I booked Uber India taxi using their mobile app on 16th May, 2016 at evening to pickup from KMG Tower, sec 67, Mohali, 160062 at 5.20pm

Then i waited for 5 minutes and try to call that cab guy, but the phone of that cab driver was switched off.Then i kept waiting for next 20 minutes but no taxi come, so i left from that place .

On the next day(17th May, 2016 @ 9am) when i booked the cab from the same cab provider(Uber India )they charged extra 40 RS as the cancellation of the taxi that i never did on 16th May evening.

So i request them to refund my 40 RS as it was not my fault, but the issue was driver not come and i was not able to contact him as his phone was getting switched off rather i kept waiting for 25 minutes

    I was driving with uber taxi service by 10:00 Pm from chennai Airport to pallavaram. the Car number is 0086 i cant realize the driver name!!! he suddenly stopped the car and asked me to show m mobile phone or else i wil kidnap you!! suddenly i shouted and that drunker afraid and he came at the back seat by god's grace i was able to open the door and run in the road and the Public came in site and i was rescued.!! it happened in Chennai on 23rd May 2016 AT 22:00 Pm. Please i suggest you to take action on him or else i will go to police station and make a complain again the Uber Taxi Service!! if the Company provides free service it means the drunker can do anything with the customer!! i suggest you to take immediately action on the drunker fool who is very hazadous to our normal public

      I booked a cab o[censored]ber on 22.5.16 and paid cash to your driver rakeshkumar.

      I want to complaint this to the highest level. As I have made payment by cash then today I made a payment via airtel aas well . because on the app it was not allowing me to book another trip.

      I will be posting this in the social media and will be taking this to the press and media so that people are not getting cheated by your service.

      I am not asking for the full refund. Only the refund of the difference amount for the amount I paid by cash and by airtel money.

        I have been charged rs 65 by the driver details attached.
        This is to inform you that i have booked a cab on saturday 21st may.
        Driver : aswath
        Mobile [protected]
        I call him and gave him directions how to reach my house.
        He informed that he is on his way.
        Later i check my mobile to see that he has on the trip with picking my and has charged rs 65 as it was on paytm
        He did not even ans my calls
        If this is the kind of driver that you have what is the safety on the costumers.
        Request you to refund the amount and action against the driver

          I have created multiple accounts for each of my family members through referrals as they don't have smart phones and i had to do on my device for all however since i started referring i always faced issues with uber...

          1) driver denied for the trip and does not want to come my mother account.
          2) i referred my sisters to uber but never received promo discount, always got charged full price.

          3) my account [protected]@gmail.com got suspended for 6 months due to non payment of outstanding dues that happened as you were unable to charge from my credit card which was added as payment method. Due to corporate trip i have either pay through cash or credit card and should not use any other payment mode.

          4) i understand as organisation they have right to take final decisions however they can take all referrals from us and deny for promotional offers, their system should be flexible enough to highlight all challenges proactively rather making it an issue for customers.

          5) usually uber suspend account if it was published online publicly and they themselves encourage to invite referrals on social media and links were provided on uber app... What an hypocrite company!

            This incident happened yesterday 22-may-2016.

            Firstly driver said he will come but later he was giving some silly reason and ended my call 3-4tymes without speaking. so due to him i had a loss of 60rs. And when he is not interested to take a pick up he should have informed it before. wasted my money and wasted my time.

            Driver name is NAGESH. His contact no. - [protected]. i need my money back. And dint expect this thing from Uber.

            I want soon reply for this and take a good action. Never again such things should happen.
            I hope for a better response...

              Driver did not reached at airport at all though he received our request for pickup and said that he will come pick us up but he continued to tell us that he is coming, he's on his way and made us wait for exactly 2 and a half hours at airport and everytime I called he said I'm waiting for you at your described location but he wasn't there, we even made the driver talk with a police officer at Delhi airport and instead of saying that he will come he started fighting with that officer and still he said to us that he's coming but he didn't came at all, I finally booked another uber cab and cancelled the previous one and I also got charged 80 rupee on next uber ride for cancellation of previous ride which didn't show up!

                Yesterday i was travlling by uber. I went from noida city center to dhallupura. After completing my ride driver charged me rs 270, i had also cheked his mobile devide he properly stoped my ride and after that his device showd bill of 270rs. Today i checked my mail, in mail i got recept of 222.6 rs. So request to uber to check this forgery. Driver name was mahboob.

                  I booked the uber cab on 13.05.16. Driver charged me 329.69 rs but actual bill was sent 267.69 on my mail. I contacted many times but they are not replying. 150rs free ride was also available in my account but it is not reduced and customer care is giving reason that my profile was set as pakistan. I asked them how my profile is set automatically but they didn't reply. It's a fraud company. Please tell where i can complain. I have sufficient proofs of my bill and their mail where they accepted of higher charges.

                    Myself along with my 2 twin kids and husband went in for riding and this driver, suddenly cancelled the ride without informing us and asked us to get down in middle of no where. He wanted us to get down immediately without our acknowledgement drive us along to pick up the next ride and did not even accepted to open the windows and my 4 year kids were suffocating .He used very abusive language until the police arrived and when we insisted on FIR for the same he pleaded us .He was very rude until the police arrived .These kind of drivers should never be allowed to drive and he should not be allowed to spoil the name o[censored]ber.

                      In chandigarh, on 15th May, 2016, I took my first uber ride and the driver's name was Jaspreet (as appeared on Uber app). I rated it a five star ride as requested by the driver. The very next day, that is 16th May, 2016, I received string of crank messages on whatsapp and then crank calls. It wasn't a hard riddle to crack as he was using punjabi language and I could easily make out that it must be the driver as i don't know anyone who could speak punjabi fluently. Moreover, his display pic on whatsapp revealed that it was him only. After using Truecaller, his name appeared to be Jassi Saini and i checked my rides, where the driver's name appeared to be Jaspreet.

                      Its a request to Uber to take some initiatives to keep the users number 'Private'.

                      I have stopped using Uber after i used this crank driver.

                      Also I have uploaded his photo, in case the dear Uber takes some action.

                        Companies like both uber and ola charge extra when pick up is at airport.

                        Howwever in hyderabad, even if you try to hail cab 10km away from airport they conveniently charge the extra charges plus the toll/parking fee without even entering the airport and conveniently pocketing the amount. What are they charging without even having incurred the toll or pa rking fee. Strict action should be take against such fraud by these companies.

                          I am a it employee, i use ola, uber, taxi for sure etc cab services to commute in the city. Suddenly one day i was not able to login to my uber account as it was reflecting "network error" while i tried signing in my account.
                          I contacted the customer care over email and they responded that they have a system which detects the accounts automatically that can be fake and they suspend any account. I sent them 2 or 3 emails more to activate my account but the customer care executive said thats not possible. Uber is declining to to activate the account.
                          I want an strict action to be taken against uber as they suspend the accounts without any information.

                            I boarded a cab today - ka04aa7029 - uber xl!! From kaggadaspura to manyata tech park. The trip started smooth; however, just before reaching manyata, the driver's mobile stopped working due to no charge, and his mobile was not getting charged despite trying various cords/cables to charge. I waited for 10 mins in the cab, and then requested the driver to call customer care. The customer care representative he spoke to - could not make...

                            Hi team,

                            I made a journey by uber on 24 April 2016.My fare estimate is attached above.

                            I want to know that there are two taxes applied in the receipt-UP tax and MCD tax.Even both the taxes-State/MCD tax are same and i charged two times for a single tax.

                            I also tried ola and they charged single tax of Rs 100 for State/MCD Tax.

                            Please revert, I need clarification on it.

                              I took a ride from thane to powai in mumbai. Generally i am charged one way toll of rs. 35. However on the 18th may ride i am charged for the toll twice deducting rs. 70 from my paytm account.
                              I tried to raise an issue using the uber app, but didnt find any particular way to do so, neither could i contact any customer care number.

                              I had raised a complaint request using the refund option in help, however haven't received any feedback. Kindly refund the extra charges asap.

                                In respect of following, i have sent three reminders thus far and no reply. Is this uber's quality???

                                Dear mr. Shahnawaz

                                Thanks for the following mail informing of the credit of rs.55.00 to my account. This still leaves the balance of rs.100.00 charged to me in my chennai airport drop trip.

                                Besides, your mail is not very clear... While in cases of tolls coming enrout your contention can be considered..In these instant cases i. E., airport drops and pick up, i regret to disagree with your contention. You must appreciate that most of your customers are reasonably decent and would certainly realize about the possible airport parking charges if, for any reason, they get delayed while alighting in the airport.In such events, i am quite sure that the customers will not hesitate in paying the parking fees.

                                Besides, in such a technologically updated environment, why not uber design a software that will read the time consumed from airport entry point to exit... This will certainly resolve the issue.In cases where your passenger becomes liable for parking fee payment... Uber can always charge him in his next trip with uber clearly giving the past details including the time duration that resulted in payment of parking fees.

                                I am making all above suggestions only with the intention that uber should become a stronger player in the field essentially with the news of the probable entry of more competition...

                                Now, i look forward to hearing from you on all above and certainly on crediting the rs.100.00 to my account.

                                Since tolls are automatically charged in our system, in this case, i have added ₹inr 55.00 of credit to your account. You can use these for future rides and can toggle them on/off at the confirmation screen.

                                If you want to revise your rating given to your driver, you can do that from your email receipt for that trip (Bottom right corner).

                                  Sir, on[protected] i was booked a taxi in jaipur from narayan singh circle to ghoshala, saganer but taxi driver take more time to come at staring point thats why i was cancelled my trip and uber charged for this and remove my free trip from the account. And againni was booked a taxi then again the same driver taxi is booked. And again he take so long time to came at the starting point, after conversation from the driver i know from that he will not find this location & not able to tracking the map thats why he is too late. Then i am asking that when i have no mistake then why uber charged for this.
                                  And another is i travelled a trip today & charge of this trip is 119.52, i got 50 rs dicount & pay 70 rs to the driver. Sir i want to say you that i have already a free trip of rs.150 then why you charge to me for this trip. You should be firstly consider this 150 rs.

                                  Uber india - cab services has blocked my account and also my money had been strucked their and in-spite of my several request they have not open my account also not returning my Rs. 200 amount.

                                    Booked an Uber cab.. It arrived an we (parents, my wife, and I) boarded. The moment we said we have to go to the airport, the driver said no enough fuel to go until there.. And he asked us to deboard the cab... Tried Another Uber n told him that we need to go to the airport.. He had his car's tyre "punctured".. WTF.. If you cannot make them do this irrespective of the higher surges your app already has almost all the times, what's the point you should be even existing here??

                                      I always admire your service. However, today morning, i had most bitter experience with your cab, i did not know that at 5 minutes the cab will cancel the booking... when i was about to pay the bill at grocery shop, the driver since 5 mins was over he had finished the trip. i had just crossed few kms from my home and had to travel much more.

                                      He should have called me or informed me earlier about this condition. I was made to stand in the mid road at 11.30 am to 12.00 am.I had a sun stroke due to this.

                                      Pls dont encourage this sort of discourteous, ruthless drivers.

                                      Driver accepted but when i said the drop location is patthergatti, he just said he do not want to go to the crowded place. He was rude as well. When i asked why you accepted, he simply said meri marzi - jaana hai jaatoun nai to nai. Looked like i am not talking to uber but a low-class auto wala.

                                      Uber India — About not returning my money

                                      Uber has blocked my account and also my money(amount rs.200) has been struck there. in spite of my several request through mail they have not unblocked my account n also not refunded my money.

                                      Uber India — Money Got debited but not credited to Paytm wallet

                                      Transaction done for INR 1000 on October 4th for the Paytm wallet associated with number [protected]. Money was debited from account (SBI)but not credited to Paytm wallet and also has not been refunded yet
