Im a very very disappointed customer of your company. I have purchased a RTR 180 vide Registration Number KL 39 C 4137 from your DEALER in Ernakulam, M/S Cochin Motors. Since I bought the bike Im very irritated by their irresponsible, faulty and idiostic service.
My experince with you AUTHORISED DEALER M/S COCHIN MOTORS, ERNAKULAM during the past 7 months since i have bought the motorcycle is said shortly below

1. My accelator cable had a problem while I was riding and the throttle got stuck at full RPM. By gods grace I escaped without any injury. I took the bike to the station and they adjusted the cable (I didnt the understand what the hell they did instead of replacing the accelator cable). I took the bike back and after 3 days again my throttle got stuck while i was riding at midnight. I had to go through a lot of pain and effort to get back home at 1.30 AM midnight. Ur irresponsible Authorised dealer (How the hell they became authorised, I wonder) then replaced my accelator cable which they should have done at the first time itself.

2. My Motor Cycles engine is making a noise even at 7000 kms. Engine sound is very rough as if the vehicle has run 50000 kms. The Supervisor of your dealership, the Cochin Motors is saying that it is normal for all Apache RTR 180. ( By the way, i dont believe the they are saying because your service centre people are the most dishonest guys I have ever met). Even after Fourth service, they dont have a remedy to my engine noise.

3. Now, the latest problem is that the front disc brakes of my bike is making a squeezing noise. I took the vehicle three times to your AUTHORISED DEALER, COCHIN MOTORS reporting the same issue and still my bike makes the noise while braking. Now, the brake is also not effective as it was earlier.

4. Your AUTHORISED DEALER employees behave rude to your customers as if we are begging for servicing of our vehicle.

Im really fed up with your so called CUSTOMER CARE model. I really doubt abouth the quality of techinicians working in YOUR AUTHORISED DEALERSHIP, M/S COCHIN MOTORS. IF YOU WANT TO REALLY BE COMPETITIVE WITH OTHER INDIAN AS WELL AS FOREIGN COMPANIES, please supervise your dealerships about their infrastructure and service quality. Im completely satisfied with your product but I am afraid that the service of your AUTHORISED DEALER, M/S COCHIN MOTORS, ERNAKULAM will soon make my motor cycle unusable.

Im hoping a positive response from your side.

Tvs apache 180cc — dissatisfied with customer service centre and the product

Myself writing on behalf of my friend.With immense disatisfaction and pain i am informing the issue about my product TVS APACHE 180cc..its been 5months till date i have bought the bike but i am really disatisfied with the product because on using the bike i noticed missing in petrol flow..the petrol flow is not properly happening .Moreover with this complaint i went to the nearby customer care where fro but they didn give a propee reaponse..i went about 2to 3 times but they just ignored by saying that we cannot do that

    as we have very bad service & responce got at TVS PAVA showroom at Nashik Bombay Naka branch.
    As my TVS appache 160 RTR bike tail Lamp glass was broken (All LED in OK condition)so I have to need replace the only glass.I have ask to showroom store he told me Only glass not came from the company You have to purchase Whole Unit of tail-Lamp of Rs.1250.00 so I had purchased the Only glass from other TVS spare part shop at Rs.250 approx.& demanded to showroom person to replace & assembled the New glass so he was refused to do this work due to company spare glass not provided at the store.
    pls tell me which thing will affordable for customer from above two Example. to purachase whole Tail-lamp unit or Only lamp glass.
    this is massage is to be for company Quality control & SCM team of TVS motor

    2) Same thing is happanded about the Handle Damper screw found loose.
    so we had requested to showroom servicing person so he has demanded to purchase whole unit of Damper of Rs.211.00 where as only inside rubber get removed which could be very less price comparatively to whole unit.

    3) Radium Wave company Stickers not get at TVS motor showroom spares dept.

    Objection is only The company policy about the spare parts is very BAD as consider from the customer side.pls request to you change the policy & enhanced the product by implimenting above suggestions.

    TVS Apache 160 RTR — No benefit to service bike timely at TVS

    My tvs apache rtr 160 battery not working properly after timely service. They can't service properly at there service center. i purchase new bike in 2010 till date 10 sevices in timely interval but after that there sevice center repersentative at bulland TVS there is no warranty of battery beacuse these are vendor product.

      hi,,,my name is ch.krishna,I bought a vehicle on June 17th 2011 from TVS motor company "Apache Rtr 160 red"...
      my two services is over,but after done the second servicing, its Giving Too much of noise,,like chain rubbing sound,,and engine sound,,im already giving the complaints too many times but they said its cumming like that only,,,but after second service my bike sounds is totally cleared after some days its giving the problem,iam already meet that service center too many times but they cant rectified my problem,,,my vehicle number is AP 25 AF 5354,,my mobile number is [protected]..please rectify my problem....

        Hey i buyed apache 180 abs on 28 th jun 2011 in tristar tvs with registration no ka 03 hk 5320 before the delivery their was an scratch on tank after the delivery within 1 week break shoe problem and sound and break itself stopped working and got jammed and after 1 st service idling was getting stucked and it used 2 get raised automatically and than abs itself was not working now after second service i didnt ride my bike for 2 weeks after 2 weeks i started my bike it didnt start for 1/2 an hour after i took it 2 service center the engine itself has started making sound and engine piston and injector has got jammed this is how the product is been friends i have an word 2 tvs motors is this the way u manufacture the bike and deliver 2 the citizens and grabe the money i have no words left 2 the delear and the tvs left shame this is all thge black mark on the sundarm motors who is the top most leader in indian auto mobile industry and being an family member from past 5 years i m asshamed of my self on the new vehicles purchase from tvs motors

          faulty manufacturing and service failures

          Hi ,

          I have purachased a new TVS Wego - White from Adayar service centre on 1 Jul 2011. From day 1, the problem has started with the bike and in turn mental agony raised up, which has blasted my long dream from coming true for buying a new bike. Obviously, now am a sufferrer. Kindly help me in getting my money refunded. I am not ready for any compromise, except for my money refund. (Rs. 57,047)

          I(Anil Kumar) have purchased TVS Star Sport ES 2011 whose engine no. is DF5DB1009129 and Chasis no. is MD625MF58B1D77642 and date of purchasing is 26 May 2011.

          Sir from date of purchasing my motorcycle auto self key is not working i.e. my motorcycle not start through auto self key. Regarding this problem I went several times to your dealer(M.S. Motors, Phulwarisarif, Patna). But they have not solved this problem and they show misbehaviour towards us.So, I am upset to your service and also not satisfied.

          So, I am writing this complaint letter to you. Please see all the problem and try to solve it as soon as possible. I will wait for your proper response.

            I Miss. Neha Rajendra Banastarkar would like to lodge a complain regarding my Tvs Wego Scooter bearing registered no. GA-07-B-6670 at Panaji-Goa. I would like to state that my Tvs Wego's front tyre got stuck while riding. My vehicles speed was slow while riding thats why husband got minor injeries. We gave complaint to the company but there was no response from the company.

            I Mrs. Rekha Virendra Chhabada have a similar complain regarding my Tvs Wego Scooter bearing registered no. MH14 CF 6255 at Chinchwad, Pune. I would like to state that my Tvs Wego's front tyre got stuck while riding. My husband met with an accident because of this problem and had major injuries .This a very serious matter and I requst the company to take some action in this matter as early as possible.

            TVS WEGO — front wheel got stuck

            I mrs rekha virendra chhabada ,have a complaint regarding my tvs wego bearing vehicle no MH14 CF6255 .Its front wheel got struck while driving and my husband met with an accident and got major injuries.Also the vehicle is damaged.As it was the vehicle problem,i would requst the company for a replacement of my vehicle and also to look into this matter very seriously.
            Same experience. Got the new vehicle and faced three problems within a week!!!
            First a sound coming when breaks were applied, second the petrol tank was leaking and third was this one. The rear tyre got stuck all of a sudden mid-way on the road and being a sunday, we could not get help from anybody.. We ended up towing it to the showroom and had to wait to get the "bearing" to be replaced is what they say. Getting such problems after paying so much is very frustrating.

              My had done servicing on thuesday 6 sept at swargate ,pune ,shelar tvs
              2nd day bike is dead


              thurday I called for pick up,guy said to pickup from rishab tvs since its near by
              rishabh was off on thursday
              given friday ,they said major fault at engine will take 3 days

              bike if 6 month old and only 2 servicing


              I am waiting for how much days they take and how much charge they ask then will go to consumer court

                Hi,

                I had previously logged a complaint against the Century Service Centre , Pune regarding it's poor servicing. They had claimed to change the battery which was in the warranty period. The vehicle was not in use for 15 days, after which the auto start,horn etc have stopped working. How can it be possible for a new battery to discharge within 15 days completely???
                Can you please look into it and help me sorting this out.

                Hi i have a tvs wego and someone hit my vehicle and by wego body parts got damaged. so im asked the guy to take to the nearest service center and replace it . But the service centre didn't had it . Pls let me know where do i get TVS body parts in bangalore near by T. Dasarahalli?

                  I had purchased TVS scooty streak for/in the name of my spouse S.Anuradha in the last September from SVS TVS Motors Ambattur, Chennai. Vehicle no is. TN18 D 4217. Three free services and oil change(on payment) were done only by the company in time(by me). After the third free service, vehicle after running for 700 stopped totally on 20th of August 2011. I approached the company for rectification, they assured to do the needful totally free of cost since the vehicle is within Warrant/guarantee period. Later, they said that vehicle has problem in the engine and many parts has to be replaced and all the cost to be beared by the customer since it is due to lack of engine oil. After interrogation and frustration lastly, I delivered the vehicle by paying Rs.4653/- against invoice 2687 dated 31 Aug 2011, that too after 10 days delay. Sir,
                  My questions and doubts about the reputed TVS company vehicles and its customer service are:
                  • After an oil change will the vehicle run only for 700 kms or less than 2 months only or did they actually change the oil during the last free service for which I made payment and as such no water wash also done and proper service was also not satisfactorily.
                  • I have to refer dictionary or google for know the meaning of WARRANT/GUARANTEE PERIOD. Since the vehicle has not completed one years, how such major fault in engine occur. Is it manufacturing fault?. If so, where/what are the terms of guarantee. Why I should pay in full for no mistake of mine.? Then what is the meaning of warrant or guarantee. There is no sense in mentioning it. Your company don’t keep words.
                  • Again in this context still after the three services and the recent repair, the vehicle is not up to standard of good running condition. Is this the service you are doing for customers over the vehicle and in terms of fetching money.
                  In view of the above, I request you to kindly look into the matter and draft me the reply with compensation. Hoping, an early favorable act from your end before I approach the doors of Court. Thanks.

                    I purchased a TVS WEGO scooter about 3 months back through dealer ASHWA TVS BSK 3rd stage. Since the day of purchase there is some or the other MFG defect. Almost every week I am reporting some complaint to them and am now disappointed with the quality of product they have sold. The very first day there were few paint scratches which they said its normal and will be touched up and till today its not done. From the day of purchase every 25 KM the vehicle suddenly used to stop and need to kick 10 to 15 times to start it again. I skid and met with couple of accident due to this while turning. The silencer was replaced twice within first 2 months. And now due to scratchs formed initially the paint is peeling off and rusting everywhere and looking at its trend am sure there will be lot more issues in store in the future. I want that scooter to be replaced or better my money back.

                      Hi, I am Jai Krishan I got serviced My Apache RTR 160 HR51AH7439 on 27/07/2011 from SK Traders ,Subhash Nagar New Delhi-18,Dealer Code 10050.
                      It was having clutch and Gear start problem with starter. It was also having Gear Lowering problem. After delivery It was having same problem. I reserviced my bike again for this problem on 1 st week of Aug 2011. still both problems exists.
                      Now the speedometer is not showing during start I think there is Battery problem started. My bike is not smmoth in driving I am in thought why I got serviced my bike at this service center. Can anything be done in this regards.
                      this my third maaill dear i thing ur compny are no reply my handle lock is not working tvs ghazaibd service center are not inteste my request he says lock is ok and some oil my lock next day same problem they ara no change my lock plz u tell me one yera warrny ka matalb kya hota ha i am notsatfy this service center ur my help other wise i am file the case this servce center my cell no is [protected] my bike no is up14 ay 5318 this last nove puhasr u do somthing dear this my request for u

                      i am one of the customer of TVS. I have purchased one TVS Scooty Pep+ at 2009. my vehicle number is MH 12 FH 8762. I have purchased my vehicle form TVS Century Bhandarkar Road, Pune. i have visited many times but i didn't get proper response. that's why i have locked the complaint at [protected]. my complaint number is 1222. then also i didn't get proper response.i have got the answered like our RTO Person was on leave for 15 days. your vehicle is old series. we will have to check the record. so this is none of my business. i had written a letter for RCTC book but they didn't accept. they told me we will contact u as soon possible. we don't need letter.

                      i am not happy with TVS company.

                      if i didn't get service i will complaint directly to chairman Mr. Venu Srinivasan.

                        I purchased new TVS Wego for my wife on 27.04.2011 by paying full cash from one of dealers in Navi Mumbai. After 1st Service it started giving trouble. The start push button won't work and it needs to be kick started, the horn won't work either. I showed it to Kapoort Motors they are TVS authorised Service Centre in Vashi. I was told to replace the battery, its shocking to learn that within 4 months the battery started giving trouble. More over I was surprised to know that it came with defective battery. What quality checking does TVS Company do before delivering their vehicle ?
                        Further more the so calimed Authorised Service centres does not have Battery with them. I have been told to wait for 15 days till the parts come from Banglore.
                        It is surprising to know that TVS company does not provide Spare Parts to Service Centres.
                        Instead of spending so much amount on false advertisement and fooling consumer. I would suggest the company to provide parts and increase their efficency so that the client does not feel cheated after spending their hard earned money.

                        They don't purchase battery from any other good vendor they itself make it so that might be the reason for low grade quality. Moreover service guys are not enough qualified to take the issues and resolve them effectively.

                          Dear Sir,
                          I bought a tvs apache rtr180 on 31 march 2010 from RANGARAYA TVS (10018), KHAMMAM, ANDHRAPRADESH, INDIA. So Your TCI UNIT N9060430 is failure, that y my bike self start total set is repair the amount 6,000rs my bike is only 15 months old. Your given warranty 24months, so the dealer (SANTHA TVS D.NO 1-1-295/A, ASHOK NAGAR, HIMAYATHNAGAR, HYDERABAD) is should not give warranty.
                          I have complained it to the dealer and service centre several times (1st service,[protected], 748km at rangaraya tvs khammam, 2nd service,[protected],2942km at sneha tvs kothapet, Hyderabad, 3rd service, 5990km,[protected] at sneha tvs kothapet, Hyderabad, 4th service,8552km,[protected] at sneha tvs kothapet, Hyderabad, 5th service,10917km,[protected], at sneha tvs kothapet, Hyderabad,6th service,16016 km,[protected], at ascent moters shivam road,hyderabad) they tried to do it but were unable to help. Finaly they told me this problem is worth every Apache 180 rtr. However i have checked out other bykes but they dont have any problem. And tvs is not ready to accept it.
                          Where rtr stands for racing terrain revealed i can’t race because of thus loud unwanted sound.

                            I bought a TVS Wego Vehicle 2 months ago and it been serviced 2 times. Inspite of that the KIck rod got some problem and the vehicle is not starting. It been 10 days i have given it to servicing centre. They are not responding well to my calls. They are saying that the spare parts are unavailable here and we are getting them from other state. Im facing a lot of problems in reaching ofice.
                            Please do not buy any tvs vehicles, The best worst service in the motor market,

                              I have purchased tvs scooty pept +,chassis no. 52856,engine number 98169,type of body-solo, color- black from yashodha motors private limited,Patiala-147001,through CSD dated 25 may,2011.After completing all the formalities when i go to agency for scooty pept+ they charge rupees 1000 as the expenses for CSD inspite of my argument . I wanted to have scooty without accessories but they insisted that they will not deliver the scooty without accessories.They charge 1500 for accessories.I paid the money and purchased the scooty but till now i.e 15 august i have not received the bill due to which i am unable to register the scooty to DTO office when ever i called them for bill they always told me to wait for a week.Now near about three months have passed i have not received the bill.The dealer has harrased me in all respects.So kindly take the matter to the concerned dealer.

                                My name is Yogesh Bhavsar, I purchase TVS WEGO two wheeler from INDRAYANI MOTORS, 49, SUYOG NAGAR, RING ROAD, NEAR TUKARAM SABHAGHRUH, NAGPUR - 440012, PH: [protected] on 11th of June 2011, When purchased, Dealer committed that you will get registration number within 10 working days and you can drive ur two wheeler without registration number. But when I went outside traffic polica caaught me and warn that without registration u cant drive. Now its 2 month finished still I didn't received registration number, whenever I called this people answers that "Registration number will get within 2 days". Finally I went to INDRAYANI MOTORS and asked about number these people misbehaves, shouted on me.
                                Please consider this as urgent because after 2 month I m not able to drive my two wheeler outside.

                                  I had purchased Wego in 27 Aug 2010 & with 6 months central stand of this veh is broken. I had given complaint to nearest Delear where i had taken this veh. but the delear said they dont have the part now so i waited for 4 to 5 months againg for this stand & even the start button was not operating properly so i had given complaint for this again . Delar replied that this veh is having dry battery & this charging unit is far away. so after so many follow up I had given my veh for repairing for above 2 thing & that time delear not informed me that I have to pay any money for this repairning as this was in Warrenty period. But when after 3 days I asked for the veh they said i have to pay Rs 1274/- for this repairing. As I was not having any alternate veh I paid this money & taken the veh.
                                  But I want to know why should I pay this charges if the veh is under warrenty period?

                                    i've purchased TVS WEGO 5 to 6 months back.since the day i purchased the vehicle,it dosnt start with self starter.we have to kick start it every time.I've complained to TVS dealer many times but he is not taking any avtion. so i request in u to plz solve my problem immediately.My details are as follows,

                                    I bought TVS Wego exactly one year back .I have been facing contineouls problems with htis bike since I purchased .Self satrt is not at all working and kick start also I have to struggle a lot.Please let me know what is the next steps I should follw to take some action leaglly on Dealer.

                                      Hello,

                                      I had purchased a TVS Wego from Century TVS, Pune on 26th August , 2010.
                                      Within 4-5 months , i.e. in the 3rd servicing, I had to get the battery charged as the auto start had stopped working. Right now, on 8th August , 2011 ; i asked the Service Centre people to check the battery,speedometer etc as all of these had stopped working. They claim to have replaced the battery , but even after this i am facing starting problems . I am thus very skeptical regarding the quality of the bike given to me or the service of the Century Tvs Service Centre.

                                      Can you please look into the matter and try and find a desired solution.
