I have made a claim in respect of my bike TVS Victor (Reg. No. WB20AY2503) which had an accident recently causing a big dent on the fuel tank. Your Service Manager started the work taking approval from the insurance company namely ICICI Lombard (Policy No. 3005/TV[protected]/00/000) without my consent. They didn't replace the tank and left it with the dent although I requested them to replace the tank. I told them to ask me and take my consent before working on my bike as soon as they get approval from the insurance company. Due to their negligence my bike couldn't be repaired. Now I request you to kindly look into the matter and resolve this big issue otherwise I will not receive my bike, rather I will take legal action against your company as well as the Insurance Company.
