I paid for my trip in cash but it is still showing unpaid

I booked an uber bike at 11:06am from VIP Bazaar to Park Street Kolkata and I was charged Rs 71 and I paid in cash and after 30 mins for returning back when I opened my uber to a book another bike it reflected that my this ride is unpaid please look into this matter...

It's so much difficult to contact uber customer support. There is no way to reach out to them. Yesterday I booked auto ride for my father. From karvenagar pune to nanded city, pune. Total estimated fair was around 126rs.. As my father asked me otp on call, driver might realised that my father don't have app on mobile to verify fair. When they reached location driver asked him to pay 155rs as my father was aware about estimated ride charges...

I had made a ride on 15 August 2022 from my friends place to my residence, and the trip got over at 6.29 PM. I paid the driver Rs. 695 for the trip.

After few days when I opened my Uber app to take a new ride, it showed that the said trip's amount is outstanding & I need to pay the amount to proceed further.

I had not opted for any online payment & have chosen for COD.

This is not the first time...

Refund of Cancellation Charges Requested

I booked UBER Taxi on 11-11-22 evening for 6 am on 12-11-22 for going from Moti Nagar to Delhi Airport. I sent my address through sms to the driver on 12-11-22 morning. However, immediately thereafter the trip cancelled without my instruction and cancellation charges of Rs. 273 were imposed. I had to pay Rs. 273 before booking of another uber taxi. Auto and cab drivers ask additional amount

Auto and cab drivers are asking additional amount of 30-40₹ to come for a pick up claiming uber commission is increased, petrol and gas rate increased .
If we deny they cancel the ride or speak rudely.
Can uber take actions on these drivers...

I charged twice for my ride.

Incorrect Payment Pending

I booked a ride from Palava, Dombivli to Kumbharkhan Pada Dombivli on 13th November, 2022 at 11.35 PM.
Rider name-Munnalal

The Driver asked to pay in Cash as it was his boney time or else he would cancel the ride. He did not even have google pay.
So I agreed, but the payment mode was not changed.

After the ride ended, I paid him Rs. 216 in cash but it is still showing payment pending on my uber...

Auto driver name was sunil kumar
I booked an auto from uber from sector 122, noida to sector 52 metro station.
He forcefully dropped me at sector 51 metor station(wrong location) and he also took my picture unkowingly....

I was charged Extra cash by driver.

Today 13 November 2022 at 6:46 pm I Booked an Uber ride and Cancelled the ride because Driver named 'Mohan' refused the Cash payment in phone call . But It was not Charged any money,
Though it was Not charged Any Money, the Driver Asked me to pay 20Rs and did not leave me to go anywhere and act rudely with me. And get 20Rs from me and also Scold me and Charged 20Rs.

Navigation Problem

Not Happy with Uber ride and there GPS system while booking I had got Powai Saki naka route going towards T2 International from Mulund, but the driver is taking thru Asalfa Ghatkopar Bandra Kurla road which is time consuming...surprised to know about uber GPS why it is not catching and following route which is booked on confirmation...Not Happy at all.

Why Uber Driver doesn't listen to customer request for following route....

I would like to draw an attention of the group of drivers operating in Ahmedabad. When we book a ride from app, they come at our pickup location and first they ask to pay cash (if I have selected online payment then they force to pay cash and if we are not agreeing then they say we are canceling the ride). Financial Fraud by Uber driver on trip

Wrong vehicle came

Yesterday, i booked a auto at seasons mall (Pune) .The vehicle that came had different number plate than what was showing in my phone app. The driver did not even entered the pin and the trip started. Driver took a different route and surprisingly dropped me at the perfect location. Who was this auto ? how could he got my number ? he should not have my trip details. This is a serious safety concern for me....

Pathetic of Uber Taxi Services in India, Boycott Uber in India

Pathetic o[censored]ber Taxi Services in India.

I have used more 50 times in few months. Taxi services are terrible and worst compared any part of the world.

Not sure, How this company exist in India even after such services.

Seems regulatory authority have kept eye shut on such horrible companies and let them operate from India....

Paid CASH to the Driver because he forced me

I Paid rs 400 to the Uber Driver because he forced us to Pay in Cash after the trip ended. Now Uber is asking me again to Pay 400 in the APP to book further rides. This is Highly unethical, Uber will have driver details they can check with him on this. But forcing the customer to pay twice is not correct...

Yesterday i was travelling in uber auto, at start of trip the fare was 68 rs and at end it was 96 rs so i raised a compliant
