    Dear sir
    Today morning my son took his vehicle to your service centre cochin tvs, sa road vyttila. The counter people refused to accept the vehicle for service stating that they need an advance to accept the vehicle for service. I am working at kothamangalam and hence i was not in a position to accompany him. But he immediately telephone me and informed their demand. I said that i am ready to pay advance, but to inform me the estimated cost of service. The person at your end was rather rude and he
    Told me that the cost can be informed only after the work is completed. I too was rather annoyed by his words. If the demand after service is one lakh, whether i have to pay it. The person who attended my call told me that i have to wait till noon to get the estimate. Too bad service of a repted firm liketvs.

    I called the general number of your service centre and from the receptionist there i got connected to sales manager. I narrated the full story to him. He told me that he will enquire the matter and call me back. But till this time he has not contacted me.

    Finally they have prepared a so called estimate. Some amounts are written on one side and some items on the other. No relation to the amount and items. Nobody care to see the exact demand to the vehicle. The person who prepared the estimate seems to have a grudge for the untoward things happend in the morning which has reflected in the estimate. The estimated amount is rs 16000 and he demanded an advance of rs 5000. I have immediately paid the advance. But i request an independant examination of the vehicle by another mechanic to ascertain the exact needs and also a fresh estimate. (Copy of estimate enclosed)

    In the slip provided the expected delivery date is not mentioned. When asked the reply is 2 to 3 days. Whether 2 days or 3 days. Not certain. Whether this cochin tvs
    Is a reputed authorised dealer of tvs or a pan shop.

    No estimate, taking advance for servicing, no specific dates for delivery. I have given car, scooters, bikes etc for servicing but this is my fisrt experience. Really great.

    I request an independent examination of the vehicle by another mechanic to ascertain the exact needs and also a fresh estimate.
    Please inform the specific date on which the vehicle will be ready for delivery

        I purchased tvs ntorq from authorised dealer mahavir tvs hamirpur h. P.
        On feb 2020 i requested them to place order to change the broken parts which are not avilable there.
        Till date they do nothing in this matter.

        I need clarification why this delay happenes.

          Job order no : consumer to update bill no : 6902 charged amount : 5134/- and 1524/- = 6658/- consumer bought vehicle in 2016 warranty (Warranty card no : 3466279) provided for engine is 5 years. On 02 aug 2020 vehicle emitting more smoke for which he went to service center and they charged extra 5134/- stating company declined the warranty of vehicle because consumer didn't do timely service. But consumer has payment proof (Will attach) of timely service with date. So, consumer want the company to waive of[censored]nnecessary charges imposed.

            I bought tvs Jupiter on 10/07/2019. MH 26 BP 8258.there were 4 servicing free from the company. The first two servicing were free, but when servicing numbers three and four, the servicing center was closed due to lockdown and calls for servicing from them didn't come, that's why I couldn't take the bike.
            But now when the bike was taken for servicing and after servicing done they gave me the bill and told me that "your validity is over and it is a paid servicing .
            I asked "why didn't you inform me about this before servicing?" He said "The person who received your bike is not present here and you will not get the bike unless you pay".
            Inside I am calling customer care but the call does not connect ... I pay bill but even they refuse to give printed bill. Is it my fault for having a lockdown? Nor is it my fault that the service center is closed due to lockdown. So why should I pay the price alone ..?

              Tell to me bring the electricity with your self for air pressure other wise bring your vehicle to other place

              Behaviour of the staff is very bad no one is here to attend the customer

                I bought my tvs scooty on july 31 2019 and it was in good shape until the month of may.
                By the month of june, my self start didn't work, i started using kick start.
                Being a girl i find it very difficult to kick start but still i use now and then when my self start doesn't work.
                I gave for service by the month of june, but still nothing worked.
                By self start was dead. My kick start didn't start as well.
                I came to know that the battery was dead, they service centre just charged my battery. But i do have one year warranty, my battery should have been changed, but no they didn't.
                Now my kick start is not working as well. My battery should have been changed my last month, but they don't want to incure the expenses, so they were waiting until my warranty to expire. Now it did.

                    I bought my bike on oct 27 2019 from tvs showroom, vengathur in thiruvallur district... Fromstrting period of time, i'm getting lots of trouble such as battery problem, speedometer problem, heavy engine noise and chain sprocket problem.. With in three months, battery got dead.. I complain about this.. After that, i received new battery from exide company after one month.. That battery also got dead within two to three months.. Now my battery is dead not self starting at all.. This condition of battery is my major problem.. And also the speedometer doesn't work after completing three service of my bike.. Every time they repair and give speedometer correctly but from the next day it turns in to the old condition and shows 0 in speedometer... The very major problem is heavy engine noise coming from engine.. I'm totally disappointed from buying this bike from that showroom... Mechanics do repair at that time only.. After getting sometime, it will get repair at same problem.. Please take necessary action against tvs showroom vengathur, thiruvallur.

                        I went tvs om motors service centre, f-25/4, gf, pocket d, phase ii, okhla industrial area, new delhi, delhi 110020 on dated 01.08.2020 for my second free service after purchasing tvs jupiter.
                        And they charged rs 1700 appx. This is realy a worst experience. He is looting everyone and due to less knowledge about servicing cost, service centre is earning extra money and they are defaming the brand tvs. Please take necessary action as early as possible.                                 I was purchased scooty pept, in company owners manual book 40 page clearly they are mentioned 5 years warranty or 50000 km of run for the vehicle and free of cost replace the parts manufacturing defects, but my vehicle 2 years is not completed. most of complaints in my vehicle (battery, handle, raising cable, breaks, etc.). i approached show room (Olive TVS, Muralinagar, visakhapatnam) executives, irresponsible behavior and answers, In company manual book they mentioned clearly warranty is applicable all parts, in 42 page they list out the vehicle parts not covered under warranty, they mentioned all vehicle parts. Meaning of company instructions no warranty for TVS Scooty pept vehicle for all parts. one page mentioned warranty is available, another page mentioned not covered vehicle parts.

                                  I went to get quotation for TVS pep + scooty on 28.07.2020. Please find the attached quotation provided by TVS Kannan Automobiles Lalgudi.

                                  Basic: 52450
                                  RTO: 5089
                                  Insurance: 5196
                                  Handling + Extra fitting: 2868 + 3500

                                  I could not understand why the handling+fitting = 6368

                                  I went to ask the dealers today (31/07/2020) but there is no proper explanation given. They behaved rudely and said if you want you can buy else where. I don't like this behavior of representing TVS.

                                  I am surprised TVS pep + would cost about 70000. Is this the on road price for this place ? May I know please.

                                    Madam/ sir,
                                    I purchased a tvs scooty on 3rd of aug 2019. Last week when tyre got puncture i came to know that the rear tyre of the scooty which is of tvs company has cracks in the middle line. I don't know how long the cracks are there on the tyre because i don't ride scooty much since i have other vehicles also.
                                    Please look into the matter and do the needful.

                                      I have given my tvs vehicle for service and the parts amount is 925 and the Labour they are charging 1540 why they are charging too much already they have mention 649 as Labour and for Fitting the parts they are again asking Labour charge and service is totally waste I asked the incharge in the office what is the difference between you and privite garage so he said you should have been left they only why did you come here

                                        I am writing to complain about a salesman (Imran) inane behaviour at your tvs padri bazar, gorakhpur branch, today i had been visited your padri bazar branch, for replacement of scooter battery which is under warranty. I asked him (Imran) regard the battery replacement, he told me to visit another branch which is at shahpur, gorakhpur, i also visited to another branch, they told me to visit the previous branch (Padri bazar branch) and told me to bring a paper which will approve from that branch (Padri bazar), then i again visited that branch (Paadri bazar) and ask that salesman (Imran) to approve the paper then he started behaving as if he is the owner of the company, "i won't approve that paper and do whatever you want".

                                        I am most annoyed that i wasted a morning, kindly look into the matter and trained your saleman that how to behave. Take strict action against that salesman.

                                        I hope to hear back from you about this inane behaviour.
