I recently had scheduled service for my ntorq at gandhinagar sector-30 with agwan motors pvt. Ltd., i had some noise issue from front end below mid. I got my vehicle back with packing below mid which fell off on my floor which they did not mentioned. This is cheating with trusted customers and now i feel like after paying for costly servicing all i may have got is washing and polishing. Also they charged 50 rs for sanitizing the vehicle which i think is mandatory for all service providers without any charges.

    This is second time I am rase the complaint for Jmj Motors chintal branch, Hyderabad,
    I am purchased new Jupiter Zx BS4 MAG PURPLE vichicle on 18/10/1019, vichicle purchasing time your persons are given as 1 year gurrante for all accessories, today I am visit show room and explain my vechile condition, all vechile Accessories are damage (means it's comes to rust), we are purchased 2 vechiles same weak, two vechiles are facing same problem, but your persons way of talking is not good, so I am compiling to TVS MOTORS, please solve the issue imdiantly, because of very customer purchasing TVS vechiles brand name of TVs only not for JMJ motors brand, so please take care above issue and solve imdiantly both vechiles accessories with free of cost,

      Hi, i m arjun chetry, i was buy a tvs appache rtr 4v last 2019. I would like to inform you that i m giving my emi installment evey month before the due date but you guys charge this without any reason. Can i know the reason for this? This is not first time, from last 3, 4months back i m facing the same problem. My last outstanding amount is 8, 500 because of deu to covid-19, but today i have checked in tvs creadit service sathi app i found there outstanding amount is 11, 500, i had spoken to you about this issue but still facing same problem... Really it is harrasing to me i will never buy again any product of tvs in future really its disgusting...😡😡😡😡😢

          Good evening,

          I’m writing this complaint on one of your dealer network in Vellore, Tamil Nadu

          M/s Balmurugan Automobiles
          New Bye-pass road,
          Hotel river view, Vellore -632004, TN

          I have purchased a TVSXL100 – BSVI vehicle for my uncle by month of March’2020, please find the attached invoice details for the same.

          Vehicle cost :- 45458.84 INR( inclusive CGST + SGST)
          Additional items :-

          a. Insurance – 4500
          b. Registration charges – 8340

          Upon completion of the payment, vehicle was delivered by the showroom people without Registering the vehicle nor provided any date.

          Due to COVID-19, they can delay the registration but even the insurance is not provided along with the vehicle.

          Its been almost 4+months upon getting the vehicle, no proper feedback/response from showroom on enquiring the registration of the vehicle & insurance .

          Request you to intervene and sort it out.

            I purchased an access 125 limited edition few months ago from the above mentioned showroom and now i received the rc card there they made lot of mistakes even though after taking more money from me and they are not willing to correct it and they are asking me to go to the rto and get it corrected please take complaint against them as they are not providing good service to the consumer and please take an action against them.

              I had recently brought a two wheeler from tvs fast bykes mattikere bengaluru.
              I had brought it on 4 th july 2020.
              Had took it to the home.
              As sunday was lockdown due to corona i had not used the bike.
              Monday morning i was about to go the office. While cleaning i found that side panel was broken at the fitting point.
              I made a video and sent it to the service centre.
              And same day monday 6 th july 2020.
              I visited the showroom to ask.
              They are telling me that it has been damaged from your side.
              I can clearly see that the hole was not inline with the screw.
              And it not possible to fit in such cases.

              I had kept a proof for future.

              Being a customer we trust on the company and doesn’t look too deeply with the fittings.
              If that was the case it leads to checking of each and every bit in the bike.

              It was the duty of the company to deliver a product which doesn’t trouble the customer.

              This was my first step towards the complaint about the issue.

              I need full replacement of the part.
              If that doesn’t happen
              I will go to consumer court with the proof i have.

              Please don’t make it complicate.
              And have serious look into it.

                      It was such an irritating sound from tvs ntorq while i.purchased my new ntorq after 2 nd day kicker was not working and next day error sound occured during the start up of vehicle...while we approach the showroom they told that the sound has already been on all tvs ntorq pls kindly request you to take necessary action while in this issue we lost the trust in ur company

                        I bought tvs apache 160 4v bs6 on 28th may 2020 from your one of the dealer in pune.

                        Showroom: vision motors
                        Location: indrayani nagar, bhosari.
                        Sales person: suraj sarode.
                        Chassis no: md637de52l2c00208

                        The sales person is not providing details of how much my loan was sanctioned by bank and how much bank disbursement came to showroom. He just asking for me to pay him money for down-payment of bike via google pay on his personal account and not providing details of disbursement.
                        I asked him for details but he said their showroom don't provide such details to customer.
                        Could you please look into this? And contact them. He took more money than down-payment from me. I hope you will look into it and will do the needful.

                          New scooter, just 5 months old was not getting started. Pick up was later and after frequent calls they picked up with a lot of hesitation and taken for rectification.

                          They called me and informed that they will treat this as 2nd service and not as a complaint. Then the next day they called me asked to come to service center to pick up the scooter and said no home delivery available. Also they said complaint was because of spark plug and they replaced it. On enquiry on why a brand new scooter has this issue, they kept silent on it.

                          Next day when i went to pick up the scooter, they asked me to pay rs 216, for the spark plug and some other charges, though it comes under the free service.

                          After payment for the "2nd free service" when they deliver the scooter, i found it was very untidy with lot of dirt and grease, hand prints etc. Service centre said, water wash of the scooter they are not providing now and wanted me to come back later after a month.

                          When i asked for whether vehicle is disinfected, they didnt even know what is meant by disinfecting.

                          Such a poor and dissapointing service, i am really thinging to spread this words to my friends and family, not to go and buy tvs products.

                          My vehicle no is kl07 ct 4484 and the service centre was cochin tvs, tvs service center, edappally, kochi. My number is[protected].

                            So far i5 plugs were changed of which 7 plugs by company

                            Meanwhile carborator and coil were changed by company

                            Head and cylinder were changed some 3 weeks before.

                            Today also spark plug. Failed.

                            I will be thankful if i am given another brand ie wego or zest in lieu of this scooter pep by having difference amount.

                              Hi i am from hyderabad sr nagar, today i handoverd my apache 200 4v bike in susheel tvs service centre kukatpally y junction. My bike model is 2017, it ride about 19, 870 kilometres.
                              I serviced my bike on time to time, today i have given my complaint about sound in engine,
                              They totally open my bike engine without my permission and they called me that my bike bore problem it will be cost me about 25, 000/-
                              I was shocked. I only ride my bike daily to office to home about 2.5 kilometres. They said bike bore should be replaced. But i go to the service centre there my bike engine is completely opened he said i must need to chainge my bike bore. After i checked my bike in local mechanic shop they said it’s a miner problem not a bore. Tvs is a big motor sport company but i never thought they can cheat me like this. Even they said it will cost about 25000 but new bore set is only 3000 in the market please take action against this complaint.

                                My vehicle has been towned by roadside assistance on 13/06/2020.

                                I had not got any information where my vehicle has been droped by so many followup i am able to get the information but still i had not got my vehicle back & no information from service site.

                                If i will not get any relpy i will go to consumer court.

                                  I purchased my rtr 200 4v on 13 jan 2019 and till now my bike have total of 6 services done. First month the bike was really great. But later after every service i mean soon i take the bike from workshop there was some prob or older prob gets worst. I complaint about these prob to the workshop but no when helped me and instead they make excuse ton run bike for few days and then the probs will be gone. The bike really makes irritating sound from the body even on the minor road bumps. The handle is either too after fix or it keep making noise on roads bumps.in one year the gear sensor stopped working thrice and in second year it was forth time.in my last service before submitting the bike there was no sound from chain sprocket. But when i recieved the bike there was another irritating sound. And when notified them the prob they told that sprocket is damaged. How sprocket got damaged while it was working perfect before submitting bike to them. And they told me that often bike is damaged more when it is take good care. Also my bike had severe prob of mileage. It is used give 15kmpl milleage and whenever i complaint about this they told me that there is no claim for milleage from company and bikes of 200cc or above are not purchased to consider milleage. And this story is not of one workshop. I have visited to different workshops so many times but the workers and managers are all of same type. Even territory manager doesnt believe that workers in his company could do that. Third class service and workers from tvs

                                    This is in reference to the chetak automobiles situated at ahmedabad ambli brts, bopal ahmedabad. I had kept my two wheeler motor cycle tvs star city gj01nm 5378, model 2011, at the authorised service center. The vehicle was damaged by accident in the front panel, and it was brought to the centre for repair, on 26th june-20 and i had asked for the estimate to be given to me, so that the insurace co could be intimated, and repair could be done.
                                    But till today 30/6/20 eve 5.00pm, the estimate was not given, inspite of regularly reminding.
                                    Please suggest as to where i should take my vehicle which could give me fast service.

                                      Agency name : 52/a/26, solapur road vaidwadi chowk, hadapsar industrial estate, pune - 411013, next to hadapasar traffic police chowki

                                      It’s been approximately 3-4 months when i had given my wego to kalamkar tvs for servicing now without riding the bike yesturday started facing same issue.
                                      Wego i am unable to drive and the whole body is having jurk which is pathetic.
                                      I made call last time many times but no one picks up the phone or not one even call me back,

                                      They also took amc extra cost but so far nothing has been done from their side.

                                      This seems utter nonsense that they provide the home delivery for the wego but when we make a call they either not picking up the phone or making false promise and no one comes to home for the pickup.

                                      Also, the problem with this agency is that they do not have proper control on these phone numbers and there are multiple numbers they sue which changes frequently,

                                      Kindly take the appropriate action as soon as possible before i go to the consumer court of india law.
