Once again i am here to complain about the bad average of TVS wego. I went to company's showroom many time complaining the same poor average. And last time when i filled my scooty to check the average ithas given just 80 km in 3.25 ltrs. please advice how to fix it i am really dissatisfied with service of TVS WEGO

    I have purchased a TVS wego on 20the jan 2011 on name of neha kala from prime TVS adajan. They have sold me defect product. IT handle was bend from starting only. After 3 visits theey were able to repairr it properly.
    On my first service theey stolen petrol and also accepted and promise not to do it again.
    Due to some reason my head light stop working after 3 monthes.I reached theere to repairr it. They repairr it in a day time and said it is ok now. Next day morning i found theat head light is not working again< i reached theere again. The manger told theat theis is due to thee mechanic fault. He did noy repair it properly. They again repairred it and again after 3 days it stops working. Ultimately after 4 visits theey able to repair it.
    After 5-6 monthes my milage meter stops working. They have theat it require to change a wire. They changed it and when drove to few meters and try to take turn wire got stuck in handle and i fell down due to which i was hospitalized for almost a day. After theat i visited theere again and told thee manager whole story buy he take it lightly.
    There are few more incidents when horn stop working and theey able to repair it after 2-3 visits,
    On my 5 service last week i complaint theat it is not giving satisfactory milage, so pls take care of it. theey called me in afternoon and said theat theere is some problem due to which theere is petrol leakage so require to change some parts. They changed it . After 3 days of servicing again theere is petrol leakage and more thean before.
    Pls suggest now what i have to do. Should go theere again to make it repair????? Such a big company is stealing petrol from customers vehicle......Is it not shameful???????? Such a big company has such managers and mechanics who do not know how to treat withe customers and how to repairr vehicle... is it not shameful??????

      TVS WEGO Complaint - Battery, Speedometer and Engine problems

      We had purchased TVS WEGO from SATHYA MOTORS on 2 May, 2011 with Chassis number MD626AG42A1P78214 with engine number OG4PA1081350 with Registration number TN22 CZ 5233. Since purchasing the vehicle we have been experiencing battery problems and electric start problems. Also problems with Speedometer reading, fuel gauge and engine noise of the vehicle has been quite high. Since first free service itself these problems have been surfacing. Presently 3 free services has been completed but still all the above problems have not been clarified.
      But the dealership at Sathya Motors has not been able to bring the vehicle to correct running condition. The reason given by them is non-availability of parts. And they have asked us to approach the company by mail for replacement of the vehicle. Or we have the only option of going for a legal remedy.
      So we request the concerned authorities to provide us support in this regard and provide appropriate replacement of the said vehicle. Please do the needful.

        Sir,

        Balaji here. My two wheeler is TVS GLX. 2005 model (August). Maintenance costs have been zooming high over the last 1 year every time I visit service center. I have been getting service through authorized service centers only. 5 months back Kubera motors, HSR Layout have changed clutch plates (charged around 1700/-). I was not satsfied with their service since the bike was giving troubles. 2 months back I visited Tristar TVS service center again. They suggested clutch plate replacement and other minor changes (charged around 2200/-). Now, just after 2 months, the vehicle started giving trouble already... When I visited Tristar TVS again, they are asking me to change clutch plates again....

        They are not giving any guarantee on parts and further blaming me saying rash driving.... I have been driving 2 wheeler for the last 6.5 years and never faced such issues.

        Please let me know what action can be taken against the TVS (or its service centers).

          Dear Sir

          I Shashikala purchased TVS pep from MEGHDOOT MOTORS,Trinity Circle Bangalore on 10th October 2011.
          The vehicle Registration number being KA03-HL-3692

          Since the very next day i bought the vehicle i had a clutch issue because of which the back wheel used to get jammed and vehicle movement from thereon would be very noisy.
          I brought this to notice of the MEGHDOOT owned service centre near JOGPALYA.

          The service centre guys did not solve the issue insipite of 2 free services done there as on 3rd JAN 2012

          Everytime i visit them they just do nothing and return back the vehicle telling that the issue is solved.

          The service centre Manager is not effecient in understanding the issue of the customers.

          Please take this issue to the higher authorites to get the issue solved permanently.

          I am ready to go to Consumer court with proper LAWYER's guidance.

            to whom so ever it may concern,i have been facing issues with your brand from day one of the purchase from 22.12.11.i have been walking in an out of the showroom from day one regarding various problems..i assume i was been cheated by your so called omraj dealer with some wrecked old tvs wego. Very embarrassing is that their site has no option for complaints.i now know why people go ahead purchasing honda activa.. this is the most irresponsible brand i have ever come across.
            I took this vechile 1.5 year before in Neo motors Bangalore from frist service onwords I am facing many issues, Wego performance is very bad. NO pick up, NO balance, NO mileage, VERY WORST STARTING TROUBLE, very poor battery, It is not good for non.

              I had purchased a TVS Wego in April this year. I am very impressed and appreciate the performance of the vehicle but recently had a very bad experience. 1st was with the speedometer kit has broken twice and to fix it for the first time I had paid twice the amount to an authorised dealer in Bandra. 2nd time when I was riding the bike at a speed of 60 kmph the accelearator cable snapped there was no mishap by gods grace or else I and my wife could have met with an accident. The cable originally cost is Rs. 180 and the bandra dealer sold it to me for 499 and 300 fitting charges. I would request all of you please do not buy the TVS Wego atleast till they do not release all the parts in the market.

                Starting problem

                I purchased a new WEGO from one of your TVS dealer named ASMI MOTORS on 1/9/11. engine no og4HB1205999. It completes around 4500 km and the ignition starting problem starts.I done a 3rd service for the problem before the service period. Even after the problem not solved.                 I own an apache rtr Fi ,2008 model ,for the past three years i have spent nearly 90,000 and still counting
                i have all the bills required , the bike spare parts provided by the company is low quality and every three months i have major problem in my bike either self starter gone,magnetic coil broken, battery gone, fuel filter
                change every 900 km ,often rear disk pads gone or wiring relay etc... , i have replaced every part and serviced bike on time but still iam spending more , I have spent a lot hence cant sell so please help me with a solution .

                  Dear Sir,
                  I have bought an Tvs Wego from your dearler Peekey Motors ,Iritty,Kannur .on dated 8/12/2011. On the very next day the vehicle shows a complaint of starter trouble and when I approach the dealer they tells it’s because of wireing complaint and they told like stock was not there and I came back. After next day it shows another complaint of oil seal complaint AND I HAD given the vehicle for service center on dated 16/12/2011 and they told like Monday they will solve my problem. Still now I didn’t get back my vehicle I want an immedite feedback or else I will file a complaint in the court on the very next day.

                    hi my self is prakash , i have purchased tvs Apache rtr 160 on July in NAMAN MOTORS Bangalore..... after two service i have got noise in engine and i informed to service manager bt he told that its common in tvs Apache ..... so i went to ASHWA motors in Bangalore (opp devegowda petrol pump) bt they told tat something is wrong in engine so they took my bike for two days bt problem dint solved ..... and again and again they took my bike for 3 more times after that they totally replaced whole engine but now also i am getting sound in it ........ and fitting is very very bad .... they dint fixed oil nut and front wheel not properly ..... and washing is also very bad .... while washing they done some scratches in it .... if i complained also they don't mind it so please take the action ........

                      my name is prem chandra. i purchased a tvs apache rtr on05july2009 . i had permanent problem with my bike like wheels, handle n accelator n chain socket . i did all my servicing on time but problem never resolved n whenever i do the complaint to the manager of SAI BABA TVS SERVICE CENTER AT MUMBAI PUNE HIGHWAY NEAR STAR BAZAAR . THEY KEEP MY BIKE FOR 2-3DAYS N THEN ALSO THE PROBLEM IS NOT RESOLEVD . AND THE MANAGER IS VERY RUDE TO THE CUSTOMERS . HE TREATS THE CUSTOMER SO BADLY THAT ......... TILL DATE MY PROBLEM IS NOT RESOLVED .

                        I have bought TVS Apache on NOV 2010 and after 6 month it started giving me nothing but troubles. After the secound service, engine started to make strange noises and later found out that the magnate side oneway bearing damaged.one a tome i have replace the same but same problem i a found in one month. This happened in 6 month since i have bought it. Service guys bluffed something and did some fixes but, the original engine sound was gone after that. There was no performance or mileage from then. When i raised a concern about it, then didnt seem to listen.

                        I have even raised my problem in TVS show room in chaibasa but they do not solv mu probleum. Currently the same problem happened, bearing damaged and oneway clutch as per service guy was damaged.

                        I'm sick of TVS and it's dealer attitude. Till now no proper action have been taken to solve this problem neither from TVS nor from its dealer in chaibasa.

                          Sir .I bought tvs wego from above name dealer . He assured me that he is giving me best deal ..but he cheat me breach of trust ..he sold me at very high price and accessories which he promised to provide me ..along with steel guard .helmet .gripper .and etc ..including in that amount ..he not give me ..and when I called him regarding this he made so many excuses ..after 15 days of buying that vehicle he answered properly that u go to service center of tvs which is located at andheri ..name yash motors. From ther I calledup and asked regarding accessories.. he replied that u take all from that service center and take bill too ..I will reimburse u ..but now he is not ready to refund my bill amount ..and my additional amount which he take from me by false representation ....even he not fit speedometer ..harsh automobiles no…[protected]
                          And he is not ready to give matrix dealer no ..i found .there is another dealer .under the name aasha motors . no [protected]...he also providing me best deal ..i think matrix and harsh both jointly cheating ppl and spoil the name of company ..
                          when I went to service center ther I asked regarding wego price ..there also I knew that he cheated me ..yash motors is authorized dealer of wego ,,,and harsh automobiles .Mr.Joshi who told me that he is autorisd dealer of tvs and he hv 3 other showroom ..1 at bhaiyander ..other one at vasai . I found that all his statement was false ..he is cheater. His one employee come to me and gaved service card which is complementary services from tvs ..at that card seign and sealed is not harsh automobiles ..that singn and seald is from matrix dealer ..of mira road who is new dealer of tvs ..
                          his behaviour and abused me on phone ..hurts me ..suffering from mental tension and my blood pressure shootup ..dont know why matrix dealer support him in illegal activity ..I have all bill and and his receipt which he gave and now he is not providing all accessories and reimburse bill amount ..and my extra payment which I all ready paid to him ..this tension affect me in day to daily life routine ..and my work ..
                          plz for this act of kindness I highly obliged ,,

                            i bought new TVS WEGO from harsh automobiles at mira road..mr. joshi offered me good deal ..but when i made payment ..and searched in andheri ..i find out that he was not authorised delar, at andheri yash motors who is autorised delear of TVS offering me best price ..when i called mr. joshi he said what ever i told u and make commeeitment about accessaries he will provide me ..but he request me that plz right now ur at yash motors from there service centre u fit all assecceries .and take bill from there i will pay ..all ur asseceriies bill ..about that he talked to yash serive worker too..
                            but now he denied for all and not ready to reimburs my additional amount which he took and my acessaories bill ..which he was ready to pay me preiviously ..and now abuse me ..and threnting me :" tujh ko jo karna hai karle nai paisa deta" like this
                            this is mental harrashment for me ..plz do consider as early as possible ,,
                            for this act of kindness i do needful to u and high obliged .

                              Defective bike sold
                              I am amit kumar and i purchased a New bike TVS Apachae RTR 160 by payinh hard cash at your counter after Dhanteras on 29th october and i was very happy to get the bike but the very next day some sound from engine was coming then i took my bike to Showroom dealer i told them that there is some problem in engine as noise was coming from engine then your engineer told me that as this is a new bike some screws are loose and it will be done on your 1st service then on 26th Nov i went at your Narbheram showroom for service then i was told that there is some problem in my engine and engine head needs to be replace as there is some manufacturing defect.

                              My question is that when i purchased a new bike by paying the total amount then why i will take a defective piece, i do not want that my engine should get open , i want that if bike is defect then it needs to be replaced with a new one......because if within a months time i get to know that it is a defective piect then what is the surity that this will not happen again.

                                Sir, I am from ulundurpet.we are liking TVS Brand motors. In my house three two wheelers TVS brand. I have bought a tvs xl super from krishna motors on 22.10.11.fully paid. on that day also when i ask any question regarding about motorcycle ,they did not answer properly.. but i did not mind that.. after a month they called me on 17.11.11, and said to me come to RTO office tomorrow.. but i said i m in hospital in serious so i cant come tomorrow so pls fix another date.. but they refused my statement and switch off their phone. then again i called and explained my situation ... then they halfmindly accepted and also they scold me harshly.. then after a week they called me on 21.11.11 and they asked me come tomorrow 22.11.11 .at 9.00 clock @ RTO office ulundurpet,,, then i went to RTO office @ ulundurpet at 9.00 clock i m waiting for until 2.00 clock they didnt come or call to me.. then again i called their phone numbers more than 100 times they didnt attend . still they no answer... wat i do hereafter? without registration how do i drive vehicle? pls help... we are very confident on TVS brand ..they will help me.. Thank you

                                  This is my second complaint about tvs scooty, it was done earlier in 12th nov. and after that i have also got call from tvs scooty centre also, they have provided me complaint number 8822. and i have visited tvs showroom for service there. Now again this is giving severar problem, and as you know a badly running wehicle is danger to life. it just sto pped running in the mid of the road and it was my good luck that the person behind me didn't hit me. else i cud have met an accident. and that all would be because of bad service...

                                  Can anybody tell me how to get rid of this scooty. i m fed up completely.

                                  Please tell me the procedure to return the scooty to company.
                                  Both has run only 650 km as if now and i purchased my both scooty on 24th aug 2011. on my birthday.

                                  Registration number is HR10R-9979. in the name of Krishan Gopal ( my father) and other is HR10S-0656 in the name of Sonia (myself).

                                  Please help i cant drag the scooty from anywhere to my home or to the showroom as both are at very distant places,

                                    I notice few problems in first 3 months was minor like not starting by self start,headlamp was turning off while tacking turns etc.
                                    Main problem occurs on 08 Oct 2011 and 2730km very loud noise was coming from the engine i took straight away the Mapusa service center & reported the problem, they kept wego for almost 6 days with them to find out the main cause and on seven day 14 Oct 2011 they send wego to Kala motors Panajim, as they told me that there is a major problem in engine they are unable to solve it so they send wego to main center in panajim. so i went to panjim service center & they told that notice some major problem & spare parts to replace that part is not in stock with them and need to wait until its arrives. I was everyday calling them regarding the updates about my wego. after ten days later they called me told me that you wego is ready, so on 24 Oct 2011 i took wego from them after 18 days it was fine.I am very disappointed as it done only 2730 kms so many problems. i spends 18 days like a hell without scooter.

                                    On 9 Nov 2011 on the way to panajim on highway suddenly the same noise/sound started coming from engine and within 2 minutes suddenly stop the engine in middle of highway any how i manage to take it to the side and same my life from accident. I tryed to self start it and also by kick started but it was completely dead so i toke it by hand to the panjim city and went the kala motors service center regarding the problem then they brought it to the center told me that they will inform me as soon as it ready. I received it 16 Nov 2011.Again 7 days without scooter. I ask them for service report like what was wrong with wego they replied that was some minor problem we solve it and not given any report to me. I made a big mistake by buying wego. Two major breakdown within a period of 10 months at just 3000kms run i this is disgusting, i am scarred to drive it because it can breakdown anytime on road i don't want to get injured, also in point of view wego which i brought has a manufacturing defeat and i want my money back. I will suggest not buy wego.

                                      Hello Sir,

                                      My friend is owning APACHE RTR 160 FI. He bought it on 06.11.2009 and the bike Particulars are Chassis No.MD634LE5992H12401, Engine No.0E5H92012104.

                                      We are really facing so many Problems with the bike regarding to the fuel injection. we are living in TiruPati and we are having a hill to drive for 25 Kms. when the bike is coming down we dont use the accelration continuously. If the accelator was closed for a minute the bike is resPonding even it is still in on. again we have to off the ignition and restar the vehicle after coming into neutral. Recently we have faced a major comPlaint about the rear disk. The Plate has got burned down and we relaced it for 13,0000 Kms from the date of Purchase. The service is damn bad here. We need the good service and a good mechanic to firsty identiy it and recity our comPlaint.

                                      Tvs/ Apache Rtr FI — Problem in service

                                      I had purchased a bike apache rtr fi and gave it for first service after one month. The people told me that there is some problem in the coil of the bike so it is needed to be replaced.
                                      Even after one month since i gave it for servicing the coil is still not replaced. the people are saying the coil is coming from the company, but for the last one month it has not come
