Uber recently disabled my uber account without prior notice & without any proper reasons. On my last trip with uber the uber driver charged me incorrectly, and also he used slangs. So, i lodged a complaint to uber & they have refunded my money. But today when i was trying to book a cab from the same account, it was showing that, my account is disabled. I booked a uber cab on 14-jan-16 at 3:50 pm. While booking a cab I choose paytm wallet for payment option, however when I get down from the cab the person with me was told by the driver to pay in cash and amount of Rs 125 was paid which was not in my knowledge. Later on after some days when i got a mail from paytm, that my money has been deducted for a uber ride then I got to know that it has been paid twice to uber. So I would request you...

My uber account with id- [protected]@yahoo.com, Mob- [protected] was disabled on 26 December when i tried to login my account through my new phone. Its my permanent number and hence I requested them to activate my account as early as possible so that I could use the cab services as I wasn't involved in any suspicious activity. They activated my account but only for a week and then again disabled it even when I gave my Pan card for verification....

Just10 min back i registered uber i was tryingbto book for next day morning and entered destination details .i got a call from driver immediately i didnt knew it gotvbooked driver toled me to cancel i didnt know how to cancel .he gave missed calls and a call, i told him i am not able to cancel as i didnt knew it took 1 min to cancel mean while he used abusive launguage

I have 1 Free ride having Account with Uber ([protected]@gmail.com). I got hired Ubergo from Gurgaon Sec 31 to Mehrauli on 22 January, 2016. The driver purposely took a waste turn which was not even showing the map that would gone the opposite way towards some village. When asked he replied " this is the only road" . We booked a cab which is 15mins away from our place we keep on calling for almost 45 minutes and listened the same answer I am coming when we tried to give our address details he has no patience to listen that and he told that he will come using gps after 15mins when we called him he arrogantly answered that your gps is not working so am going back we told that my sister is pregnant and we booked cab in her emergency he didn't listen anything...

I used the pool service and booked a cab from Dwarka to Gurgaon. I was allocated the pool with another rider who was heading towards Saket. These two are entirely different locations and in no way be pooled.

Either of the user had to go to other user location and then head towards his own. In short a 40 min ride would have turned into 2 hr journey. Also the route shown to both the user was not diverted.

My booking was confirmed and driver Subramani ( Tata Indica : KA088490 ) was supposed to come in 4 minutes. As I was waiting for the car, I received a call from Subramani asking for my drop location. This happened in Kolkata. I was Travelling with my wife on Jan 15 from BowBazaar to Sodepur. I have given the destination as Sodepur on the Aap.
