For my tvs wego scooter i bought new tvs tyre on 05/02/2016. But the tyre is damage within a year. When air is filled in the tyre. Tyre can not hold air. It is tubeless tyre. Now the tyre condition is very bad as it cause bubbling and disbalance will riding the scotty. It is on warranty period and i want to exchange the tyre. The dealer from where i bought it is not going to help. After one and half year pass he is not doing anything. My tvs we go scooter rear tyre number is [protected] bill no-569, deepak traders, 15 nehru market, infront of janax hotel, tin no-[protected].
Kindly exchange the tyre directly by the company.

    For my honda activa i bought new tvs tyre. But the tyre is damage within a year. When air is filled in the tyre it get bumps on the tyre. It is tubeless tyre. Now the tyre condition is very bad as it cause bubbling and disbalance while riding the scooty. It is on warranty period and i want to exchange the tyre. The dealer from where i bought it is not going to help as he didn't gave me any bill of the tyre excusing that i know u and if there is any problem you contact me and i will solve it. But now he is not doing anything. Kindly suggest me with the procedure of exchanging the tyre directly by the company as i don't have any bill.

        I have bought a honda shine sp on 28th march, 2018. Both the tyres are tvs tubeless tyre (80/100-18 m/c 54p reinf). Yesterday i found that there is no air in its rear tyre. As it is a tubeless tyre i went for repairing, but there is a deep cut in the tyre and it could not hold air even after repairing. Now i am perplexed and i cannot realize how a tyre which has run only 3000 km and about 4 months old lost its temper so early. Please help me with this issue as early as possible.

          My name is lokendra malhotra. I had purchased new tvs jupiter at 4-7-2018

          Today when is came down of my house i saw my scooter was having no air in back side tyre.
          I took it to an puncture repairer.

          He said that this tube less tyre condition is not good and any time there can be a new puncture. Scooter run only 595 kms. P ls help to resolve my problem.

              tvs zest tubeless tyre

              I purchased tvs zest 110 on 4.1.2017.
              All services done at company. On 6.7.2018 I found air pressure in the front wheel gone low. I filled air. Again next morning air pressure gone. When I checked there is a leakage in the side walls of the tubeless tyre which is having 5 Years warranty and done just 2093KMs. I am now at tvs tyres, but they are telling me there is no manufacturer fault and no replacement or attending the failure...

                Brand new tvs jupiter purchased on 2/11/2016 from prakruthi motors, jalahalli cross, bangalore.
                I hardly use my scooter. So far 4k (Four thousand km) has run. I was shocked to notice that multiple cracks on rear tyre.
                After consulting prakruthi tvs showroom,
                They are telling there is only 1 year warranty on tyres & cannot be re-placed.
                What kind of quality issue is this. New tyre worn out after running just 4k km. So sad..

                  I am totally disappointed by this vehicle and more than that because of the tires.
                  They keep on punchuring and i m tired of getting it repaired.
                  Every week i check the air the tire has a punchure..
                  Please give me a replacement because they are not in a good quality and never were!!😢
                  If i dont get replacement i will never look forward to tvs as a good company..
                  As it was my choice my parents keep scolding me on it!!

                  My bike runs 2400 kilometers. The problem is that the air gets leaked, I go to replace, then speak 1334 will have to pay. I'm not interested in taking a tire replacement for my bike I'm fine with my bike's tire problem shot out

                    Hello, i bought a tvs victor on 28/06/2017. Not getting one year also, after completing 12000kms when i checked it have multiple cuts/cracks in tyre. As per purchase policy it have one year warranty. It looks like a manufacturing defects. How can cracks a tyre in such a short time period. Kindly replace the tyre or whatever best for my motorcycle, do it asap.

                      This tyre supplied as stock tyres with my activa 125 bought 20 months back, has developed a bulge on one side and upon close inspection i find that the tread has slit (Pic attached).
                      This tyre has done approx 20k kms, and thus far has not had any puncture. But in it's current state i don't feel i can trust this tyre anymore.
                      Is warranty available with this tyre and how to avail it?

                      Any help is greatly appreciated.

                        I had purchased new activa scooter last year.

                        Today when is came down of my house i saw my scooter was having no air in back side tyre.

                        Manufacturing date punched on the tyre is 0517. Puncture repairer said it is just one year new tyre. How can this happen to this...

                        I just want to know whether tvs company manufactures tyres which are of inferiro quality and get rubbed away in just one year time???

                            Not happy with this product.. First of all the spark plug comes out again and again.. And sometimes have to open the entire stuff and put oil in some idiotic place to start the bike... Secondly the highway headlight keeps going off even after repair.. 3rd the handle bends a little bit towards the left from day 1.. Even after several services the issue is the same.. And then the tyres are pathetic.. Have hardly used it for 10000km and have literally made 20 punctures in the front tire and about 32 punctures in the back tyre.. Could have easily bought new tyres instead of making these punctures if i knew that the ceat tyres are the worst tyres provided by hero.. Really disappointing wouldn't suggest anyone to buy this maestro...!!

                              I bought tvs tyre with passion x pro in 2015. Within 17000kms tyre got bulge in one particular are.. When i give the bike for her service center. No proper reaponse. They saying tyre got damage on one side. But before service tyre was good.. But they manage to escape from their mistake.. I need to know whether tyre problem or service man did wrongly. Please verify.

                                Hello, i bought a tvs jupiter on dt. 25.06.2017, not getting one year also, after completing 6000kms, tyre get flat, where i regularly checked the tyre pressure but after some driving when i checked it have multiple cuts/punctured/cracks in tyre, kindly replace the tyre or whatever best for my scooter, do it asap.

                                  I purchased a TVS jupitor on 06/07/2016 from a dealer in Rawatbhata Chittorgarh Rajasthan having tyres of TVS make conta550, 90/90 tubeless tyres after 2-3 months small cracks devoleped in tyres in side perifery now tyre is in worst condition I attached pics of tyre it is manufacturing defect please replace my Tyre as five year is your warranty period dealer refuse to replace the tyre and ask to contact customer care please take corrective action in your product quality.This type of manufacturing defect is bad for company reputation.                                       I bought a hero duet with supplied tube less tvs scooter tyre in jun-2016 from himgiir automobiles pvt ltd, east jyoti nagar, delhi. However in just 1 year and 9 months running only 14, 000 km, the tyre has regular leakage of air, cracks in sidewall and has produced small bubbles on the outer surface of the tyre and about to going to burst any-day/anytime.

                                      I checked for the warranty for the same with himgiri and the representative told me that the warranty of tyre is only with tyre company i. E. With tvs only and i should check with tvs for the same.

                                      Then i checked the website of tvs and try to contact at customer-care no[protected] but the rout of the this is line is continuously busy.

                                      I have not received any response from customer-care team till now, Please note that It is not possible to drive a vehicle with damaged tyre, Please arrange to replace the same within next 1-2 days.

                                      else I will replace the defective tyre at my own cost, but I will never buy any TVS tyre or automobile and the product assembled with TVS tyre in future.
