I have booked tvs jupiter bs-4 on[protected] on tvs official site. But they detained to give delivery of the product and not giving my booking amount rs-5000 also

        Hello sir i am vishal jethwani an unhappy customer of tvs. As i bought an apche rtr 160 4v from ur dealership named aprajita tvs raigarh.
        As i went for my first free service they informed me that u should bring your vehicle for secound service whenever it completes 1200 kms.
        As they told me i did but today they suddenly called me telling me that my free1st 2nd and 3rd service are already dew.
        I was in an shoked condition.
        And they still said that your last frrservice is also going to dew.
        It's so irresponsible behaviour of tvs.
        As they should have called me when my services where going to dew.
        But i see that dealership is seeking only his profit.
        Soo bad after sales service of tvs.
        Tvs has soo bad after sales service
        I would never suggest anyone again and i curse my self for buying tvs product.
        They didn't even called me after my first service.
        Coustmer care has no value in tvs
        They only see their profit.
        They cheat coustomer ony for profit

          Sir,
          This is geetha kumari Dhanekula I purchased my vehicle October 2019.
          Unfortunately vehicle body melting one day. I inform customer care and showroom. But not responding. 1 month back I am reporting to vehicle to our local service center manager but not respond. I want to complete my service immediately otherwise I register serious consumer complaint.. 3 times visiting to servicing center but no use. These is the worst service.

            Dear all,,

            I have purchased a jupiter scooter on 17/05/2018. The scooter silencer got rusted. When i asked the agencies to replace the rusted silencer, they told me that warranty is applicable only for 2 years. But due to lock down i am not able to do service on time and for registering a complaint. My all the service done on tvs agency and i have also bought a annual amc of the scooter.

            So please help and revert asap.

              Dear team,
              I have purchased tvs jupiter starlight blue in the month of nov'2019 (Up-14ef-1934). Since after some time of purchase i have start facing problems of with my vehicle from last 4 months firstly it was informed by the authorized service center of tvs that it's because of fuse issue or fuse is faulty and they have replaced the same and i have paid for that. But later on the same is repeated again and again and fuse has replaced for 3 times from authorized service center and 3 from other service station as due to lockdown service center is closed and today what has happened today with us is wiring has been burnt by its own which is very dangerous for our vehicle as well as life too. Means within 8 months of purchasing i have faced such kind of severe and dangerous issues. So, please help me out for the same and if possible please get it replaced with new vehicle.

                Hi,

                I bought ntorq on 10/06/2019 from kalburgi
                Tvs showroom. Till now i faced 7-8 times spark plug issue. Each time i need to pay 200rs at service center.

                Every time i asked them to permanent fix the issue but still service center mechanic unable to fix it. Post fixing the scooter, 3rd day again it never start.

                I'm scared to take on daily basis because of this issue.

                I request you to investigate this so as to permanently fix this problem.

                  I purchase a tvs apache 200 v4 on[protected] and i visits service center[protected] i asked for registration & all paper thay told that yet not done as per law with in 10 days registration will done but
                  But gosh tvs (Tamluck - west bangle) doing fraud with customer, now i’m not able to go office due to no paper

                    Sir, i am having apache 160 4v, my engine has very high noise, even the service center accepted that the crank shaft bearing have some problems in seating, so only noise is coming, my bike only 7000 kms completed, after completing 5 service also the issue is not yet solved, request your help to solve the issue, i purchased that bike with so many expectations, all that tgings are ruined now.

                      I had purchased a jupiter scooty in mid march 2020. And till date my scooty has run around 500km but whenever i try to start with self not started. I did my first service last week and told the problems i faced to the service centre. They suggested that battery has to be checked after 5 days of deposit my battery they told that battery is ok and fit it to my scooty. But again the same problems i am facing. Even approx 15km running in day and try start at 9 o'clock night same day. It is not working.
                      You are requested to please do the needful

                        I purchased a new tws apache rtr 160 4v 2020 edition in feb.in march i have had a small accident. So i took it to nearest service centre (Balaji tvs hisar). Two and half month passed but the bike didn't repair till. Everytime i call them didn't have a valid reason and give a next date to me. Kindly take appropriate action against them.

                          They vehicle doesn't starts with out chocks in the morning.
                          The same problem if the vehicle is stopped at a place for 2 to 3 hours.
                          Its a new vehicle bought on 1/6/2020 & today is 4/6/2020 & from the 1st day till today im facing this issues.
                          Im not getting proper response from the showroom executive.
                          I had bought this vehicle from prakruthi tvs at jalahalli cross bangalore

                            I purchased my scooter in february and just after the usage of 1000 kilometers the accelerator cable had broken. For a new vehicle i didn't expect that and due to covid-19 lockdown it was a disaster for me, because the cable was out of stock at near by service centers and it takes 10 days struggling for me to ready my scooter.
                            And the cable was broke because of rust... So it is clear that quality checking was not done.. How it is possible..?!

                                But they deny.4 plugs short in 11 month. And average is disgusting. Please do something

It seems like that the scooter come from other planet. They doesn't know how to start it. Please handle ur tvs company to the right dealer

                                        Turuvekere tvs show room serviced vary bad quality and billing was too much rate two days back i serviced my scooty before service it's no smoke come in scooty but now too much smoke come out and it's trabuled and now scooty not on and they billing to me ₹6000
