I had booked a ride on Uber on 28th Feb 2023 for approx. 6 kms within the city only. In my fare they have unreasonably airport charges and toll charges. I also contacted the support team but haven't received any response from them yet. It's been more than 1 month now and haven't received a single response from them.

    To travel a bit back a month back on 26th Feb-23 i had booked Uber to travel to Infant Jesus Church, Viveknagar. The fare was Rs 206.71 for which i changed the payment option from cash to Gpay. My bank as well as GPay account already shows a debit Rs 206.71 for which the i lodged a complaint even to Gpay customer support.

    The response is they have confirmed that the payment has been affected at the same time and same day. My Question how will the driver allow me to get off the auto if had not paid him - in fact he also confirmed the payment.

    Now what is Uber Billing system actually trying to say ? There is no way to reach them as all the support is through the app. My sincere suggestion is put also an option for double payment. Why are they not doing the same ?

    I am not booking any ride from them going forward because its more of a mis-management of systems rather than a service oriented venture.

    Till today it shows that i haven't made the payment - i[censored]ber wants to save money without keeping a customer support without voice than good luck to them. How can the app do everything everything which is in human by nature.

    My though process is how do o get the billing corrected becoz there is a glitch somewhere in their system. If this continues further i am already losing my trust n faith on Uber and their billing and service.

    In this digital age how can their system say it's outstanding where my bank statement says it's paid. This is grossly unfair and no business ethics to put the onus on the rider for forcing them to do double payment till then the ride is freezes. Honestly it's some kind of a monopoly mandate and customer voice has no role to play - you either pay or don't take a ride.

    What is Uber Top management doing ? Are they aware if their system billing and payment has passed the UAT - also their developer do they take pride in their app. All the same what is the CEO Dara Khosrowshahi doing ? Is this service meted out to customers ? I am attaching the proof of payment . Kindly resolve or i just see this as a utter nonsense to waste each other time.

    Who sis the cuplrit for this ? Bank - Gpay -or Uber ?

      I took trips with Uber and selected Gpay but at the end of the trip the app didn't support payment so I paid the drivers directly to their QR code and I have screenshots for both still later to make new bookings Uber app asked me to make payments so I had to make double payment on Mar 23rd. I logged tickets but they never got resolved and I never received my money back. There is no way to call you and explain all this but this is not fair I have all proofs that I made payments 2 times for the trip. Please help me get a refund.

            I had booked a cab today but the driver didnt turn up at all. This is not the first time this has happened and whenever i cancel a trip i have to pay cancellation charges to Uber without any fault. Many Cab drivers intentionally take the ride and dont even respond to calls.

            This is sheer waste of time and even money without being at any fault.

            There is no contact number or any mode to report the cab and its driver in the waiting time neither Uber cancels the drive after a certain period of time to issue a new cab. This is pathetic and not acceptable. Instead uber should pay us for the time which got wasted due to the inefficient Cab Drivers.

              On 5 mar 23, I booked a ride from delhi airport terminal 2 to lodhi colony. The estimated amount was INR 503/-, however end of the trip is showed INR 1681/-. According to their receipt the cab has travelled 83 kms(original distance is 18 km) in 37 minutes, twice crossing the state boundries thereby charging UP tax & MCD toll twice. The cab ran at an average speed of 133 kmph whereas delhi has speed limits of only 50 kmph. I have earlier also travelled on same route & at the same time and fare was INR 467/-. I have complained repeatedly but no response from uber. Wrost customer care support. Hoping some sense prevail in their head & care for their customers.

                I took a ride on 28th Feb 2023 which was approximately 7km within the city but in my fare I have been charged airport charges wrongly. I also contacted the Uber support team but haven’t received any response from them.
                It’s been more than 1 month and my problem is not yet solved.

                  I took an uber ride this evening from Kailash Colony delhi to Terminal 1 Indira Gandhi airport. My driver's name was nitish, so essentially i paid him through my UPI to his scanned QR, amount was 443 txn id[protected]. I opened the app later on to find out it says unpaid trip of 582.

                  Is there a way to get out of this double payment scam thing.

                    I availed o[censored]ber services on 2 Jan, I paid Rs. 655.96. UPI ID[protected].

                    Now every time I try to book Uber a new payment request comes up, which I never booked. They ask for payment of Rs. 576.44. I don't know where this has come from.

                    I tried booking a cab today but this payment notice showed and does not allow me to go further. Please take this payment off my account. Otherwise I will not be able to do any further business with you.

                          I booked an Uber on 11.03.23 . Initially the amount to be paid was Rs. 381. But when I reached my destination and the driver completed the ride, it showed Rs. 386 as the final fare on the driver's phone's green screen. I paid the driver Rs. 400 instead. But then notification came that Rs. 76.52 still remains unpaid and i need to pay that amount. This is very disappointing.

                            I took a ride in Uber from Maulana Azad road, Motilal Marg Area New Delhi to Shop No. 15 Edward lane, Police Ground, Kingsway camp New Delhi on 9 March 2023. I paid RS. 300 but as the driver had no change, took Rs. 250 and put Rs. 5 as unpaid. But in the app it shows Rs. 250 unpaid. When I check invoice it shows Rs. 5 paid and Rs.250 as failed cash payment. Because of this I'm unable to use uber again for my trips. Please resolve.

                              I hired a Uber ride on[protected] at around5.15 or 5.3opm for going from Karanataka Saskrit Unversity (KSU) to my home Toer 15, Prestige Tranquility, Budigere cross, Bngalore 560049.
                              The fare shown was 669.60 The network contact was lost at KR Puram and the location update stopped. After reaching the destination, I could not pay through online mode (PayTm). So the driver, Mr Rajasekhar, took cash from me. Then yesterday,[protected], when I wanted to hire a Uber vehicle at around 12, I was asked to pay that same amount 669.60 without which Uber App was not allowing me to proceed with the booking a ride. So, per force, I paid 69.60 on line.
                              Please investigate as to why I was asked to pay again when I had paid in cash to the driver. And Please refund my extra payment.

                                On 7th March i took a ride from Mayur vihar to Sanjay Colony okhla for the trip I paid rupees 190 .The amount shown was 188 but as i didn't had change so I paid 190. Now your App ii showing outstanding bill of 188.
                                I paid the amount in cash to driver, how can it be outstanding, Why i have to pay twice for a trip.?

                                    I had booked an uber ride within the city approx 6km and I was unreasonably charged airport charges in my fare. It’s been more than 1 week since I have raised this issue to uber team but I haven’t received any reply.

                                      I booked an uber package delivery service the very first time to pick up a parcel from
                                      Maninagar address to deliver it to my south bopal address in the Ahmedabad city on date 5th March 2023 12:45PM.

                                      Delivery has lost parcel in the mid-way of route and he realized this lost parcel when he came to my home so he return to the same route to find the missing parcel and he went almost 12KM to find out the missing parcel. He even didn't realize that the parcel which he was carrying on his bike had been lost so far back.

                                      The strange thing is Uber has not given a bucket or basket to carry any parcel where he kept the things and the delivery boy didn't deny to pick the parcel even though he already knows the parcel could be lost or misplaced between the route.

                                      I want my parcel back or I've to claim to get a refund. As that parcel's cost is 60K so I need that money from Uber or a delivery person.
