    I like to bring to your notice that, my name is T.S.M Mohammed Salim from Chennai. I have booked a new vehicle apache RTR 160cc new model white color in maruthi motors TVS SHOWROOM located in Chennai west mambalam. The problem is the vehicle which I have booked is lots of damages, in the new bike front mudguard, tail shield, engine shield are damaged, & the main problem in new bike is engine has got an engine valve problem. So before vehicle registration I identified all the above mention damages in new bike and I inform to maruthi motors TVS SHOWROOM that I don’t need the damaged bike, I need an another new bike before registration, but maruthi motors TVS SHOWROOM has registered the damaged vehicle without my concern, the main thing is I didn't signature in the registration application forms like form 60 and other papers. The maruthi motors (TVS SHOWROOM) forged my signature to register the damaged vehicle. So I regret to accept the damaged vehicle which was register in my name. I have spoke with your sales territory manager mr.Krishnan (Chennai) four days before & I have explained everything to him still now I dint get any call or any solution for the above mentioned problem if I didn't get any solution for my problem I will take an legal action against your
     TVS Company and sue you in court for forged my signature for vehicle registration. And I want you to stop the EMI which I have applied in TVS CREDIT my EMI starts on 07/09/14.

      Gorakhpur Dealer more then part not provide with bike Number Plate (front & rear), Leg grad,
      Seat cover, &Leg Paid (pawadan).

      why are not given all part with bike special no. plate & lag grad.

        I had given my TVS Apache RTR 180 bike for servicing in Trijal TVS whitefield, Bangalore showroom. The service required was a general service with parts change that included two tyres, one headlight and chain spoket. I was promised that the bike will be delivered on Saturday(30th August 2014) by evening as Friday was a public holiday and showroom shall remain closed. Saturday when I call to confirmed whether the bike is ready or not they told me that Tyre Stock was not available and that they will deliver the bike on Monday(1st September 2014) at 11 AM in the morning. I understood the situation and agreed despite of the fact that I had nothing to take care of my travelling and fulfilling my personal commitments. Monday Morning when I called Trijal TVS Showroom they started told me to come at 1 PM(the same day). I asked what is wrong and why they are delaying the delivery of my bike since I was loosing my productivity and had to face lot of consequences related to my professional and personal life. Still I went at 1 PM and to my amusement I come to know that the bike is not yet ready and they asked me to come again at 2.30 PM. So I had to walk 2Kilometers up and down from my home and when I went to the showroom at 2.30 PM the work was not yet complete. I already had enough. I had no option other than to take my bike in an incomplete services state. The bill was around 6500 INR but my bike was not fully serviced. Teflon Coating was ignored just because it was for free as I had a free coupon. This is not at all acceptable. I had faced issues with the same showroom but this was something which needs to be noticed. I am not sure how many more customers are facing the same issue with them but I am sure they will come up with their complaints. I had to service without my bike for 4 long days where as it was supposed to delivered in 2 days. They are doing their work just for the sake of doing it. Very poor commitment, poor level of servicing and they dont value the customer requirements.         Just an update I had given my bike for servicing on Thursday(28th August 2014) and I was promised that the bike will be delivered on Saturday(30th August 2014) by evening.

          this is niraj ranjan from patna, bihar. i bought apache rtr 160 single disk on 12th august 2014 from k.p.tvs patna.Actually i paid rs79000 for that bike but i got the bill of rs70893.My problem is that if i have paid rs79000 than why i got the bill of rs70893.SO my complain is that i didn't got the right bill

          Today on 1st sep i got a call from K.P MOTORS, but i am not satisfied.They were telling like that sir come to the showroom we will provide you a new and correct bill.It means first time K.P.MOTORS have given me a wrong bill or they have taken rs8107 more from me? If they have taken more money from me than i want the difference amount
          i got the wrong bill from k.p tvs, patna
          I have paid rs79000 for tvs apache rtr 160 single disk.But i got the bill of only rs70893 from K.P.MOTOR, PATNA.I don't know why they do like that.This happens only in bihar and only in TVS.I think they taken rs8107 more from me.So my complain is why K.P.MOTOR, PATNA din't give the right bill, which is paid by me and that amount is rs79000.

            Can you let us know if hupiter is still giving low mileage.

            Recently i purchase Jupiter and facing same concern but my dealer says you will get such mileage till first serving.

              Dear TVS Team, I have purchased bike before 3 month's and from last one months i am facing problem with Self start. i have visited 3 times to TVS CBD Belapur service center but my problem not resolved. they are doing new experiment. but not able to resolve my problem. yesterday they told me that there is problem with relay and they don't have relay part. which cost is 150 RS. there is worst service from TVS.                 I was taken a tvs jupiter last month, I was taken this vehicle for servicing on saturday. The engine of my two wheeler make noise . But this problem is not solved by showroom . They gave me some nonsence answers...I registerd a complaint on TVS office but i didnt get the positive responce regarding this complaint|

                  I have Taken All Free Services & one Paid Full-Service. After 1st Paid Service I Came To Know that Engine Went Wrong Because of Engine Oil . I Only went to Ashwa TVS Services for every problem within my bike. when I Went to Service Centre and told My Problem, They Are Not Responded Properly & They Said Engine Gone bad because of Engine Oil You Used. (But It was them Only). I Have Trusted Them But They Cheated Me, This Is My First & Last Bike I have Purchased From TVS.

                  Hi Guys,

                  I own TV's Jupiter. Purchased this moped after lots of research and expectations. Initially vehicle response was good. Good pick-up, smooth engine. After 3 Rd service I used to hear some noise from engine. When ever I complained about this during service. They used to tell it's sound from loose parts.Even after 5 service it was same issue.

                  Tiered of service guys explanation( Ashes. TVS, DG petrol bunk) decide to show bike to machanic outside. At first test drive he told its sound from engine and told either engine alignment is gone or some part might be faulty( why expert tvs machanics not able to find this) and he even mentioned once in a while these issues comes from the manufacturer itself. Now I am feeling cheated. If it was issue why ashes tvs kept me in dark.

                  Tomorrow I will get feedback from machanic about the actual issue. If it's really engine issue then definitely tvs is the cheaters.

                  TVS is offering 24 months of manufacturing warranty but with loads of conditions. I have put already my query to tvs customer services but no acknoledgment yet.

                  Ashwa tvs not responded well but hope TVS company would respond.

                  Day2: Engine block was removed and tested in idle. Noise looks to be reduced but not completely.

                  Nevertheless ASHWA tvs not changed engine oil properly. Which might have costed engine even more. Machanic told wheels or break or clucth or lubrication nothing was done properly. I believe they just washed n polished vehicle in all 5 service. If this is the after service we get from tvs then definitely TVS will loose its valued customer.

                  Suggestion from my side based on personal experience . Never go for Ashwa TVS. Just money making, no customer value, tottaly pathetic.

                    Purchased the bike in Sept 2012. After the very first service, the shine on my bike just faded away. Dont know what chemical they applied on it. When I asked why it happened, they just said it came to us like this only. Its completely rubbish. Bike is now in such a condition that its chain becomes loose every 2 weeks, its acceleration has dropped, front wheel bubbles, engine gets heated up quickly. I have told them to rectify these problems each and every time I took my bike for service. I think they just wash my bike and do nothing else. Not at all happy with this service behaviour. I feel like I should throw away the bike at the service center itself.

                      Guru nanak tvs near khalsa college Amritsar is bringing disgrace to such a nice product of TVS motors Jupiter. We purchased 2 Jupiters and were happy until it came to first service. The service men are not at all knowledgable, they have employed minors for servicing the vehicle, and as a result of which our scooters aren't giving the kind of mileage TVS promised. Today we went for 4th free service and were dealt horribly by the dealer. We were made to wait for hours and when we asked them why, the owner tried to be physical with us. We are very disapointed, please call us soon. We need to sort this out, hope the message is not ignored. Thank you

                        Bought the self-claimed by TVS Motors, their sturdy moped TVS Jupiter on 10th June 2014, which now I feel I was totally misguided. Met with a small accident on 20th July, 2014 where the most important part of any vehicle – Chassis was damaged and most fragile part – Fiber was left intact with absolute no scratch. Hard to accept but customer relationship manager of TVS Motors Mr. Rakendu Bhattacharjee very well helped me understand the situation. I was communicated that chassis will be replaced with all the requisite procedure at the TVS end by him. After giving them 10 days, I finally communicated to know that nothing is done and now they want me to complete all governmental procedures! My moped is 2 months old of which it is with TVS Dealer’s workshop since last one month!!! There is utterly loss of internal communication making a consumer stranded and opportunity cost borne is different.

                            Hi I have purchased a brand new showroom bike Apache 160 beast on 6 Aug 2013 i have been facing consistent problems immediately after third service the technician's of the service center failed to acknowledge my complaint as they say the engine crown breaks is a common problem of TVS and consumers would better ignore rather than try to fix it. Preceding first service my bike was perfect with an unbelievable mileage of ~55-58kms per liter and with no problems what so ever. After third service i am very distracted with my bike. i complaint several times at my nearest showroom but they are not much interested to take any serious action on it . My bike top speed is going 75km only. also my bike is in 5 years full guarantee, my bike engine is opened three times but the problem was every time same

                                During drive suddenly Clutch cable stop working, no words to say Very Frustrating Experience.

                                Ask service station about the problem but they said it happens sometimes.

                                I am surprised with the vehicle at 3302 KM.

                                Very Upset with the reply given by service station representatives.

                                Service representatives directly said contact to company, we are not responsible for such type of Experiance. They also said I have to pay for the Clutch wire change.

                                  I HAD A COMPLAINT ABOUT omraj service center works at pallimukku, kollam(kerala)their service is below average and there were no responsibility for our vehicles they receive an amout of 10000 from me within a month for differnt types of engine failure..the vehicle number is KL-02-AH-440 xl super.and they didnt give my vehicle on time.nowonwards it is under maintence for 5 days.i am from a below average family and i cant go to work without my vehicle.so

                                    Dear Sir/ Madam I bought the TVS APACHE RTR 160 SD (Regn. No. DL-11SF 3682) on 27.04.2014 1) When I took the bike to below centre for the 1st Free Service, the attitude of service staff was annoying and ignorant. They clearly refused to wash the bike after servicing: Service Centre : JR TVS R.K. Puram Sector 4, Delhi – 110022 2) Again I visited the same service centre (because it is nearby my home) on 03rd Aug 2014 for 2nd free service, I was shocked with the misbehave of staff on the gate itself. They asked me if it was free or paid service and when I replied “2nd free service”, They bluntly told servicing not possible due to shortage of manpower and washing will not be done. I want to inform you that prior to visiting the service centre, I received a telephone from service centre girl and I was given time to visit at 4:30 pm. But, After reaching there I was totally unwelcomed. I bought the Apache because of the good name of TVS but this kind of bad experience has turned me off and hurt.                                     I have repeatedly facing issues with regards to the servicing of my motorbike TVS Apache RTR 160. Supervisors at the service center do not take customer issues seriously. Bike is not repaired properly and I have to go again and again for it to get repaired. I am fed up of this. If you do not have technical specialities then why do you people make a commitment.

                                      Hi I have purchased a brand new showroom bike Apache 160 beast on 19 may 2014 i have been facing consistent problems immediately after first service the technician's of the service center failed to acknowledge my complaint as they say the head leaking is a common problem of TVS and consumers would better ignore rather than try to fix it. Preceding first service my bike was perfect with an unbelievable mileage of ~55-58kms per liter and with no problems what so ever. After first service offered by the company showroom 1. Their is a drastic decrease in mileage 2. The head is leaking oil 3. The bike doesn't run smoothly. 4. Gear shifting has become a tedious task. 5. There are Mask vibrations.
