New scooter, just 5 months old was not getting started. Pick up was later and after frequent calls they picked up with a lot of hesitation and taken for rectification.

They called me and informed that they will treat this as 2nd service and not as a complaint. Then the next day they called me asked to come to service center to pick up the scooter and said no home delivery available. Also they said complaint was because of spark plug and they replaced it. On enquiry on why a brand new scooter has this issue, they kept silent on it.

Next day when i went to pick up the scooter, they asked me to pay rs 216, for the spark plug and some other charges, though it comes under the free service.

After payment for the "2nd free service" when they deliver the scooter, i found it was very untidy with lot of dirt and grease, hand prints etc. Service centre said, water wash of the scooter they are not providing now and wanted me to come back later after a month.

When i asked for whether vehicle is disinfected, they didnt even know what is meant by disinfecting.

Such a poor and dissapointing service, i am really thinging to spread this words to my friends and family, not to go and buy tvs products.

My vehicle no is kl07 ct 4484 and the service centre was cochin tvs, tvs service center, edappally, kochi. My number is[protected].

    So far i5 plugs were changed of which 7 plugs by company

    Meanwhile carborator and coil were changed by company

    Head and cylinder were changed some 3 weeks before.

    Today also spark plug. Failed.

    I will be thankful if i am given another brand ie wego or zest in lieu of this scooter pep by having difference amount.

      Hi i am from hyderabad sr nagar, today i handoverd my apache 200 4v bike in susheel tvs service centre kukatpally y junction. My bike model is 2017, it ride about 19, 870 kilometres.
      I serviced my bike on time to time, today i have given my complaint about sound in engine,
      They totally open my bike engine without my permission and they called me that my bike bore problem it will be cost me about 25, 000/-
      I was shocked. I only ride my bike daily to office to home about 2.5 kilometres. They said bike bore should be replaced. But i go to the service centre there my bike engine is completely opened he said i must need to chainge my bike bore. After i checked my bike in local mechanic shop they said it’s a miner problem not a bore. Tvs is a big motor sport company but i never thought they can cheat me like this. Even they said it will cost about 25000 but new bore set is only 3000 in the market please take action against this complaint.

        My vehicle has been towned by roadside assistance on 13/06/2020.

        I had not got any information where my vehicle has been droped by so many followup i am able to get the information but still i had not got my vehicle back & no information from service site.

        If i will not get any relpy i will go to consumer court.

          I purchased my rtr 200 4v on 13 jan 2019 and till now my bike have total of 6 services done. First month the bike was really great. But later after every service i mean soon i take the bike from workshop there was some prob or older prob gets worst. I complaint about these prob to the workshop but no when helped me and instead they make excuse ton run bike for few days and then the probs will be gone. The bike really makes irritating sound from the body even on the minor road bumps. The handle is either too after fix or it keep making noise on roads bumps.in one year the gear sensor stopped working thrice and in second year it was forth time.in my last service before submitting the bike there was no sound from chain sprocket. But when i recieved the bike there was another irritating sound. And when notified them the prob they told that sprocket is damaged. How sprocket got damaged while it was working perfect before submitting bike to them. And they told me that often bike is damaged more when it is take good care. Also my bike had severe prob of mileage. It is used give 15kmpl milleage and whenever i complaint about this they told me that there is no claim for milleage from company and bikes of 200cc or above are not purchased to consider milleage. And this story is not of one workshop. I have visited to different workshops so many times but the workers and managers are all of same type. Even territory manager doesnt believe that workers in his company could do that. Third class service and workers from tvs

            This is in reference to the chetak automobiles situated at ahmedabad ambli brts, bopal ahmedabad. I had kept my two wheeler motor cycle tvs star city gj01nm 5378, model 2011, at the authorised service center. The vehicle was damaged by accident in the front panel, and it was brought to the centre for repair, on 26th june-20 and i had asked for the estimate to be given to me, so that the insurace co could be intimated, and repair could be done.
            But till today 30/6/20 eve 5.00pm, the estimate was not given, inspite of regularly reminding.
            Please suggest as to where i should take my vehicle which could give me fast service.

              Dear tvs wego corporate customer care,

              Agency name : 52/a/26, solapur road vaidwadi chowk, hadapsar industrial estate, pune - 411013, next to hadapasar traffic police chowki

              It’s been approximately 3-4 months when i had given my wego to kalamkar tvs for servicing now without riding the bike yesturday started facing same issue.
              Wego i am unable to drive and the whole body is having jurk which is pathetic.
              I made call last time many times but no one picks up the phone or not one even call me back,

              They also took amc extra cost but so far nothing has been done from their side.

              This seems utter nonsense that they provide the home delivery for the wego but when we make a call they either not picking up the phone or making false promise and no one comes to home for the pickup.

              Also, the problem with this agency is that they do not have proper control on these phone numbers and there are multiple numbers they sue which changes frequently,

              Kindly take the appropriate action as soon as possible before i go to the consumer court of india law.

                  Mr brake abs is not working and they haven’t seen to it and said will do in next 10 -15 days so till then i can’t use my bike so i have paid 1.35 lakh for not using my bike

                    Dear Sir/Mam,

                    I had bought the TVS Jupiter Standard Model through Ahinsha Automobiles LLP Showroom 2 : Adchini on 28th June 2020. And on 29th June 2020, I have found that it is defective scooty while driving from Delhi to Gurgaon, the petrol pipe had a leakage and when I called the customer care of the TVS they have asked me Rs 1200 for the repairing and after 5 hours standing in the hot weather finally they came and change the damage pipe inside the scooty. I want now full refund because I think it has more defective inside. Please provide the solution on it.

                        I. Have given the my tvs aprache bike for serving at vicky tvs darbhanga for paid service on today morning and they ask to come to service centre on 4.00 pm but when i visited the office i found that my vechile is yet not attend for serving.
                        My complete day is waste due to your mis manage of service centre.

                        I assure that. I will never come to now any tvs agency. Center to bike service when it is paid service. And also do not refer any know person to this agency.

                        I still waiting at your centre when my bike will be serviced.

                            Dear sir or madam,
                            I went to tvs show room for tv's xl 100 first free service.in that case they told me, "we are taking only engine oil charge" but they are taking additional charges such as consumable charge, sanitizati charge and west packe charge. I rice complaint because in another show room for example honda they taking only engine oil charges but tvs was not. They are adding additional charges by this charge only they earn labour charges may be.

                              I am vikas ([protected]) and my email id "[protected]@gmail.com".
                              I have tvs jupiter. I went to aditi tvs for change my petrol fuel so during changing the petrol tank the mechanic broke my tail lamp. Then i register my complaint to tvs customer care and sourabh sharma ([protected]) revert me and said you tail lamp were already broken. He also mail me regarding that. He said our representative already mention in job card but that yellow color job card they didn't write before i signed he write after they broke my tail lamp. I insisted them from 3 days to change my tail lamp and this is not my fault.
                              But sourabh sharma said the tail lamp would be repaired when you pay or put claim on that. My complaint is this is not my fault why i put claim or pay for my tail lamp. He also said you should read job card description that already mentioned that if during service, bike face any incident that is truly depend on customer site. There is no responsibility of tvs mechanic.
                              So, it means that they broke anything or that thing would be not repaired?

                              That is not a very big thing i can easily claim on it or fix but that's not my fault. I raised that issue because they lie on every step.

                              So, please do something. I am exhausted & frustrated that i never seen like this before and i want justice on that, please resolve this problem.

                                  On 25th march 2020 i had given my tvs xl 100 hd its - sbs for service. Within a month the was a problem in the vehicle. On 22/06/2020 i took the vehicle back to the service centre and they called me back to tell that, the engine bore had gone due to no engine oil. They also made false accusation that i had neglected engine oil leakage. There was no such oil leakage that had gone unnoticed. The mechanics have not topped up the engine oil in the previous service. To cover up their fault they put the blame of engine oil leakage.
                                  They replaced the engine bore under the guarantee period. But i had to bear other expenses of additional parts used. A very bad and negligent service experience by tvs. I would like a refund of my money, that i had to pay because of the negligence of the mechanic.
                                  All the necessary details is mentioned in the invoice copy attached below

                                    I am facing vibration problem in my tvs apache 180 rtr from february last year, i went to agency so many times but the problem doesn't get resolved. The agency workers said they can't do anything and ignored all the time. Also i never went to any repair shops other than agency, all the services of bike have done from agency only. Please solve my problem

                                      I was many times complaint gs tvs ghaziabad service center and as well tv's customer care but problem still not resolved.

                                      My bike 2 service done but automatically bike off issue same as previous.
                                      Please suggest me any option. My bike number up14eh8055.
