[protected] morning 11 am I book my first ride with promo code we are in hurry but driver first say yes he is on the way later on he switched of his cellphone. He wasted our half an hour finally we decided to go via ola and cancel that ride around 1.30pm which I booked in Uber now I lost my promocode too.

    I have booked the cab from chinchwadgaon to alandi. But driver denied to go destination place. I have to cancel the trip. I have also paid fees. If destination place was not ok for driver why i have been given such ride details. Why i have been charged for the fees?

      Once we request for an uber cab, its important to reach as per request. But one of the driver named Naushad(phn no:[protected]) cancelled our ride when you increased the surge rate... I would like to inform you that, this should not happen at any cost. We were waiting for him for a long time. Atleast he could have informed us.

      My name Mohammed Fahim, I called for a trip on 24th Sunday 2016 at 7 pm. Under ubergo driver name SAMAR having Suzuki Swift Dezire car contacted me, when I told him to come near Ismail Masjid in AJC Bose Road, he denied and replied me it is not my duty to pick up mandir, Masjid girja and guruduwar side after that he disconnected my call and without trip, he took cancellation charge rs.45.what a antisocial person under your concern it is very bad manner.next time I will never take your trip, and this kind of ill treatment I will spread among my friends against your driver SAMAR.

          Hi, I am posting this because I got an unfair response from customer care. Two drivers took cash from me even though the cab fare was been debited from my saved account. I requested to refund the amount that was taken in cash from me. Customer care refunded cash for one way and this is how they responded when I asked them to refund the cash that I paid for my second trip on the same day. "unfortunately that was a one time exception, and I will not be able to refund the fare for the same" If the user is not aware of cashless service, drivers should tell the customer to not to pay in cash as the amount charged would be deducted from the account detail provided by the user in Uber account instead of cheating customers.

          I have been charged Rs 80/- for the trip being cancelled by the driver being in hurry on wednesday the 23rd day of dec 2015. I was on dehradun shatabdi, due to some tecnical reasons the train was stopped at the out skirts of delhi hence delay in my arrival.
          I understand yr policy was of 10 minutes waiting free thereafter u will charge yr waiting charges.
          but it appears u have chgd yr policy and after 5 min wait the driver is able to cancel the trip and u hv chgd me rs 80/- as cancellation chgs.
          the grouse is not the charge but unawareness of yr change in policy
          My request to u is to inform /notify all yr users to avoid any such ignorance causing loss of money, time and energy
          and unneccessary waste of time of all concerned.
          Therefore u need to take my grouse into a/c and not chg me

            Hi, On Dec 8th i used UBEr cabs to travel from Bairamal Guda, Hyderabad to Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad. The total amount was 241 rupees. And i paid in cash for the trip. On Dec17th, i used UBER to book ride. But as i did not have enough funds in my PAYTM account, i recharged my PAYTM account with 1000 rupees. Then i tried to book the ride with UBER. But it asked me to pay the amount of 241 which was for previous trip booked on Dec 8th 2015 even though i paid the driver in cash. So, i had to book the ride as i was in urgency, i allowed to pay the 241 rupees again. Then i contacted UBER via email because they dont have customer care to talk to them) and they are refusing to refund. On Dec21st, in an email they commited me to refund but on Dec22nd, they are refusing to refund the amount.

              22/12/15. I took an uber cab which very clearly mentioned that I had a free ride left worth rs 250. But on the completion of my journey I was charged for rs 212 inspite of my valid free ride left. I was charged from my paytm account which I needed to sync before I book a ride. I need my paytm cash back. And uber india aren't replying me. Please lelp

                  Uber wrongly disabled account after involving me in promotion.Now they suddenly disabled my account with credit balance of Rs.700 and 33 rides which I got after promoted Uber in office.I want back my account and all hard earned credits/rides ASAP

I took a ride on 16 Dec 15 at 08:20 pm for guragon railway station and I had coupon of rs 250 but it does not apply to my ride and driver took rs 91 . later on when i checked my ride history it showed that my fare was 0 and i contacted driver he said mail to [protected]@uber.com but they are not solving my problems.I missed my train which cost to me rs 500. Please solve my problem and provide rs 91 in my PayTM wallet and apply my coupon to this ride. As I have suffered a lot because of your mistake.                       We were travelling from south city mall Kolkata to Newtown. We booked Uber from South city mall. Once we got inside car we had perfume smell. Later we found driver was drunk and the cab was shaking Al the way.He was about to hit a truck and other cars.Later we stopped the cab in between and asked him to stop the journey and we denied to pay him and told will complain to Uber. We also paid him as he forced us to and was shouting like mad. We had a baby in car and we were very scared and drivers are not professional in Uber. Uber should be Chosen properly. We are just Unhappy with Uber and frustrated. Hope this complain is taken seriously.

                        Hi, I had a trip with Uber. The name of the driver was Jitu (AS01GC1119). The travel was from Chachal, Six mile to Vetapara bridge, Guwahati. This distance is hardly about of 15-20 minutes. But the the driver didn't end the trip and roamed for about 1 hour after dropping the passenger. At last I had to end the trip from my end. The bill amount came as Rs 426. When I am trying to call the driver he is not picking up the phone.

Hence cancelled by selecting the apt reason for Cancelation & exited the app. After sometime got a notification of being charged. When was cancelling there was no notice about the Cancelation charge.                               Hi Uber, nov 29, 11.30 I booked a car for my friend from silkboard to uttrahalli circle in bangalore. The driver name Kannan(Mobile no: [protected]) picked my friend and dropped into destination place. Uber charged Rs.139. Here what was happened the amount is paid from my paytm wallet. But mistakenly my friend also paid Rs.139 to driver. Now I want that money back. I called that driver 10 times he is not picking the call. I sent mail to your support but no response your support team(Uber support: Pronita and Himanshu). So kindly refund the money within two days or else I am going to complain against you and your drive Kanna in consumer court. My UBER account name: vigu xperiaz2.                                     I got one coupon code o[censored]ber. It was successfully applied. but at the time of final payment they didn't consider the same and didn't gave benefit of that coupon. It it is not valid then in that case at the time of applying only they should tell us. They are cheating their customer.

                                    Yes, they do that often. I've been a victim on several occasions. Also most often the drivers for airport trips never arrive on time. Best to avoid this service in times of emergency. They charge random fares and most often much higher than what they project.

                                    This is to report an incident with regard to today's ride I.e 13/11/2016.we took a ride from Indra Vihar to Sarojini Nagar and was ₹258.87 of which the amount was paid in full in cash .but we didn't get any message that the amount was paid..we again took a ride back from Dili haat to Indra Vihar and to our surprise the amount was 296.10(ride amount)+ 258.87 as (outstanding amount for which we had paid morning ride)..we were willing to pay the ride amount(296.10) but were reluctant to pay the outstanding amount 258.87 as we had already paid it and were not ready to be pay twice .the driver started threatening us but to his surprise we were not to be intimidated easily and took him to police station..it's a shame that Uber being such a reputed company doesn't even have a customer service and the problem could have been averted if you resolved the matter..

                                    I HAVE BEEN CHARGED 3 TIMES THE NORMAL CHANGE AND NOW THEY ARE DENYING THE CHANGED CLAIMING ITS THE CORRECT ONE .
                                    While booking its clearly showing fare will be maximum 124 rs, and they billed me 336 rs .
                                    i am regualrly travling the same distcne and fare comes with 125 Rs max .

                                    Just imagine whhat a big cheater are they and now claiming that si the right fare !!!
                                    It's becoming a frequent feature when they project ride estimates and charge much higher at the end of the trip. Last one week I have been facing this on a regular basis. After you complain, they sometimes refund but yesterday when I tried to avail that refund on a ride it disappeared and they charged complete amount of the ride. Tried to enquire about where my credit amount disappeared they are sending totally out of context mails totally ignoring the main issue.
                                    Most unprofessional company. I was charged double and that too twice. Fooling people. cheating people.

                                        I have booked a uber on 24 nov-15, then I told the driver that I wants to go at 8 pm and at that time the time was 7.40, driver told me to cancel the ride as it was too early booking.then again I booked at 7.50 and another driver told me that i should cancel the booking as he couldnt come to my home as it was not comfortable for him.then I booked 3rd time at 7.57 now this time driver told me that he is reaching within 10 minutes, I have waited more than 50 mins but he had not come and not contacted me till today.I don't know what the was that? Is uber was made a joke with me? Or their driver were making the jokes with the people? and I have to go by auto rickshaw and for that I have missed my train.I can say it was the worst derive and bogus company I have ever faced so I never booked the uber and will also make sure all my friends and relatives to not to book ride o[censored]ber in their life...
