Really unprofessional conduct by Uber driver. Uber don't have loyalty test of their drivers. Really embarrassed to say that the worst was seen there. Driver blocked the number. I think, it was the correct decision of the Govt to ban Uber in Delhi and elsewhere earlier.

I am really dissapointed to say that nobody in Uber is ready to listen to the customer. This can be a good reason of misbehavior by the Uber drivers. You people are too busy no!!
I should say that Uber should be banned again. Alteast people will not be betrayed by false commitments!

    On 9th Nov 2015, I travelled from Microsoft Gachibowli to GVK One mall. I was hurt and my wrist was injured due to an accident on 5th Nov 2015 so, was my right side of rib-cage. My hand movements were very restricted due to this reason I kept the lunchbox (worth Rs800 - brand Signoware) on car dashboard with one hand so, that I can pay the driver from wallet. At the mall security guards were hurrying so that other cars are not blocked in this rush as I came out of the car I left my lunchbox in there. After calling the driver (Ramesh) numerous times, he finally informed a day after that he will come and give the lunchbox at Uber office or to my office when he comes by. In 10 days he never came near 3 kms radius of those areas I already texted him on his mobile number ([protected]). He started misbehaving on phone asking me money to return me the lunchbox. I complained the same to Uber office and though they mentioned will take proper action and resolve this issue but 5 days passed with no result.

    I am looking forward for a proper resolution to this mental harassment to a customer from corporate and the driver.

    UBER support team is now saying they contacted driver and driver said he don't have lunchbox its with owner as he left driving UBER. UBER team is not doing proper background check of drivers and is now telling me to contact police if I want to get further help. The driver on other occasions told he is Santosh and he don't know who is Ramesh. UBER team member Farahn told she will compensate the amount of Rs500 and Bharath later said he is not awqare about who said compensation as UBER don't have compensation policy Due to this miss match of information shared and false promises I am now in confusion what to do. Please help me get my lunchbox or its worth.

      Today i wanted to travel from salt-lake sector 5 to chinar park and booked a cab, but he was bluffing with me by saying that he is standing here, or he is coming in 2 mins or something or the other. so i cancelled the cab and i saw that 80 rupees has been deducted from my paytm wallet. please see to it.

        Saturday(14th Nov 2015) I was trying to book cab using app (UBER CAB). Outstanding balance of Rs.475 showing the in app against the trip taken on 12th July 2015. I have already paid cash amount on that day itself. Amount has been deducted from my paytm wallet today. It should not deducted from my paytm wallet. I have complained so many time to Uber Cab for the same. But i am not getting any response from them . Kindly help me to get refund from Uber against double charging for same trip.

          This complaint is against an UBER driver in Pune. On Diwali night, 11th of November, me and my friend were riding together on our bike. At 10:30 pm near Wakad chowk, the driver of the mentioned car number suddenly struck us in the side, and as a result we were thrown away from the bike and severely injured. The bike also got damaged and same with our phone, among them was an IPhone 6.

          When we asked for compensation regarding this incident, the driver behaved badly and mislead us by calling some goons. He also threatened to kill us, if we did not move away from the spot then. Even he also went to the extent of saying that he bribed the police, so there is no point in going to them and complaint.

          Apart from our health, the total damage cost was around Rs.11000. Would UBER bear this?

          Being a multi billion dollar corporation and the self proclaimed best cab service, this type of incident is really not expected from the UBER. We expect some strict action to be taken against the driver. This could have been severe. Please do the needful and make sure such matters do not happen again with anyone.

            Sir I am Gautam Bhurat from Jodhpur.I booked my 1st Uber ride for my family on 16/11/2015. I had used a promo code therefore I got a free ride but since there was no cash option available in payment mode therefore I had selected Paytm mode for payment. The driver, Anil Kumar, charged Rs. 190 from my family inspite of the fact that i had a free ride. Since I wasn't with my family therefore they gave the whole amount to the driver. Now when I knew about it, I tried to contact the driver but he is not taking up the call. Please help in the same. Give my money back. I have attached the receipt of NIL fare. This is highly irresponsible service on your part that you employ such dishonest drivers. This kind of behaviour is not going to take your entity far. This is going to defame your entity. As you might also know, that your image in the past has already been defamed by your drivers. This continuous misbehaviour is going to destroy your market standing forever. If my complaint is not resolved then I will appeal to consumer court for sure.

              Most of the time when i book an Uber at normal price, the driver forces me to cancel the booking. I have no choice and i do cancel the booking but Uber chagers me for it. I have 100s of rupees taken by Uber for cancellation charges which are actually forced by their company. Their is no mechanism to reach them except via email and they never take responsibility of refund. I need Uber to address this and refund all the cancellation charges that they have put on me till date.
              Uber India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

But day before when I was trying to use another ride by recharging uber credit I noticed that my balance was keep on getting debited without using any service. I doubt I have been charged on my wallet during the first trip which had gone negative balance.                     I have been cheated by deducting more than 4 times the normal fare under Uber POOL on Monday 9th Nov. This is shocking that Rs 500 + got deducted without my consent as I was expecting the POOL to cost around Rs 60. Why had Uber deducted this amount without my consent and I would need a refund at the earliest. I checked for Fare quote and Uber Pool doesn't have any option to show fare quote so why are customers being cheated. Surprisingly UBER customer support is not responding as this is a bug in their application for UBER POOL. It would always show 7Rs per KM however in the background even though the user is not prompted to accept for any surcharge it is deducted without customers notice. UBER do not have customer support contact number shared, good reason to cheat customers and do whatever they feel like. This company should be banned for its cheating nature and penalized. They and not trying to help customers who are left at the mercy of their fraud system and unprofessional drivers.

                      My name is biswanath and contact number is [protected].Today(9th Nov 2015) around 8:05 PM I booked a ride(uberx) against driver name Mohammad(car no WB04F8336). After booking driver called me and asked my drop off location which he is not supposed to ask before I ride. I told my location and he told there is an accident in that area so he is stuck up and it will take time.He suggested me to cancel the ride. Then I tried to cancel it and atleast 4-5 times I got error from app.Then I called up the driver at [protected] and his phone was switched off.Then I got one sms driver is arriving.It was utter shock to me as it's the same driver who told me to cancel the trip.Then I saw in app that trip is cancelled. After sometime I got receipt in e-mail that 80 rs has been charged as cancellation. Is this a new strategy uber is taking to cheat it's customers? I want this refund immediately else I shall take it to consumer's court.

                        Hello! i signed up for uber few days ago. It was shown on the app that I have a first free ride which will expire on 8th of November 2015. Assuming that I still have that free first ride I was at my friends place till 8 pm and decided to leave. I walked on to the road...it was dark and not a friendly neighborhood. I could see uber cabs close by in my app. when I checked if I still had that free first ride..it disappeared . It was right there till this evening..blindly trusting uber app..I didn't bother to carry enough money this evening. It said my free first ride is valid till 8th November 2015. doesn't that mean it should expire after 12 mid night? not 6 hours early than that time. why didn't my free ride show up? I was all alone...with no money..in a very bad neighborhood .it was scary and I felt terrible for just trusting ur app and for taking it seriously. Kindly look into what was wrong.                           I had an issue with Uber on my last ride where they charged me twice for the same trip. I went to their app and raised this issue 10 times and they have not responded or acknowledged my complaint. It is more than 1 week, they have no contact center, dont know what to do. However this is scary considering they can deduct any amount from your paytm/credit card and so cannot do anything about it.
                          Uber India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                            I had booked a Uber cab from sector 10 gurgaon to sarai rohilla delhi station. Following are the fraud done by company soo called Uber cabs. I am not satisfied with solution provided by you because corrective action given by you is not justified, showing that you are only interested to close the query not interested in fare & justified solution. Please clarify the following issues 1. As per your policy first time user referred by any body booked cab through app will get 250 rs off...but not given by yourself...& not clarify in your last mail. 2. I had booked two cabs two drivers cancelled the cab from their end no any information given by yourself that why you cancelled the cabs at the time of travel?????...third cab driver was not responded.. 3. At the end cab send by yourself at the time of travel, taken the wrong route & not aware about the route.Almost 5 km & more then 45 minutes wasted due to non competency of your driver. I have near to miss the train. 4. I had paid to your driver in cash but your receipt us not showing paid in cash. Invoice is also not showing that I had paid 442 rs to your driver in cash. 5. As per my first use rubbish experience with your cab service I doesn't want to link my credit with your app but you are not disconnecting my credit card or given the option to change the payment method into cash. change the payment method in cash & remove my credit card details. 6. Balance refund status is not showing.& tell me how to use balance if you credit it in my account in my next ride. Lastly at 4/11/2015 I tried to book cab againg of same company but they refused due to showing overdue in my account but I already paid in cash..

                              I booked a uber on 2nd November from Madhapur to Secunderabad. the driver called me and said he can not go so far and asked me to cancel the booking. However the trip amount is still reflected on my husbands mobile app. Please see details below and confirm receipt of payment - Name of Driver - Shekhar ([protected] (tel:%[protected] Vehicle details - Swift Desire, MH 12 KN 3109 Fare details - Rs. 335.97 Over this fare the driver charged additional Rs. 50 stating that the destination was not within city limit. So in total was paid Rs. 390. Km - 27 Trip booked by - Sameer Manohar ([protected]@gmail.com) Our relatives were first time travellers and we're unaware of the payment method and hence paid in cash. The payment method selected by us was by card. In Spite of this the driver collected the amount in cash and that too in excess of the bill amount. The amount is still reflecting as unpaid on my husband's mobile app. Please look into this matter and take necessary action as appropriate.

                                  I took a ride from airport to west patel nagar in new delhi..., they charged me rs 132 and they included toll charges and parking charges...but they should have charged me only when i have taken a seat in the car not before that..how would i knw for how many hours they were parking their car

                                  I have travelled on 20.05.2016 from uber cab from dwarka to indira gandhi international airport driver name mr. zakir time 02.00 am through maruti suzuki dizere i have paid rs.307 by cash and rs. 307 automatically debited by paytm. please look into this matter and kindly retrun my money on my paytm account as early as possible.

                                    On last sunday night 9.15 I was at Yeshwanthpur and booked a uber through the app. The App said the driver will pick me in 10 min. After 5 min the driver called me and asked about my current location and drop location. He said he need more time to reach my place(even though the App showed he is near to my place) so he asked me to cancel the request. I said I am ready to wait and he disconnected the call. After 15 min he again called and said he cannot come and you have to cancel it. I asked why then he started shouting at me and asked me to cancel or you wait there till morning. I was with my family (ladies and kids also were there). After two min the App said your driver is arriving now. I Thought he is coming and waiting for another 15 more min (total i waited more than 30 min) then he called back and started abusing me and threatened me to cancel it. He was using all bad words and keep on threatening. When i said I am going to police station to complaint he disconnected the call and cancelled the trip by himself. This i reported to UBER no action was taken on this and no one had even responded to this.
                                    If possible give that bloody deceiver number. I will kick him right on his butts. ### how dare he talk like that

                                      I booked Uber from Kochi fort to go to Kochi International airport. The driver picked us up from Kochi fort and after some time told us that he won't go upto the airport and will drop us midway and from there we can take another local cab, which he can arrange as his friend drives a local cab. The reason for this he mentioned was that he will not get any passenger while coming from Cochin airport. We asked him why did he pick us up in first place. He dropped us after 4-5 Kms and dint arrange any cab. When we called the call center from the cab that person also mentioned that he can't help and we have to get a local cab for airport. Being tourists and not knowing the local language, we were not able to figure out how to go to airport. By the time we could figure out and arrange another cab, it was too late and we missed our flight to Mumbai. This unprofessional behavior caused us alot of trouble and money. We had to buy expensive air tickets for next day and had to find a hotel to stay at night. We wasted one day and had to spent around 10, 000 extra for arrangements, which I expect Uber to reimburse (though I doubt it) as it all happened due to their unprofessional driver.                                         I booked Uber, and the driver asked me for the destination, even before he reached my location ( I saw it on my GPS), he cancelled as he did not wish to travel to my destination, (he said strangely he wanted to go to the airport). UBER then charged me for his cancellation, the message said the driver waited for 5 minutes at my destination. I am not joking: These days when I book UBER, I pray that the destination is acceptable to the driver, and then he won't cancel and blame me for it. It has happened before to me as well.. its a night mare especially when you book the cab for early morning flights.. When a client books a call cab(for example from meru) it is very rare that he would cancel. But Uber drivers cancel rides with impunity and put the blame on the customers and charge them for it. Once I almost missed my flight when a driver refused to take me to the airport after confirming my ride.(This was before Uber introduced incentives to drivers for airport rides) . It is high time Uber came down heavily on these errant drivers, especially those who cancel more than one ride a month, even that is pretty high frequency. Follow up with passengers who are supposed to have cancelled. Uber used to be a good service for passengers, but it is causing nightmares of late for passengers, and there is merit in the government of India reviewing this whole aggregation business, and going back to the call cab days, atleast you are sure of your ride..
