I bought tvs jupiter scooter from oceanic motors, prahlad nagar ahmedabad, in dec.2019 in 68000 rs. Including helmet, accessories, registration and insurance. But at time of delivery they said helmet is not in stock so will provide when it comes.
Since last 8 months i never get any positive response from dealer about helmet or refunds.
More of it jupiter scooter is a absurd machine. It has starting problem which cannot solve by there service centre. If you do not use scooter for 2-3 consecutive days, it will take 5-10 minutes to ignition on. And this problem i'm getting from the very first day of purchase.

    Few months back I booked Tvs Apache RR 310 but due to Covid 19 I can't buy it and opt to cancel the booking but I didn't received the money from a long time.

        Dear sir i recently bought a tvs n torq race edition from ss autohub showroom in kollamdistrict state of kerala since july -18 - 2020. Till the scooter was in limited km of 790 km. The accelerator cable was damaged how can be this happen and called several times to complaint to the showroom they doesnot take any actions to clear this. It was the first and worst experience in tvs. It was the first scooter i bought from tvs. And my cousin is always ready to purchase a new one i am going to stop that purchase from tvs i need to take actions as soon as possible kindly regards the same..

          Sir,
          I have purchased jupiter grande model form dehardun... On feb20..
          I brought it to kotdwar.
          Daily i am facing starting issue...
          I feel as if it's choke not doing any thing...
          Daily i have to give 10 kicks to start it
          .
          Kindly look into the issue as it's hardly 6 months to scooty and it has run around 700 km...
          And showing such problme

          I visited tvs showroom also in kotdwar, the sad that there is carborater setting problem but still no change even after modifying them

            I gave bike in service centre with no problem of starting, they made a problem in starting, But they finally started it and gave it to me, at service centre there was no problem but after 2 days my bike was stalling, i gave them bike to solve problems, they added some more problems to it.It completely stopped now what should do neither i can take it to show showroom nor it is starting, worst service of tvs.Give me a solution for it, I have a doubt that they have taken the original parts, if you guys donot respond i am going to file a case on ameerpet service centre.

              I was purchase scooty since for 10 months. I was not get number plate from agency where i bought. Now they told me to take number plate to other agency far from me. Because they sent to that agency. Now i question is that i bought there and make slip there why we take number plate to other agency which is far from me. Now the number plate not get from rto but from agency for your information. Plz do something. It is your responsibility to solve problem and satisfied customer.

                  I am Shweta Pavaskar from Malad, Mumbai-400064. Booked TVS Jupiter on 12th March 2020.from TVS Authorized Dealer Hare Krishna Motors Goregaon, Mumbai.After lock-down open also their is no reply from dealer when we call MSG they continuously telling us diff diff excuses. Then we ask for refund of money as we paid full amount n not taken loan. they r refusing that also till data they r not given our Jupiter not even refund of money. pls help me out with suggestion or else i have to take legal action for this.

                    I purchased my vehicle at podhigal tvs in tirupur form after two months of purchase i started getting problems even after the petrol tank has been changed i still have the same other problems the vehicle was given to the main dealer even then my problem is not yet solved so please the necessary arrangements to refity my problems once for all or change the vehicle, it been a highly stress for me from the time i purchase .. so kindly do the needful asap,

                      Hi TVS,

                      I purchased new Jupiter BS VI model on 23 july'20 . But there is very noise in front side while we riding bike at 40-50 KM/hr Speed. Even we go to showroom told about this issue, they give us feedback that this noise is common in all BS VI model.

                      This feedback is inappropriate as my elder brothers bike not having this noise issue.

                      Kindly check and resolve this issue.

                            Dear sir
                            Today morning my son took his vehicle to your service centre cochin tvs, sa road vyttila. The counter people refused to accept the vehicle for service stating that they need an advance to accept the vehicle for service. I am working at kothamangalam and hence i was not in a position to accompany him. But he immediately telephone me and informed their demand. I said that i am ready to pay advance, but to inform me the estimated cost of service. The person at your end was rather rude and he
                            Told me that the cost can be informed only after the work is completed. I too was rather annoyed by his words. If the demand after service is one lakh, whether i have to pay it. The person who attended my call told me that i have to wait till noon to get the estimate. Too bad service of a repted firm liketvs.

                            I called the general number of your service centre and from the receptionist there i got connected to sales manager. I narrated the full story to him. He told me that he will enquire the matter and call me back. But till this time he has not contacted me.

                            Finally they have prepared a so called estimate. Some amounts are written on one side and some items on the other. No relation to the amount and items. Nobody care to see the exact demand to the vehicle. The person who prepared the estimate seems to have a grudge for the untoward things happend in the morning which has reflected in the estimate. The estimated amount is rs 16000 and he demanded an advance of rs 5000. I have immediately paid the advance. But i request an independant examination of the vehicle by another mechanic to ascertain the exact needs and also a fresh estimate. (Copy of estimate enclosed)

                            In the slip provided the expected delivery date is not mentioned. When asked the reply is 2 to 3 days. Whether 2 days or 3 days. Not certain. Whether this cochin tvs
                            Is a reputed authorised dealer of tvs or a pan shop.

                            No estimate, taking advance for servicing, no specific dates for delivery. I have given car, scooters, bikes etc for servicing but this is my fisrt experience. Really great.

                            I request an independent examination of the vehicle by another mechanic to ascertain the exact needs and also a fresh estimate.
                            Please inform the specific date on which the vehicle will be ready for delivery

                                On feb 2020 i requested them to place order to change the broken parts which are not avilable there.
                                Till date they do nothing in this matter.

                                  Job order no : consumer to update bill no : 6902 charged amount : 5134/- and 1524/- = 6658/- consumer bought vehicle in 2016 warranty (Warranty card no : 3466279) provided for engine is 5 years. On 02 aug 2020 vehicle emitting more smoke for which he went to service center and they charged extra 5134/- stating company declined the warranty of vehicle because consumer didn't do timely service. But consumer has payment proof (Will attach) of timely service with date. So, consumer want the company to waive of[censored]nnecessary charges imposed.

                                    I bought tvs Jupiter on 10/07/2019. MH 26 BP 8258.there were 4 servicing free from the company. The first two servicing were free, but when servicing numbers three and four, the servicing center was closed due to lockdown and calls for servicing from them didn't come, that's why I couldn't take the bike.
                                    But now when the bike was taken for servicing and after servicing done they gave me the bill and told me that "your validity is over and it is a paid servicing .
                                    I asked "why didn't you inform me about this before servicing?" He said "The person who received your bike is not present here and you will not get the bike unless you pay".
                                    Inside I am calling customer care but the call does not connect ... I pay bill but even they refuse to give printed bill. Is it my fault for having a lockdown? Nor is it my fault that the service center is closed due to lockdown. So why should I pay the price alone ..?

                                        I bought my tvs scooty on july 31 2019 and it was in good shape until the month of may.
                                        By the month of june, my self start didn't work, i started using kick start.
                                        Being a girl i find it very difficult to kick start but still i use now and then when my self start doesn't work.
                                        I gave for service by the month of june, but still nothing worked.
                                        By self start was dead. My kick start didn't start as well.
                                        I came to know that the battery was dead, they service centre just charged my battery. But i do have one year warranty, my battery should have been changed, but no they didn't.
                                        Now my kick start is not working as well. My battery should have been changed my last month, but they don't want to incure the expenses, so they were waiting until my warranty to expire. Now it did.
