Dear sir, I baught TVS Apache RTR180 from Sri venkateshwara Motors(K R Puram) on 23rd Sep, 2013 by paying RS 87500/-. Dealer has cheated me by selling a bike that does not have proper finish. To cover the scratches they have applied white paint and sold the vehicle. Please find the enclosed photo of bike where they have painted and do the needful.     This is being put up in the hope of getting the satisfactory and tranchent resolution. I have purchased TVS SPORT authorised dealer SHUNTY BUNTY TVS FAZALGANJ KANPUR on the name of Hrithik Singh on 11th Aug'13 and since next day of purchase I am chasing the dealer for the resolution of the technical fault with the bike. However, due to the casual attitude of the showroom and workshop members till date I am running for getting the resolution. It's now like that either I should report this to consumer forum or I should abstain myself and other people from opting for TVS. The casual attitude of the dealer has maligned the reputation of TVS. Problem with the bike is that its taking jerks while riding even at the speed of 30-40 km/hr and at times jerks are so strong that it may cause a serious accident while riding. I will request you to please help me with resolution. There have been umpteen job cards opened in respect to resolution of the issue however there has not been a positive response.       Sir,
      i purchased a new battery "amaron" from TVS motor agenciy from bharatpur(raj). They gave me
      a gurantee card of 2 years and asked me that if any faults or complain about battery will occur
      then we change it. But sir after 1 month battery has discharged when i went to agency they said
      that we will have to charge it then get report but sir after charged they fit again in my scooty but
      they asked me if any fault occur then they will chage battery. when i asked for that reason they
      said me its only discharged if your battery will disturb or get any fault then we will change it.
      i ashmed and return my home.
      plz sir take this matter seriously.

      you saying correct
      bad services in boduppal MR. Satish TVS show room, and he not open in Sunday his work shop . it is biggest problem in bike servicing, there people talking negligence about customer.

        Dear sir,I bought the tvs king three wheeler from the tvs company in march 2012 through kaveri automobile co. greater noida.My three wheeler Registration no. is UP16AT8856. I get financed this three wheeler through Tvs Credit Ltd.But after that my three wheeler damaged almost twenty five times and due to this reason approx Rs.30000 spent and my time also went waste. I informed all the senior officer of tvs motor co.Mr.A.llango, Mr.Navneet (Mobile no.[protected]) &Mr.Narender Bhatia (Mobile no. [protected])due to this reason but there was had not take the effective points to remove my problem by the co.Sometimes they say that you will not able to drive the three wheeler and sometime they said that there was end of your warranty. Pl.help me and take effective measures to remove this problem from which i get the justice. Pl.help me and short out my problem if i didn't get the justice then i will go to consumer court for get the justic with total proof. Thanks.             Sir/Mam I am Akanksha Singh a customer of your.I have bought a scooty PEP+ on date 30/06/2012 from (Singh TVS agency renukoot sonebhadra u.p.).chassis number MD626BG30B2G46404 and engine no.OG3EB2436187. After 06 month from the date of purchase it has start creating a problem it stop automatically while running and after few minutes it start again. For this I have been to the TVS agency more than 10 times,they use to do repairing than it runs well for few days than again it start creating the same problem.At present it is at TVS agency with the same problem mention obive and I am satisfied with the service which is being provided to me . So kindky attend my complaint or replace my scooty as soon as possible.

            My name is Balaji.D from Chennai, Tamil Nadu, I own TVS Star City, I commute run my business with the help of my two wheeler only, I have been facing severe engine problems with my bike for past years, I have done services complaining all the issues but there's no use, I have spent so much of money on this to repair this bike, always engine automatically turns off whenever running, not getting started thru both self and kicker, complained about these issues several times but there's no proper response, I run my family trusting my by small scale business only, a bike is very important to that. But now I lost hope with this TVS Star City, a very frustrating incidents I faced because of your bike product. Once it was stopped working at Koyambedu I pushed this bike to my house from Koyambedu hardly sweating all the way, again a day it stopped working from a long distance from Pallavaram and same I pushed it from a long distance again. I am very much frustrated of this bike. No use of this bike anymore, kindly take it back and refund me, I would soon file a case against this issue.
            Kindly have look on this issue and pass your response to make my bike good or just take it back giving refund. Thank You.

              I ADMIT MY TVS WEGO NO DP-9707 TO SERVICE CENTER LOCATED AT LOKMAT SQUARE, NAGPUR ON 30/08/2013 & EXPLAINED IN WRITTEN ALL THR FAULTS.                 brought TVS RTR APACHI 160 on 26/08/11 Starting 2 month it was good, but after two month bike getting problem in Gear shifting, vibration, sound when when reach to 70 km/hr etc,.. I told to service people about this but they don't taken any care, after that I registered a compliant on TVS company through TVS customer servise, I got a call from service station from where I purchased, they servised my bike but there is no use, I gone to service station again and again but no use TVS company people r also not taken any care.... I think TVS conpany r just fulling customers, they only need money. Very very poor quality materials r used while manufactring the bike. Guys who is going to take TVS company product pls its my personal request don't take it, U can go for yehama r pulser r something els but don't go for TVS...... Can any thing you do to me....?

                    I am totally unsatisfied, I took my vehicle 1 month before but still I am waiting for legal papers and permanent number.

                    When I called to above person he always give me silly reasons. Eg. today evening we will get number, I will personally delivered all legal document.
                    Most of the time he did not received my call, even he didn't call back.

                    I call him about 60 to 70 times. Now I am really frustrate.

                      Hi,
                      I am owning TVS Streak bought in July'2012. getting it serviced regularly as per the schedule. My bike used to run daily around 35 KM till June'13 and since then its around 12 KM per day. here is the few problems which I am facing almost from 2-3 months of purchase:
                      1) Startup up issue If not used for 2-3 days
                      2) Light is ver low
                      3) Problem with Horn
                      4) No startup (neither Auto nor Kick start) - got services recently and still the problem persist.

                      Its seriously frustrating when I have commitment to my timings being a working mother.

                              I, Pradeep Kumar Gupta, had booked my bike on dated[protected] from Mumbai to Gwalior(Parcel No.459564),but till now i have not received my Parcel .

                              I inquired in Mumbai,they informed me that my parcel had moved from Mumbai on[protected] by Train No-11057-AMRITSAR EXPRES.

                              I have Inquired at Gwalior Parcel Office several time but the Parcel Officer is not taking any responsibility.

                              Sir, I have to go to the Railway Station daily then also they are not informing me anything. Even I do not know where is my bike now. Please help me.

                                I had given my TVS Scooty Pep (3 years old) for servicing at TVS Service station at Hebbal (near Baptist Hospital) in May. Before servicing, the battery (3 years old) of the vehicle was perfectly alright and there was no problem with the vehicle.
                                The vehicle was given for service on a Friday. Delivery date was the next day, but they gave the vehicle only on Monday evening. They told me that the battery needs to be changed immediately because the life is only one year. The battery was not working anymore after servicing.
                                On complaining to the manager, he said the battery life is three years and have to change it. On my mentioning the possibility that the battery might have been replaced by an old one, he said he has kept 'spies' in his service center, and that such incidents won't happen.
                                When I told my experience to my colleagues, one of them said she had the same experience (her vehicle battery also had to be changed after servicing, when before servicing it had no problem) in this service station.

                                Please look into this matter, as I believe more unsuspecting consumers might be getting cheated in this manner. One way to combat this problem would be to make it mandatory for the servicing station to write the battery number on the job-card before servicing, so that the consumer would know that the battery was not replaced. But this would not prevent cases where they open the battery and do something with the liquid inside it, thus forcing the consumer to buy a new battery.

                                  I have purchased TVS STAR CITY bike last year in march. From my first servicing i am complaining about some engine knocking noise is there,but Iam geeting assurance of doing work next time.Unfortunately due to my busy schedule Iam failed to do regular servicing on time for twice,now this month i have to do paid servicing and showroom person informed that if you want to do engine work,you have to pay the money for that.As my vehicle is hardly one year old, Iam expecting that being a reputed company,company should do all this all work without any charge ie by considering it in warrenty period.Awaiting for your favourable reply at the earliest.

                                    Hi Sir,

                                    Very Good Morning to you!

                                    This is to bring to your notice, how I am being treated by one of your authorised dealer and finance team to recover the loan amount. I am a very small person in front of you but would like to share what I have gone through.

                                    I am from pune Pooja I took TVS scooty pept MH 12 3697 from TVS century wakdewadi branch Pune on april 2011. I did pay the EMI's on regular basis and due to unfortunate reason by husband met with an accident and we have gone through huge financial loss.

                                    However, i did approach myself in month of March 2013 to the finance team to pay my dues. I did provide my number to contact me. However it was surprising for me to see a horrifying guy knocking my door on monday night at 9.30om called Nandu, who started shouting at my door and stated i will call police to arrest me if i dont pay the amount or take away the bike without letting me know.

                                    I called police as i was all alone at my place and was scared the way he was speaking and threatening me. However i went down to check by bike he again came with another recovery guy called Shrikant and Nandu standing in my society he assured me that this is his area and he can ensure i can be thrown out of my flat in 1 week and ensure I paying every month 10000.

                                    Although i spoke to Shrikant we also discussed that i can pay 5000 considering my current situation close the account. He ensured he will talk to his manager Manoj Yadav and get back to me.. He never got back to me, instead i called him back on tuesday to confirm did he discussed with his manager he said he will check and call back.

                                    But the surprising part was today I was about to go to my office and i found that the bike was not in my society. I would like to understand that the agents who visited they did not share their identity nor gave me a formal notice that they would taking my bike as i have denied to pay the dues. And inspite of communicating that I will be paying the amount, they took away the bike.

                                    As per law if i have agreed that I would pay and confirmed that they can contact me on what basis they have taken my bike. Unfortunately i had to address this to you directly because the toll free number never helped me and inspite of asking serveral time the finance higher authorities email address to shrikant it was never given.

                                    I have also attached my medical certificate if you can go through it. I am thankful that you have shared your email address where people can reach you and hope I do get some support from you.

                                    Would love to discuss with someone who would understand my situation and request.

                                      i was purchased this worst scooter in 2012.after 1st service onwards,terrific noise from gear box was noted,and increased day by day.mechanic said that itd because of the loosage of primary gear.they changed the gear in next service.i dont knw they changed or tighten the gear..but after 2nd service also same noise was noted..its the now the 3rd time im going to change the gear..my fate...so frnds....pls make sure you are not an unlucky costomwr of wego.....all the best..
                                      Front suspension also have noise while riding in the dipped road...
