I had purchased TVS Jupiter from Authroized dealer i.e. Hare Krishna Dealers in Kandivali.

I was told and i have confirmation also that Insurance is 5 years own damage, 5 years third party and 5 years other add ons like Personal Accident Policy.

When i received the Insurance document it only mentioned of 5 years third party insurance. Own Damage and Personal Accident Policy is mentioned as 1 year.

I contacted Insurance Company. They informed that Dealer has provided the details to them based on which policy is issued.

I contacted the dealer in March. He mentioned that he will rectify the same.

Later because of Covid lockdown i was not able to contact them.

Now when i tried contacting Hare Krishna Dealer i came to know that it is closed and i need to contact TVS Customer Care.

I mailed TVS on mail id [protected]@tvsmotor.com on 29 August 2020. I have already contacted customer care atleast 7 times till date but i am getting same response that the concerned team will revert back.

I want to either get the insurance document rectified or get my money refunded.

From where complaint is starting, so writing in detail...I have tvs jupiter since 2015.My vehicle has issue of problem in self start & later on sparking of wire while self start.So i went to tvs service centre in ankleshwar (raviraj).They checked first time and done wiring check, also oil change and change of bearing in wheel.On next day wire sparking as it is and burning smell increased.So again i went to service centre.They checked and advised to change harness wire which cost around 1100 rupees.I have done it from them.After 2 -3 days again probelm started and vehicle is not starting on selt start.As i have harness wire and so buring smell is there, so i went to auto garage near my residence to check out battery problem.Battery was down so i give it for recharge.Next day again issue after battery recharge, so i went to other battery charge centre from where i bought it.They checked battery and said battery was replaced by other battery.I dont know where it was happen.So i bought new battery at a time.Because i dont want to blame anyone it was my mistake i didnot check battery when first time it was out.Then i can cleary say it was changed in service centre.After taking new battery garage person said there was some problem in wiring because vehicle is not self starting.So i again went to service centre to tell them about this probelm.Now my actual complain starting.Person in service centre is not admitting that there is any problem in their work without touching my vehicle and order for new spare part (something like rr) to require to fix it.I have given detail though he is not ready to listen properly.Continously saying no problem with our work you have to put your vehicle here we will fix another spare part .Not ready to check old work.Why he behaving like that ?? any special instruction given from company higher authority not to check old work and to add new work and get money everytime or he is super talented or god, that he is saying is all correct.I didnot fix my problem there and went to local auto garage.My vehicle was fixed within 1 hour and costs only 150 rupees.From that day today almost 1 month completed no issue with my battery or self start.My so much valuable time was wasted (as i am medical professional), have to replace new battery.My question is that after fixed your work if someone is complaining than what is issue in recheck ?? you have mr.Amitabh bachchan as a national ambassador but from now i am also local ambassador for your company and service centre.You can mail me on [protected]@gmail.Com.
I have all original bills for further if issue persist or my vehicle has furhter damage.

In third free servicing I was maid to pay for some oil additives and battery cap spray which was not needed at all so I end up paying 353 rupees in free servicing without even changing the engine oil, after my 3rd servicing is done My vehicle started giving starting problem, now its not starting in one time first 10 minutes u have to keep trying then it's start,
At some places it get off also which is dangerous main roads

I have purchase tvs ntorq scooty in march 2018. After 1 year there is some issue about battery so i went to the service center of belapur name tvs ratan auto authorised service center then they said that having issue of magnetic coil so i am ready to replace the magnetic coil in 15 feb 2020. But the part is not available in that service center. My vehicle is standing in their workshop since last last 7 months and now also they are giving same reason that the part is not available in their store. Give me the perfect reason why the part is not available and its my humble request to solve the issue as soon as possible.

We do not correct any fault we say every time we go to the service. No satisfaction. I can not refer to my friends... After this the trust on tvs is gone. Customers handling is worst

I want to foreclose the loan but even after repetative follow ups correct details are not provided by TVS.

I have purchase jupiter 6g from a dealerr in taliegao panaji goa on 15 june 2020. After 1 month i had problem with petrol leaking so i approached a service center but to my shock the the fuel injector pipe of bike was demage which is not of good quality.. So i told the service guy to change it but to my surprise they dint have the part in stock. So i asked him when it will be available so he told him he don't know.. So now i cant use my bike even i insert the key the fuel start to drip. I have a service job
. For me the bike is important i dont have other alternatives.. So my bike is giving lot of problem.. I am really dissapointed for a new bike to have problem.. I should have gone for honda activa... Spares are not good quality.. Big shame for tvs brand

This is the follow up on the complaint lodged against the new scooty pep+ (Vehicle no. Tn05ca7113) which was purchased on 8th sep 2020, we lodged our first complaint on 18th sep as the bike is getting automatically switching off and black smoke in silencer.

Sbm motors chennai kolathur branch technician checked and informed that the bike has to be taken up to service center... And the vehicle is picked up again on monday 21st sep 2020 and returned on the same day saying the problem is rectified... But the problem didn’t get rectified and technician took the vehicle again on 23rd sep 2020and yet to return.. Now when we checked sbm motors technicain is saying that main technician from tvs will have to check the problem and will update us tomorrow.. We expect the permanent solution from your end.

I purchased the scooty 1 month ago and the quality of pipes used in this scooty parts are extremely poor. Without any accident or anything while driving all of sudden its petrol main pipe bursted and from half tank to nil and scooty was stopped. I had to drag all the way to petrol pump. After filling i found out lot of leakage and smell and as it was still not starting so i dragged it to nearest repair shop and on opening found how badly the pipe was bursted and a little heat could have taken a bigger incident on this day. As it was evening i had to drag this bike again to home as mechanic warned me that if you use self start or acceleration the fire could catch up. Its a terrific situation just because of poor quality pipe used by company.

I had purchase my ntorq scooter on 21st feb. 2020. Rightnow there is problem in engine. During the service of scooter there is no oil in engine that mean oil is come out through cilencee.. It's a work of engine.. I gave my scooter in tvs agency jhunjhunu name as jhunjhunu auto llp, shiv clooney, road no. 3 jhunjhunu 333001. On 10.09.2020.. Today ie. 22.09.2020 they gave my scooter back and told it's completely fine.. I take drive.. Sound of engine is different and its vibration in it on speed of 25 kmph. I m totally upset from the work. It's a responsible work from them. I want a perfect n finish work.. And also they change the parts in my scooter without my permission. M totally upset from it.. I gave them back it.. I will go in consumer court if the work is not satisfactory. I hope for good from you

I have tvs wego i gave scooty for 3 times in a week for servicing but servicing very poor and also problem is not solved and created more problems
Present problems exalator speed is very high and also handle is uncomtrolled and horn os not perfectly working some times scooty off automatically in between running lights also not good engine sound is very high so i want good servicing oher wise i will raise a complaint

Purchased TVs Jupiter 2 weeks back.
It stops often during driving.
Complaint registered and the problem is not solved yet.
