We have purchased a Scooty Pep new vehicle on the month of Jan 2021 from Raj Vijay Agencies - Pondicherry. With in two weeks of purchase the problem started, means while running the vehicle offs automatically. When we took the vehicle to dealer from whom we have purchased, they have told you have to run the vehicle for more kilometer. This problem continues for six months, where the vehicle turnaround the running kilometer 750. They have replaced some parts in the vehicle. Post that service, after two months, we had starting problem - both click start and self start is not working. As of today we ran around 1400 km.

How come these issue will be there in the new engine. Hereby i request the TVS customer care team to look into the below reference and check is it the new series...

I have purchased this vehicle for my father, who is having the vehicle with one hand operation. How come a new engine will give these type of problem, We consumer are purchasing the vehicle with lot of efforts in savings and getting it done. But the products is not in good quality, what we have to do? Can the management team will look into it and revert back with replacement.

This new vehicle keeps on problem, even service team at the dealer ship location is not happy to receive the complain.

          I have paid 5000/- advance or token amount to purchase tvs jupiter125cc. At Hospet Uma motors, said that they will not consider the token amount which I paid to tvs company through Paytm with mobile no[protected].
          So I requested tvs greviance cell to return back my money. Till now they didn’t pay me back

          On 10/10/2021 paid through paytm.

          Till not received amount.

              I bought a TVS Pep+ BS VI model on MAR 2021 and had faced the issue like the bike suddenly broke down on the road on 16th OCT 2021. later given scooty for service at "Pavitra sai automobiles" Markapur - 523316.
              They told fuel pump having issue and must be replaced with new one charged as 2050/-
              Even Though again fuel pump having issue, in this time i don't want to go service center again.
              I'm very disappointed with the TVS MOTOR company, why the fuel pump is not tested before release or why those parts are not covered under warranty.
              I had raised a complaint also but there is no action being taken and refer to complaint id:[protected].

              Finally, I will keep on posting in social media/consumer complaints until the issue is resolved from your end.

                Sir, I was refused servicing my TVS Victor by the manager of SBM Motors, Senthil nagar, Chennai. The reason of the expiry date in my AMC. I was locked in outstation for few months, and due to this heavy water logging @ my house I couldn't do that. Even though my date is few months back, I changed my spares inbetween, where they said that it will not come under AMC. Today It was a bitter experience. I have bought a Victor and a Jupiter with this same branch, with regular AMC. In these pandemics this is very pathetic.

                    I purchased my TVS APACHE 160 4V on September 6th 2021 but I haven’t received RC and number plates till today (24th November 2021).
                    I have visited showroom many times but they are not telling when exactly i will get my RC.

                    I am facing problems from traffic police also i need to travel to other city but due to the unavailability of RC and number plates I can’t go.

                    Let me know i[censored] need any details from my side.

                      Hi Team,
                      MY name is Gulab Chand Sharma and I own a TVS XL100.
                      I am not getting proper service support from Service center- RAJ TVS Shivpur (Mob- [protected])
                      Everytime i go for a service, center makes me wait for at least 4 hours.

                      Now, very recent incident- My bike has an issue when bike wheel need to be replaced. Service center says that they will only give the wheel but they will not fix it and asking additional charge for it which should not. if service center is providing wheel, then the fixing also is their responsibility, how come an user will fix it.

                          Hello TVS Motors Team,
                          Details for the vehicle is attached and as below.

                          I bought the TVS Jupiter 125 Disc for my 66-year-old dad as a gift. He was using his old vehicle and my hope was to buy him a new vehicle, so it won't break for a few years and will operate reliably. We sold his Honda Activa that had been operating without a problem for over a decade and decided to buy Indian made. As a proud citizen, I decided to purchase the Indian brand to help and promote the Indian brand and purchased TVS Jupiter for my dad.
                          We got vehicle delivered on 20th October. The vehicle start having problems from the very first week and made cranking noise and stop on and off. The vehicle will work fine for about ~5 min but the noise will start again. This went on for a week and every time my father called the service center, they said it will be fine. It is a very bad service by the way, what type of vehicle does this and how is it normal. Moreover, on November 9th the vehicle stopped working on the way and did not start again even after having tried for 15 minutes. My father then called the service center again and they were so rude to him again. This time without even asking, service person assumed that my father did not refuel petrol tank. The service center rep started abusing and talking in misbehaving tone, saying that you must fill the fuel otherwise it won't work. This is a shameful act on the part of TVS Motors, my 66-year-old father manages and tows the vehicle to the service center at his own expense. And the service center said it's a minor sensor issue that we're going to solve but they took a day to fix it and gave us the vehicle on the 10th. The vehicle functioned well for two days and stopped again on November 13th. Same story repeated and now the service center took more than 1 week to repair. When my father asked the person on duty at the center, he said it's a sensor problem and another rep said that it has an engine problem, there's a lot of bad communication locally.
                          Now my 66-year-old father is fed up and does not want the faulty/defective vehicle. We paid the full price and why we are getting used defective and flawed vehicle, either replace it with a new vehicle or refund our money.
                          I always trust and believe that the Indian brand is identical or better than the international brand such as Honda Activa and others. We can build better vehicles and deliver better service. I am asking TVS Motors to investigate this issue and resolve the root issue and not let the brand name get spoiled. Or did we make mistakes in buying a TVS brand vehicle.
                          Please put an end to the old man's misery and solve the problem. At this age he should not be running to TVS Motors service center, he should be running to Temple on his brand new TVS Jupiter 125 Disc vehicle.

                                  29/10/21 I order new parts for my scooter like front pannal, bottom pannal, Right side mirror. 11.11.2021 phone call from service center to me. They told me to come to service center for changing New parts. I went to TVS showroom(Thanthonimalai-Karur 639005) for changing front pannal, bottom pannal, Right side mirror and Break issue for my scooter TN 47 AJ 0504 still they didn't give back my scooter.
                                  I have complaint to TVS costumer care also (complaint Number TVS Gr_[protected] they also didn't resolve my problems still.

                                  16.11.2021 I try to contact that showroom two times but no one pickup my phone calls. 3rd time one mechanic talk to me, some parts not available so, again wait for 2 to 3 days.

                                  Because of my TVS costumer care complaint only that service center doing like this.

                                    11.11.2021 I went to TVS showroom(Thanthonimalai-Karur 639005) for changing front pannal. bottom pannal, Right side mirror and Break issue for my scooter TN 47 AJ 0504 still they didn't give back my scooter.

                                    My scooty zest(TN47AJ0504) back on 18/11/2021 at 3:51pm from service center (PL.A.Sales corporation Thanthondri Malai Karur -639005) but I needs the compensation for the delay
                                    Hi,

                                    As we purchased N torque vehicle race addition an 17 june 2021, after five months during riding the accelerator wire cutdown. The bike run only 3000km and two services got over. In short duration faced such complaints, Hence we payed 110000Rs for the bike. Particular wire quality is too bad as you can see in the picture.

                                      My bike Apache ran only 3000kms, i have already done 2 service of my bike, first of all after service within 2 days break oil was empty it is tvs service centre responsibility to check whether their is oil in bike or not and now today when i reach service station they said rear breakes and pads are damaged, and charged 480 + labour so my question is whether tvs uses such type of material that bike can ran only 3000kms and what is free service when after purchasing the bike 4 months after use they charges labour cost. never again buy a tvs bike

                                        Chain sprocket, fuel tank cap, rear brake, battery, starting problem, gear shifting.
                                        All these are reported from day one but service center has not resolved it under warranty and also not updated my issues in complaint history in order avoid in warranty part replacement .now they say these are known issues with the model and part replacement is the only permanent fix and asking me to pay for the parts .very disappointed that they dragged the issues unresolved until my warranty period. Now want me to pay .KUBERA TVS HSR LAYOUT BANGALORE.
