Dear Sir,
i have a free rides of Rs 250 which was valid till 27 Feb 2016. when i checked this on 27 morning its shows valid till midnight, even i got a message in my email that your's free ride will expires midnight but on the same evening when i was trying to book a cab that time i found that free rides was not available. When i contacted to uber Customer care regarding the same issue, they told me its already expired on 25 Feb 2016. Till now i am not able to understand who is telling lie uber customer care or their Apps.
After that i have another 2 Free Rides of Rs 250 and Rs 150 which is valid few more months. On 12 Mar 2016, when i booked a cab in delhi and for that i applied that free rides but i am totally shocked when i saw the bill of Rs 231 after the ride. when i saw my free rides, i found that both the rides are disappeared from that segment. When again i contacted to customer care regarding the same issue, i got this stupid reply:

Till now i am not able to understand wat exactly happened, when again i contacted him for the clarification of the reply but till now i didn't got any response from the uber.

Now i have few question:
(1) Why you guys give such type of fraud offers once you are not able applied it in actual.
(2) Why there is no customer care number in india so that we are able to talk them personally.
(3) Why don't you guys contacted telephonically from yours side to clarify the matter much better way.

    I registered uber for first time, and when I tried to book cab for first time. Suddenly my account got disabled. I sent mail to uber support regarding this issue and got reply that I am using multiple uber accounts that's why my account disabled. If I registered first time, How can I maintain multiple accounts?
    I don't know from where uber collects such wrong information. My email I'd is [protected]@gmail.com

    I requested uber to share information of my account (If they have) but they stopped responding my queries.

    My account was deactivated without any reason i want activated my uber account

      Why are only Uber drivers so ruthless? And to the top of that Uber customer care or support doesn't do anything to support
      their customers in such situations!

      This happened to me on Saturday night.
      I, with my parents, took a Uber at 12:20 AM from Gautam Nagar Delhi to Sector 21, Gurgaon. First of all, the driver was driving so slowly so that he can make some like 20 or 30 rupees extra. At Delhi-Jaipur highway, in midnight, one can easily drive a Swift Dzire at a speed of almost 80-90 kmph. But I had to say this to driver that 'Bhaiya thoda tej chla lo kitni raat ho rkhi h jaldi ghar phuchna h mummy papa thke huye hn'. Then he increased the speed to a handsome one. But again after some time, the same thing happened. I had to again say the same to the driver. He was just passing time, for example, he drank water from his bottle 8 times in this small journey so that ride time can increase. That's just disgusting. Isn't this irritating?

      Ok, having said that, let me tell the major incident that happened to me after that. We deboarded Uber at 1:08 AM in front of our house. I had two phones with me(my mom's phone was also with me). I had put both of the phones on the dashboard of the car as I was sitting on the front seat besides of driver. I forgot to take the phones while deboarding. I paid off the bill and cab was gone. After 10 minutes of ending the trip, I came to know that I have forgotten both of the phones in the cab. I immediately called on my phone and then on my mother's phone. Both of the phones were connecting and ringing. I called on both of the phones for like 10-10 times. But the driver never picked up any of them. After 1:45 AM, both of the phones were switched off and after that none of them connected again.
      I immediately visited the Uber website and hit on 'Lost Something' button and gave another number for a callback from Uber so that they can connect me to the driver as I didn't have the driver's number now. Moreover, Uber didn't even send me driver details on my mail when I booked the cab. Uber gave me call immediately and connected me to the driver in no seconds, but the driver never picked his own phone. After many tries, I dropped some emails to the grievance officer o[censored]ber telling him/her about the whole incident. And till now, I haven't got any reply from Uber regarding this issue. Moreover, Uber doesn't have any customer care number in India. So the only way you can reach out to them is via emails. Next day in the morning, I again tried to connect to the driver using Uber's 'Lost Something' functionality. This time, the driver picked up his phone. The driver said that he has no clue of my phones. He said that he met an accident in the night after dropping us and a biker got killed by his car. He started making stories. He said that he had the accident at 2:30 AM. Then how come he didn't pick up any of my phones which rang for almost 20 times till 1:45 AM? After that, he disconnected.
      Now this has been done. After some hours, I again tried to connect to the driver by using 'Lost Something' functionality. But this time, what I see is that Uber disabled my account and I have no idea on what basis. Now I can't connect to the driver anyhow. Basically, all that is done in this case of mine is totally done by me single handed. I haven't got a single call from Uber although I have dropped so many emails to them regarding this case. Uber instead of helping me, disabled my account so that I can't see anything like History or anything for that matter.
      Well done Uber. Thanks for torturing a customer energetically and financially as well. You must be happy now.
      Don't worry I have lodged an FIR and that too with a solid approach, they'll handle it all.
      You lost almost 10 customers for sure, my family members!!

        The driver did not pick me from the pick up point i had selected. made me walk long distance.
        i was charged for airport parking but the driver did not enter parking and to avoid those charges picked us from different location, no receipt of this payment was presented to us.
        The driver also bypassed toll between thane and mumbai by giving some reference but we were charged the toll amount as well.

          On 9th of march i took uber cab from noida sec 62 till munirka jnu.After reching i was going to make payment from payTM but the driver said he cannot so i paid him cash Rs736 and once i rech home even mai money from payTM was taken away and till date i am not gettin the refund. I want it back. Very disappointed with the service.

            2 incidents on a same day . The first time, in my Email i received the payable amount as Rs 0/-, whereas in the drivers mobile it showed Rs 150/-
            In the 2nd incident, I never boarded the Cab, but the driver started the journey and ended it, without even picking the call and replying .
            Both the times, I went through a loss.
            I have Attached the screenshots of both the riders which are in Bangalore, who cheated

              I just took a ride from Bhangagarh to airport (12 March, 2016), Guwahati. Being just my 2nd ride (the 1st being a promo free ride), I realized later that the fare has been deducted from my paytm wallet apart room me paying him cash as well. Driver was Sanjiv; cab no. AS01GC6198. Kindly refund my paytm wallet amount or make necessary arrangements.

                  Hi,

                  I took UberPool on 4th March 2016 at 5.29 PM with decided fare of Rs.67.97/- . When the ride ended, Driver(Mr. Vasanth)'s screen showed trip total as Rs. 176/-. He made me pay Rs. 176/- despite of me telling him it was UberPool and I am only supposed to pay Rs. 67.97/-.

                  The same thing happened again on 6th March 2016, when I booked an UberPool at 7.51 PM with decided fare of Rs. 65.38/-. And the driver(Mohiddi)'s screen showed Rs. 81/-. This time I paid him Rs. 66/-.

                  There might be some issue with the application. I mailed this issue to their support team and did not receive any reply from them.

                    I have travelled in Uber on sunday. We have booked cab from Airport to Madambakkam, Chennai. Driver had entered into airport for someone else. After that I have booked the cab. Driver came immediately and boarded. But Airport authority charged Rs.150 for parking because car was in the airport for more than 10 min. See the cab booking timing and trip starting timing. It was not more than 5 min. It was Uber driver mistake as he was roaming in the airport more than 10 min. Finally I was forced to pay the parking charges. I will sent the parking bill in the next email. Uber is charging Rs.100 for airpot pickup/drop and I am ok with that. Why should I pay Rs.150 for parking.

                      Myself and my friend had booked über for the first time.I was not aware about the exact drop location as I am new to the area. We were taken to the place which we had entered wrongly while booking. We asked the driver to take to another location as that was not the expected location. The driver started abusing us with disrespectful words and asked us to get down from the cab. This is the first ride and the worst one ever. Please take action on him

                        I booked a cab today (10th Mar, 2016) around 8:30AM from Sarita Vihar (New Delhi) to Udyog Vihar (Gurgaon) (Cab Detail - Driver Sanjay, Chevrolet Enjoy, DL1YD5934).

                        When I reached Nehru Place (3-5 Kms from Sarita Vihar) the driver said that the cab is broke due to Brake filter leakage and he will not be able to go further. However, looking into the vehicle the brakes was fine and there were no signs of any brake oil leakage. Later I had to book a new cab from Uber and after riding the new cab i noted that the previous drive rode back.

                        This resulted in reaching late to office and had to pay an amount of INR 104. Request you to take action against the driver and refund me the said money that I had to pay extra.

                          On 26/11/2015 I booked Uber Taxi from KIMS Hospital Secunderabad to Sai Raghavendra Magnificient Habitat Nallgandla.The driver allowed us to board out without payment. On 27/11/2015 there was call from Uber Taxi to make the payment Immediately Rs. 1000/ was paid to Paytm through credit card. Three different payments were deducted from 27/11/2015 to 29/11/2015. A lot ofemail exchanged between Uber, Paytm for the last one month.I asked Uber to give the transanction details that took place from 27/11/2015 to 29/11/2015. I have not booked taxi on 27/11/2015 but Rs.606.25 has been shown as deducted.Now the Uber Taxisays that the fare for the trip on 26/11/2015was settledon my paytm wallet, but payment method was switched to myMaster Card0148.and henceshown as outstanding balance. They asked me to providescreenshotof my Paytmwallet statement showingthe deductionfor mytrip..I do not have any details. Kindly provide requisite details for the trip made on 26/11/2015.R.                             I requested for an Uber cab for my travel and the driver rejected my request and didn't arrived at my pickup and also at the same time Rs 50 is been deducted from my Paytm wallet and its not yet refunded.

                                    When I asked him to put on the AC, he assured me saying that it would take time.But, after a long time, he turned it on.That also, the power of cooling was too low.He gave lame excuses about the fact that why the interior was not cooling.
                                    After telling him about that he told me that "what more do you want?" When I was about to end the trip, he forced me to give my mobile to him.As i gave it to him, he gave 5 star to himself and ordered me to write a very nice comment about him.I wrote it and then he allowed me to leave the car.He forced me to do the above.I am really disappointed with his behaviour & service.

                                        Hi,

                                        I have charged twice for single ride. I.e first driver took cash of RS 330 and later from my Paytm account Rs. 422.98 got deducted, travel date was 28 Feb 2016.

                                        I m really frustrated as neither customer care nor driver helped me to resolve my issue.

                                        Uber is real cheat as there is no customer care who listen to customer issues.

                                        I have put up my request but no help.. God knows how others travel with u guys, God help who got cheated like me and no one is there to listen.
