When i complete my dinner and i show my uber app it shows that u had to play nothing to driver.I called him but he had ride.     Long time ego I created my uber account in Nokia Lumia 520 (Mobile phone). Few days back I bought brand new Lenovo K3 Note from Flipkart and installed Uber app from google play. Today(05/10/2015) when I tried to login with my account detail in new phone I got error message " Account Disabled". I want to know what is this? Is this Uber T&C that I have to keep my old phone life long if I want to continue my uber account? I agree that creating multiple account in single phone is against Uber T&C but is this also against Uber T&C that I can't continue my old account when I buy any new phone.? First of all I did not find any customer care number number so that I can raise my complain and mail support system is totally no use. every time they used to communicate that account is flagged and can't help. Where as compare to Ola, they have great customer care and we can reach to them 24*7 through a simple phone call. If this is they way Uber treat their customer then why we use Uber instead of Ola?
    Similar thing happened to me.. I am a very regular user.. almost daily.. On Nov 3, I got an error that I am banned. Till date I am trying to figure out why I was banned.. but the only message I get on email is that the system has flagged me as suspicious and they cannot help..

    I want to know why the system flagged me as suspicious.. but no answer..

      Hi UBER Owner,

      I am on the way and driver has no knowledge about the route. I am really fed up now I have been charged multiple times incorrect . Still due to time issue I have not complain to anyone.

      One instance Bill was take extra as UBER AAP was not working in the busiest road of Gurgaon.

      This is heights of irresponsibility now. Please pay my all money back or else in next 10 Days if any action is not take I will straight away go to court.

        Hi, Yesterday, 30.09.2015 I saw an advertisement on uber saying Rs. 400 off on the first ride on the use of promo code "GRAB400". I had an important trip to make from Park Street to my home. I installed the app and registered on my email id- roy.[protected]@gmail.com under my name with my personal phone number. I applied the promo code and it said that the promo code was successfully applied. As a satisfied customer, i booked an uber. After the trip, i had to pay Rs. 321, i.e, the promo code was not redeemed. I was shocked. Anyway, I contacted the lousy customer service o[censored]ber who used the typical excuse of system errors. I was basically cheated by a fraudulent advertising and am here to get a compensation for it. Hope this issue gets resolved. Thanks, Saptarshi Roy

          I have booked a uber call taxi today (23.09.2015) and the driver name is Sekar and came in Chevrolet Travera.

          I have send 2 aged persons in this car and the amount charged was showing in my mobile as i have booked in my mobile app it was showing for Rs.156.70 but the driver has charged them Rs.170/- that too while they gave Rs.200/- he was using harsh words to them asked them to pay 170/- as he was not having the change.

          and another thing is he has not dropped them in their destination place instead of that he has dropped them in next stopping.

          is this the way they behave to their customers???

          Worst driver .

          I want my money to be credited in my account .
          Better find and kick that rogue.

            Yesterday, I had a worst experience with Uber. The driver was very rude. Initially he delayed by stopping his vehicle to fill air, to which I told him that he must make the vehicle fit before taking any passenger. He replied to this in a very harsh tone saying, "If you people don' t have money to pay for the waiting charge then why do you sit in a car". After that he started driving rashly and kept talking over phone. I told him to stop talking and concentrate on the road, but he dint paid any attention. By God's grace we got saved in one of the turn where a vehicle from behind just stopped from colliding. Moreover, I wanted to drop a co-passenger to Hosa Road, so asked him to go below the E City flyover. But he took the flyover saying that navigation in his mobile says to take the flyover. I was like, what the f*? Even after reminding that this behavior of his would bring bad reputation to Uber and himself, he said that he doesn't care. He constantly said, "You mail your complaint to Uber. It's company matter, they will take care". I was shocked to listen to his words. Somehow, I felt that Uber doesnt really take care and this will be just another complaint without any action and it is indeed true! After writing to thier support email, I only get "Sorry" in reply, without any action and they say that they will take action only if the incident gets repaated again. Not only this, they say that such incidents help them improve their quality. No wonder, why such horrible incidents are happening with Uber.

              The new way of pick pocketing is introduced by uber taxi. When you book a cab from the app they ask you for approval of surge x2.9 this means that they will charge you 2.9 times of the bill. When asked they explained that these are the charges to promote the drivers, come on to ऑटोवालों ने क्या पाप किया है This is not at all acceptable you people will pick our pockets for promoting your drivers. Please spread this As much as you can so people will be aware of the über' new pick pocketing funds

                I travelled with uber and tried paying the balance with the credit card on 14th July, 15th July and 16th Sep against a transaction of Rs106.96, Rs 335.36, Rs 218.19 respectively, although the money was debited from my Credit Card account but the transaction was not successfully posted to Uber account. As per the normal procedure I expected the bank to refund the money, when I approached the bank for the same they said that they have successfully received the acknowledgment from M/s.Mobikwik Uber New Delhi IN, and they have asked to contact the merchant for this .Credit Card Number ending 3348. All the time they have replied and asked for screen shots and valid proof. I have send them all the proofs but now they are not at all responding. Kindly please look into it and do the needful so that I can get my refund back. Also sending u the screenshot of those deduction. pls find Uber user ID - [protected]@gmail.com Name- Satyam Karna

                  I am frequent user o[censored]ber and suddenly today 16th Sep'15, my account has been disabled. I have kept my account name as Trisha which is my nickname whereas my registered email id is shantapriya.[protected]@gmail.com and official name is Shantapriya Bora. I don't see any wrong in keeping my first name in the app in my nick name. This is not at all acceptable that you would disable my account as my names are not matching. I have also used PAYTM for making payment and I still have balance left in my account. I have paid for all my rides. This is really frustrating as I am not able to use the service or book a ride.

                    I booked an Uber cab on 16 sep 2015 at 1:40 am and I called the cab driver who said will come in 5 min. It is in the middle of the night and I waited fr one hour and the driver hasn't come I called him 10 times but he didn't pick up the call I tried to reach Uber customer care but I couldn't find the number anywhere At 2:30 am I m stuck bcoz o[censored]ber I really want justice for this The cab no is TN88Z6001 NAME KANNAN MOBILE NO IS [protected]

                      Hi everyone i had an horrible experience with Uber yesterday. I booked a UBER cab drom Marthahalli to jayanagr 5th block. i had paytm wallet in my Uber app i told the driver i have paytm wallet.He told that now the company has started accepting only cash payments just because they have introduced cash payments there is no rule that the company can stop with paytm wallet.When i gave rs 500 the driver didnt have change and i have to get my remaining money back. They are unable to deliver the service. I would rather prefer other cab service.I would rather inform my friends not to use Uber

                        On 25 aug 2015 at 2:30 AM ., i have booked uber cab from my phone app for my friend., i have booked cab from sector 17 isbt to sector 68 mohali i use paytm wallet money for riding uber cabs., After, reaching destination, driver has also taken cash money from my friend as he was not aware of deduction from paytm wallet, as a result my paytm deduction was also made and driver has also taken cash money without giving any reciept I hope you will make yourself indulge into this matter as this is a serious concern.                             I had paid for a trip but Uber system failed to recognise the same. Have shared bank statement, sms screen shot and banks transaction approval code, Uber customer support isn't responding. Most pathetic payment system along with a non-responsive customer care. Ola is much better.

                              I travelled with uber and tried paying the balance with the credit card on 16th July against a transaction of Rs 132.00, although the money was debited from my Credit Card account but the transaction was not successfully posted to Uber account. As per the normal procedure I expected the bank to refund the money, when I approached the bank for the same they said that they have successfully received the acknowledgment from M/s.Mobikwik Uber on 16 July 2015 and they have asked to contact the merchant for this with the below mentioned Acquirer Reference Number 75503725198006393662452. Credit Card Number ending 7081 The same issue has happened on 23rd July a total of Rs 142 was debited twice from my account. I have raised one request with request id '47165173' for the refund of the money, they have replied and asked for screen shots and valid proof. I have send them all the proofs but now they are not at all responding. Kindly please look into it and do the needful so that I can get my refund back Regards Sandeepa Bhattacharjee

                                Hi this is Vikas S. I had my free ride worth 250/- in my account as i was on my first ride. I added 250 to my paytm wallet and took my first ride on 9th august 2015 from Rajajinagar industrial town Bangalore to Central mall JP nagar Bangalore. It costed me 191 /-, i tot i was on my free ride but later i noticed that they have deducted money from my wallet. WHen i approached uber India first they explained like i was using another account, but i clearly explained them that it was free ride and later they started giving childish reasons like, it was completely generated by the system and they are unable to help in this matter.

                                  I used Uber registering with them by downloading their application. Used first ride promo code of Rs. 400/- off for journey between Saibaba Nagar Borivai west to Chatrapati Shivaji Airport Andheri east Mumbai. The ride cost me Rs.294/- which was below. Rs.400/- But instead of giving first ride discount, next day Uber sent me bill for Rs. 294/- saying that they have restricted this first ride promo. They renegaded on the discount. Guys do not trust Uber for first ride discount. They will definitely send bill for the first ride. Its a scam

                                    I have boarded Uber cab on Wednesday, July 8 2015 at 1:56 PM.
                                    They have deducted the money from paytm balance on the same day.
                                    But what I have found that they have charged my credit card for the same amount on 10/07/2015.
                                    I have raised one request with them on 11th July for the refund of the money, the request id is "44493284", they replied and asked for screen shots and valid proof. I have send them all the proofs but now they are not at all responding.

                                    Please help me to get back my money.

                                      Team, i am using UBER services from last couple of months. suddenly my account got blocked. they dont have a contact number to call. so i emailed them about my problem, what i got to know that was really shocking. as per the UBER service, my account is blocked by their system n they cant unlock it manually. i am not sure how that can be happen. i never used their free rides so far nor i have done anything wrong. so it really a nonsense service. so i wanted to know whats going on.

                                        This side Anwar Sheikh
                                        i had travelled from uber on 17th July 2015 with my credit card account and As i was new for uber i was not able to pay the amount on same day as i paid the amount on 22nd july it was not updated and i got reminder whenever i try to use the app
                                        i tried contacting uber and they asked for screenshot and i send them the same
                                        after that i send 3 reminders for the same and still no response from there side than i made the payment once again on 28th july so as to use the service but they are not reverting the transaction as it was done two times
                                        i suppose here it will be resolved
                                        kindly provide a solution for the same as
                                        this kind of exercise ends up in harassing customers and its very annoying to see that transactions done are not checked and replied by uber team

                                        kindly update this and let me know or i have to take some legal action
