I have been overcharged; rs571

In morning i went with uber same route + 4 km, upto nehru place my bill was 536 (including rs 100 toll applicable for one way)
I
While returning, a shorter route and no toll how it could be rs 571;

Driver was also useless not knowing any route and not asking, i have given him rating of '1'

Please refund me rs100 excess charged...

I booked a uber cab on 10th july 2016 at 02:25pm afternoon from flat no 96 pocket 10, nasirpur rd, virender nagar, pocket 10, sector l, dashrath puri, new delhi, delhi 110046. and leaved at 2:58pm afternoon to shiv vihar rd, uttam nagar, hastsal, new delhi, delhi 110066, india.
It was my first booking so i got rs 150 off promotion code. the driver asked me for rs 146 according to the fair charges but i received my bill receipt of rs...

I took a cab from tollygunge to saltlake. i asked the driver to take another way but he denied me and ended the trip far away from my destination. when my brother called him he misbehaved. he was really rude and dont know how to talk to a girl. kindly reply me within 24hours or i need to take some serious step against your company.

I booked a cab today at 9:44 pm from camac street to my place and at the end of the trip was charged rs. 220 instead of the normal fare of abiut 110.
On asking the driver i was told that there is a surge pricibg of 2 times. but i never accepted any aurge pricing and uber cabs can never be booked during surge pricing without specifically accepting it.
Now they are refusing to pay back my money. uber has retorted to cheating and...

I booked an uber cab from chennai saidapet to manimangalam which is around 25kms, once i checked a fare estimate which has an option to checkout and it shows rs250-300, as per uber they ll charge from my paytm account. once i finished my ride i was go through my mail to checkout the receipt i was shocked that i was charged as airport convince charge rs100 as two times. i found they cheated like i has been entered airport, but that was not...

Booked a cab for my family specifically from seepz gate number 3, the driver arrived 10mins back and didn't bother to call me (Which they are supposed to as per their rules), when i called him he pretends he is at some other location. After talking over phone for twice when he reached the venue he refused to take the trip.I waited for over 15 minutes for the cab and its just a waste of time and harassement....

Yesterday around 4:15pm india time i booked uber cab (detail hr 56 a 9398, driver name sandeep). first he asked where do you want to go. later when i rode the vehicle and after crossing mcd toll tax booth, he was being caught on account of not paying the mcd tax.

I had to stand there for 15-20 mins. later he said he is cancelling the ride as he is not able to pay the fine and he cancelled the trip. i had to take another cab....

Myself subhra dash. i was traveling from bkc mumbai to kandivali east lokhandwala on 4th july 16 through uber pool. the co passenger was to be drop at khar west. so it took me 4 hrs to come near goregaon as the driver need to drop the co passenger first. so i had to travel to khar west and then again came to east to start my travel.in between this the worst service provider stopped the trip with a message that... trip finished please...

Yesterday(03 July 2016) evening I had a trip with UBER Cab. where I forgot my Cell Phone (HTC Desire 820).
I dialed my number and it was ringing. So I called cab driver(Name : Shashidhara M N, Mob : [protected], Vehicle Number : KA02 AA 7702) and had a conversation with him regarding this.

Even though I asked him to stay connected, the driver disconnected my call by and told he will check and confirm back.

I came along with my collage mr. Vijay from hyderabad on 2nd july night and booked the uber cab from airport to velachery. The ride was booked from the mobile [protected] and mail id is p. [protected]@gmail.com in the name vijay. P

Driver name is kalingarajan-tata indica and driver number is [protected] booked at 2-7-2016 at 10.29pm. After booking the information came as the car will come in 5 minutes....

Absolute horrible and disgusting way of handling things. IF your app is giving problems like not booking for 3-5 minutes straight the customer is already in problem as they trusted your service where the idea is to trust availability o[censored]ber and occasionally paying a premium for it. Now if i have to close app or cancel to try re-booking because app is not doing anything how is it customer's fault.

And after going through this...

I have tried to book a cab from Kacheguda to Suchitra, Hyderabad. While booking, it showed me estimated amount as Rs 168.00. I asked me to add amount for booking, i then added Rs 200.00. Now when i tried to book, it again asks me to add money to wallet. I then checked my paytm wallet and saw Rs 168.00 deducted from Uber and shows balance Rs 32.00. I didn't even book the cab, why my amount was deducted?
Why uber does not allow cash...

I booked uber, Maruti Suzuki Swift Dezire on 02/07/2016. The driver name was Surendra. I booked the cab for 8:00 PM. However the cab was already delayed and the driver was very rude and arrogant. And because of this we had to cancel the ride. This is one of the worst experience with Uber....

I took a uber go yesterday from house (vip nagar) to medical college.. my total bill was rs.176. but uber charged me 60 bucks extra and made it rs.236.. later i saw that they added and extra fee of rs.60 on the uber las ride, if this is how they scam regular users... god help the company and its drivers... later i saw that they added and extra fees of rs.60 after ride.. if this is how they scam regular...

I booked a cab o[censored]ber. the driver was devendra at lajpat nagar defence colony. he cancelled the trip and rupees 80 cancellation charges were added. again i booked a cab o[censored]ber, the driver was ramesh at lajpat nagar defence colony delhi. again the driver cancelled the trip. 8 rupees cancellation charge was further added. finally uber cab driver attar dropped me home. and my total fair consisted of additional 160 rupees which was included...

We booked an uber cab from guduvanchery to chennai domestic airport. I travel often as part of my work. Last time i went by ola and the trip cost was 254 approx. But uber trip, they sent me bill of inr 321, while reviewing the bill i came across this airport convenient charge of 100. I don't understand why they charge this money. This must be refunded back to me.

The driver did rash driving having customers in the taxi... Almost would have let to an accident.. The taxi number is mh 02 3746 sedan.. It was in mulund on 29th june 2016 at 9.30pm approximately..
After telling him about the mistake he made, the response we get is just a casual look and a laughter without any realisation of his mistake and without any apology..
