Uber india send me a message regarding a special scheme for my cab for 6 day (19 july - 24 july).
Message was sent to me on my registered mobile number on 19 july,
Tated that they will provided me a special guarantee and benifites according to that (I have uploaded the photo of that message), and regarding that scheme i have enquired at costumer care also, and that person has told me that the they will provided benifit accoding to the message which was sent to me on 19 july (Benifit was like that they will provided me the remaining amount after deducting my earning of all 6 day.
But on 22 july, on the 4th day of the scheme they send me a message regarding this scheme, but the message was totally different and after 3 minutes one another message was also their, in which the terms and condition where mentioned in a very different way.
And after compeleting the scheme they provided me the benifites according to the message sent to me on 22nd july.
This is totally unfair, that in starting they provided me some other scheme and after that they, changed the scheme,
This means that they are making fool of their driver partners, by not providing the proper benifites of the scheme.
And after this i have registered a complained in the uber costumer care, but they didnt provide me any solution from last 8 days, every time they say that they are working on my complained.
This is my complained number[protected].
But i need a faster action againts this, because they are just making me fool, by giving 48 hours.

Updated by rahul kamal A resolution has been provided by the company to me saying that the msg has been sent to you on 19 july is sent by mistake, and we have updated the scheme on 22july and again forwarded to you.
They all are trying to make fool of me, in starting they send me the msg to make me fool, but later on they simply change the scheme .
I want the comsumercompalints.in to take serious against this issue, so that this uber company didnt not make fool of any other company.
And i want my complaint[protected], to be reopened and i want a better solution, regarding this and i want all the benifites as mentioned in the message sent to me on 19 july.
