Hi,

I had a booked an Uber Moto yesterday but i had to cancel it as the driver- Devender (Bike Mahindra Centuro 6207) didn't came for pickup as per the suggested time on the Uber app. The App was showing 5 mins but he came after 15 mins. i was getting late so i had booked a another ride from the same Uber App.

After some time, the same driver (Devender Bike Mahindra Centuro 6207, Mobile number-[protected] ) called me up and started abusing words to me because i had cancelled his bike pickup.

i would request Uber to look into such incidents. Not appreciated.

    I want to lodge a formal complaint against UBER and UBER driver for the heinous experience encountered today.

    I have taken a cab from Kilpauk, Chennai to SEZ Sholinganallur, Chennai at 10:10 AM.

    Driver was the most unprofessional person I have faced in my entire life... The worst experience I ever faced. He first tried to literally grab my phone for navigation stating Uber has not equipped him with navigation. He was damn rude demanding I give my phone... Why the damn will I give my equipment to anyone? I was using navigation for my own purpose as I m new to city. How dare he does.. Later he started throwing tantrum by raising his hands n making lewd gesture n resorting to profanity n lewd remarks in Tamil. Unfortunately I understand Tamil but can't converse. I tried calling 100 but to my utter dismay... There was no one answering at control room... I will take it up on different level as I am an IPS officer's daughter...

    I m lodging a formal complaint against UBER n the Uber driver. Uber for not helping me despite activating EMERGENCY mode n letting the driver extract double money from me n driver on the charge of harassing my modesty in middle of an unknown place n in middle of a street... How dare he does that!!!

      I booked an Uber Pool today in the evening but no driver was ready to come and when i cancelled my booking i was charged extra 80/-Rs. for cancellation. Want to know why i was being charged when driver itself is saying to book another cab and i booked the cab for twice and thrice.So i request you to look into this matter and try to resolve it as soon as possible so it may not happen in the future.

        Hello,

        This is to inform you that today morning at the signal of ravindra natya mandir dadar prabhadevi, hyundai xcent car no mh 01 cj 4998 dash through the car 110 by breaking the signal and have damage the right side of the bonnet

        The door opposite the driver side is also damage and is not opening as well.

        The hyundai xcent - uber driver name - faiyaz, been its his mistake he had broken the signal and dash into our car been instead of been apologies for his fault he was talking very arrogantly to us

        We have done the complaint of this accident at dadar police station (Shaitan chowki) - dadar (W) complaint no tar-230/16

        Attached is the snap of the driver

        Please train your 5 star rated driver to - drive the car properly, follow the signal rules and how to speak with others.

        Need a positive revert from your end.

          Last night I booked a cab from 5, Ali Yavar Jung, Premier Colony, Kurla West, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400070, India at 10:22 pm with driver named Santosh.

          As I asked the driver if we could take alternate route, the driver was really rude to me. I realized that he even started the trip before I even got in the cab. After feeling threatened by the driver, I decided to get off the cab right away.
          The driver him self cancelled the trip and drove off quickly. I tried to book another cab and waited for the next cab in the middle of the road in the dark ally at late night. I realized that I was also charged by Uber for the harassment I had to go through. Even after submitting my complaint to Uber, I have not received any reply.

            I was charged with cancellation money last evening by Uber while it was the driver who asked for cancelling the trip; and this is not the first time this is happening! Why do I get charged every time with the cancellation money when its the driver who asks me to cancel the ride as he cannot go that far? why can they not see the destination at the first place and then accept the Uber request? I have been using Uber regularly but this has happened thrice with please look into it as it is really insensible and irresponsible on your part to charge the riders for the drivers' action!!

              I applied a promotional code on uber as i was a first time user. the app said promotional code applied successfully and i will get rs.75 off on 3 rides. when i booked a cab i got a notification saying "your promotional code will not be applied". after that i tried entering the code again it said "promotion risk". kindly let me know what went wrong and why was the promotional code not applied.

                I received a reply from Escalation Team last time. Name of the person was Vijay. I want this issue to be escalated to the higher level as well. Because this is happening multiple times now. I can't tolerate it anymore. I am paying to Uber to get a taxi. Why should i face issues. Who the hell driver is who doesn't have etiquette to speak to customers. Can't Uber give any training to them. We are the one who feel unsafe. We are the one who get disappointed by hiring your taxi. You guys spoil our mood on weekends as well. In return we are paying money to you. Why? Justify!

                  Have. Booked a n Uber cab. For my parents .

                  Driver chosen a long route where as app was showing a short route.

                  Charged extra kilometers and extra fare and additional outstation charges
                  Despite of pick up and drop locations are in the municipal limits.

                  The behaviour of driver was like a cheater. Dressed like goon.

                  Finally verdict
                  Drivers take the company on a toss.
                  Not at all concerned about the future consequences.
                  Company vdo not intimate bin advance about the additional charges.

                  My opinion about uber became worst from above average.

                      Yesterday I have booked uber from my phone and Driver has cancelled the trip and then I have booked another trip, so for my another trip, It charged me cancellation amount 40 rs for my previous trip which I have not cancelled.
                      That was cancelled by driver, so I have to pay extra 40Rs.

                        Even if the driver has cancelled the trip I Have been paid fine of Rs 15 on 10th October & Rs 50 for extra charges on 12th October even the driver told me to unable to pick up me on time as his tyre gets punchered. This is not at all acceptable You can check my records for all those previous days. when we donot claim for any offer after being associated with you for such a long tenure & good credit records, you should not charge for the same.

                        Aside we have been charged @ 1.7 times for both the travels opted on 12th Oct'16. This is not at all fair. You should categorise your premium customer & should treat them differently.

                        Please help me to get my extra money back to my account & confirm.

                        I have lodged the same complain on your website, but did not receive any revert as per the promised deadline of 24 hours. hence bound to share my grievances on this platform.

                          I had taken a taxi that is uber go from malleshpalaya to tc palaya (Doodankundi) where as i was supposed to go tc palaya ramamurthy nagar as per driver instructions changed my destination i had opted to pay with card option on driver insistence paid him cash of rs.436 double the amount i constantly asked the driver whether i shud update this to uber he denied saying he will update the cash omce he gets his second drop 24 hours over he hasnt updated about the cash and its showing outstanding balance in my app uber customer care is highly unprofessional they havent reached me yet in spite of lodging a complaint. Its highly unethical and when i contacted the driver he says that he is not technically well versed in updating the payment as cash

                            Myself chandan bhatnagar, on 11 oct 2016 i have book uber cab from satya nagar borivali to r xity mall ghatkopar west for my wife and kid. The receipt which i have received is of Rs 321, however the driver has charged rs 450 for the trip.i have raised my isaue on uber application but revert as off date.

                              On oct 6th, i used uberpool from 06:24pm | 115/1, isb rd, financial district, nanakram guda, hyderabad, telangana 500032, india to 07:27pm | 313, ayyappa society main rd, mega hills, madhapur, hyderabad, telangana 500081, india.

                              Fare was 74.18 rs. which driver said cash. and it was first time i used paytm money in uber and i had forgotten totally. when i contacted the driver, very sweetly he said he will add in my paytm a/c whic he never did. and now he has blocked my number, i cannot reach him.

                              Please take an action against him for cheating on customers and bring bad name to uber.

                                Uber is charging peak hours double amount as per government rule they should not charge any extra in peak hours. i have requested uber to provide the in detail bill how they are calculating amount, they are not giving any info

                                I have traveled in bangalore 19.5 km (ubergo) they charged 430/- and traveltime is 40 mins

                                This travel should have less then 250/-
                                Uber is cheating the people like any thing, there is no customer care (voice), if we send mail any queries they are not giving proper info

                                  They charge what they want without informing the surging or any thing else.

                                    My friend booked uber pool for me, as i am new to uber service, so took a ride from BTM to manyata tec park. & driver asked me for 370 rs, & i told him i was in sharing i so much, he said it uber not ola, so i paid off, later i was talking to my friends in office, i am regular user of ola, but today book uber sharing, it costed me equal to ola full booking, so 1 off my friend told me no its not like that he have cheated you. I was shocked, so i am complaining about the issue, please take a serious action.

                                    Be careful dont give a chance to UBER to cheat INDIA, OLA is extremely fair, & stay onn to it.                                       When i was about to book a cab at bangalore(from goshala road, garudacharpalya to mathikere ) it charged me 162rs as shown in the cost estimation but i changed my dropoff location to chowdeshwari bus stop a landmark less than a km from my exact location dropoff, instead of all these while i was in a trip the driver stopped to fill petrol and since i was in uberpool(along with me only one guy) i think the guy along with me told to drop him to the exact location which was far from the main road. So, i request you to make a refund of half the amount

                                        I travelled in 11 Oct 2016 at around 1200 hrs from sriharipuram, Visakhapatnam. I had earlier applied code vsp60 which was to give me an off of 60% maximum ₹30 for ten times till 12 Oct 2016. On completion of the journey I received the mail for journey details and charges. In that bill the discount for code vsp60 was not deducted and full charge was deducted from my paytm account. Kindly do the needful
