11.11.2021 I went to TVS showroom(Thanthonimalai-Karur 639005) for changing front pannal. bottom pannal, Right side mirror and Break issue for my scooter TN 47 AJ 0504 still they didn't give back my scooter.
I have complaint to TVS costumer care also (complaint Number TVS Gr_[protected] they also didn't resolve my problems still.
16.11.2021 I try to contact that showroom two times but no one pickup my phone calls. 3rd time one mechanic talk to me, some parts not available so, again wait for 2 to 3 days.
Because of my TVS costumer care complaint only that showroom doing like this.
Last month 29/10/2021 also I has do my paid service in that showroom only. I attached my invoice copy.

I got my vehicle from service center. delay in providing services while vehicle given for service. No compensation for service delay. It's ok but don't do this again to anyone please...

My scooty zest(TN47AJ0504) back on 18/11/2021 at 3:51pm from service center (PL.A.Sales corporation Thanthondri Malai Karur -639005) but I needs the compensation for the delay
Hi,

As we purchased N torque vehicle race addition an 17 june 2021, after five months during riding the accelerator wire cutdown. The bike run only 3000km and two services got over. In short duration faced such complaints, Hence we payed 110000Rs for the bike. Particular wire quality is too bad as you can see in the picture.

    My bike Apache ran only 3000kms, i have already done 2 service of my bike, first of all after service within 2 days break oil was empty it is tvs service centre responsibility to check whether their is oil in bike or not and now today when i reach service station they said rear breakes and pads are damaged, and charged 480 + labour so my question is whether tvs uses such type of material that bike can ran only 3000kms and what is free service when after purchasing the bike 4 months after use they charges labour cost. never again buy a tvs bike

      Chain sprocket, fuel tank cap, rear brake, battery, starting problem, gear shifting.
      All these are reported from day one but service center has not resolved it under warranty and also not updated my issues in complaint history in order avoid in warranty part replacement .now they say these are known issues with the model and part replacement is the only permanent fix and asking me to pay for the parts .very disappointed that they dragged the issues unresolved until my warranty period. Now want me to pay .KUBERA TVS HSR LAYOUT BANGALORE.

        This is gopi my pallavaram went to MAHALAXMI TVS service center on OCT 24 and provide a my vehicle problems to attend the eng.
        And delivery taken on OCT 27.
        but still not resolved the my problems.
        Now my vehicle status as same as before service.
        kindly advice .

            Your service center are very rude and misbehaving. First of all they don't understand hindi. When I speak in hindi or english they laugh me and use some abusing word. When I tell them to support they directly diny and tell me to see the board for query don't ask us.lastly when I try to convince my problem any how they told me that they give my bike tomorrow they require one day for service. Now I fear to go there.

              I am facing a great difficulty to ride my scooty especially during the dusk and dawn since the headlight regulator of JUPITER ZX DRUM BSVI(2020) is not working. Its been almost 3 weeks since I requested them to change. According to my recent visit at service center i.e 8th of November 2021, I was informed that they would fix today i.e 15th of November 2021 so, I called to confirm the appointment but sadly they informed me that it will take another 15 days to fixed it. I request you to look into it.

                Hi,

                I have taken 1st service of my Apache 160 RTR bike in last week of sep from shelar tvs service centre. I ran 2000 km from that date.

                They applied 750 for the engine oil, but not filled. I have ended up with running my bike without oil.

                It is very frustrating that company charging money from customer and not giving that facility.

                I am filing complain against shelar tvs as well as company because my new bike performance is decreased because of tvs/service centre expectations of profit.

                Please help me to file complain again tvs.

                  This is for your serious reminder that Ahinsa tvs mahipalpur New Delhi service centre staffs are lazy and non customer friendly as they kept my tvs scooty pep + (which has only a small starting problem) since Almost 20 days ..they took 1300 rupees as 1st visit but still problem continue and kept my scooty at their service centre since 20 days..

                  This is a last reminder mail and simultaneously I am going to file a complaint to court

                    Today I went to Narbheram TVS Service centre Adityapur Jamshedpur 831013 to service my Jupiter. They changed my oil, cable spee, brake shoe which cost they said 355+134+173 which I agreed but when they give me bill there was extra charge written which is labour charge 100 and sanitation 60. Which I don't agree because I still have free service left then why labour charge. I just want them to pay my extra bill ASAP

                          Dear Sir,
                          I have purchased a TVS Jupiter zx on 13.11.2021 from your authorized dealer M/s TVS Motors, Burhanpur now M/s Dushyant Automobile LLP, Burhanpur invoice no M-105 dtd 19.11.2020 @68085/- however actual payment was done 85000/-.

                          Since last 15 days the self start was not working. So, I visited the service center. As per the machenical the battery is not working and is need to be replaced.

                          I requested the service center to replace the battery but they told the dealer has been changed so it is not possible. The original old battery make was TATA Motor green and the dealer sent me to exide battery dealer for replacement.

                          After all they refused the request and charged me for new battery make ammon for Rs.1450/-

                          By this way these people are defaming TVS company. I request you to intervene in the matter and refund my money charged Rs.1450/- and make them responsible for making mental harassment during the service period. Otherwise I will take the matter to upbhokta forum.

                          Please note that we are having 5 TVS motor bikes in my family.

                          Hope, you will take a genuine decision

                            I bought one natroq race edition on 13/10/2021 from tita auto, bongaon, north 24 pgs n, w.b. but the inner parts of fuel tank cap, that is 4 spring, one screw and one connected plate, small was dropped on road which is missing. for want of spring and small plate the lock is not opening with jerking. but main lock is ok kindly make arrangement for the missing parts or send instruction . iwill pay for the parts.

                                I purchased your popular brand TVS Jupiter from one of your dealers Bhagavan motors(No:187/2 Peerpailavan Dharga Road, Thangal, Thiruvotriyur - 600019).Before the first service self starter totally failed and kick starter became troublesome.I took it to TVS showroom MINJUR and after 10 days I got my bike back.Even after the repair self starter was not working properly and hence I returned the bike to the same person from whom I purchased (M/SBhagavan motors )after 2 days and it has been a month since I got proper response from the concerned person.The following defects are pointed out by the mechanic

                                1.self motor and supporting kits failed

                                So far I have payed 17000 as advance and EMI but still the fate of the bike is not known to me .TVS motors is one reputed firm in India and Indians always have good will towards your firm .This misdeed by the dealer may unwantedly bring bad name to your reputed firm.Kindly intervene in this affair and help me to get a new bike please

                                  Yesterday I am going to Jupiter Vehicle Servicing purpose visit LCGC Motors, Miryalaguda. as per AMC book let clearly mention the 3 months / 3000 Kms, but LCGC Motors Show room supervisor check the all details not accepted and cancel the AMC, I am purchase the AMC on 03/04/2021 till 9 months are not completed, how is possible I am asking to supervisor, but his asking very rashly and misbehavior to me, this type of behavior surly bad name of your company, So rectify the Problem my 2wheeler reading copy attached.

                                      Emails contents reproduced hereunder. matter also sent to mr. venu srinivasan regarding pathetic customer support.

                                      I shall like to bring to your notice the very pathetic and anti customer services of your jupiter dealer m/s kohinoor motors, kolar road, bhopal.

                                      The vendor indulges in unfair trade practices. promises everything till it receives money and thereafter doesn't recognise you. indulges in arm twisting the cusomer to buy accessories, insurance etc. from him only and increases the rates drastically if you don't show interest.

                                      Before receiving money, it said that everything shall be delivered at home... and now even after approx 50 days of purchase, it hasn't delivered the rc and rto related papers whereas it promised to deliver full papers at residence.

                                      Vehicle is running without papers for 50 days... and now it is telling that there is no home delivery and indulging in utter ridiculous excuses to not fulfill its promises. exorbitant rto charges have been levied without getting the things done for extra money charged. insurance issued against will from a company whose name we have never even heard.

                                      I have recorded calls, conversation, whatsapp details with the vendor which i shall be compelled to put on net if immediate action is not taken to redress our complaint.

                                      Why rc, rto papers not yet delivered?

                                      just updating that after several days, the TVS CUSTOMER CARE is asking me the registration number of the vehicle whereas my complaint itself is regarding non-issue of registration number. It shows that they dont even read the complaint.

                                      KINDLY REFER TO THE COMPLAINTS DATA BEING DISPLAYED ON YOUR SCREEN...WHERE IT IS SHOWING PENDING AS ZERO...IT IS A FUDGED DATA...HOW CAN IT BE ZERO WHEN MY COMPLAINT IS NOT YET REDRESSED.
                                      It is now 12 days since i initially sent email to TVS MOTORS and there has not been any response or even acknowledgement of emails, It clearly shows that there customer care email id is just to be-fool gullible public and their intentions are just not to care for the customers.

                                        This is to inform you that I have submitted my vehicle WB38AV7294 in T. N. Auto, Salap before 13 days with the sound from Engine Head.

                                        Initially they told there is some problem of grinding in Engine head, that is the reason behind the sound from engine head. Now it's been 13 days passed and sound not decreased yet, now they want to handover the vehicle in the same condition. As per engineer it's normal to have that sound, I asked them to write the same thing on my service book but they are denying. I felt harassed and finding my fault to buy a TVS bike.

                                        Would request to escalate the matter to next level for faster and further resolution.
