On 6th Aug' Saturady, I booked a Uber CAB for travelling from Holiday Inn to Pune Airport. After waiting 15Mins, the CAB driver came & told me that he would not go to Airport as I had 2 Luggage of Bags which was approx 7KG each & the CAB was booked with UberGo. So, he would not go & Told me to book a CAB with UberX. I told him, the Uber has booked you & he had to decide, so you better discuss with Uber Support Staff. But he was not ready to discuss with the Uber Staff & told me to call & provided a wrong number of staff. So, he went away without providing any support. The name of the Driver was Girish.
