I booked uber pool and it showed 169 rps.. driver again said that the address is of southex (you can check that is is gurgaon as shown in my latest invoice..) he then called cust care to which they said that ask the madam to drop there only on the way or drop her in gurgaon and let her pay the final amount.. as I had no option, I asked driver to drop me in gurgaon.. on being dropped, the amount to be paid showed as 544.. ( 135 km from Talkatora...

Hi, on 21st Aug 2016, I took Uber from Shankar Seth to VadgaonSheri. We used Kattad Khana lane and then used MG road / east street as alternative route for this journey. However at the end of journey, Uber still charged me 30 rupees Toll, despite the fact that car never went through toll road. The travel route can clearly show it never cross toll booth,

I had book Uberpool on 11.08.2016 ( Thursday ) at 5.50 PM. Pick up location was "Shah & Nahar Industries", Lower parel and destination was Mahim.But driver did not turned up.

Google road map was showing 15 mins to reach my work ( Shah & Nahar Industries), lower parel.

I called driver at 5.58 PM but he refused to talked with me.and handed over his mobile to co-customer...

My fare amounted to 140 ..i had uber credit of 50 rupees in my account...which was deducted and i had to pay only 90 rupees...but the driver charged me 190 rupees..since my internet was not working and i was not updated...and the driver forcefully insisted to pay...so i had to pay 190..later when i checked ..the amout charged was only 90 rupees..please help...

Today i booked a cab from aiims delhi to sai chowk rama vihar. I called driver for pickup and driver told me he reached to me in 4-5 minutes and asked me for drop point and switched off his phone for next 20 minutes and i was trying again and again then he switched on his phone and received my call and lying that he is trying my call and refuse for booking and abuse on phone call.

Hi i had booked a cab on saturday 13th aug at 7.36 am and i got an sms saying that "your uber is in the way. Kesavan (4.3 stars) will arrive in 10 mins. The cab did not comr even after 10 mins. When i called on the drivers number it was coming switched off. Then i had to book an ola cab which came with in 10 mins
Aftre this i have received 2 more sms stating that"your uber is arraived now. Your driver will wait for 2 mins before leaving."...

My complaint is as follow

I booked uber on 16 th august 2016 in morning and while booking uber i got message that fare of 368 will be charged from my residence to airport which i agreed. I neither changed destination nor route yet fare charged was 468 almost 40%higher. I took this matter with company but company said they will charge as per applicable fare

The company is big cheater and i want to lodge complaint...

He didn't come to the exact pick up place. When I asked him to come and pick us he told me harshly to cancel the ride. He cancelled the ride and for that also we have been charged the amount. I need a number to contact customer care. I never expected such kind of service from uber. Do maintain dignity and never entertain stupid drivers from ur end....

I had booked an uberpool cab wherein the money for the journey is showed prior to the start, where it was showing 90 rupees for me. At the end of the trip for the same uberpool trip they charged 248 rupees, the pricing invoice shows charges for minutes, distance and base fare which is normally done for ubergo, but i had booked uberpool. 33:29 am i got another sms that "driver had to cancell the trip" and rs 60 deducted from my paytm account
4 no driver arrived and no phone call from uber still my money deducted.
5 this was very urgent pickup and uber dont have any responsibility and even they stolen my money.
