Adavance of rs 40000 paid on 15/8/2020 to shaw distributors bandel,
Dist-hooghly, west bengal opposite esi hospital gt road kailash nagar (Pin -712123) against tvs apache rtr 200 4v black colour bs6 model no responce from shaw distributors for delivery date. Time given for delivery was within 10 to 12 days, it is now 15 days but no confirmed delivery date received from them. (Adavnce paid money recieved for rs40000 enclosed in photo)

I bought a tvs zest bike. I approach the dealership for extra charging of mandatory accesspries. I raised a complaint to tvs customer care no also but there is no response from anyone. Giving bad impression to the company because this basic things.

They charged me for mirror and basic accessories which comes in the showroom price itself. Trichy shivaraj agencies. And not providing the accessories in the time of vehicle delivery.

No proper service giving by the dealer. Grievance no tvs_gr_38717136

I have an jupiter pb46ae3873 .I dropped my vehicle on tuesday i.e 24.8.20 at evening. Vehicle got accident so we dropped in the service center for repairing .they ask us that they will return back on the next day. But the workers they gave a lot excuses and they didnt even return back . Their service is too poor. The name of service is sant tvs which is at tarn taran.( 143401) kindly registered our compain and take action on workers. So that we will get our vehicle soon.

It's been more than 2 months since i bought the tvs ntorq race edition from krishna tvs, nalbari, assam. I cleared all my dues paid them in cash but still they are unable to give me my rc and number plate. I would like to mention that i am not the only victim, many people are also having the same problem with this same dealer and even some people are not getting their rc for one year from krishna tvs, nalbari. So i hereby submit my complaint against krishna tvs, nalbari assam. I would be greatful if you kindly look into this matter.

This is tousif sayyed from pune. Actually my tvs jupiter has got accident on 14 aug 20 so i visited to *tvs kalamkar hadapsar pune* workshop on 16 aug 20 for enquiry to take my scooter for insurance claim. A tvs kalamkar hadapsar advisor told me rc, dl, insurance policy, pan card & adhar card so i provided & leaved my scooter & asked once other is not required right so he said other advisor will call you but he didn't called me then visited after 3 days & asked him what is status he said surveyor will proceed & once ask him & surveyor also no body told me that other special documents requirement that which *hdfc ergo* executive demanding during investigation in my office & home also.
*so now my claim is going in critical condition & rejection stage by only misguided so who is responsible abt this my claim*.
If advisor or surveyor demand this type special document we required then why could leave my scooter at ur workshop. After a lot of days means yesterday 5:00pm 27/08/2020 executive was demanding document so how is possible that provide now at this stage.
Important that i haven't knowledge abt to insurance claim process first time i m facing like this so i haven't known that more documents required but if that advisor could guide properly then i provide same becoz after scooter reported at workshop then not possible.
So i want to ask tvs team my brother has safe in this accidental case not required to do admite in hospital becoz he is safe & ok not got any injury so how can provide medical certificate. We have only medicine prescription which dr. Reffer medicine only. Not havn't accedent spot photos & any fir copy.
So we haven't idea & not guided by service centre or surveyor so how to provide it.
*i want my scooter with complete work which happened in accedent damaged this is not my mistake this is misguided so i haven't provided so not couldn't possible to provide*.

So i hope you can understand & do needful.

My tvs jupitor full engine work from ravi tvs motor phagwara but crank was repair bering change and engine fitting. But crank was sound not solve tvs company

I have shown my scooter to the dealer but they are not responding positively.

If you see photos of cracking then you can understand the actual issue. There is not any impact and accident of the scooter then also cracks observed withing 3 months of time. Request you to please kindly address the issue and provide the solution.

Bs6 in no kick.. So i m very sad.. And not new parches the tvs apache 180 bs6 modal.. This is very disappointed in tvs apache all bike bs6 modal.

Apache RTR 160 mate blue stating problem. No solved servicing center. Work manager smoke on the sit. And no solved matter.

Worst quality i have to say i have Apache rtr 2004v ABS since buyed every second day a problem showup in the bike no proper spares availability at any service center in hyderabad my bike's silencer sounds different they said i have to replace it and you know it cost 11000 wtf it is me 50% salary of a month i purchased the bike in 2018 now it's 2020 since 2019 feb i was complaining about bikes silencer i don't whether the bike is having a warranty type thing every time same issue now new issue came up after recent service the bikes speedometer is getting off suddenly no response from tvs customer care also don't know i will have to book an FIR against TVS or what anyways it was my complaint let's see what happen

With due respect i am facing very badly problem with my new tvs ntorq 125cc scooter. My scooty failing to go ahead when early in the morning when i start the scooty and badlly trouble and rear brake completly jumped and on 20/08/2020 i fall on the ground very badly. This is the major problem from my rear brake.

I have purchased bike at sarda tvs showroom daltonganj.
After registration in dto they call me at showroom and said the number plate is missing so you have to pay extra for that.
I have already paid for this at time of purchasing of motorcycle. If they missed the number plate then why should i pay for this.
Kindly look into matter and resolve my issue as soon as it possible

We bought a tvs pep from our nearest showroom. It is fantastic. So we bought another tv's pep from the same showroom. But it is very bad. The sparkplug is damaged and the battery complaint and also the start motor is not and the fuel indication meter is not working and now the silencer is broken. What will we do now? We complaint it. There is no response..

I have visited your Lakulish service center Shubhanpura Vadodara where I was demand high charged for relay and twice service charge in one bill, when I had submitted the vehicle they said 350 for relay and after billed he asked me for 950 which I was denied however I had to pay, I had requested that I will not affordable now this much amount due to covid pandemic financial problem but they denied that you have to take and pay, please help me to get resolution, same product I searched in market in 50% lesser amount.

Please help and do the needfull as I am facing financial problem

One year ago i purchased a tvs rtr 160. 4v from top motors kannanchery, kozhikode, kerala. And the warranty period is still existing. Now i had an issue with silencer filter. And they didn't show interest to resolve the issue. The complaint has been submitted 6 months before. Still they didn't respond to the issue.

Because i bought tvs apache 160- 4v @ 99000/= only before a year back but only after few months the motor bike shows much more problems & after servicing it & paying about 5000/= the bike seems ok but again after few months the bike shows same problems

Problems than the 1st. From last few days i am contacting the dealers but they didn't corporate a little bit even a single part is not available at their dealers now what will i do i am a student.
Now it is your good self requested plz look after the matter very seriously.

I am a ntorq customer from kerala. From last one year my dad using ntorq125. That i suggest my dad to take that but i really felt sad to suggest this one. Before 1service itself the unit have some issues like a sound from rear wheel while riding. When i ask about this to service centre they told me it is usual for ntorq.. And for last 5 months 5times scooter have starting problem. Not working self or kicker. Every time service boys came and make it ok and take money from my dad... Then today also scooter is not starting. Its not a battery failure i think this problem is related to its engine side. I felt really sad to took this one... Can u please replace this manufacte defected unit😥 or solve this problem. I brought this from dsn motors parippally, kollam, kerala.
