I booked a uber car through paytm. Driver did not come to my my place and uber payment receipt is generated for 106.62 rupees. If i opened the receipt, it shows that i have traveled 3.53 miles with ride time of 11.97 minutes with x1.4 surcharge.
I have booked car from kandikal gate near uppuguda in hyderabad to gudimalkapur vegiteble market in hyderabad. But in the receipt from and address are

    My name is jeet sharma working in HCL .I booked uberpool cab on 13th sep 2016 with the driver name Thulasingam white indica car number 4900 from my home place Navalur to work place HCL sholinganallur. At the end of the trip my app was showing 56 rupee to pay but in drivers app it was showing 165 rupee to pay. i call to customer care of Chennai but they also didn't help me out with this and told me to pay 165 rupee to the driver and said that they will refund me back . They also said me that there is no customer care number exist in uber system you have to write a mail to uber . This statement from such a huge company is embarrassing. this issue of fare change i am facing from past one month . kindly take some action against this issue.

    I have a very worst experience with Uber. i booked a cab from Zakir nagar to noida sector 18.But the Driver cancel the Ride Without no reasons. Again i booked a Cab but they will included extra cancellation charges.
    I booked 3 cabs out of which 1st cab not waited and went off without informing, 2nd cab refused to go at destination for which I have been charged 60+60 its is not fare.
    I was charged more fare than was shown in uber pool in my last trip today on 08-09-16. It was shown 72 rs but the driver took 144 rs. I need an explanation.While booking the uber pool the fare that was shown was much lower than what the driver charged from us. Y such a difference in the amount .The driver name is Alam.
    I faced the similar issue twice. The driver charged me three times of the amount which was indicated in the application

      Really Disgusting! This is the condition of National Capital Region, the biggest frustration people facing here is conveyance and moreover traffic. Nobody is hell bothered about 9-10 hours of jobs extending to 12, 13, 14, 15 hours and so on.

      A person going to office or market thinks to book Uber/ Ola, the first question the driver asks is “DROP KAHA KA HAI”- i.e. Where is your drop location. Whereas, it’s clearly mentioned in Uber’s rule book that the driver is not suppose to ask the drop location, not a big deal the rules are as fake as the company is. After waiting for 10-15 minutes, either the driver switches his mobile off, or standing at one position he will say that I am not able to track your location or even he will just sit over it and cancel the trip after 15 min with no intimation. This is not something that happens once or twice a week, this is something that happens twice/ thrice a day. Then for all the cancelled trips they will deduct 80/- (per trip), now if a person doesn’t have the time to write them the incidence happened, they will not even return the money back.

      Even after my last complain to uber, I attached the screenshots and sent them, these people apologized and gave me vouchers to close the matter and said that this will not happen again. But what next, moreover the driver has the guts to say that “JAO KAR DO COMPLAIN” or “Okay, Jisse kehna hai kaho”. Because what worst, just that they will not get the day’s incentives, nothing more then that. Everybody is just into money printing business, and who is the sufferer, just the common man.

      Frustrated person, at last when goes to an auto wala so either he will be on strike or he asks for money as per his choice, because there are no rules. Nobody is there to check. Why is the common man working so much, just to get frustrated and depressed, for he is helpless for so many things and at last he should be happy that he has money to get admitted in a branded hospital. Anybody in India can strike for any non sense thing demanded, what should a common man do. Leave all his work and strike for the thousand things that he has to face because of wrong people into business. What is the government doing, what are the uber managers doing.

        Hi,

        Today morning I book a ride with uber pool and the driver arrived and he refused to give a drive and asked me to cancel the cab.

        To book new cab I cancel that. But the driver never cancelled it. And I couldn't get any cab.

        This was absolutely the fault in the drivers side. In this issue why I should pay or accept the cancellation fee.

        This is the second time. If the drivers don't want to pick the customers at their venue then why the hell they need to accept the booking. Just BS procedure. Change ur in ethic business structure. And charge ur driver if they cancelled the cab. First and most importantly ask customers feedback and do react. Pl don't blondly work on ur mad drivers.

        After introducing UBER pool, UBER is charging more money for the trips in normal times also. In peak times, again it is horrible. We do not know what they are thinking a common man. But for a common man, it is very very difficult to travel in the cabs in emergency situation also. It is better i[censored]BER will decrease the rates.

          9/9/16 booked in the name of rameshbabu fromt T.nagar to kolathur chennai the estimated amt shown in the mob is 163rs. but when we reached the destination the amt showed in drivers mobile is 314Rs.Even though he agreed the amt is too high he insisted us to pay the amt and later reg the complaint.So i request u to refund the extra amt or else send me confirmation that u will deduct the extra amt in my next ride.
          please reply within 24 hrs or else i will take legal action against ur cab

          Uber India — Frequent trip cancellation by Uber

          My family is frequent user o[censored]ber Service, but very often I see Uber drvier take the booking and after asking the destination, which is 15-20 KM away, cancel the trip, I have taken this to uber but they reply didnt helped to resolve this issue and issue is still happening .

          This is denial of service.
          I was walking along the road and all on a sudden without honking banged from behind in order to overtake. The uber no is WB 25F 4362.

            I updated my Paytm wallet o[censored]ber with Rs.200 on Sunday(11/09/2016) evening at 7.59 pm. I also booked a ride to Howrah Kadamtala and the kilometer I travelled with the driver Shaid at 10.05 pm was 21.39 and the trip time was 00:48:35 vehicle Ubergo against which I paid 228.26 in cash to the driver as he asked for that. now when I am checking my Paytm balance it is showing 0.00.

            How this is possible that you have taken cash payment and also deducted Rs 200 from my Paytm balance???

            This is an absolute harassment to customer and I will surely take a legal action against uber if this is not resolved immediately.

              I have book a Uber cab on 11 sep 2016 at around 7.30 pm. Usually Uber cab drivers come to your location without even guiding them, but anyway i called my cab driver and informed him to come to my location. But instead he enquired about my drop location as normally cab drivers do, and i shared where i wished to be drop. And than he said he is having his meal so asked me to wait for 10 min, so since i was in no hurry i said ok in turn i walked near the cab thought i will wait till he finishes his meal. But in turn i found him in his cab relaxing and brousing on his phone, he bluntly lied to me on phone. He just praked his vehicle and waiting for me to cancel when i approched him and ask why the hell did he lied to me and thanin reply he arrogantly asked me to cancle my ride and ruddely guestured me to get the hell out of there. He didn't even bother when i said i will lodge a complain, in a way i felt i was nothing. I protested in return and asked him to cancel but everything went in vain. And to my suprise i couldn't even find any option on uber app to lodge a complain aganist cab driver, it seems like Uber knows what type of drivers there are recruiting. So they dint even bothered to add customer service option to there app.

              After few minutes i got a message stating that my cab arrived and i dint board the cab in the given time hence charging 50 rs for cancelation of your trip.

              I thought at least Uber cab service is very professional but found out to be very horrific service.

                This is in regards to the sudden suspension of my Uber account for no reason. On 12/8/16, I opened my Uber app to book a ride only to realise that the account has been blocked. I mailed Uber support regarding the same and asked them to provide a resolution.

                I received a reply from them stating that the "internal review system" has qualified my account for suspension and it is final and binding. This mail did not mention any specific reason. So, I asked for a specific reason for the suspension to which the only reply I received was that they are not in a position to disclose any reason and I would not be able to access their services in future.

                The only concern I have is why was my account suspended. There were no multiple registrations, fare was never delayed. It was only after the last mail that I tried to register with a fresh email but to no avail. Uber India, please reply

                My sister booked UBER this morning. It took 15 MINUTES for him to arrive. We waited. When he arrived he asked for return charges, and behaved badly . And we cancelled the trip... what if this happens night time...

                Uber is negative customer service these days...

                  Last night I booked a cab
                  Pickup from 1St B Cross Rd, Dwarka Nagar, yelahanka, Bangalore (6:15pm) and Drop to nitte Minakshi Institute of technology (6:37pm) with distance of 5.7km... But the cab cost me Rs.521
                  The driver told me that its the additional amount of my last ride which I have not paid...I have checked my mail and I have a mail on 5th Sept traveling from 1St B Cross Rd, Dwarka Nagar yelahanka bangalore to Koramangala cost Rs418 But thats totally a mistake..
                  Please respond asap
                  And Do the initiatives for the refund

                    Uber- Guwahati. I booked a cab today(10th September at around 11.25.AM. I was charged Rs 102.84, instead of the usual 75 to 80 rupees. Fortunately, the total fare was reduced due to an ongoing promotion. I contacted Uber customer care via email and their idiotic response is that they can't do anything about it as the final amount I paid was within the usual fare estimate. They didn't even bother to look into my receipt and realize that I would have paid an amount much more than the estimated amount had there been no promo code applied. This is not the first time this has happened to me. It happened before as well on 28th August 2016. Can anyone help me please.

                      Today we booked at 8.30 for a 'trip from Ganapanthy to KNG Pudur. Driver came promptly and picked up us. But after a short drive above 100 meters, he stopped and said he could not take us to destination due to trafic and abruptly dropped us. More than that he demanded Rs.20 but I refused. For your lack of service you have to compensate me. I[censored] charge anything in my next ride by adding any amount for this unaccomplished trip. I would not pay. Please note. Be satisfied that I do not penalice you for lack of service/

                        Hi, today morning I had book the Innova Mira road to international airport. after loading the luggage by myself at back seat, He didn't help me . I request him one back please adjust in the center seat cuz there is only person is going with him and rest of my family is in my car.
                        I told him and my brother also told him boss problem Kya hai there is no one except one person .He refused and Said main Nahi leke jaunga he was very rude and started removing my luggage, first he didn't help me second his unloading my bag that's make me angry now my situation is to get on time at the airport so I can catch my flight on time .

                        If you would have been at my place what you will do?

                        I told him leke ke jana padega otherwise I will hit you cuz I was angry second all the stuff already in the cab which is unreasonable for me to search another cab at peak time .

                          While you make pool it's completely disgusting that uber is making pool of 2 people who are in 2 different corners of the city. Today I had to take a round of the whole city just because of that..it's a sheer common sense that you should make considering their dropping location and not just the pick up location. Absolutely disappointed..I would have been better if I had travelled by town bus I feel. They don't inform you the route through you will be travelling so easily they can make passenger's life hell.

                            I took Uber on 2nd September from Kandivali to Borivali station. Accidentally i forgot a bag containing edibles and other food items(seets) for gifting. The packed had consumables for travelling and gifting. I called up the driver within two minutes of de-boarding. Driver did not take my calls. I called almost 10 times, however the driver did not pick up my call. I called through Uber network, there was still no response from driver. As i was travelling outstation, there was no choice but to board the train and forego the packed containing consumables worth Rs 500. The driver called me almost after 40 mins and provided below reasons for not taking calls 1) he was with his friend 2) his phone was not working. I find both the reasons frivolous to believe. If the phone was not working, how was his phone ringing when i called and if he is with friend, is he allowed to ignore client calls?.
                            On my return to Mumbai, i made a request to Uber to take necessary action and compensate me. Various people from Uber gave flimsy responses and shied from addressing the issue. I wrote about 10 e-mails, but only was treated with highly insensitive responses. The last response I have got from Uber is that I need to deal with the driver directly. This means that while Uber entices client to use their services with various commitments and earns money from them, however if there is a issue, they take no responsibility. It is actually a anti social act and should have been dealt with much more sensitivity and accountability

                              My complaint on Uber driver. He charged extra money from me. Total fare cost : 170 rupees minus 50 rupees discount comes around 120 rupees. but he got 170 rupees from me. kindly get my 50 rupees from driver r return to my account . Driver cheating and better he go and beg money as beggar.

                              I lost my 1 free rides coupon and 50 rupees. Driver & Uber benefit -- driver got extra 50 rupees and uber got 1 free rides coupon. kindly add 50 rupees r 1 free rides coupon to my account back again .

                              Actually i booked car for my relative.they would not come in bus at late night. At 10:35pm i booked car first driver cancelled trip and wait for almost 15 minutes in velappanchavadi .

                                Uber is providing an awesome service to public . But it is also being cheated by many ways.

                                Many drivers use Mock GPS tools to fake GPS and their trips. It makes them free to earn the trip amount without even travelling. Also lot of fake IDs are being used to create fake trips and make money. Is this advised ? Honest way of earning is what we all expect. With this many who really does hard work also get affected and people earn money without minimal efforts.

                                Kindly look into it, as a matter of justice to hard working drivers.

                                  Uber - Chennai. 1. They charge surge pricing - against Supreme Court's ruling. 2. They charge full fare (pre-calculated) even if the passenger chooses to get off much before the designated destination, i.e., including for the distance he/she never traveled. 3. They charge the customers with cancellation fees of Rs.50 even if the driver cancels the trip for whatever reason.

                                    We were 2 girls standing on the streets of Gurgaon at around 9.30 PM on Monday 1st September'2016 and we booked one cab from Sohna road to Noida cab number HR55X2893 Datsun Go driver name Sadre.. We did mentioned our drop-off location while booking and after waiting for 15 minutes when the driver came he asked where we want to go then he straight away refused to go by saying he has just been to that place (to Noida) and started misbehaving with us.

                                    This kind of behavior is just not acceptable in the end we were the only one who were feeling unsafe not the driver..

                                    And this was not the only incident..on the same night we booked 2 more cabs but the other ones didn't even bothered to come ever as they asked us where we wanted to go and nobody was interested in going to Noida and we eventually cancelled 3 cabs and were standing on the streets for more than half an hour.

                                      This is really annoying to see the fare and calculation like this.
                                      At the time of booking, as usual i booked for digitas lbi and for a sec your app stop responding and my drop location was showing same which was my pick up location.
                                      Dont you have the system which can deny for the location as a drop location and pick up location too. Still it was showing 30 rs.
                                      After that, driver took me to m, y place, if the location was the same, driver should not have done this.
                                      I am not able to understand this.
                                      How you have charged??
                                      The amount is really over charged, i will share this on twitter and other social media platform too.

                                        I missed an important train from cuttack to hatia tonight due to the negligency shown by one of your drivers. the booking time was 10:00 pm. the pick up time was supposed to be 10:16pm as was displayed in my app. but the driver never showed up at my place. and i had to book another one and was hence late in reaching the station (i. e. 10:46) thereby missing my train which was scheduled to leave at 10:40 pm. i am really upset by the unprofessional service provided by you people for i had to incur heavy financial loses and trouble created at my workplace. kindly, compensate for the loses and take strict measures against repetition of such unprofessional service in future.

                                        Please take requisite actions as early as possible and keep me informed.
