Hi,

I have a windows based uber mobile app.

I travel everyday to office via 'uber pool' and it never shows me fare estimate or surge, even though it shows these details in an android mobile app at the same time.

And since it does not shows me any fare estimate/surge i am never able to know how much my trip is going to cost me, which i come to know only when my trip ends as a result i get to pay...

Mostly on daily basis i book a taxi for myself its always 20-25 mins late from where i book the cab n sometimes it charge me double in the afternoon without any odd timings. I am yash from gurgaon, haryana and my phone number is [protected]. I am totally unsatisfied by ur cab services, this is the secind time happening to me like this. As per nhai, if you are traveling from the airport to the city, as of 1st april 2015, toll rate is rs. 120 and this amount will have to be borne by the passenger.
