      On 16.10.2021 Two wheeler left in Harakrishna tVS Valapady informed as engine off while vehicle is in running. Simply water wash and did basic check up and returned with bill amount around 2000 etc. But again engine complaint not rectified. Running around 40 to 50 kms automatically engine off like fuel dry jerk... Temperature meter not clearly indicating . Again I was so much troubled in midway. Very worst service

        With reference to the above grievance ID, I have raised a complaint on 6th, Oct 2021. Grievance ID[protected]. Two days after the complaint raised, an officer came from my local TVS dealership and noted down all my queries also my mobile number and he went back saying that he will check with the issues and call me back. After few days i have been receiving a sms that come and visit the showroom. Though i have been for pooja holodays for my native i couldn't reach to the showroom. And today i have received a sms that " Dear SARAVANAKUMAR.P

        Your TVS Motor Grievance ID TVS_Gr_[protected] has been closed. We hope this was to your satisfaction. For any support you may reach to us on [protected] or write to us at [protected]@tvsmotor.com referring to this ID".

        They have my mobile number and with any prior intimation how may they close the Grievance. ?????

            I have raised my complaint from 1st service LOW MILEAGE ISSUE (55-60KMPL) TVS SPORTS ES BS4 (MP09VT7183) purchase date 19June 2019.
            Tvs technical team do the activity from bike purchase date to till date carburettor changed, spark plug changed, and mileage set many times but still mileage is 58KMPL.

            Nobody take necessary action to resolve the problem showroom and TVS TM also.

              I have booked for TVS Jupiter AOL worth Rs 91297/-
              and payed advance 40000/- . Still they saying to pay additional 10000 . I will pay remaining amount at delivery day. And they said initially it will take one week for delivery, now they are saying more than two weeks WHY???

                My bike was out for delivery with dust and mud on foot rest and scraches on fiber body of tank, from Kamal TVs Chembur, is this the way you deliver new bike to customer, and the bike was also not preinspected before delivery.
                This was the occasion of Dussehra 2021 with the mood of excitement for new bike apache RTR 200 with dual ABS and riding modes as you call it as premier, This is the way you give service to the customer for premier bikes, atlast they Resolved but the mood was fully ruined.
                Any ways this was my first experience with TVs dealers. Thank you
                Hope there will be no problem with services for the same bike.

                    I have bought Sccoty pep+ with the registration number- TN64V8598 on November 27, 2020 from RK TVS, Dindigul. From the day one onwards, there is an issue in the scooty that it frequently switched off and unable to start immediately. It is taking around 5 to 10 minutes to start the scooty in this issue. I am regretting very badly to buy this scooty.

                      Tvs motors, KUMARAGURU motors, sendamangalam. Namakkal. They don't inform EMI return related penality charges, and they don't in for insurance value raised for my scooter. I finished my EMI last month. But stil they don't give NOC and my RC book. Yesterday I called the showroom for my scooter rc and NOC. They sait some amount pending to my scooter. They gave somany contact numbers. But they don't give response. They don't notify and pending related information to me. I last more than 2000 rupees for without notify the return of EMI. I'm maintaining balance for EMI still now. I need to clear my pending and need my rc book and NOC from that tvs motors. They don't give better response I'll register my complaint in consumer court. Thanks.

                        Dear Sir/Madam,

                        My name is Dharani and I have TVS XL-100 Heavy Duty, which I bought from TVS NP Enterprises, Sembatty.

                        Engine No: BP2CL2X32261
                        Model Name: XL -100 Heavy Duty I-Touch start
                        Colour : Green
                        Purchase date: 2 -June – 2020
                        Payment Method: 30000 cash, remaining amount paid in 12 month of EMI (Monthly- 3030) completed in June’2021.

                        In July we reached the Sembatty office and checked with one of Staff member (Naveen Kumar) whether we need pay any amount or any pending. And they confirmed that no amount pending, Will receive our RC book in one month. After one month, we checked with same member and he told us Due to Covid it is getting delay from Head Office, Chennai. So we waited another one month. After 20 days we received call from Same staff Naveen, And asked us to pay amount 232 rupees to get our RC Book. I raised a question, why we need to pay Rs 232. However, he convinced me that “Amount is pending for RC Book we need to pay, after payment within 15 days will receive my RC Book “. So I paid 232 Rupees via Google Pay. I did not receive any confirmation message for that amount.
                        Then after 10 days Got call from Naveen and asked me to pay the amount and again I told him I paid already on same day. He told me to call Kumaresan (who is dealing Finance section in NP Enterprise), to confirm my payment 232Rs . I did the same as he told. And I received a Message on 9/29 regarding payment confirmation. Then again today 10/13, I got call from TVS Chennai location and asked me to pay 232Rs, which is really bad experience for me. I shared the payment confirmation message to him and now he is saying, within 15 days you will receive RC book, Payment successful.
                        These things just dragging me from June month and still I am not getting what is the proper procedure to get RC book and Who is responsibility. If I ask Staff Naveen, He told that he is not responsible for finance section. So I called Mr. Kumaresan and he is not answering properly. And handling with no seriousness. Got simple statement from Kumaresan “ Go and complaint with anyone wherever you want, you cannot do anything “, with rubbish behavior.
                        Really had worst experience from TVS. I accept, due to Covid-19 situation it got delayed. But handling customer is not professional here. Both Staff members working in same office in opposite seat only. And pointing others if we ask any queries/question related to Payment.
                        Please take necessary action on this complaint. Going forward please take responsibility for customer’s queries and don’t be the responsible only for Amount. Thank you!

                            I had given my new TVS apache 160 4v 21 model for 2nd service at Tvs arasu motors on Porur, arcot road, After complting 2nd second service, i have found sound from engine..immediately i went to tvs service center, I explain the issues...worst service near engine due to which my vehicle is giving lot of Sound nowadays.I am scared to go again to them as I dont want to lose anything more.More than 12 days, vehicle not serviced.. It's a manufacturing defects.. I need replacement bike immediately..

                              I am servicing myTVS jupitor scooty No.AN01N5693 today on 12/10/2021 at Sai Leelaa TVS Service station, Phoenix Bay, Port Blair after servicing of my scooty, it is found that, my scooty is not servicing in complete shape. The break is not attend due to breakshoe is not available in the service centre. In the earlier occasion, it is also found that, the service is not attend in complete shape.

                                i am abdul gaffur from pondicherry south india..today i have got a very bad experience of service cheating by Raj vijay muthial pet TVS, pondy.

                                i have given my sooty scooter service yesterday and the service person inspected very thoroughly and he given detailed price for each and every spares and it came around roughly Rs.3000 ..then i agreed to pay the service and spares as per their quotation ..now today i have gone to take back my scooter i found they have broken the front side of scooter shield and they just like that delivered me in a broken condition.i have informed about this incident to service manager and the mechanic and they said they have broken the shield while the opening the frame..
                                but they said they cant replace the broken one...they simply pasted and given back to me .. its very annoying and given me mental pressure that for giving service to the authorized service center they are behaving like that..they are very rudely argued including manager and staffs.i have paid the bill volume and i have left the place taking delivery of my scooter with a broken condition..i need a apology from them for their behavior and i want them to replace the my broken shield ..so that in feature they wont do it to other persons.i have asked for cctv footage to check it that also they refused to give.

                                  My vehicle TVS Jupiter (DL8SCH6127) got serviced at TVS Rajpoot Workshop, Jahangir Puri, Delhi on 09th October, 2021. A total of Rs.1240/- has been charged towards service and change of oil etc. On the way back, after travelling about 5 kms., there was some issue with starting but somehow I reached back home. Later in the evening, when I tried to start the scooty, it didn’t start at all. I was left with no other option but to take it to a scooter mechanic in my locality. After a diagnosis, he was surprised to know that the vehicle has been serviced just now as the spark plug is very weak and it should have been changed at the time of service only. This raised some suspicion to my mind and I asked him to check the air filter and oil etc. My doubts were turned out to be true. The tube connected to filter was not in place and there was some dust inside filter suggesting that either it was not cleaned or at least not cleaned properly. When the mechanic opened the knob to check engine oil, oil started oozing out and level indicator was suggesting that it is much more than the required quantity. About 100 ml oil was taken out, which according to the mechanic was extra. When I had taken up the issue with the Workshop, concerned person who booked the vehicle for service and the mechanic who serviced straightforwardly refused that nothing of that sort is possible at their end. Their only insistence was that I should have come to the workshop, but don’t know ‘how’ when vehicle is not in a running condition.

                                  This episode is a clear indication of a callous attitude of the concerned workers at Rajpoot’s Workshop towards their work and their expertise in shirking away responsibility/in not accepting that some mistake could have been made by them. It has come to my notice that a large number of complaints have been lodged by customers against M/s TVS Rajpoot. Such bad experiences of customers are certainly tend to bring a bad name to the company and have the potential to hamper the image of TVS, in general.

                                  I hope that the issue at hand may be taken up appropriately by TVS and M/s Rajpoot Motors, Delhi.

                                    I had service d my vehicle tvs xl 100 registration no UP 53 DM4605 at Prabha tvs nausar gorakhpur Uttar Pradesh the did engine work of my vechicle on 21/06/2021 at the amount of rs 8500 but again I had complain within 500 km they again repaired vechicle but it was not repaired properly they told me come in next service it will be done and now they are saying to repair the engine again and I have to pay rs 10000 why should I pay the money for the same problem in 3 months only

                                      Complaint regarding tvs auto rickshaw duramax bs6 cng

                                      The new TVS duramax bs 6 cng auto rickshaw is not upto the customer satisfaction this vehicle is turning off in between when driving on roads. Pls do find a proper solution for solving this issue, many autorikshaw drivers are fiinding it difficult in driving this vehicle. The vehicle is vibranting a lot the the passengers feel discomfort while on their journey....
