In respect of following, i have sent three reminders thus far and no reply. Is this uber's quality???
Dear mr. Shahnawaz
Thanks for the following mail informing of the credit of rs.55.00 to my account. This still leaves the balance of rs.100.00 charged to me in my chennai airport drop trip.
Besides, your mail is not very clear... While in cases of tolls coming enrout your contention can be considered..In these instant cases i. E., airport drops and pick up, i regret to disagree with your contention. You must appreciate that most of your customers are reasonably decent and would certainly realize about the possible airport parking charges if, for any reason, they get delayed while alighting in the airport.In such events, i am quite sure that the customers will not hesitate in paying the parking fees.
Besides, in such a technologically updated environment, why not uber design a software that will read the time consumed from airport entry point to exit... This will certainly resolve the issue.In cases where your passenger becomes liable for parking fee payment... Uber can always charge him in his next trip with uber clearly giving the past details including the time duration that resulted in payment of parking fees.
I am making all above suggestions only with the intention that uber should become a stronger player in the field essentially with the news of the probable entry of more competition...
Now, i look forward to hearing from you on all above and certainly on crediting the rs.100.00 to my account.

Thanks for letting me know about this situation with the tolls. I can totally understand your frustration here. I know that having to stop and pay a toll reduces the cash-free and seamless experience that you expect when you request an uber. I'm happy to make this right for you.
Since tolls are automatically charged in our system, in this case, i have added ₹inr 55.00 of credit to your account. You can use these for future rides and can toggle them on/off at the confirmation screen.
If you have any other questions regarding this experience, just let me know. I'm here to help.
If you want to revise your rating given to your driver, you can do that from your email receipt for that trip (Bottom right corner).

Uber Urban — wrong size of trousers
We have ordered 3 trousers of size 42 but you have send 2 of 42 and 1 of 38 . Kindly send all the trousers is size 38. Thank you
