I went to your tvs agency named shiv tvs aligarh (u.p), for bike silencer claim under warranty and they don't exchange the silencer and said that they don't have silencer in stock... When I asked to arrange then they told that we don't know when it will be in stock... How tvs do this to their customer.. Are we fools who purchase tvs bikes.. If my problem not solve then it will be very bad experience with tvs india...

    Hi team,
    I am very sorry to write to you about the service team operating at bengaluru tvs motors, bommasandra.
    The issue starts when i bought tvs ntorq race edition on 12th may 2020. I was a new buyer and i just bought vehicle on same day delivery as it was lockdown i got the vehicle and was very happy to get it.
    However in a few days i noticed that the seat assembly of my vehicle is not right and is not aligned properly due to which the seat always hits the bottom portion and is getting damaged.
    I initially thought its just an assembly issue which could be sorted outwhen i go to my first service at 500kms.
    The problem starts now. I went for my first service in 20 days with 600kms and i complained the service team about the seat assembly issue. They said they will resolve it and give me in evening. when i went to take delivery i saw the seat issue was still there and they had not done it. I told them to do but they said they will be closing hence to get that issue solved in 2nd service. I said ok.
    Next after 1.5months i went for 2nd service at 2500kms. This time the whole service team was changed as the old team had bad reputation, one of them informed me. So i explained them again about the seat assembly issue, they said they will look into it. I came back to collect vehicle in evening, the problem was still persisting, they had not done anything about the issue. When i asked, they said the issue cannot be rectified as it is fixed seat assembly.Â
    I then spoke to manager and he said get the bike after in weekday and he will get it done when someone technical is free. I said ok and got the vehicle after 3 days again. They took 2hrs and came back to me. The manager told me the issue is because i got new seat cover for my vehicle to which i explained him that the issue began even before i put the seat cover. He had no answer and i left from there.
    Now, after using about 3 months, the kill swicth is not working, the indicators are not working properly, and even the accelerator cable is also loosened. I took vehicle to the service centre today i. E 12th september 2020. Today i complained them all this issue along with the seat assembly issue that i am facing to which three of them started talking loudly onto me and rudely. One of them said:Â "you should have seen the vehicle before buying"the other one said : "it"s all your fault, the seat come as is, you have not closed it properly.
    I feel they are just speaking non-sense to customers. Once the vehicle is bought they don't care about the service terms. I want the issue to be sorted with my vehicle. I have attached some images of seat bottom damage and assembly misfit.
    Kindly help me in this regard and sort this asap. And also kindly take necessary action against the team as i am not the only customer who would be facing the issue from them.

      Dear team,

      Our jupiter vehicle was found vibration noise during idling/ignition. When we discussed with service people, they suggested to replace belt, rope, spark plug parts because of my vehicle is nearly to 24000 kms. I agreed and they replaced and i shocked to see the parts without any damages as new parts. Even we can accept their system to replace periodically, but very much shocked to see same vibration even after service. When we discussed with them for this issue, very cool response is to replace clutch parts. It means they are predicting and find the solution. Their training is only to replace the parts periodically not to find problematic parts

      There is no option our feed back, no body asking. This type of attitude is to be changed by the service provide people, i think there is no monitor from senior level people. If it is continue this practice definitely the fame of company will go out one day.

        1. Their interest to involve us for"amc" even for new vehicle. Their promise at initial to do free service but amounts are collected at least 50% of cost. It means 3 months once we have to pay at least a minimum amount for any one reason
        2. They fix their plans by advance and entered in to system, how much amount can be collected during next service. They will insist us to do compulsorily even there is no complaint.
        3. We suspect their service, at least anyone new problem is started within 2 to 3 days after getting our vehicle. It means purposely they makes issue for their revenue.
        $. External service people are more moderate than this company service people. Something under ground works are being done by this people

            3 days before i have given my tvs jupitor to awsharya motors, pathanamathitta showroom due to my scooty pulling to one side.
            There is no accident happen on my scooty.
            They are not ready to tell the exact reason of damage.
            I told them to repair under waranty or insurance whatever it is.
            But they told me, its my responsibility to prepare the document of insurance.
            All motor companies are helping to preparing the documents of insurance.
            But these motors policy is completely difficult and shamefull.

            Please take any helpfull action for this.

              I pawan kumar bought tvs radeon (Ch no.: md625hf17k3h361#) on 07/09/2019 from om tvs molarband badarpur new delhi after 1-2 week problem starting to occur in bike like when the accelerator remain constant between 40- 50 speed then bike start missing or start giving jerk and for this i complaint the service centre of meethapur branch 4-5 times but my problem is not solved. Last complain given by me on 14 august 2020 (File also attached showing token number) but there is no result.
              So i request to either help to resolve the problem what causing it and change that particular part.

                Good evening
                This is a very serious issue regards to extra amount charged from the customers and not giving them the proper bill.
                There are few complaints mentioned are as follows:-
                1. Staff is not getting there salary on time.
                2. Customer is being charged extra. For everything.
                3. And big issue regards to time the staff is forced to stay up here till 8:30pm but as per the rules a company cannot force there staff after 8hrs of working in a day to stay.
                Sir i would like to inform you that please take an action regards to the complaints mentioned above.
                Your support can many o[censored]s from this forcefull torture.

                  I detect a problem in my motorcycle that the bike standing in the rain so the rain water automatically goes inside the fuel tank i face the problem two times so i request you to short out my problem

                    Sir, last month i brought tvs pep+, after one week it doesn't start, the fuse need to be replaced, after two times the same thing was happen i went to the showroom and tell the problem bt after delivery the same problem happens again, i was in worry till now i brought 10 fuses from my money, i am a tvs customer since 2011. My other tvs vehicles are in good condition that's why i brought this, bt i didnt expect this. I think the showroom has replaced the battery with old one, please check this soon

                      I have purchased tvs jupiter grande edition bs - iv from kohinoor motors, banjari on 29th of may 2020. Now it has been more than three months and i haven't received the registration certificate in my name, neither have i received a service booklet till date, without which getting the service done from any other tvs service center is a problem as any other store does require a service book.
                      I'm really disappointed with the type of service i'm receiving from kohinoor tvs.

                            I booked online tvs Wego BS4 on 31st March 2020. I have already paid 5000 for it. But I did not receive any Call for this from TVS. I had already raised concern for this many times through Call and mails but till now refund not received every time they are saying that amount will be credited in 10 days.
                            But till now they not refunded my money.

                                Dear Sir,
                                I'm owning an Apache RTR 180 and the speedometer cable of the bike was having an issue since 2 months, when i contacted the service centre they told that the cable is not available in stock and will take 2-3 months, finally I got the cable replaced on 27/08/2020 at 6:00 PM, again I faced the same problem on the next day after service, when I contacted the service centre there was no proper response given to me, when I wnt to the same service centre on 30/08/2020, again they told the cable is not available in stock and they don't know when it will receive, I can't ride my bike without solving the issue, Kindly take neccessary action on the particular service centre and get my cable replaced.

                                  I am a Senior Citizen purchased a TVS Scooty pep+ (BS IV) from M/s Arnapurna Motors, Satichaura Chhak (H.O), Cuttack-Phone:[protected] vide Invoice No.1126 dated 19.3.2020. The details of specification of the vehicle is as under:

                                  Description: TVS Scooty Pep+ (BS IV)
                                  Colour as per Invoice .: Red
                                  Colour as per Registration Certificate: Black.
                                  Chassis No: MD626AG39H2C18303
                                  Engine No: AG3CH2017603
                                  Invoice No. 1126 dated 19.3.2020.
                                  Dealers Name: Arnapurna Motors, Cuttack.
                                  RTO Registration date : 30.3.2020.

                                  Complaint: When I visited the authorized service center for first mandatory free service on 30.6.2020, they refused free service and stated that the validity of free service has been over as the vehicle has been purchased before one year. as per their records the vehicle is in the name of Mr Saroj Nayak and purchased before one year.

                                  Which implies that I have been sold an old and used vehicle in the name of brand new one. In this regard I may request you to replace the vehicle with a new one urgently. Being a senior citizen and you sold me an old vehicle and also your authorized service center refused free service, I feel being cheated by a company like TVS Motors.

                                    This bike has been doing this problem for 3 months, when they go to the service center, they charge the battery and give it and then 1 week runs properly then the problem comes.

                                        I have been a regular customer of tvs vehicles. My family had at first tvs star city. Then we got tvs jupiter, tvs sports and then tvs apache.
                                        I had made a amc for tvs jupiter, which contains 4 service. However, after doing one service, my sister's job got transferred to some other place. Then i went to the tvs jyote service center bhubaneswar and asked them to transfer the amc to my other tvs bike, but they refused saying that they cannot help, only there authority can give permission.in this case, i told them that my money will go waste so kindly do amc for my other bike that is tvs sports.
                                        I think i have no other option left other than to bring the issue to the authority. Kindly resolve my issue or else i have to take legal action against tvs company.
