Uber wrongly disabled account after involving me in promotion.Now they suddenly disabled my account with credit balance of Rs.700 and 33 rides which I got after promoted Uber in office.I want back my account and all hard earned credits/rides ASAP...

I took a ride on 16 Dec 15 at 08:20 pm for guragon railway station and I had coupon of rs 250 but it does not apply to my ride and driver took rs 91 . later on when i checked my ride history it showed that my fare was 0 and i contacted driver he said mail to [protected]@uber.com but they are not solving my problems.I missed my train which cost to me rs...

We were travelling from south city mall Kolkata to Newtown. We booked Uber from South city mall. Once we got inside car we had perfume smell. Later we found driver was drunk and the cab was shaking Al the way.He was about to hit a truck and other cars.Later we stopped the cab in between and asked him to stop the journey and we denied to pay him and told will complain to Uber. We also paid him as he forced us to and was shouting like mad....

Hi, I had a trip with Uber. The name of the driver was Jitu (AS01GC1119). The travel was from Chachal, Six mile to Vetapara bridge, Guwahati. This distance is hardly about of 15-20 minutes. But the the driver didn't end the trip and roamed for about 1 hour after dropping the passenger. At last I had to end the trip from my end. The bill amount came as Rs 426. When I am trying to call the driver he is not picking up the phone....

I got one coupon code o[censored]ber. It was successfully applied. but at the time of final payment they didn't consider the same and didn't gave benefit of that coupon. It it is not valid then in that case at the time of applying only they should tell us. They are cheating their customer....

I have booked a uber on 24 nov-15, then I told the driver that I wants to go at 8 pm and at that time the time was 7.40, driver told me to cancel the ride as it was too early booking.then again I booked at 7.50 and another driver told me that i should cancel the booking as he couldnt come to my home as it was not comfortable for him.then I booked 3rd time at 7.57 now this time driver told me that he is reaching within 10 minutes, I have waited...

Really unprofessional conduct by Uber driver. Uber don't have loyalty test of their drivers. Really embarrassed to say that the worst was seen there. Driver blocked the number. I think, it was the correct decision of the Govt to ban Uber in Delhi and elsewhere earlier....

On 9th Nov 2015, I travelled from Microsoft Gachibowli to GVK One mall. I was hurt and my wrist was injured due to an accident on 5th Nov 2015 so, was my right side of rib-cage. My hand movements were very restricted due to this reason I kept the lunchbox (worth Rs800 - brand Signoware) on car dashboard with one hand so, that I can pay the driver from wallet. At the mall security guards were hurrying so that other cars are not blocked in...

Today i wanted to travel from salt-lake sector 5 to chinar park and booked a cab, but he was bluffing with me by saying that he is standing here, or he is coming in 2 mins or something or the other. so i cancelled the cab and i saw that 80 rupees has been deducted from my paytm wallet. please see to it....

Saturday(14th Nov 2015) I was trying to book cab using app (UBER CAB). Outstanding balance of Rs.475 showing the in app against the trip taken on 12th July 2015. I have already paid cash amount on that day itself. Amount has been deducted from my paytm wallet today. It should not deducted from my paytm wallet. This complaint is against an UBER driver in Pune. On Diwali night, 11th of November, me and my friend were riding together on our bike. At 10:30 pm near Wakad chowk, the driver of the mentioned car number suddenly struck us in the side, and as a result we were thrown away from the bike and severely injured. The bike also got damaged and same with our phone, among them was an IPhone 6.

Sir I am Gautam Bhurat from Jodhpur.I booked my 1st Uber ride for my family on 16/11/2015. I had used a promo code therefore I got a free ride but since there was no cash option available in payment mode therefore I had selected Paytm mode for payment. The driver, Anil Kumar, charged Rs. 190 from my family inspite of the fact that i had a free ride. Since I wasn't with my family therefore they gave the whole amount to the driver. Now...

Most of the time when i book an Uber at normal price, the driver forces me to cancel the booking. I have no choice and i do cancel the booking but Uber chagers me for it. I have 100s of rupees taken by Uber for cancellation charges which are actually forced by their company. Their is no mechanism to reach them except via email and they never take responsibility of refund. I need Uber to address this and refund all the cancellation charges...
