I am very sorry to write to you about the service team operating at bengaluru tvs motors, bommasandra.
The issue starts when i bought tvs ntorq race edition on 12th may 2020. I was a new buyer and i just bought vehicle on same day delivery as it was lockdown i got the vehicle and was very happy to get it.
However in a few days i noticed that the seat assembly of my vehicle is not right and is not aligned properly due to which the seat always hits the bottom portion and is getting damaged.
I initially thought its just an assembly issue which could be sorted outwhen i go to my first service at 500kms.
The problem starts now. I went for my first service in 20 days with 600kms and i complained the service team about the seat assembly issue. They said they will resolve it and give me in evening. when i went to take delivery i saw the seat issue was still there and they had not done it. I told them to do but they said they will be closing hence to get that issue solved in 2nd service. I said ok.
Next after 1.5months i went for 2nd service at 2500kms. This time the whole service team was changed as the old team had bad reputation, one of them informed me. So i explained them again about the seat assembly issue, they said they will look into it. I came back to collect vehicle in evening, the problem was still persisting, they had not done anything about the issue. When i asked, they said the issue cannot be rectified as it is fixed seat assembly.
I then spoke to manager and he said get the bike after in weekday and he will get it done when someone technical is free. I said ok and got the vehicle after 3 days again. They took 2hrs and came back to me. The manager told me the issue is because i got new seat cover for my vehicle to which i explained him that the issue began even before i put the seat cover. He had no answer and i left from there.
Now, after using about 3 months, the kill swicth is not working, the indicators are not working properly, and even the accelerator cable is also loosened. I took vehicle to the service centre today i. E 12th september 2020. Today i complained them all this issue along with the seat assembly issue that i am facing to which three of them started talking loudly onto me and rudely. One of them said: "you should have seen the vehicle before buying"the other one said : "it"s all your fault, the seat come as is, you have not closed it properly.
I feel they are just speaking non-sense to customers. Once the vehicle is bought they don't care about the service terms. I want the issue to be sorted with my vehicle. I have attached some images of seat bottom damage and assembly misfit.
Kindly help me in this regard and sort this asap. And also kindly take necessary action against the team as i am not the only customer who would be facing the issue from them.
