Hi, I bought my TVS Jupiter in january 2021 and facing issues with self start from March 2021. Showroom mechanic said that you have to run you bike atleast 7 to 8KM per day to make the Battery healthy for self start. I want company can check this issue if this is genuine as it was not discussed with us at the time of purchase. Please suggest how this issue will be fix and by whom. My bike is on guarantee period

Yesterday I went to Shree TVS Service Centre, Taratala about a problem with the rear-wheel of my scooter. The Wheel Rim needs to be changed as it got rusty and causing tube damage and puncture. The attendant told me that they don't have the Rim, I need to buy it myself, and also said I won't find it anywhere as my scooter model got discontinued. I told them to remove the wheel and I will change it myself. They kept me waiting for an hour just to remove the wheel and were acting very rude and impolitely. I bought the Rim from a TVS genuine parts shop. Even on phone, they are talking very badly and behaving harshly. I want this matter fixed about their bad behaviour and demand the attention of the authority.

After 1 kilometer scooty is not working till 1houř after that scooty get started after 1kilometer scooty is again not working

I purchase my TVS Jupiter Grande in February 2019 from Bhagwati an Sons, Jamuka, Shahjahanpur.
It has run 19135 km.
Now its rear tyre has been fluffed and can be burst any time.
Company should take concern in the matter and take some action about it .
Tyre should not ruined so early.

I had bought Tvs Jupiter from Bijwasan's TVS showroom on 1st August 2 months ago and they said that in 10 to 15 days your no. plate and in 1 month we will give your RC.
But after a 2months later they dont have provide me no. plate or RC anything else...
Anytime i have called for enqiry for no plate they were give me excuses..
How & what i do, Whobody help me who resolve my problems, , , please give me resolves and revert me as soon as possible..

I got my ntorq serviced around 10 days ago. But still if it sits idle for a day or two it doesn't self start and i have to use pedals and i have to kick the pedal at least 10-20 time to start. But now it isn't starting at all after just 10 days of servicing

I'm from tadepalligudem. I have purchased tvs Jupiter on October 25th 2020 at Sri gokul tvs, tadepalligudem.i have finished two unpaid services successfully, one in November another in January and for the third unpaid service we have contacted the service centre and they had said that "due to covid there is no service available, we will intimate when ever possible "and they have never intimated rather the new employee responded rude and arrogant when I visited the service centre yesterday. I insist you to take serious action on this

Hi Team,
I'm a NTORQ user bought in October 2020. It's my fourth services today and I'm highly unsatisfied by your AHINSA TVS OKHLA, Delhi.
I've approached this service Center for all my services and on time but the staff/workers here are highly unprofessional in nature. They don't know how to deal with the customer to clear their doubts and complaints. They are unprofessional in such a way that all of them including Mr. Alok the advisor of the team, all are chewing gutkhas and spitting here and there in front of the customers which is highly unhygienic and unhealthy.
I don't know why TVS is allowing such kind of mischievous acts. There is no compliance of any kind of basics that should be followed by the industry.
It's my last service from this service centre and i would recommend each and every customer that pls complain about the harassment you are facing by this service centre and i would recommend TVS to take strict actions against them and enhance the customer's satisfaction and faith in our Indian companies.

I have purchased bike 3 month back. The bike has starting issue. Matter reported to Mishra TVS Varanasi 10 days back. Bike taken to the agency on same day and apprised that problem of fuel pump will be rectified within one week. However no response received till date. Please do the needful for expeditious action.

Dear sir i by last 3 month ago Tvs ntorq super squad Captain America. In pauri gahrwal Uttrakhand sir firstly I inform that my bike first service then created horn problem. Ok then after 3 month my bike create a very sharp sound when I turn bike right hand said during riding.. And also water is found inside the bike indicators ... Dear sir/madam,
Recently I had my tvs motorcycle engine broke out and I took it to Tvs workshop in Tura west garo hills. They said that they had replaced all engine parts but after one hour within reaching home my engine broke out again, there was no engine gasket which they charged me in bills. So I found out that my engine parts were repaired and given to me not replaced, but I had already paid for reolaced parts. Therefore this is a serious fraud case and I want my engine to be replaced or else return my money. Therefore I complain against this to raise the issue of fraud charging against customers in future. Thank you
