My scooty had got accident & kept in workshop since 25 June 2020, but since today the scooty in not ready, when goes to workshop the person says that the parts is not available till date as my scooty is BS 4 but parts available to workshop BS 3.If this service is from TVs why we bought TVs scooty.

        I am a customer of your company and my register number is [protected]. I have bought a tvs apache rtr 200 4v bsvi model from your dealer shaw tvs (Halisahar) at 26th jan 2020. Chassis no: md637dt15l2a00195 & engine no: dt1al2900228.

        But unfortunately i have received a faulty product. After purchasing the bike i can found that there is a huge problem in chain and sprocket. While bike is taking its speed i can clearly hear a bad noise from the sprocket wheel.

        Chain free also making heavy noise. Whenever i discussed with the service team, they says it will produce sound they won't do anything.

        Back side of chassis frame is curved. It is clearly noticeable with naked eyes. Just because of that the looks of the bike is getting ugly.

        There are a problem in its engine. While in high acceleration engine produce bad noise. Engine gets off if you press the clutch and down the accelerator.

        With all these problems i am riding. I had a very good overview of this company but at present it breaks. I am very much dissatisfied with the product and the service of yours. I feel i have been cheated by you.

        If possible please exchange the bike or else refund the amount i will go for the other company.

          I have been using my tvs ntorq for 2 years and i'm literally fed up with it's starting problems. I don't use the bike everyday and it makes even worse, recently i changed the battery (Since other bikes batteries are alive for more than 5 years) and it worked well for 2 weeks and again the same. I'm fed up pushing this bike to service center everytime. Please do some solution for it's starting trouble and we paid to ride the bike not to push the bike. Get me the service at doorstep i can't push this anymore to the showroom.

                I purchased the tvs jupiter last year but after 1st service the body cover of handle is not seating, so technician telling that its the problem manufacturing so till not the problem is not solved, so please immediately solve the problem. Other wise i will take legal action,

                  Hello team,

                  I recently bought my apache rtr 160 4v, from shri mishri motors anna nagar. The bike was already covered 500 kms at the time of delivery and the sales executive claimed its part of testing they tested the bike for 500 kms..

                  Also during initial enquiry they said rc will have 2020 model and its received as 2019 model at the end. Need clarification regarding the bike kms and rc received.. Also the sales team agreed to change the rc to 2020 model. But no response from them now. Please address this issue.

                    I need to know why price difference in tvs website and in my district tvs distributor so my concern is i bought tvs jupitor standard model bs 6 at meera tvs showroom district surendranagar, gujarat.
                    They takes me basic price 66658 rs. But in tvs website 63703 rs.
                    So please help me and if i could get refund extra money then help me sir.

                      I booked bs 4 jupiter in mar 2020 under their scheme which was valid till 31 mar 2020 for which i paid rs5000/- and as per their scheme scooty will be delivered after lockdown but as per orders of honorable supreme court no bs 4 vehicle will be registered after 31 mar 2020. I cancelled my booking after long wait and requested for refund. I made numerous calls and mails to their customer care regarding my refund and every time i was told that i will be getting my refund soon. I am continuously following up with them but they are least bothered to refund my hard earned money. My booking id is 1055867. From last one month customer care executive are saying that my matter is exclated and i will receive a call very soon but no actually calls. Please help me.

I had already raised concern for this many times through Call and mails but till now refund not received every time they are saying that amount will be credited in 10 days.

                          Recently purchased jupiter from one of your show room.in which i have paid amount while taking the bike (Which includes number plates too). They charged me extra 60 rupees for number plate which i have already paid while taking the bike. Now as per imv rules act, they need to provide me snaplocks for the number plate, they provided me normal screw bolts, when i asked why you are not giving snaplocks they simply said our company said not to give snaplocks, i regected them, they said we will loose two bolts which is against our company rules we cannot give you snaplocks. Kindly confirm whether you said so or not. If not kindly ask the dealer to give me the snaplocks. Contact [protected]

Dealer manager say part are not available for last three month so why we interest tvs motors you service is too bad so please take necessary action from him or refund my payment other wise i will go to court and case against tvs motor and you dealer so please take action from him as soon as possible

                                I bought my my jupiter scooty few years ago, which o frequently do my service and maintenance in the showroom in my town, anakapalli.
                                Service is worst and the customer service is very bad. Speaking carelessly and giving an inappropriate answers. I confirmed by asking their maintenance service providers and be on appointment date they asking me to come tomorrow. I have been coming to showroom from three days but they haven't responded in a good manner. This was my 2nd complaint which i gave in one year back in gajuwaka head office about anakapalli service. I hope you will respond to my complaint and maintain good service and good relationship with customer.

                                    Hi, I would like to inform you that My bike number is DL-7-SCH-8509 and owner's name is Himanshu Kumar.I have visited an authorized service center i.e smart motors, address: -62ft road, Behind Mandi Samiti(west), Saharanpur-247001. first off all they charged me more as compared to my previous services which are done in delhi. The normal service charges for my first 4 services was around Rs 500 each however the 5th service was charged for Rs. 714. I am attaching the bill for the same. Also they charge Rs50 for sanitization. Is it some kind of joke. And now the main issue is they have changed my bike's spark plug with the defective one. There was no starting problem in my bike when I handed over them however when I reached to receive it, it is unable to start. They said that they have to change the spark plug but there is no such issue in starting. I have called the service center however they told that they have informed the mechanic regarding this however when I asked them to fix this, they rudely tell me to go ahead and complain. I had been the customer with TVS for last 10 years and is this the way to be treated. My ike is not starting and service center don't take any responsibility. Kindly look into it or I am going the approach the consumer forum regarding this as I want strict action against the Smart Motors service center so that no other customer can be treated in such a way again.

                                      Dear tvs customer service team,

                                      I have booked tvs jupiter in month of march 2020 but due to lockdown i didn't get the scotty on the committed delivery date which is totally acceptable and does not have any issue.

                                      My vehicle is registered in month of april 2020 and lockdown also get ease in month of june 2020 but i received scotty on 1st july 2020.
                                      Previously the dealer called me to take delivery but the scotty was fully damaged.
                                      I have asked to come after 2 days but after 20 days also he has delivered me faulty scotty. Below is the issue in scotty

                                      1. Ecilator wire is loose
                                      2. Right side rear mirror is loose
                                      3. Foot rest is not available
                                      4. Speedo meter is not working
                                      5. Back side right panel is having issue. While driving so much noise is coming
                                      6. Have promised to give parking cover but not received
                                      7. Hand grip also not received.
