My name is Dharani and I have TVS XL-100 Heavy Duty, which I bought from TVS NP Enterprises, Sembatty.

Purchase date: 2 -June – 2020
Payment Method: 30000 cash, remaining amount paid in 12 month of EMI (Monthly- 3030) completed in June’2021.
In July we reached the Sembatty office and checked with one of Staff member (Naveen Kumar) whether we need pay any amount or any pending. And they confirmed that no amount pending, Will receive our RC book in one month. After one month, we checked with same member and he told us Due to Covid it is getting delay from Head Office, Chennai. So we waited another one month. After 20 days we received call from Same staff Naveen, And asked us to pay amount 232 rupees to get our RC Book. I raised a question, why we need to pay Rs 232. However, he convinced me that “Amount is pending for RC Book we need to pay, after payment within 15 days will receive my RC Book “. So I paid 232 Rupees via Google Pay. I did not receive any confirmation message for that amount.
Then after 10 days Got call from Naveen and asked me to pay the amount and again I told him I paid already on same day. He told me to call Kumaresan (who is dealing Finance section in NP Enterprise), to confirm my payment 232Rs . I did the same as he told. And I received a Message on 9/29 regarding payment confirmation. Then again today 10/13, I got call from TVS Chennai location and asked me to pay 232Rs, which is really bad experience for me. I shared the payment confirmation message to him and now he is saying, within 15 days you will receive RC book, Payment successful.
These things just dragging me from June month and still I am not getting what is the proper procedure to get RC book and Who is responsibility. If I ask Staff Naveen, He told that he is not responsible for finance section. So I called Mr. Kumaresan and he is not answering properly. And handling with no seriousness. Got simple statement from Kumaresan “ Go and complaint with anyone wherever you want, you cannot do anything “, with rubbish behavior.
Really had worst experience from TVS. I accept, due to Covid-19 situation it got delayed. But handling customer is not professional here. Both Staff members working in same office in opposite seat only. And pointing others if we ask any queries/question related to Payment.
Please take necessary action on this complaint. Going forward please take responsibility for customer’s queries and don’t be the responsible only for Amount. Thank you!
