Hi,

I have faced very worst service from tvs service centers in marathahalli. When i am trying to complain about this through customer care they are cutting the call. When ever i was went for service, everytime they are creating new problems and they are saying some # silly reasons.

They are saying that you need tell the problems. How can i know each and every part in the scooter. For every service i need to go second time and complain about the problems.

I am requesting all don't buy any vehicles from tvs. I will promise you will face problems which will irretate you life.

Hello sir,

I have bought new tvs apache 200 4v from minakshi motors osmanabad on april 2017. Running till today is only 1560 kms.

There are around 8-10 very small leakages in tyres which are not puncture & manufacturing default. The tyre is in warranty period. Tvs tyres dealers from pune are rejecting to replace tyre in warranty.

I cant afford new tyre because cost is around rs.3000/-.

Help me to claim warranty becoz tvs tyres deales form pune are not cooperating.

I have contacted the dealer at balasore, odisha for the claim. But he told it cant be claimed till gst finalization like that. In tvs service centres, authorised person is making fool to people. They are not giving satisfactory service even after charging unnecessary amt. Everytime for changing some parts n problem remains unresolved n after telling problem noone is taking care or suggest to change some other part. I never get any feedback call from tvs customer care n after calling in customer care no-one is picking up phone.

I had purchased cb shine from honda in sep 16 after 6 month using of this bike i was getting wobbling problem in back tyre, i checked with honda service center they said they don't provide any warranty about tyre so i need to check with tvs tyer company. I went to tvs tyre showroom in pune dange chock. The respective person from tvs tyre showroom he not ready to replacing tyre. He said its cost at least 5000 rs to company to replace tubeless tyre so they not allowed them to replace it.
Can you please help me to resolve this issue. I just this tyre for 6 month i m getting such problem. I m very dissatisfy by using tvs product.

Respected tvs tyre team,
We have some an issue, with tvs back tyre of our bajaj v15, that is littler bubble is on out side of tyre.
We are trying convene for calming of tyre, but they are not giving us satisfying answer. My bike is in services center since 2 months.
They are saying us that tyre is not available for our bike since 2 month.
Dealer of surendranagar & ahmedabad (Main dealer) are both not picking my call. I also met them personally but they are not giving good response.
They are not cooperating us.
Tyre detail:brand new bike purchased on 13 february-2017with also brand nerw tyre of tvs.

Hopefully you will understand my situation, & will help your best with your team.

I bought the scooty Pep + in 2016, April 24th. I got TVS brand tyres with it. Recently i crossed 5K KMS on this. Till now, I changed tubes (inside rear tyre) for 3 times and punctured for more than 15 times, which is really frustrating me. I should be confident being independent instead I am getting fear of flat tyre. Every time i call my husband to take it for puncture shop. When I recently took it to the tyre service person, he has shown me the hole in tyre. Uploading the same images.

Please help me to get rid of these tyre issue ASAP.

I have purchased Hero Mestro Edge scooty on May, 2106 from Khanna Motors Lagpath Nagar, Delhi[protected]Regrestration Number: DL 12SG 0428) and evertyhing is going good with my scooty unless there is TWO unwanted crack on rear tyre a week ago. I jsut talked with my friends regarding this issue then i came to know that anytime the tyre can get burst even I just drove approx 13000kms only from the last year.

I request to you to please replace the tyre and just let me know the procedure. Hoping to get a reply as soon as possible.

I even talked to Honda regarding this issue but they gave a vere irrelevant response. They told me that it is because I get the servicing of my scooty outside.
The place where I get my vehicle serviced is my family shop.

I have purses TVS Jupiter At VANSH TVS BIDAR dated 15/03/2017 and its all accessories warrenty is 6 months. within 2 months TVS tyres was dameged, when its warrenty claiming time they have charged 780 rupees and service charge 50 rupee.

I have purchased a TVS Jupiter in Feb 2015. Total KM’s travelled was 20, 200. The issue is with the rear Tyre punctures (3). I checked with TVS service station people at my location (Kukatpally - HYD) and they said there is no warranty for tyres and I have to buy a new one. Is this the solution in my case?? The very next day (Apr-12) I got a call from TVS Tyres (Hyderabad). They inquired me about the details and asked me to come to their storehouse located at Kompally for Tyre checkup. I went on Apr 14th and after checking the tyre, they offered a new tyre (replacement) with discounted rate (depends on tyre tread measurement). My problem got solved and now I am happy with my ride. I have purchased hero glamour 1.5 yrs back..i have used it for 8000 km. now almost button is gone ..tyre got a bend..not wheel. So I strongly suggest not to buy a vehicle with TVS tyre...it is waste of time and energy. I spoke to hero service people..but no use..?...?...?...

I have perchesed Honda Activa in 2014 from Pashankar Auto, Jangli Maharaj Raod.My Activa run only 10k Kms. First time my tyre get puncture, That time I realize my tyre got lots of cracks near design and air is passing through it, and air is not stoping more than an hour, so team please consider this complain and update me Asap

I purchased hero xpro from sun motors lucknow on feb 2014 . But bike backside tyre was cracked . Please replace my bike tyre. In 3 year bike tyre cracked.

Once Again my Honda Activa Tvs Tyres troubles.Within a Period of 8months it bulges.When i asked about this they say its manufacturing defect and asking to pay 35% depreciation cost for replacement.Within three years of purchase of scooter i have replaced three tyre and this fourth tyre with same problem.This time I cant pay any depreciation cost and having the idea of replacing some other good tyre.

Special note:
I Cant come to your pace once again when you call because i already visited and it spoil my works and takes more than 1 hr in travel.If they have any solution process please do it in my place.

Newly purchased tvs jupiter 1year 6 month old and 6800kms. Had a puncture in rear tyre which when fixed can't hold for 2days or more. Workshop employed says it's common and tyres has to be changed. Recommended me to visit tv's showroom to replace it with warranty. I don't have any idea of that can be done but few of my colleagues had done something like that with other spare parts of this kind of vehicles. Even tyres have a warranty of 5yrs I think. Hoping to get a reply as soon as possible.

Hi team,
I own a hero passion x-pro and its fitted with oem tvs att230r, 90/90-18 15p as rear tyre. After couple of months of buying the bike the rear tyre was changed under warranty by a tvs tyre vendor but i have to pay a huge amount despite it was on warranty and had to get the tyre replace. Again after few months and a few thousand kms the rear tyre developed cracks and cuts as well as it started leaking air, not to mention that in my city the road condition is good and highways as well as city roads are too good. Why is that the same tyre is having too much problem. I have other 2 wheeler which i use on same city roads but never had had any problem but this specific tyre always had problem of air leaking from day 1.
Looking forward to hear / resolution from you at the earliest.

wow what a service, complain resolved within 4 hours of sending mail to TVS Tyre Customer care "[email protected]" The person sitting in Nagpur office called me up and fixed latest possible appointment with the Tyre vendor where i visited earlier and in no time the Raipur team reached to inspect the Tyre and recommended necessary steps to replace the problematic Tyre with the latest and better model of tubeless tyre than the existing one. I have to shell out a bit money due to Rubber Wear but its ok... as problem is solved... Thanks TVS... Faith Restored in the brand Again...

I am very glad to say that the problem has been resolved in Raipur within a few hours of complain. I would like to thank you all for your kind and honest response to my complain and i am amazed to say that its been resolved within few hours.
