This is to bring your attention on a fare issue I have faced while using your cab service on Sep 24th. I paid for the ride directly for an amount of Rs. 706/-. But day before when I was trying to use another ride by recharging uber credit I noticed that my balance was keep on getting debited without using any service. I doubt I have been charged on my wallet during the first trip which had gone negative balance. I have the following details for you to track the case and take an immediate action, please go through the same.
