Dear TVS Team,

It is really disappointing to see newly purchased TVS Ntorq scooter got broke down twice in just 6 months from the date of purchase. I also do regular service at service center. But my scooter both time it broke down, doesnt even start. Service center denies for Pickup service. On first breakdown service center gave some vague reason but real prob is not solved.
Same issue occured again in this week...

This is prakash recently I purchased tvs Jupiter, from two days self start not working, went service center and repaired but it worked for 1day again got same problem...

My self purchase a TVS Victor on the year March, 2017 & till now it's on five years warranty, in the meantime my bikes nutral indicator is not glow, so visit to my nearest TVS SERVICE CENTER (ALLIED TVS) & after proper inspection by the service engineer the service supervisor informed me that your bikes digital speedometer is out of order, & it needs replacement, I told him my bike is on warranty so please replace the same under warranty,...

While vehicle moving on road suddenly vehicle stop and Petrol smelling observed and noticed petrol leak on road, on opening found petrol hose leak, informed dealer on this very poor response on rectification and addressing point, more than a week waiting for service call...

I had purchased I qube last month 9/08/2021 which I think one of the worst investment I have ever done by trusting TVS brand and purchasing their bike just in a day throttle sensor issue started and after a Motor Hall sensor has gone and people from thier dealership are so pathetic they took my bike and told in 3 days the new motor will come and we will install and give it to you and till 1 week I waited there...

Finance empolye totally fraud...

From the beginning it's self I'm not comfortable with dealer and he make a tension and much more during service and payment of EMI...

I done my bike service in sangita service centre Danapur patna and they worked in another parts or my bike and my problem is still occuring in bike when I came again they treated me badly and after very long waiting they done some work again ad i still facing same problem...

I have a complaint about one of your employee and his name is Rahul. He is working in Sabharwal TVS as per my knowledge. A police complaint has been registered in Tilak Nagar Police Station for physical assaulting a lady in last month. If TVS starts hiring people who has criminal background then it will bad for company's growth. Please take concrete action on this.

My vehicle [ TVS NTORQ SUPER SQUAD EDITION ]body part has a scratch issue at the time of delivery. I was immediately reported the issue at the service center. Then the service agent was tolded me, the issue of the piece replaced only in the first service of my vehicle.But in the first service agent was not willing to solve my issue, because they telling it has no sticker [ Smart Connect ] at the place. My father bought a TVS Jupiter Basic model and it was delivered on 30 August 2021. The actual vehicle cost(not including tax and registration fees) as per invoice is Rs. 72946. But they charged Rs.1000 extra. They offered us one mat, vehicle cover and petrol gor ₹500 . But they charged ₹1000 extra for the same....
