engine. . The engine is very very vibrate in up to 65mph . And second mean problem is there gear .. I shift this bike to normally 1.2. 3.4.5 but 1 gear is work normal .then I shift the gear in second and 3rd its make a problem. .I shift the gear in 2nd to 3rd its make a very lot of sound like as anything is broken in engine. . ... . And I request ya ( sujjes) to tvs company for aad the 6th gear in this bike for better performance. .

                                        Last month i have purchased TVS Streak from TVS Dealer (Thaha Motors - Ayyapakkam Chennai). Till the product was sold to me service was very good. On monday 18.05.2015, i have given first service to your showroom and complaint that head light is not working properly. At the time of leaving the bike in the showroom no damage has been available in the bike and the service person also not mentioned any complaint about the damage in the light switch in the service sheet. at the time of taking the bike from the show room in the evening, i enquired what was the reason about the light not working, service person said it was loose connection and it was rectified currently, When i checked the switch it was damaged totally, i was really suprised and shocked, When i checked with the dealer service person, he blankly said that i was done repair in some other mechanic shop, those persons were damaged the head light switch. irresponsilble mechanic were available in Thaha Motors, I have complained to the owner of Thaha motors either no actions is taken nor given any information about the complaint. My question is why the switch is damaged. Why this is not highlighed at the time of taken the vehicle for service. I need the revert orelse i am forced to go to Consumer court.
