poor service
i have purchased tvs scooty & star sport after few days their is a lot of problems like :-
1-self start not working.
2-poor braking.
3-sound in handle.
4-bubling in rim.
5-voice in engine.
6-drum springs broked.
7-some times not start.
8-engine peobelem...

i approached Meenakshi TVS agency at Walasarawakam, Chennai to get spare part for my TVS apache bike. They asked me to pay advance for the part, promising that they would deliver the part within a week. Even after three weeks, there was no response from them.When i approached them in person, their response was the worst i have ever seen, and used foul languages to drive me out, refusing to return the advance amount. I had buyed tvs apache rtr yellow on[protected] in sri meenakshi auto agencies no:164,venkateswara nagar,arcot road,valasaravakkam, chennai-600087 i gave my bike to service there is no response for me i said that my engine is in problem when suggesting they said to visit : ramkay service centre this is not a good response which we expected .so we need a good response for your product.we need a quick response inreturn....

I own TVS apache 160 cc bike, it gives me a hell a lot of problem from
the date purchase. I followed the usual instructions like riding the
vechile within 50 km speed limit upto 750 km as per the terms. When it
went for the 1st there arised a problem known as " VIBRATION " ie
actually when the bike goes above 55 this vibration occurs and I won't
be able to drive the vechile.This is been tested...

dear sir,

iam naveen.recently i have bought tvs apache(october). i have little problem on alloy wheels paiting. this problem has been occured not only for my bike but also the bikes in the market after 2010 make.

the problem is while cleaning the alloy wheels the paint has been removed. kindly arrange any remedy for the 2010 buyers including me.

hence i request you to paint the alloy wheels in...

I bought TVS WEGO vehicle 8 months back, now its battery is down and i have to replace it. It has got starting troubles. After two days of vehicle purchase, the vehicle did not start, after informing to the dealer they took the vehicle after one day they said not to exceed 3 litres of fuel in the tank (its capacity is of 5 litre) this was not informed at the time of purchase.

Please don't take the bike of Tvs company because there is lot of problems in my bikes which is 1.5 year old. In one year the engine of the bike is goes for service three times self changed from tvs company. I am really wasted my time in servicing of engines & self of bike. Yet another problem is not solved because the bike is not in a good condition now because engine have a sound i think my time is...

i purchased tvs apache rtr 160 from balaji showroom bh road tumkur on 30 april 2010 and from that time my engine oil is leaking continuosly[the oil covers the entire side stand within 100 kms of ride]
i have gone through 4 free servicing and every time i have mentioned the same problem but yet its not done[i have all the receipts mentioning this problem]

After the first service, engine started to make strange noises and later found out that some bearing inside the engine has been damaged. This happened in 1 month since i have bought it. Service guys bluffed something and did some fixes but, the original engine sound was gone after that. There was no performance...

I purchased TVS BIKE model APACHE RTR 160 on "[protected]" from charkhi dadri. After just 5 days its rear wheel corner is broken and rear right side suspension is leaking. On the same day i went to the dealer and show the problem. After proper examin he told me " we will replace it but now the part is not avaliable, come after 2 days". when i went to his shop he again told me " part is still not avaliable"....

I have TVS APPACHE RTR 180 REG NO:KL-13-V-4826.I am buying in before three months.but iam very disturbed.Allready 2 free service finished but they will not repaired my complant. The complant was if iam going above 40km speed vibrating the bike and some sound inside the engine and any time engine oil leake or jumping the fork its not pulling also. 4 times i give to the GRACE MOTORS TVS SHOWROOM KERALA,KANNUR,THANA but they will...

I would like to inform that i have bought an APACHE model number-RTR160 one& a half year ago...the bike is performing horribly i'm getting mileage around 30km/litre..... after giving it the best service possible...the mileage has still not increased...Mechanics are of the opinion that they have got nothing to do about it. If this continues then i would rather prefer a bullock cart over this...
