Sir/Madam

1. I am Colonel Rajeev Mehta, serving officer of Indian armed forces. today i was used the uber services of taxi, travelling from south extension to Vikaspuri at 05015 hr. this morning of 27 February 2023.

2. The vehicle reported on time driven by Mr. Yugender Yadav, the car was a swift desire with probably last number being as 7442.

3. while dropping off, I inadvertently left my mobile in the car, I immediately rang the number of my mobile, the driver who was few 100 meters {Approx} from my drop off location, the driver continued drove off, and after continuous ringing switched off the mobile.

4. No other option, existing, I lodged a complaint with the police. It is requested that you please, using your good offices assist me in recovering my mobile, its ASUS, company mobile with mobile number [protected], which i have got blocked in morning.

    I kept the payment as cash.. and I paid money to the driver through phonepe with another number but he reported in the app as not paid.. when i am trying to contact him he is not lifting the call

      I booked a can today and when i booked it showed me INR 111 and my driver started the trip before he came for the pick up and later was rude and took a longer route and i ended up paying INR 166 amd when i raised a complaint with uber they refused to help and disconnected the call

        I had made a ride on 4:35 PM on December 30, 2022 from Ruby hall clinic, sangamwadi pune to my home in an auto rickshaw and paid the driver for the trip. When I open Uber app it shows that I owe Rs. 65.03. I had initially selected google pay but the payment couldn't be completed due to some issue with google pay. Hence, I paid cash to the driver. I had my little baby in my hand, who was sick so i didnt check the payment status on the app at that particular time. I also gave a good rating to the driver. That trip payment still stands outstanding and this needs correction. I have tried to raise this issue with uber in tha app multiple times but it still hasn't been rectified. Now whenever i try to book a ride i am asked to complete the payment.

            My senior citizen parents were travelling and had no idea of the route. Driver unnecessarily took the toll route and we had to pay the toll charges. We travel that route frequently and its absolutely not necessary to take the toll route. I need refund of the toll charges but Uber India is not agreeing. Their driver was rude and rough on my parents too.

                I took a ride in Uber on 06-Oct-2022 at 5:01am from Pune Airport to Magarpatta city, Hadapsar. The amount Rs.292.00 was paid to the driver in cash. But the Uber app do not confirm this payment and says the amount as Unpaid and do not let me take ride unless I clear this amount again for the same trip. Please help to resolve this.

                  Hi Sir/Mam,

                  I booked cab from Magarpatta to sangamwadi. I paid in cash, but still it is asking for payment. I am unable to book a cab now.

                  For multiple times I raised ticket for help to uber. But, no action taken.

                  Please help me.

                    On 3rd Feb 2023 I took a ride from Sector 29 - Market to Park View Residency Sector 3 Palam Vihar Gurgaon and bill generated for different pick up and drop (Airport T3 to some place in New Delhi) MCD charges and Airport Pickup charges everything is included.

                    I booked the cab from Sector 29 - Market to Park View Residency Sector 3 Palam Vihar Gurgaon which was showing fare of around Rs. 150 but due to wrong bill I had to pay Rs. 527.

                    I am continuously following up on this issue but no reply from Uber Support.

                    Attached bill receipt and actual pick up and drop still available in Uber app.

                    Take action and do the needful asap.

                      I booked a cab from Ambience mall gurgaon to 2408, Emerald Enclave, Sector 28 Gurgaon which barely takes 10 mins. The fare shown was 203. At the time of the drop, the fare became 452. I'm really pissed. This is unacceptable.

                        Dear Sir,

                        Please note the Details pertaining my complaint of cheating by Uber Company.

                        Date of Trip: 23.01.2023
                        Point of Pick Up: Domestic Arrival, Ahmedabad Airport
                        Drop Off Point: My Residence / Home.
                        Initial Fare Shown: Rs. 431. 00
                        Final Fare Shown: Rs. 531.00
                        Excess Amount charged: RS.100.00
                        Note: Display Board at Ahmedabad Aiprpot's Ola/Uber Parking lot clearly mentions that Fare charged by Ola/Uber is inclusive of Airport Parking charges.

                        It may be noted that company deliberately showed lower fare at the time of booking the cab. That is why I booked Uber Cab. When I reached home, the fare shown by Uber was Rs. 531.00. It is a case of blatant cheating by the company. Had it shown this fare of Rs. 531.00 at the time of booking, I would not have booked the Uber Cab. If I had known that Uber would resort to this type of cheap and dirty tactics then I would have taken the screenshot of Initial Fare of Rs.431.00.

                        I have complained to Uber also, it has not taken cognizance of my complaint. Due to my persistent follow up, now they are blatantly lying that initial fare shown to me was Rs.531.00. This is a total lie. This company is totally dishonest and dirty company.

                        My demand is simple, Uber should refund me the Rs.100.00 This is the excess amount which they have recovered from me at ASAP.

                            I had a trip with Uber on the 31st of December and I was supposed to receive my money by the 1st of January but it didn't come and I talked to their customer representative many times. I haven't received the money till now, I am just trying to do it. They will come today. They will come tomorrow. It will take some time. Please help me. I have 3 thousand 300 rupees with them. Many times i call in customer care but just received the massage and feedback option

                              (1). I made an advance reservation with Uber for a premier cab for 2 am on January 27, 2023. Uber confirmed this reservation on App and on email.
                              (2). At 1:55 am (five minutes before the scheduled times of departure), the Uber App showed that the allotted cab was 25 kms away and that it would arrive at 2:38 am. I immediately called the driver, but the call was unanswered.
                              (3) Should I have waited 38 extra minutes and missed my flight? And what if the driver never arrived?
                              (4) So I immediately cancelled the Uber booking (at 1:55 am) and was lucky to find another cab to reach the airport.

                              Despite the above, Uber has charged me a cancellation fee and refuses to refund it. I've exchanged several messages with their help centre associates, who keep repeating that “reservations cancelled less than one hour before the scheduled departure is subject to a reservations cancellation fee”.

                              Given their technology, they have all the above data. How in the first place can they charge a cancellation fee when their cab would have arrived 38 minutes later than the scheduled time of departure, and then repeatedly refuse to refund it.

                              Uber must refund the full amount that they have charged as cancellation fees.

                                Dear Team,

                                I travelled by uber on 15th January 2023 from Viman Nagar, pune to Borivali west, mumbai with driver Pandurang and the trip was on digital payment mode. After boarding and travelling towards mumbai pune highway, driver stopped at petrol station and asked me to pay him 1k towards fuel and he will deduct at the end of the trip. I informed him that it was an online trip however he mentioned that he will be in problem since he doesn't have money to continue the trip and I can pay cash and complained to UBER that driver has collected cash. In fear of getting stranded in the middle of the road with baggage, I paid him for the fuel and balance on completion of trip. After returning to mumbai, I have complained on the app however I was given some discount and asked to make the payment for the balance amount.

                                I have been explaining since then however it's been very disappointing experience since i am still asked to pay. After being the user o[censored]ber for few years now and from my usage, at least the team can determine that i am not looking for a free trip a i have never bothered for the trip amounts. I have never asked for compensation or free trips even when i had issues with driver hence i am thoroughly disappointed to be treated like this.

                                Please investigate and let me know since i still have 1088.17 payment shows pending in my app and due to which i am unable to use the application. I feel cheated when after paying cash, i have been asked for money again.

                                Looking for a closure to this mental agony.

                                  I took an Uber ride on[protected] in Delhi. The ride total was Rs. 1206 which I paid to the driver on the paytm no. provided by him.
                                  He updated a receipt of Rs. 900 only and hence there is an outstanding or Rs. 306 showing on my app. Not only is this fraudulent but it also makes it difficult for me to use the app for future bookings unless this issue is resolved.

                                  I as a customer feel so targeted by such malpractices because first the drivers demand cash payments and then they report incorrect receipts to put extra burden on the customers.

                                  The issues has already been raised by me while rating the driver after the ride but I am yet to receive a response from Uber.

                                  I request Uber to get this resolved at the earliest and update me about the same.

                                    This is regarding my Uber trip on[protected] in Delhi. My trip total was Rs. 1206 and I paid the full amount on a Paytm no. shared by the driver. He only updated a receipt of Rs. 900 in the app and Uber is claiming the balance Rs. 306 from me. I have tried to raise the same through the Uber app under help section but I am not able to reach them directly. The drivers are using any and every way to loot there customers. First they demand to make the payments in cash instead of making them on the app. And when we agree to that, they scam us.

                                    I hope Uber either contacts me for any further discussion or gets this resolved immediately.

                                      I engaged an UBER Car for 6 hours on[protected] at Anna Nagar Chennai. The car came on time, but my partner was not yet ready. So I gave the OTP to start the trip. But in 5 mins when we were ready to start the trip, the car had a starting problem and would not start. The driver had to cancel the trip as a consequence.

                                      Now I am being charged an amount of Rs.1979/- for cancelling the ride after OTP.

                                      Please cancel the payment request as soon as possible.

                                        I took a ride on uber and selected cash as the mode of payment, after the ride I paid directly to the driver and I have proof for that. But he didn't update it on the app and now Uber is asking me to pay again for booking any new ride.
                                        I am not able to use the app even after making the complete payment of Rs 863. I have attached the proof of payment in the name of the driver.
