I purchase a tvs apache 200 v4 on[protected] and i visits service center[protected] i asked for registration & all paper thay told that yet not done as per law with in 10 days registration will done but
But gosh tvs (Tamluck - west bangle) doing fraud with customer, now i’m not able to go office due to no paper

Sir, i am having apache 160 4v, my engine has very high noise, even the service center accepted that the crank shaft bearing have some problems in seating, so only noise is coming, my bike only 7000 kms completed, after completing 5 service also the issue is not yet solved, request your help to solve the issue, i purchased that bike with so many expectations, all that tgings are ruined now.

I had purchased a jupiter scooty in mid march 2020. And till date my scooty has run around 500km but whenever i try to start with self not started. I did my first service last week and told the problems i faced to the service centre. They suggested that battery has to be checked after 5 days of deposit my battery they told that battery is ok and fit it to my scooty. But again the same problems i am facing. Even approx 15km running in day and try start at 9 o'clock night same day. It is not working.
You are requested to please do the needful

Dear sir,
I purchased a new tws apache rtr 160 4v 2020 edition in feb.in march i have had a small accident. So i took it to nearest service centre (Balaji tvs hisar). Two and half month passed but the bike didn't repair till. Everytime i call them didn't have a valid reason and give a next date to me. Kindly take appropriate action against them.

They vehicle doesn't starts with out chocks in the morning.
The same problem if the vehicle is stopped at a place for 2 to 3 hours.
Its a new vehicle bought on 1/6/2020 & today is 4/6/2020 & from the 1st day till today im facing this issues.
Im not getting proper response from the showroom executive.
I had bought this vehicle from prakruthi tvs at jalahalli cross bangalore

I purchased my scooter in february and just after the usage of 1000 kilometers the accelerator cable had broken. For a new vehicle i didn't expect that and due to covid-19 lockdown it was a disaster for me, because the cable was out of stock at near by service centers and it takes 10 days struggling for me to ready my scooter.
And the cable was broke because of rust... So it is clear that quality checking was not done.. How it is possible..?!

महोदय आपको अवगत कराना हैं कि स्कूटी pep plus के इंजिन में आवाज आ रही थी।जिसको मेहुल ऑटोमोबाइल वर्कशॉप इंदिरा नगर लखनऊ में दिखाया।प्रारम्भ मे 3 से 4 हजार बताया और स्कूटी जमा कर ली।3 दिन बाद काल करके बताया कि इसमें 6 से 7 हजार रुपये लगेंगे।सारा इंजन बनेगा जिससे कि 3 से 4 साल अच्छे से चलेगी।लेकिन जब स्कूटी लेने गया तो 10500 का बिल बनाया।इतना ज्यादा खर्च करवाने के बावजूद engine में अभी भी आवाज आ रही है।इसको ठीक करने के लिए बार -बार बुलाया हर बार एवरेज द
का पेंच कस दिया तो कभी ढ़ीला करते रहे, इंजन जब आवाज खत्म नही हुई तो बोला कि नया क्रेंक होता तो आवाज नही देता।महोदय इतने बार रुपये बढ़ाये, बोलै सारा सामान भी चेंज किया तो अब नए पुराने की क्या बात।सारा सामान नया लगाने की भुगतान लिया लेबोर चार्ज लिया फिर से service किया उसका भी चार्ज लिया।लेकिन मेरी स्कूटी ठीक नही हुई।

After sale service provided in the karan automobile tvs service centre is worst and harassing customer.
On 5th may 2020 i went for my 3rd servcing and also have an issue of battery, servicing department manager told to come after 3/4 days as no spare battery available. Then i went on 19/05/2020, same dialogue by the same person.
They don't have any ethics and moral, disgusting managers of said showroom.

Frequently face problem by customer in said service centre:
1. No proper maintain of first come first serve, the servcing department manager do as his wish, kind and favouritism only.
2. No proper servcing
3. No water servcing, i have done my 3rd servcing but till now they didn't provide water service.
4. Doesn't respect customer.
5. They are mostly focus on sales and get commission, don't care for after sales service.

Hi,
As you know due to lockdown the scooter was not running for more than 2 weeks. I tried to start the engine for first two weeks but then the scooter would not start from ignition switch as well as by kicking the kickrod for more than 15 times.
Please look into this issue.

Sir, i had bought new tvs apache 160 v on 09/09/2018 from prakash auto sales, obra sonebhadra. Registration number is up64af8462. After approximately 3-4 months a bad noise was coming from the silencer of my appache 4v. I showed it to the service center, prakash auto sales several time but neither they solved my problem nor changed my silencer from the new one. Finally i decided to write a complain here. I request you to please do something needful so that my problem could be solve. Thanks
