I am jegadeesh, from coimbatore
Ten days back given to general service to my tvs wego tn76aa3177 vehicle. They are serviced and checked very thing is fine to given to me. But in-between this ten days i use ride only two times only. First time go to long trip while return back slightly issue on engine automatically off condition am not taken serious issue because of recent service vehicle why took problem. But yesterday on road its create big trouble so i checked local near by service center they said carburetor not cleaned then cleaned fixed now its ok. But tvs service charged rs1000 then what kind of service done ten days back. Am regular customer past three years this station please consider my feedback on issue. Here attached service bill copy both.

    Unfortunately i bought an rtr 200 bs6. Within one month the vehicle was complaint. Problem was that the self start was not working.2 days after the same problem. Again served no use after that they told it is the problem of battery and had to change. They took battery to showroom charged and took vehicle to showroom. After 2days they says that the regulator is complaint and need few weeks more. I liked the vehicle very much superb bike. Buy if such problems happen how will peoples buy tvs?. I need a secondary option or a new vehicle. Please take an immediate action.

      Dear sir/madam
      I had left my scooter tvs jupiter no. Ka25 eu 0054 for general service at guled tvs motors, bagalkot karnataka. While handing over the vehicle they had examined and found that everything was fine and did a general service of changing engine oil and water wash. Once they handed over back, we found that auto ignition key was not working. When i took back to service centre they told that ignition switch is not working and replaced it. I have also taken amc for one year, even then they have levied service charges again along with parts cost. Just three days after again ignition key is not working. When i called them the manger talks rudely and threaten me. They are giving receipts to any of the service or parts they change.
      Request to look into the matter seriously and its happening whenever i go to the service centre.

        I have paid all the amount through cash The amount included bike, Insurance and RC etc.

        But i did not get my RC from last 3 months

        I have call the TVS show room many time but i did not get any positive response from them

        So kindly look in to the matter and resolve my problem as soon as possible.

          Dear Sir,

          I have purchased NTARQ on 09/06/2020, till date I don’t get the RC Book, reply I got is I have to go to agent house which is at Thiruninarvur, Chennai or whenever they get the RC book at hand only they will give. Now they don’t pick the call, when I go in person they say I will get RC when the Agent gives only( no date and indefinite wait). Also I don’t get the Vehicle cover.

          I am in no way in contact/agreement/sales relation with the Agent of Om shakthi motors or TVS Motors who gets the RC Book for TVS/Om Sakthi.

          I am unable to take the Scooter and move around.

                I have purchased tvs city+ bike in nov 2019. Bike no. Mh16 cr 2309.in next month only kilometers and speeding sensor stopped working. I am changing with dealer for this part from past 8 months but still they are not able to make part available.

                I think it's worse think and shame for tvs to have such kind of dealer who are not caring the customer and they don't want to extend more business.

                I have given my bike for part installation yesterday and your dealer shivam tvs, ahemednagar replied that part is not available with them.

                If from last 8 months your dealer not making part available and ruming to customer then what's your hold on dealer.

                If i don't get the part by today i will file complaint against tvs by tommorow.

                I am very very disappointed.

                  We have taken new bike from mahalaxmi auto agency, isanpur, ahmedabad, -382443 - gujarat ph. No. - [protected]

                  Within 1 month the bike has problem. It is not starting. The showroom person and service person has been contacted, they took the bike to service station before 3 days, till today there is no solution and the bike is not repaired, the response from showroom sales persons and service person is very very poor, they are not attending this issue.

                  How come the brand new bike gates faulty within a month and also noticeably there is very very poor response from the company...

                    I serviced my tvs Jupiter at 17 August at balaji service center shastri nagar delhi. I face starting problem and some other problems again and again then I called to service center she said me sir plz visit again we should again check and solve the problem.Again I visit the service center at 25 August then he install some new part now after 2 days again new problem face
                    my battery got dead and I install new battery on 28 August .After 10 days again facing starting problem that is after 24 hours scooty giving starting problem.I'm fed up with yours services if you not solve my problem I registered my company at consumer court .Do not give me faulty excuses.

                      In tamilnadu, coimbatore, aqil tvs selvapuram branch. The employees of the showroom are not and all responding. I gave my bike 4 days ago, the service is sooooo worsttt. They are asking silly reasons for services. Till now, i don't get my bike. They are not properly answering to the customers. Worst service everrr.

                                I own a tvs apache 200 racing edition 2.0. I purchased this vehicle in june 2018. On september 7 its rear brakes completely failed. Next day (Monday) i went to the service centre located in gandhinagar, gujarat. They did not inspect the vehicles for 2 days. On wednesday they finally inspected the vehicle.

                                On inspection, they discovered that the hydraulic pipe line which goes into the abs unit has malfunctioned and has broken down which has leaked all the brake fluid and that needs replacement. This totally is a problem which i or the service centre had heard in my our lives. I agreed to get it replaced on thursday (10/09/2020). They promised me that they would fix this by saturday (12/09).

                                I waited for saturday afternoon to hear back from the service centre. They did not call me. I called them and i was informed that the part has arrived and the vehicle would get fixed by evening. I went to collect my vehicle, and it wasn't fixed. They told me that they are not able to open the end of the pipeline which is connected in the abs unit. They asked me to wait for a day so that they can solve this.

                                On sunday evening i was informed by the service centre that they are not able to dismantle the pipe line from the abs unit and if anything breaks down; it will be my responsibility completely. I think this is totally uncalled for. This is completely outrageous and unethical. I want to get this fixed. It should have been under manufacturing defect as this is a component which doesn't wear down. Aditionally, this type of concern should not have been raised to a customer. When the brakes failed, i could have met with an accident. I was lucky enough to not meet that fate. I didn't even raise a complaint at the initial level and i'm being left disappointed. I have been told the company from which i purchased the vehicle is not responsible for replacing the part which is their defect and that if anything else breaks down it is again my responsibility!

                                I want to lodge a complaint against tvs motor company for not solving my problem. I am considering raising an official complaint in the consumer court if i'm still not heard of.

                                  I have visited more than 7-8 to tvs authorized service centre but the whole team cant resolve my issue. I am facing that issue from more than 8 months but single mechanic of rishaan tvs pune cant resolve my issue. If your creater of that bike why u cant solve issue and train your mechanic so they can find the issue. They saying that its a battery issue.

                                    Our family has always been a loyal tvs customer. We have 3 tvs vehicles at home. This time, well, right from the very first day I'm facing issue. First the issue was a rattling sound from the digital display, which was temporarily solved by the service center by inserting a rubber padding beneath the display. Fine, I can live with it...but what about the irritating sound from the clutch side that I and many others are facing? I've visited service center many times but even they're helpless saying that it's manufacturing issue/defect. Kindly take back your Scooter and refund my money back if possible bcoz this is the only way I guess. Please be informed that I am pretty much active in social media, social groups e.t.c., I'll keep raising my voice everywhere untill I get a solution or money back. I hope TVS understands my problem.

                                      My dotal bike amount=/₹72000
                                      Advance payment=₹20000
                                      Finance payment=₹52000
                                      20 months finance=₹3464 now 12months finish now closed my finance but he asking extra pay.

                                        I went to your tvs agency named shiv tvs aligarh (u.p), for bike silencer claim under warranty and they don't exchange the silencer and said that they don't have silencer in stock... When I asked to arrange then they told that we don't know when it will be in stock... How tvs do this to their customer.. Are we fools who purchase tvs bikes.. If my problem not solve then it will be very bad experience with tvs india...
