I’m Prabakaran from Madurai, Tamilnadu. My bike TN 63 P 6150 Star City getting problem many times. we are done company service regularly at Sri Pandiyan TVS Madurai. But we are facing starting problem 4 times for last 2 months. Last month also we are facing same problem. we sent to Pandiyan TVS, Madurai, He take 4 days for rectifying that issue. He told Battery does not working you can change the battery, after that issue will not come. I’ll changed the battery, but yesterday on wards my did not started. Today morning on wards i called and inform to Sri Pandiyan TVS (Contact No:[protected] . he will not arrange the service. Kindly Help The Issue. Thanks & Regards Prabakaran.T [protected]
Hi Team, I gave my Apache bike for service in KR Puram, Bangalore. They replaced my bike parts with old parts. I hate TVS service centers. But, I love Apache. I decided that I should not give my bike for service in TVS Showroom. I am happy to give in outside service centers.

I am Karthik from madurai, Tamilnadu.My Bike Tvs Apache RTR Yellow, Bike No : TN 59, AY 7097, My bike gave Yesterday[protected] morning to Pandian Tvs in PP Chavadi in Madurai.Today we would delivered my bike, but very worst in service of polish to the bike.Many times i told to customer support person gear rod is very tiet, repair that but same condition still to my bike.But service charge is very high to the dealers of Pandian motors.Worst service but high cost of the invoice bill of bike service charges.

The TVS service in madurai(Pandian motor, theni road) is bad.They are not giving on time.customer is also not treated properly.They didnt rectify half of my complaint.Very Very bad .
I'm athilakshmanan from madurai, i have complete 9 services with in 14 months but I'm not satisfy the each and every services because I'm attended the complaints after every service but still it not rectify. At the last service done by 9th month of 2020 the service person told fork oil leaked we need to change the inner tube. But it will not change for one month. Every week end i ask the service centre they told pair parts is not stock. In cause the pair is come they not fit for our vehicle. Finally i speak the manager he check and change it and the bill amount is Rs.4500. With in one week after service my bike engine is off while driving. Every 1.5 months i give the service centre to my bike at least one service and one complaint. Now i decided not giving service to pandiyan service centre madurai anymore. And i service my bike other work shop. My bike no : TN59 CZ 7839.

    Inspite of contacting the dealer many times and getting services on required time vehicle is giving average of 30 kmpl instead of 60 kmpl as said by your dealer...Solve our problem because your dealer is unable to solve our this big problem.
    We had already run the 4100 km by our wego

      wiring kit for TVS Fiero FX

      Sir, I am holding a TVS Fiero FX in the year 2004, I like this bike too, now the problem which I am facing for the wiring kit for the same. In Ramkay showroom they tried and they informed me that the code number was closed permantely. so, next option what I have to do for this.       tvs wego starting problem from day one

      Today on 14/12/2013, i submit my tvs scooty pep+ for paid service... your employee Mr.AMIT told me to give his name to salesperson of showroom becuase of my past complaints...when i told him that Amit send us for this service, owner do misbehave with us...they told us that scooty never repaired here...why you send this in our garage for service...your vehicle never repaired perfectly...what is the meaning of my purchase and paiying money to TVS!!!

        I had made a service on 30/11/13 from M/s.K.K Automobiles Udyog Nagar, New Delhi. When i go for scooty service then he said that Clutch, Belt or some bolts to be healed in scooty & the bill is Rs.1800 & we go after 4 O'Clock then they demand Rs.2000 as bill amount. From next day scooty is not working properly after changing all the parts & When I arrived at the service station then the first thing he had done they not talk in right way and when I said that, please show me the parts which yesterday you had changed they become aggressive & shouting after while he gave scooty to me & told now its perfectly fine or works properly & he has not shown me any parts. And when i seen Scooty began to lick oil and then i had to go back a third time and he recovered the fault & i was not satisfied his service. They never do fluent service in one time. This is ridiculous service i had never seen anywhere & i m very upset from this service station & i am not the only one who face this bad service, there is so many people who suffers because of some problems they not contact you but now i want better service from your side for the next time. This time i want that you take relevant action against them relie[censored]s from the next time. Please take an action we are in trouble only because of your service station. Thank you!             Sir, I purchased TVS JUPITER from Kashyap Agencies Boring Road Patna-Bihar on 5/11/13.During purchase i was not informed by the agency that there is not lady foot rest installed in my vehicle. After all the paper formalities performed and the payment was done. I found that there was no lady foot rest installed in my vehicle. I inquired the agency owner, he replied that you contact with TVS dealer ZENITH ENTERPRISES EXHIBITION ROAD PATNA. From that day I contacted several time the agency and the dealer and also complain in TVS Motor Company Limited Tel. nos. as given in my Owner Manual. 18 days passed on but i dont get ant clear response from any side.

              I purchased a Wego on 1st may, 2013.It almost traveled 5000 KM.I can’t believe that my wego giving almost 20 KMPL only.I reported to my service center(Shaw Motor, Titagar, West Bengal) repeatedly but they can’t do nothing.Please note that I follow all the standard rules like not using unnecessary break, keeping tyre’s pump updated etc.So please guide me what to do next because I am feeling helpless.

                I have purchased mt rtr 180 new beast..on 2/4/2013 was fine till 2months later jst developed a marathon of complaints..every day getting into service station for a new issue is tedious..now after 3rd service too the handle while turns makes sound a lot..and disk brakes both rear and front make a irritating sound..though have got done 3rd free service..nothing has been done exept a mere wash..bike is very rough to use and doesnt feel like using to be honest...all thanks to ashwa tvs, in banashankari opp to devegowda petrol bunk...if it continues ll jst hav to sell this bike borth 88k and go fr another

                  Dont purchase any bike of tvs becasue the service they provide is very poor . I am the user of tvs apache but I felt the service of tvs is very poor . I have taken my bike 15 days earlier but . still they did not submit the bill sillt and I am not able to get my claim until one month. very poor services. .please dont pucrchase any bike of tvs.

                        I bought a new bike (TVS Apace RTR 160 CC) on 16th Aug 2013 from a Authorized TVS Dealer (address:- Jalpa Motors, NH21 Gutakar District Mandi Himachal Pradesh). But within 45-50 days of purchase the Fuel Tank Lock become dysfunctional. We told about the problem to the dealer and we expect that they will replace the lock for free as the bike had not even completed 2 months and I had not even get the number plate yet. But instead of replacing for free they said the locks are not covered in the warranty so you have to pay for the replacement of the locks. Now please tell me what to do. is there any one who can listen to my grief. please reply me at [protected]@gmail.com

They used white paint to cover scratces on the vehicle. As the dealer has cheated me by selling a damaged vehicle, I request you to take necessary action and ask the dealer to replace the vehicle.                               This is being put up in the hope of getting the satisfactory and tranchent resolution. I have purchased TVS SPORT authorised dealer SHUNTY BUNTY TVS FAZALGANJ KANPUR on the name of Hrithik Singh on 11th Aug'13 and since next day of purchase I am chasing the dealer for the resolution of the technical fault with the bike. However, due to the casual attitude of the showroom and workshop members till date I am running for getting the resolution. It's now like that either I should report this to consumer forum or I should abstain myself and other people from opting for TVS. The casual attitude of the dealer has maligned the reputation of TVS. Problem with the bike is that its taking jerks while riding even at the speed of 30-40 km/hr and at times jerks are so strong that it may cause a serious accident while riding. I will request you to please help me with resolution. There have been umpteen job cards opened in respect to resolution of the issue however there has not been a positive response.                                 Sir,
                                i purchased a new battery "amaron" from TVS motor agenciy from bharatpur(raj). They gave me
                                a gurantee card of 2 years and asked me that if any faults or complain about battery will occur
                                then we change it. But sir after 1 month battery has discharged when i went to agency they said
                                that we will have to charge it then get report but sir after charged they fit again in my scooty but
                                they asked me if any fault occur then they will chage battery. when i asked for that reason they
                                said me its only discharged if your battery will disturb or get any fault then we will change it.
                                i ashmed and return my home.
                                plz sir take this matter seriously.

                                bad services in boduppal MR. Satish TVS show room, and he not open in Sunday his work shop . it is biggest problem in bike servicing, there people talking negligence about customer.

                                  Dear sir,I bought the tvs king three wheeler from the tvs company in march 2012 through kaveri automobile co. greater noida.My three wheeler Registration no. is UP16AT8856. I get financed this three wheeler through Tvs Credit Ltd.But after that my three wheeler damaged almost twenty five times and due to this reason approx Rs.30000 spent and my time also went waste. I informed all the senior officer of tvs motor co.Mr.A.llango, Mr.Navneet (Mobile no.[protected]) &Mr.Narender Bhatia (Mobile no. [protected])due to this reason but there was had not take the effective points to remove my problem by the co.Sometimes they say that you will not able to drive the three wheeler and sometime they said that there was end of your warranty. Pl.help me and take effective measures to remove this problem from which i get the justice. Pl.help me and short out my problem if i didn't get the justice then i will go to consumer court for get the justic with total proof. Thanks.
