      I have recently purchased scooty Pep plus bike in Oct 19, while driving bike by sister back wheel suddenly stop and due to these she got fallen on road. Now back wheel got locked and it's not working.

      Request you to send someone from team to analyse issue and if required to take back showroom for further action to resolve issue.

        Dear Sir,

        I am a customer who bought TVS Scooty in the month of February 2020.

        For my First free service I went to Brilliant TVS located at Mandavelli on 4th June 2020.

        They gave me the vehicle the very same day, but the next day I noticed that my vehicle speedometer glass was tampered (Refer attachment).

        I took it back to service center and they immediately asked me to come back on a Sunday to get it changed as my vehicle is new and in the warranty period.
        They told me that I will get a new Speedometer Set and so the meter will be reset to zero.
        But when I got it back for the second time, they did not change the Speedometer set completely but only the top glass was changed and the meter was not set to zero.
        Also, my vehicle speedometer is not running now, and I am not comfortable to take it back to the same place for fix.
        This clearly seems to be a fraud happened in the service center. My vehicle is been used to claim a new speedometer set which was not required in the first place for my vehicle.
        It also raises another doubt, whether the internal parts could have been changed without my knowledge. Hope you understand my concern.

        I therefore request you to investigate on this issue and take necessary action in order to retain customer trust and value.

            Yesterday which means on 13-06-20 I took my TVS Jupiter for servicing to an authorized service center named TVS MATRIX. I had already taken an appointment of 11 in the morning so that I need not to wait for receiving my scooter back. But still, these guys entered my scooter in the service booth after 1.30PM in the afternoon and gave me back by 4PM. So what was the use of taking an appointment? I remember one guy getting his TVS NTORQ scooter for service at 3PM and receiving his scooter back at the same time as mine. Well that's not the issue. Since I thought the longer I wait the better service I'll receive. But I was wrong, because today morning when I decided to take my scooter out for a spin, I noticed some oil on the ground which was obviously falling from the bottom of my scooter. I bent down to check from where actually the oil is falling. To my surprise, the drain nut from where we remove the old dirty oil wasn't as tight as it was needed to be. It was literally moving with my fingers. And the oil was draining in drops. So from the evening of 13th till the morning of 14th, the oil kept leaking that too in a nice flow. I just want to know one thing, is this the kind of service you receive from an authorized service station? I paid 2100 INR for this? For leaving my scooter with a loose drain nut so that all my new oil empties within a week? And then again the service guys will charge me for a new bottle? They charge differnt different charges for god knows what reason, still we keep faith that it's for the betterment of our vehicle. Is this a ### joke? Who's responsible for this? I need my money back for the bottle of oil and also the consumable charge which they took from me. I request you guys to take strict action for such behaviour and do something so that these guys stop looting people in the name of so called SERVICING.

              Hi,
              I am complaining against tvs jupiter, purchased from binsar automobiles , vide bill no. 2511 on dated 30.06.2019, in the name of praveen kumar gupta, description of scooter as given below.

              Part description : tvs jupiter bs iv-sbs w. Brown, chassis no. : md626eg40k3b57263, engine no :eg4bk3609803, manufacturing date : 02/2019

              In view of the above, i want to draw your attention to this matter, ever since i bought a jupiter, there is a starting problem i don't know why it happens, during service of the vehicle i told this problem to service center, so he gave it repaired at that time but after some time this problem started again.
              I am a service class person, i do not have enough time to keep going to the service center frequently to complain again and again.

              Kindly advise why this is happening and request you return the scooter otherwise give permanent solution.

                    I had purchased a product from my local market and they refer me tvs finance, and from the day of purchase, corona lockdown was imposed, since rbi referred to take six month time to pay emi, i dint pay the emi, one of the person called me and had rude conversation, and even used bad words, seriously i would like to complain and even i have the conversation recorded with me

                      I am harish mehra from delhi - uttam nagar. I purchase jupiter zx from dynamic motor uttam nagar on 1/6/2020. Since the vehicle deliver it is full of problems. I have paid 79000/- for vehicle but still it is with your work shop (Dynamic motor-rajapuri-delhi) for repair.in the time of corona i have purchase vehicle for safety and social distancing since i have to visit again and again to your workshop without any vehicle for collecting repair vehicle, i am exposing to corona. I have paid money for new vehicle but i got repaired vehicle. How can a reputed company send mechanically faulted vehicle without qc for sale. Why should i have repair vehicle if i am paying 79000/- for new vehicle. Pls give me back my 79000/- or give me new vehicle or call back your faulty vehicle.

                        Dear concern i have purchase a scooter tvs jupitor from singh tvs dhampur distic bijnor.. I phase a complaint that my scooters starts without pressing the break lever... Thant may be a reason of any accident or any miss happening.. I visit. Singh tvs last day 9/06/2020 and the mechanic told that the liver is hard switches are new so wit until they seems old.. They did not resolve my query... Now you told me what should i do... Is there i made a mistake to purchase your company's motor vehicle.. Because they did not took it seriously... M

                                Hello sir i am vishal jethwani an unhappy customer of tvs. As i bought an apche rtr 160 4v from ur dealership named aprajita tvs raigarh.
                                As i went for my first free service they informed me that u should bring your vehicle for secound service whenever it completes 1200 kms.
                                As they told me i did but today they suddenly called me telling me that my free1st 2nd and 3rd service are already dew.
                                I was in an shoked condition.
                                And they still said that your last frrservice is also going to dew.
                                It's so irresponsible behaviour of tvs.
                                As they should have called me when my services where going to dew.
                                But i see that dealership is seeking only his profit.
                                Soo bad after sales service of tvs.
                                Tvs has soo bad after sales service
                                I would never suggest anyone again and i curse my self for buying tvs product.
                                They didn't even called me after my first service.
                                Coustmer care has no value in tvs
                                They only see their profit.
                                They cheat coustomer ony for profit

                                  This is geetha kumari Dhanekula I purchased my vehicle October 2019.
                                  Unfortunately vehicle body melting one day. I inform customer care and showroom. But not responding. 1 month back I am reporting to vehicle to our local service center manager but not respond. I want to complete my service immediately otherwise I register serious consumer complaint.. 3 times visiting to servicing center but no use. These is the worst service.

                                    I have purchased a jupiter scooter on 17/05/2018. The scooter silencer got rusted. When i asked the agencies to replace the rusted silencer, they told me that warranty is applicable only for 2 years. But due to lock down i am not able to do service on time and for registering a complaint. My all the service done on tvs agency and i have also bought a annual amc of the scooter.

                                      Dear team,
                                      I have purchased tvs jupiter starlight blue in the month of nov'2019 (Up-14ef-1934). Since after some time of purchase i have start facing problems of with my vehicle from last 4 months firstly it was informed by the authorized service center of tvs that it's because of fuse issue or fuse is faulty and they have replaced the same and i have paid for that. But later on the same is repeated again and again and fuse has replaced for 3 times from authorized service center and 3 from other service station as due to lockdown service center is closed and today what has happened today with us is wiring has been burnt by its own which is very dangerous for our vehicle as well as life too. Means within 8 months of purchasing i have faced such kind of severe and dangerous issues. So, please help me out for the same and if possible please get it replaced with new vehicle.

                                        Hi,

                                        I bought ntorq on 10/06/2019 from kalburgi
                                        Tvs showroom. Till now i faced 7-8 times spark plug issue. Each time i need to pay 200rs at service center.

                                        Every time i asked them to permanent fix the issue but still service center mechanic unable to fix it. Post fixing the scooter, 3rd day again it never start.

                                        I'm scared to take on daily basis because of this issue.

                                        I request you to investigate this so as to permanently fix this problem.
