    Dear,
    I am yash from gurgaon, haryana and my phone number is [protected]. I am totally unsatisfied by ur cab services, this is the secind time happening to me like this. I was travelling from uber pool from sector 31 to omaxe mall sector 39, the amount that was showing in my phone was rs. 54 but in driver's mobile it was showing rs.114, don't know why.
    This is the second time happening to me, totally unsatisfied with ubr, either thee is problem with yoir server or you are doing it intentinally.
    Never seen such a bad service from any cab app.

    I booked uber from pvr anupam saket. expected charges 150 some where I was charged 530. I want.complete refund otherwise I m going do the case againt uber and kallu driver who was abusing me because I was expecting some 150-160 but I was charged 530. so I want complete refund.

      My letter to uber. No action taken reported to me so far. This happened in june 2016.

      I write to you to share an uber experience. I generally do not write to you people, but thought it is better to address an email to you as otherwise your call centre folks are going to select the most beautiful templates and reply to my email. I think you need to know how your business partners behave. And the liability at the end of the day rests with you.

      I arrived in chandigarh earlier this week. I was here after four years, and the only great thing to change here, i felt, was uber. It was fast, quick, cheap and reliable. But then started the ugly parts. Some of your drivers are typical north indian goons, with most of them trying to achieve their daily targets of 18 rides to earn incentives. We consumers were never told his city has different uber rules - drivers said it is a point to point service, i don't get to select the route, and there is no concept of waiting at all. I thought you charged for waiting! Those were the little ugly experiences i had in the last three days.

      Then came the ugliest. My mother, 59, aunt, 61, me and my wife ordered an uber from elante mall today afternoon (Driver details below). On calling him, he started getting irritated from the beginning, saying we need to come to one particular gate as it is a one way road. Rude, arrogant and careless, he sounded. But never mind. We are used to such driving an uber even in delhi. We sit in the car and say we want to go to the railway station and pick our luggage on the way. "it is a point to point service, " i was told. Fair enough. As a tourist, i have a right to inquire. And as a service industry, your partners better listen to an aggrieved customer patiently. I questioned why he can't take a route i ask for even if it is off route and then drop us somewhere. After all, i pay for kilometres and time of journey. Rudely he said, it doesn't work like that, his tone rising manifold. He said he will only go to one point, to which i say go to the hotel. "enter it in the app, " he shouts this time looking at my aged aunt. At this point, as even you guys would do, i tell him to mind his language. He was driving at this point. He says if we have a problem we can leave the car. I say just take us to the hotel and not to lecture us about point to point. He applies brakes, raises his tone, parks the car, and asks us to get off the car. All this in middle of nowhere in a town we don't know much about. My aunt says softly to the driver, "what you are doing is not right". He said he doesn't care. We all get out. Stranded, we feared we will miss our train. He cancels his ride. And moves on. Perhaps he has done brisk business since then.

      All i can say is this is so, so shameful. Even if i get irritated or the rules of the city are different, he had no right to do what he did. It is like saying if i object to anything that a driver think is right, he rules and can throw me out. This has never even happened in delhi.

      But this is so sad that you need to do something. A template response is the last thing i expect. The max you generally do is call the dude and say, hey don't do this in future. But of course, you have really not cared for customers as a company beyond a point. I have had instances of verbal misbehaviour with my wife in delhi. I do wonder what kind of training and hiring processes you have in place. They are a sham - because there was no way such an could have made it to your platform otherwise.

      Good luck. And hope you introspect.In case you take some action, more than just a usual warning, let me know.

        Dear uber team,

        I booked an uber yesterday through my account ([protected]) to hazrat nizamuddin station. as the traffic was very high, the driver suggested me that i should take a metro rather than the cab. i inquired from my driver about the deduction in case i leave the cab at that point, he said that it will be charged according to the distance run and not what was displayed. but when my driver dropped at the nearest metro station (7 km ride) and stopped the trip he said that the amount was same that i would have to pay for nizamuddin station (30 km), since the ride was 'stopped' i couldn't continue the ride as i was already paying the full amount.

        I would have complained then itself but i was about to miss my train and was in rush. dear team, i understand that i booked my cab via pool and there must be some guidelines to follow when one books a cab via pool but i feel utterly betrayed by the driver and his suggestions. being the one driving the cab since long, he was suppose to have the guidelines clear and had suggested me accordingly. i would have taken different decision, even uber in their application doesn't put any disclaimer on the fixed amount on the 'pool' option no matter you stop in a nearby location. i request you to refund my amount proportionately and make provision in your terms and conditions of 'uber pool' option.

          A driver hits a biker and run even after telling him many times to stop. He was driving all the way very rudely and dangerously. This all happened on 15 July, 2016 at 9:45 a.m at Noida express highway near by HCL. Cab no: 8413.

          Kindly take a strict action against him.

            On 3rd july 2016 i booked an uber cab for a drop from picnic garden area to howrah station, kolkata around 3pm. since my exact pick up location 39a/2 bus stop / vip bazar were not showing updated in the apps location chart, i mentioned nearest location picnic garden, tiljala as was appearing/available on apps and chosen to call the driver mr ranjit the moment his contact details appeared on my mobile to guide him for the exact location barely approx 250-300 metre away from the place he parked vehicle.initially for the first time he lifted the phone and briefed him how to reach me. he listened and cut the phone. then i wait approx 30 minute and tried to continuously call him but every time it rang on and the driver chosen not to respond. probably he cancelled the trip of his own and left. since i had to catch train with short interval, i had to face lot of hardship to reach the station by other means with my family, kid and luggages. i also got fully wet as rain started by that time. it was an worst experience for me and decided not to book uber cab in future. more surprisingly i received an email after a week and charged my paytm a/c for cancellation fee. this is disappointing and gross negligence. through this mail i am requesting uber management to refund my money and advised concerned driver to refrain from such acts.

              Time summoned uber share: 8pm
              Time uber share driver came to the wrong location: 8:24pm
              The wrong location is around 2 km by road and around 500m by displacement, understood he got lost and couldn't reach the location.
              The driver came at the wrong place and 30 minutes late. I was then wrongfully charged 80 rupees for a ride i didn't even get on.

                Hi team,

                As per nhai, if you are traveling from the airport to the city, as of 1st april 2015, toll rate is rs. 120 and this amount will have to be borne by the passenger.

                I travelled from electronic city to klia bangalore and was charged for a toll that is for ₹120. if i would have travelled from the airport to the city i understand the charges levied. however, in this case, there isn't any toll applicable still uber charged me a toll in the receipt.

                This also makes me wonder that uber is charging this toll fee to its customers for all airport pick ups and drops. so when nhai is charging only 120₹ to cars plying from city to airport and then from airport to the city, uber is actually charging 240₹ to the 2 sets of customers. isn't it??

                    I booked a uber cab on 10th july 2016 at 02:25pm afternoon from flat no 96 pocket 10, nasirpur rd, virender nagar, pocket 10, sector l, dashrath puri, new delhi, delhi 110046. and leaved at 2:58pm afternoon to shiv vihar rd, uttam nagar, hastsal, new delhi, delhi 110066, india.
                    It was my first booking so i got rs 150 off promotion code. the driver asked me for rs 146 according to the fair charges but i received my bill receipt of rs 0 to because of coupon but still he took rs 150 from me forcefully after arguing a lot.

                        I booked a cab today at 9:44 pm from camac street to my place and at the end of the trip was charged rs. 220 instead of the normal fare of abiut 110.
                        On asking the driver i was told that there is a surge pricibg of 2 times. but i never accepted any aurge pricing and uber cabs can never be booked during surge pricing without specifically accepting it.
                        Now they are refusing to pay back my money. uber has retorted to cheating and i think government should intervene and ask uber to leave india.

                          I booked an uber cab from chennai saidapet to manimangalam which is around 25kms, once i checked a fare estimate which has an option to checkout and it shows rs250-300, as per uber they ll charge from my paytm account. once i finished my ride i was go through my mail to checkout the receipt i was shocked that i was charged as airport convince charge rs100 as two times. i found they cheated like i has been entered airport, but that was not included my trip, please solve my issue with uber and stop their cheap activities.

                          I booked an uber cab from little mount chennai, to Manimangalam police station. I travel often as part of my work. Last time i went by ola and the trip cost was 254 approx. But uber trip, they sent me bill of inr 483, while reviewing the bill i came across this They charged as airport convenience charge twice of Rs100. I don't understand why they charge this money when i not even entered into the airport. Is this a way to cheating ? It must be refund back to me.

                            Booked a cab for my family specifically from seepz gate number 3, the driver arrived 10mins back and didn't bother to call me (Which they are supposed to as per their rules), when i called him he pretends he is at some other location. When i politely guided him that it's just under the bridge, he further pretends as if he is from some different planet. He simply cuts my call and doesn't answer when i call back. My family was stranded in rains for good 20mins.

                            I need appropriate action taken or else i will be forced to move to honourable court.

                              Hi, this is to inform that Mr.Dinesh o[censored]ber, vehicle registration number wb 04g0094 has harrased me today morning by cancelling my booking and refused to take the trip. After talking over phone for twice when he reached the venue he refused to take the trip.I waited for over 15 minutes for the cab and its just a waste of time and harassement.

                                Yesterday around 4:15pm india time i booked uber cab (detail hr 56 a 9398, driver name sandeep). first he asked where do you want to go. later when i rode the vehicle and after crossing mcd toll tax booth, he was being caught on account of not paying the mcd tax.

                                I had to stand there for 15-20 mins. later he said he is cancelling the ride as he is not able to pay the fine and he cancelled the trip. i had to take another cab. however, to my surprise when i rode another cab he left of from there.

                                On account of this, i had to pay inr 190. request you to take action against the cab driver and refund me the money.

                                  Myself subhra dash. i was traveling from bkc mumbai to kandivali east lokhandwala on 4th july 16 through uber pool. the co passenger was to be drop at khar west. so it took me 4 hrs to come near goregaon as the driver need to drop the co passenger first. so i had to travel to khar west and then again came to east to start my travel.in between this the worst service provider stopped the trip with a message that... trip finished please drop the customer in some safe location. the message was given to the driver. its the height of shameless service. the trip provider dropped a lady in between a trip with no prior intimation. these cab providers don't care about the safety of the passenger. after several emails no satisfactory response has been received.

                                  I want to give a message to everyone like me who used to travel by uber that ur own safety lies with u only. as these service provider like uber don't have any responsibility towards society.

                                    Hi, My name is Ajay
                                    I booked a cab from Nigdi, pune to Pune Airport

                                    Cab driver name is Dhanaji, Swift Dezire (MH12KN3097). I have waited for him 20 minutes but he didnot come. when I called him (Dhanaji Number: [protected]), he disconnect my number.

                                    And when payment is deducted from my paytm account. I received an bill in my email which I did not travel.

                                    I missed my flight due to this Uber Cab

                                    Not recommending anyone for this service, even file a complaint against Uber.

                                      Yesterday(03 July 2016) evening I had a trip with UBER Cab. where I forgot my Cell Phone (HTC Desire 820).
                                      I dialed my number and it was ringing. So I called cab driver(Name : Shashidhara M N, Mob : [protected], Vehicle Number : KA02 AA 7702) and had a conversation with him regarding this.

                                      Even though I asked him to stay connected, the driver disconnected my call by and told he will check and confirm back.
                                      Just after disconnecting the call when I dialed my personal number it was switched off. Therefore I called the driver again but he started to ask me to come to various location to check his cab. Then he started cooking up something and told me that many passengers have travelled in his cab and he doesn't know where exactly the cellphone is.

                                      Sadly, I went to police station where they didn't took my complain(FIR) by stating that they have N-Problems to resolve so now there is a chance that my personal data will be misused.

                                      Finally, I am sharing it with all of you hoping justice.

                                      yes UBER is very very BAD nowadys...they dont know how to behave with customers!! They not even wait for 3 mins while we go on, , to buy just 1 medicine.. The management is laziest and dont even take any steps to correct the driver... IF this is the case in INDIA... Then surely UBER going to be LOOOSER!!!

                                        I came along with my collage mr. Vijay from hyderabad on 2nd july night and booked the uber cab from airport to velachery. The ride was booked from the mobile [protected] and mail id is p. [protected]@gmail.com in the name vijay. P

                                        Driver name is kalingarajan-tata indica and driver number is [protected] booked at 2-7-2016 at 10.29pm. After booking the information came as the car will come in 5 minutes. I waited for 15 minutes and then called the driver. He said that he will come in 5 minutes. Again 10 minutes waited, no car came and also driver did not call. When i again called, driver answered and said that there is problem and he said that he cannot come and asked me to cancel the booking.

                                        1. Is the way uber works and treat your customer.
                                        2. I normally book fast track in the airport itself. My colleague said uber is better compare to taking the car rental in the airport. Total lie!!!
                                        3. If there is genuine issue driver would have called me and told his problem. Only after i called, first he said 5 minutes and when i called next time he wanted me to can cell the booking.
                                        4. What control you have?
                                        5. It is around 11 pm and you made your client to wait in the airport. This is the punishment you gave to your customer for booking your car
                                        6. Now i decided not use uber any more.
                                        7. I will also tell others not to use it.
                                        8. Tell me what is the action you are going to take about my complaint and how will you compensate me?
