Hi my name is Waseem Ahmed i have purchased an Apache RTR 160 2014 model on 6/12/2014 from Matrix Motors #18/1 1st cross, Opp Oracle, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560029. The most important thing is at the time of bike delivery they have given a wrong manual book of Apache RTR 180 i am frequently getting the problems with low mileage & low pickup, i have visited the showroom end number of times & nobody is responsible to rectify my problem. Recent i started facing hissing sounds & disturbances in the vehicle i visited Matrix Motors they asked me to leave the bike & before that they rectified the issue & said me its camshoft problem & they will replace & give it. I left my bike on 1/6/2015 & they have sent the bike to Tristar Tvs Motors which is in Domlur bangalore on 3/6/2015 & they also just done some tapping adjustment & sent back to Matrix Motors saying its normal sound though its not normal sound, their are totally 2 sounds once i raise my acceleration. The main thing i need to highlight is i am started getting the wrong information from both the sides of the showroom, they are asking me to come & collect the vehicle though the problem is not rectified & they are just simply delaying that by tomorrow you will get the vehicle, by by tomorrow you will get the vehicle, Its been 8 days now & still after knowing the issue also they are not resolving it. I wanted to mention few names who are fooling me & giving me false information, Mr Pruthvi (Partner) from Matrix Motors, Mrs Irene (GM) from Matrix Motors, I have wasted much of my time on back of these people, I wanted to highlight one important thing at the time of complaint i have asked to change my manual book becoz they gave me Apache RTR 180 & i have purchased Apache RTR 160 & the person Mr Pruthvi from Matrix Motors have not sent an email & when i asked him about the email approval for the manual book he was confused what to say me becoz he has not sent any email for the request of new manual book & he is always giving me wrong information. This is sincere request to the concerned who ever person is please resolve my issue & rectify it.
After 10 days in the service center finally i got my bike & the problem is still not resolved, the sound is still the same in my acceleration & i am getting 2 sounds in my engine. Please its a hearted request to you people that resolve my issue.
I purchased vehicle on 6th December 2014 & important thing i need to update i got speedometer problem with in 7 months this is the second time i have replaced the wire, I visited the showroom & asked to replace it which they have done & asked me to pay for it, though my bike is under warranty with in 1 years of time if any manufacturing defect they have to replace the part & give it which they have not done, I have done my 3 free service in the same showroom & i have still 2 services pending. They dont have the record of 1st free service what i have done earlier. They are making me fool & being a customer to them they are not giving me respect. They only say it was old management we dont have any records of that & we cant give you any further warranty on the manufacturing parts let it be it is defect parts
