Subject: Mentally torture by TVS Recovery


Hi Sir,

Very Good Morning to you!

This is to bring to your notice, how I am being treated by one of your authorised dealer and finance team to recover the loan amount. I am a very small person in front of you but would like to share what I have gone through.

I am from pune Pooja I took TVS scooty pept MH 12 3697 from TVS century wakdewadi branch Pune on april 2011. I did pay the EMI's on regular basis and due to unfortunate reason by husband met with an accident and we have gone through huge financial loss.

However, i did approach myself in month of March 2013 to the finance team to pay my dues. I did provide my number to contact me. However it was surprising for me to see a horrifying guy knocking my door on monday night at 9.30om called Nandu, who started shouting at my door and stated i will call police to arrest me if i dont pay the amount or take away the bike without letting me know.

I called police as i was all alone at my place and was scared the way he was speaking and threatening me. However i went down to check by bike he again came with another recovery guy called Shrikant and Nandu standing in my society he assured me that this is his area and he can ensure i can be thrown out of my flat in 1 week and ensure I paying every month 10000.

Although i spoke to Shrikant we also discussed that i can pay 5000 considering my current situation close the account. He ensured he will talk to his manager Manoj Yadav and get back to me.. He never got back to me, instead i called him back on tuesday to confirm did he discussed with his manager he said he will check and call back.

But the surprising part was today I was about to go to my office and i found that the bike was not in my society. I would like to understand that the agents who visited they did not share their identity nor gave me a formal notice that they would taking my bike as i have denied to pay the dues. And inspite of communicating that I will be paying the amount, they took away the bike.

As per law if i have agreed that I would pay and confirmed that they can contact me on what basis they have taken my bike. Unfortunately i had to address this to you directly because the toll free number never helped me and inspite of asking serveral time the finance higher authorities email address to shrikant it was never given.

I have also attached my medical certificate if you can go through it. I am thankful that you have shared your email address where people can reach you and hope I do get some support from you.

Would love to discuss with someone who would understand my situation and request.

    i was purchased this worst scooter in 2012.after 1st service onwards,terrific noise from gear box was noted,and increased day by day.mechanic said that itd because of the loosage of primary gear.they changed the gear in next service.i dont knw they changed or tighten the gear..but after 2nd service also same noise was noted..its the now the 3rd time im going to change the gear..my fate...so frnds....pls make sure you are not an unlucky costomwr of wego.....all the best..
    Front suspension also have noise while riding in the dipped road...

        CUSTOMERS PLEASE TAKE A SECOND THOUGHT WHILE BUYING ANY TVS MOTOR CYCLE OF ANY MODEL.I BOUGHT A TVS VICTOR IN 2003 AND AFTER THE SECOND YEAR, THE SILENCER WAS DAMAGED AND I REPLACED IT TO A NEW ONE FROM A COMPANY SHOWROOM IN BERHAMPUR ( ARYA TVS).SURPRISINGLY AFTER ANOTHER YEAR I FACED THE SAME PROBLEM AND REPLACED IT.TILL TODAY I HAVE REPLACED 3 SILENCERS AND NOW FADE-UP.BESIDES THIS THE OIL TANK WAS LEAKED AFTER THE FOURTH YEAR.
        PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY BY BUYING TVS MOTOR CYCLES.

          I bought a tvs wego, found issue on same day when i bought they said its a minor problem which they can resolve, i have purchased vehicle on 24-may-2013 and visited show room 6 times with the same issue every time they use to say they can resolve the issue but still they have done nothing,
          Second time (29-may-2013) when i went to show room asked them to replace the vehicle with another one, But they said its not possible,
          Still i am facing issue and again they wants me to get the vehicle on saturday for do some experments,

            Dear sir,

            Iam Rajeev Gopal from kochi, kerala. I bought a TVS Apache RTR 180 from cochin motors on[protected].
            i have now completed 10000 km and i have done my 8th payed service now. I used to get consistent
            mileage between 40-45 for my bike but after my 7th paid service i noticed dipping of milege when i checked
            it was below between 30-35. I would like to mention that i did my fist service at cochin motors kochi,
            as i did not find there sevice satisfactory i shifted to peeyem motos kochi, since it was near to my place.

            I did 2nd to 5th sevice at peeyem motors kochi. Then a new delealer Yanthra TVS kochi came very close to my home so
            i shifted to Yathra for my 6th sevice on 29/01/13 after 2 months iam facing this milege problem. I told yanthara TVS about this problem then they
            said after the 8th service on 29/04/13 everything will be ok and fine. so they did a premature 8th service before one month and the km was only 10000
            actual due was 18000. After that sevice they told me they checked they changed the filter, spark plug, and also cleaned the head and tested
            and they are getting 46 km. i took the bike and tested again it was shoking i got only 33 mileage. i called them and asked them they told
            me to fill petrol few times and check. I did that i filled petrol for 300/- 100/ and exat 1 litr but it was shocking my mileage had dipped to 28km now

            i contacted them again on 02/04/13 now they are saying eveying thing is fine but they are getting mileage only 38 on test conditions
            if they are getting 38 on test conditions i will get only 25km while riding. they are not sure what they are doing and confusing me. they said they contacted TVS
            and discussed this matter. They claim that TVS told them to check the caroborator etc.... but still there was no change. they kept my bike for one week
            and they said they contaced TVS directly and engineers came to the dealer yanthra checked the bike tuned the engine and said every thing was ok now they
            got a steady mileage 42k under testing and gave me the bike on 08/05/13. I tested the bike and i got 42km first time but again mileage started dipping first 38km
            then 35 so on. I was really frustated and contacted the dealer Yanthra again.

            Now they are saying they cannot do anything about this Nothing can be done this the maximum they can do and asked me to contact TVS kerala regional office directly
            I called up TVS office at this number [protected] and told the matter twice no action has been taken till now.

            Sir what should i do now as a customer iam confused. I relly doubt the capability and capacity of yanthra TVS and its the custumers who suffer theiir negligence and ineffciency.
            Iam really depressed now buying a TVS bike i hav owened almost 8 bikes till now and this is the worst experience iam facing wit TVS dealer.
            and even calling up the TVS regional office nothing is happend till now. I tusted TVS and loved the looks of apache RTR 180 that tempted me to buy and even sugested this bike to my friends
            but now i really regret pathetic service of the dealer and also no responce from the regional office.
            Sir let me ask you why you give delearship to such people who dont even know the basic knoledge of bikes.

            Dear sir i[censored] can pls do the needfull asap and please rectify my bikes complaint...

              Purchased TVS WEGO from Raj Laxmi dealer in Pune in NOV 12. Not satisfied with the tyres. Both the tyres are almost got punctured 5 times within three months from purchase. I expend Rs. 2000/- for removing puncture. After lodging complaints I got tyre replacement on 20.05.13 after paying Rs. 360 /-

              Again yesterday i.e. 02 Jun 13, back tyre got punctured. While replacing tyre It was suggested by Service Engineer [ TVS Wego representative ] that not to replace tyre tubes.But now I think I have to get tyre tube replaced. But again I am not sure for how long it will serve my purpose.

              Totally fed up with the vehicle. I think it was my wrong choice of selecting TVS WEGO !!!!!!!!!!!!!11

              TVS WEGO — Useless service and Bike

              TVS Wego is useless moped, hell of the issue ( Battery problem, starting problem, customer service is useless, Greenland Allahabad do not suppot)
              Do not buy this moped at all

                i have Purchased a Tvs wego scooter frorm Periyar TVS Aluva (Kochi) on 20th of April 2013. For one month the scooter was running trouble free. I took the scooter for service at the end of one month. They changed the oil, did water service and tightened the brakes. On the next day when I took the vehicle for the first time from home a humming shrill noise was noticed when I rolled out the vehicle without starting the engine. The noise was from the front wheel area. when the handle was tilted to the right side the noise increased.But when the vehicle was started and driven the noise faded out.Every time when the vehicle is brought to rest for an hour or so... on the initial rolling the noise is reappearing and when the engine is started along with speedy rotation of the wheels the noise is fading out.....I took the vehicle to Periyar TVS....they say that this is because some water might have entered the wheel drum of the vehicle and the same will disappear with in a day or two. But 5 days have elapsed...but there is no abatement for the noise. I am confused on what to do?

                  I have purchased Aapache RTR 160 in 2011.since then it is having problem. The parts are either sub standard or defective one is delivered to me.
                  Many parts are replaced till date ( 2 times battery,cluch liver,cluch wire and many others, don't know there name as they are internal part).(all amounting apprx more than 10,000)
                  I am also having problems in regards to services of service centre, which are not well & were found irresponsible.
                  kindly replace my bike.

                  TVS MOTORS — DEFECTIVE BIKE

                  Dear Concern,
                  I Purchased a bike APACHE 160 RTR FI year 2008 August,(KA 02 HD 69) from SOLAR MOTORS Magadi Road Bangalore[protected] this bike has given me lot of dissatisfication due to so many problems in the bike.
                  in the past 19 months my bike stayed in service centre more i have driven till now it has done approx 15,000 kms,
                  from the first service the problems started regularly like misfiring, engine switches off while running, engine nosiy, pick up etc.
                  once the service engineer from TVS Motors Hosur Mr. Gowri Shankar had visited the service centre, i have shown the bike to the gentle man he had promised to look into the service histroy of the bike, and rectify all the problems but nothing is happened

                  just for your information till now they have change speedo meter twice, fuel injector, clutch plate bearing, fuel filters etc.

                  past one week my bike standing in service centre, for misfirng problem and gets switched off while running.

                  Can anyone look into my problem

                  I have purchased TVS WEGO on june 19th from SAI motors Ahmedabad Vehicle no. GJ-I MC-1093, since then facing a lot average/mileage problem this all is due to defect in TVS WEGO which I purchased, M really fed up of it, I was commited the average of 50 km/ltr instead it gives me only 30 km/ltr, lot many times I went to Kataria motors located at Kankaria Ahmedabad for repair but still facing the same problem, kindly let me know is there any senior and efficient engineer in TVS company who can solve this average problem or else should I escalte this case in media, and also want an exchange of vehicle..I want TVS company to replace my defective vehicle, after every 15 days my vehicles has to be carried to the service center to get repaired but no one from such a big company is trying to resolve my problem, I was commited from the manager of KATARIA motors that they will surely resolve this problem but still there is no change...Dear TVS Team I think you people are actually not bothered for your customers and your company's goodwill, , , , , , , , , , , , Can Any one from TVS team solve my problem as soon as possible, , , , , , , , I want any one from TVS company to contact me on [protected]//[protected], , , , , , , , , , and plzzzzzzzzz try to resolve the problem asap...

                    Dont purchase TVS WEGO

                    Three main problems
                    a) battery is very weak
                    b) Customers are made to paid for low quality items( oil seal is leaking with in the guarantee period, which is not rectified permanently and they are charging for the same mistake when i went in the 14 th month, battery itself is very weak and self start is not working, my hard earned money is gone.

                      Dear sir,I bought the tvs king three wheelre from the tvs company in march 2012 through kaveri autmobile co. greater noida.My three wheeler Registration no. is UP16AT8856. I get financed this three wheeler through Tvs Credit Ltd.But after that my three wheeler damaged almost twenty times and due to this reason approx Rs.30000 spent and my time also went waste. I informed all the senior officer of tvs motor co.(Mr.Navneet &Mr.Narender Bhatia)due to this reason but there was had not take the effective points to remove my problem by tho co.Smometimes they say that you will not able to drive the three wheeler and sometime they said that there was end of your warranry. Pl.help me and take effective measures to remove this promlem from which i get the justice. Thanks.

                      I have purchased TVS King (Three wheeler) on March 2012 .
                      Dealer Name : Kaveri Automobile
                      ADDRESS : Greater Noida (UP)
                      Contact no.[protected], [protected] I purchased the TVS KING CNG (THREE WHEELER) on March 2012 but after one month my three wheeler suffering from big problem my three wheeler engine is damage and after one year my three wheeler suffering from very big problem my three wheeler engine open three time.I had requested many times about this to the showroom staff but none of them is responding.I called tvs motor co. but no responding.I called again to again Mr.Navneet from Tvs motor co. but no any response.My three wheeler is under warranty.But under one year my total invest amount to my three wheeler approx(30000 Rs.). I request to the concerned authorities to take the corrective steps against my
                      problem &amp; fix it as soon as possible.Pl. help me and short out my problem.

                        bike survicing .and his employess behaviour very discustting and bad. our bike servicng dated 28.11.2012 and 20.02.2013

                        Regarding yash motors
                        DearSir/Madam,

                        i have purchased a TVS Flame 12 months ago, i am facing more problems in my bike such as silecer problem, engine problems and bike body is heavy sound. but yash motors satna is not give me good service. but this nature is very hope less.

                        TVS Star — No proper response from dealer

                        I serviced my two wheeler TVS Star from prakruthi motors in Jan by paying 7000 Rs. From that time the oil was leaking. Once again I serviced the vehicle on 25th Apr. Now the vehicle is not starting correctly. 2 times I visited their showroom for solving the Oil leakage and Starting problem. They are not bothered to attend and rectify. Instead of that they are asking charges for rectifying.

                        Prakruthi is interested in only making money through services. they are not bothered about the customer satisfaction. There is no qualified engineers or technicians in prakruthi.

                        I am fed up with Prakruthi. Will TVS will help me. god only knows. I have given the complaint to TVS 2 times. Still no response from them. I think they are not bothered about customer satisfaction. they are interested in sales only

                          Dear Sir/Madam,

                          As i've purchased HONDA SHINE bike on 03/08/2012 from the dealer "Karla Honda" in hazaribagh (Dist.), Jharkand. As the bike's rear tyre got damaged (with in 2500 km reading). So i've informed this to Karla Honda (Dealer) & they told that they don't take responsible of this issue & said to contact & send the tyre to the distributor " TVS Tyre - TVS Shri Chakra ltd.", near bahvani pertol pump, Itki road, Ranchi. And after communicating to the distributor i've sent the damaged tyre to them. Later on communicating, i was told to send the invoice & the RC book & to this i've mailed those two scanned documents. Later on he keeps extending the dates & not responding to my quarries properly & my damaged bike tyre is with them (TVS Chakra ltd) from past 1 month & not taking any action.

                          As the scanned invoice copy is unable to attach so i'm giving up the invoice number - 12IN03767(booking no. - BO11154) .So i kindly request you to take immediate action on this issue & replace my tyre.

                            Hi,
                            This is Vasumathi from Adyar. I have a TVS WEGO # TN 47 BP 9325 for around a year. On 19th of Jan, I had availed the 5th free service. Before this service I was very happy with the vehicle with respect to mileage, It was around 50. After this service, I had been facing the below mentioned issues

                            1) Low mileage - was around 30
                            2) Vehicle gets switched off automatically. It happened when I was waiting in the traffic.

                            Since, 26th of Jan, was the public holiday. I went to Ramkay TVS - adyar on 2nd of Feb. I had reported the above issues.

                            For mileage issue - Two times the mileage test had been taken, first time it was around 45 the second time it was around 40. It was concluded as 45. I don’t know why it is. For point 2, few adjustments had been made.

                            I have the following questions
                            1. What is the effectiveness of this free service?
                            2. for mileage issue
                            When I was purchasing this WEGO I was told by Ramkay TVS - adyar that the expected mileage was 50+.
                            On 2nd of Feb, the person who had done the service confirmed me that 40 is the decent mileage.
                            The marketing section of Ramkay TVS - adyar confirmed as on 2nd of Feb that the expected mileage was 45.
                            The marketing section of TVS - Solinganallur confirmed as on 4th of Feb that the expected mileage was 50+.
                            In your website, it is projected as 58*.
                            I agree there can be plus or minus 5. Please let me know the exact detail regarding this.
                            3.The issue - Vehicle gets switched off automatically. Why it was noticed in the service? Please note that still I face this issue even yesterday it had re-occurred.

                            TVS WEGO — Free Servicing

                            I took my TVS Wego to the dealer in pathanamthitta for its second free servicing.But the servicing(both first and second) provided by them is really bad.. they wont check any parts..they are just rubbing the body with some dirty water..

                              Myself Karmveer Singh. I wanted to buy TVS XL HD from Kunal Auto, the main authorised dealer of TVS motor in Rewari, Haryana. But when i asked TVS helpline than i knew that Kunal Auto charges 2000 rupees extra to company's official ex-showroom price. According to TVS helpline ex-shoroom price of TVS XL HD in Rewari Haryana is Rs. 26,550, but Kunal Auto who is the main authories dealer of TVS motor in Rewari the price of the same product is Rs. 28,400. I get registered a complained against Kunal Auto to TVS helpline (Karuna attendant) on 1st February, 2013, complained reference no. is 15002. Helpline asked me to wait 24 hours to get a solution but i am still waiting for last 8 days (almost more than 172 hours), and there is no response from TVS officials. Services of this company are really worst than others. There is huge difference between the ex-showroom price officially and in reality. They just cheat customers.

                                  from the date of purchase i am facing many problems, its engine is giving every time gives some noise like tik tik. iwent many time his service centre they says it is ok i also given a complaint on toll free no but tey are not giving any response.when my client went to service his owner says you don,t purchase from us you purchased from SHAHI MOTORS.they are misbehaving and roughly talking.

                                  So I want keep against case on TVS motor company,and i want surrender My vehicle to company, I Want clear explination regarding my complaint.I was very unsatisfied about TVS company

                                      i have purchased tvs scooty strreak from deni tvs, bahadarpur, patna. the meter cover has been broken by some reason. when i consulted the service centre, they said that the meter glass is not available, if i wait for 1 month they will order it and get the supply.
                                      but after 2 months they couldnt provide me the meter glass. instead they told me that the meter glass is not available loose. TVS company doesnt make meter glass or provide it,so i have to change whole meter kit.
                                      i have a complain about tvs that why it is not providing the parts even at its authorised service centre.
                                      i am very dissappointed with tvs, even the scooty streak performance is not good enough,i use it only in patna main town but it always costs high maintenance costs.

                                        I bought a Wego a year back.. The battery is totally down and the vehicle does not start even with kick.. The services rendered is horrible too.. The motive is only to charge us for change of oil, wash (just the body) etc... No complaints are looked into... It has reached a state where the battery has to be replaced if the vehicle has to work...

                                        I baught tvs wego before 6months, after second service started battery problems, scooter did not start by start button instead im using always kicker.
                                        I hav been informed service centre several times to service but no action taken by them, also nobody is attending the complant also.
                                        So im strongly recommending do not buy tvs wego pls go for another brand.
