I just bought tvs apache rtr 200 4v 2.0 in january 2019. This is a complaint regarding the quality of tyres provided by the company.
The tyre on my vehicle got punctured 3 times in less than 20 days of it's purchase. I wouldn't have purchased such an expensive machine if i knew that it will give such problems in the beginning itself. I need a replacement of the tyre since it is brand new.

Have just completed a year of owning a tvs juipter. Am happy with the scooter but the tyre quality is really bad. Its getting frequently punctured.
It started with the rear tyre and after about 5-6 punctures in 2 months on the rear and 2 punctures on the front, decided to swap the tyres and monitor. But the problem continues unabated. This is the third brand of scooter i have owned and have not seen this problem with the other brands. Suspect this to be the quality of the tvs tyres. Please check.

I purchased a 90/100/10 tvs dragon tyre for my activa scooter on 22-feb-2017. I purchase this tyre because the dealer sri banashankari tyre care center specifically told me that the tyre has got life time guarantee for manufacturing defects. He said none of the other companies like mrf or ceat provide that. It was for this reason, i purchased this tyre. I noticed on 14-jan-19 that the tyre had a bulge. It is very uncomfortable to ride. When i consulted other tyre mechanics i was informed that the tyre cannot be repaired but has to be replaced. The tyre does not have much wear and tear.
When i approached the same dealer with the bill, he started giving all kinds of excuses for not honoring the warranty like it is not a manufacturing defect, the vehicle has run for more than 10000 kms after tyre change, there is more than 50% wear and tear etc. He had not disclosed all these at the time of purchase.
My usage is normal within bangalore city limits. I use normal bangalore road - not country side or unpaved roads. If the tyre cannot withstand these kinds of normal indian roads and warranty cannot be provided for these cases, what is the point in having life time warranty?
Please check and provide me a replacement at the earliest.

I am facing repeated tyre bulge issues in my bajaj v15 rear tyres. I am very unhappy with the quality of tvs tyres and this is third time's and bike is skidding because of bluge that's is life threating. I want quick resolution without failure. I'm writing this mail to address you about bad condition of my tvs tyre.

I own a tvs jupiter which i bought about four months ago. From second month of purchase onwards i have been experiencing multiple puncture on rear & the front tyres of my jupiter. At the first time i have got four punctures in rear tyre & two punctures in the front tyre

The road which i usually travel is highway and i avoid off-roading. Then how the hell i am getting multiple punctures in tyres. I regularly check air pressure and maintain the recommended air pressure.
It is very frustrating to take my jupiter to tyre shop every now & then.
Kindly help me solve my problem because the dealer from which i have purchased my vehicle is not giving me proper answer.

It has completed only 4000 km to 5000 km till now

From 2, 3 days tyre pressure was getting less
So i went to refill it, that time i noticed about crack
Rear tyre has so many cracked at side wall
Regular service at tvs service showroom only.
Very disappointment with quality of tyre

I bought my honda cbr 150r on may 2015. Both stock tyre are tvs radial
The both radial tyre of my cbr150r were cracked. Tyres remains 3/4 treads. Side wall cracked and leaking air. Tyre are in under warrenty. Driven only 18000km. I'm a regular customer of tvs tyres. Please improve the tyre quality.

I have 2016 passion xpro bike. Recently i noticed tyre has developed side crack which is unusual. This kind of crack can happen only if it gets dry rotten but i use the bike for daily commute. Tyre has 3/4 of its thread left but only thing is cracking. I read in online and everyone is complaining about the same thing. If its a defective product tvs should recall the tyres to maintain the brand name. Please give a solution for this.

My honda activa front tyre is torn. Vehicle was purchased in october 2015 plz help what to do next how to go ahead whom to speak and where to go. Now further words are just to increase the words

I have a scooty 1yr 8 months old and drived 4700 kms. It has tvs tubeless tyre which has bulge on bead of tyre which is unexpected from the brand reputation like you guys as i know because i am very old regular customer of tvs tyres.

Some day ago my father was riding in the city on plane and clean road. There was not any rock. Suddunely tyre got bursted with a sound. I complaint about it to rudrapur tvs tyre dealer. Then he says that he will not replace the tyre because tyre bursted from centre line. He is saying that is not a burst! That is a cut by a rock and any other thing. As i already wrote that there was not any kind of rock on the road. I am very tensed about it.

I received a call of mr vivek sharma from tvs tyre his number is [protected].
He told me that you go to tvs tyre rudrapur and he will replace the tyre.
I sent a person to replacement twice. But he didn't replacing the tyre.
He is saying that he has no time to do these kinds of work.
He is busy in his several festivals. If he will got time then will call us to replace the tyre.
One month passed away i didn't get replacement.
I call him as well as mr vivek sharma.
They both not attend my call.

I want the replacement as soon as possible.

Creat a bulb in rear tyre it was only ride about 10000 km tyre is dragon 2.75.18 it was purchased about 2 years before work shop tell me that it was a manufacture defect during riding bike the balance was irregular and load on bike should be incredibly increased the company provides warranty of 5 years in her warranty policy but they not replace the tyre

Hero bike purchase on the month of january 2016 but back tyre are crack on both side 2.75*18.
So please given reply of my complaint, no body responds me neither online complain nor customer complaint help desk.
Many times complain to tyre dealers in varanasi its response negatively of tvs tyre. Tvs tyre customer satisfaction are very poor after sale.

I bought my tvs apache, when air is filled in the tyre it get bumps on the tyre and it cause bubbling and disbalance while riding the bike. Its still in warranty period and i want to exchange the tyre, but the showroom incharge is not going to help me out. I visit to the deal two times, but he is making me fool and doing anything.

I had buy a new tyre one year ago and after one year by specif after one year and 4 day i found my tyre swollen due to air stuck in after that i claimed distributor for tyre replacement and then the distributor forwards the complaint to the engineer but due to the irregularities of the engineer i can't meet him and suffers a lot and after that through the whatsapp the distributor contact him and after that engineer was agree on rhe replacement but at the cost of 85% of the original price of the old tyre (1350rs/-) which i have to pay so ultimately the loss. So is that your motto/ goal and customer service???

Does TVS tyres really provide lifetime warranty for its tyres as i have changed both the tyres of my bike within 10 months of purchase and both the times i have been asked to pay 35% of the total tyre cost, if there is a cost collected than what is lifetime warranty.

TVS Tyres, Mysore Road, Bangalore is the branch where people ask for money for warranty replacement and there is only person nominated to take care of warranty service and none of the time he is available at the factory to assit the customers whereas no other person is even bothered to speak to customers wherein we are treated very badly.

Worst service ever provided by TVS and i suggest everyone to not buy and waste your hard earned money on TVS tyres as their tyre life is not more than 1 year and no warranty as they are just fooling people by saying life time warranty whereas if there is an manufacturing issue than customers are asked to pay money as if they are purchasing a new tyre.

I am having tvs jupiter (Run 15500 km) in which there is crack in rear tyre. I had letter from tvs service station regarding same but when i visited tvs tyre station they are demanding money (650 rs.) for changing the tyre.

I asked them about what they just said its depreciation. I asked how did you calculate they failed to explain.

Kindly explain process for calculation of depreciation and calculation of costing and labour charge about jupiter tvs tyre.

And kindly spacify in new jupiter rear tyre how much mm thickness is given by company.

My riding was not much only office to home and sometimes to the market. I ahe. Maestro edge scooter, I own Thia scooter from last one year, total km are approx 10k, previously I had mrf Tyre on my active and I didn't face any issue till 20k km after that there were more need to change the Tyre still I changed and sold that vehiclr after that I brought meastro edge last year I got these tyres from company with the bike. However after 10k km I don't know how the Tyre got bulges. Usually bulges comes due to heat. Currently this is rainy season and don't know how it came. Kindly solve the issue.
