UCO Bank Complaints & Reviews

Amount of rs 2000 was transferred through net banking from sbi account to uco account on 13th march 2018. However i haven't received the amount yet. Already complaint filed in sbi account and resolved by them. So please have a look. An email have also been sent at uco customer grievance cell. But still no reply.

I have an account in uco bank palwal. I made transaction of 10000 rupees from boi atm (Saran chock faridabad) on 16/03/2018 at 7.04 pm but transaction declined (Unable to proceed.) i have not recieved money from boi atm but amount deducted from my account. I am going to my uco bank in palwal branch (19/03/2018) to complaint about deduction amount in my account but still...

I have swiped my debit card on 28/02/2018 at haveli resturant in jalandhar. But transaction of rs.950/- failed and amount has been deducted from account. After few minutes i recied a message that amount has been reversed but till today nothing has been recieved. No reply to emails by bank. No one at call center. Please look into the matter.

I tried to withdraw 100 rupees at first, which was cancelled by the atm machine saying "contact your bank". So, i tried to withdraw again with 200 rupees. Again, the machine displayed the notice "contact your bank".
But, as soon as i came out, total 342 rupees was deducted (121 + 221 rupees).
I contacted the bank's customer care number which was not working at that time, but didn't get the refund.

I submitted fd no [protected] to uco bank in patiala house branchnew delhi on 30.1.2018 though maturity was on 30.1.2016. So far i have not received any confirmation from patiala house branch that fd has been approved by bank head office at kolkata. Does a bank takes so much time more than 1.5 month. Will any official of bank confirm how much more time will be taken....

I have taken a car loan of rs.299000/- from maithon branch (Ucba0000226) on 31/03/14 vide a/c. No.[protected]. Since, i hv paid instalments regularly in due time but very sorry to say that wrongly some negetive issues regarding late payment or non - payment etc false report provided from your end hampered my cibil score and the account also mentioned as sma. I request you to rectify the same at the earliest. Thanking you.

I have used my uco bank debit card on 28 feb'18 to make a payment of ₹3295 but the transaction declined twice moreover the balance had been deducted from my account twice i. E. ₹6590, and i have not received any response from the bank and their customer care helpline/ email id are not responding.
I seek help to get my money back but no one is replying....

My father “mr subhash chander wadhawan” was an employee with uco bank.
He expired on 14 november 2017.

Pension is transferred to my mother “mrs. Adarsh wadhawan” from december 2017 onwards.

For november month, as my father was alive for half of the month, so his account should be credited for half month’s salary.
And for rest of the month, my mother should get her share.

. Yester day i sent to the bank for deposite rs.1000 as 10 rupees coins but the manager dont allow to deposite the amount. He said, i[censored] give the note only i can get. Otherwise i will not get the coins. So kindly help me and say me rs.10 coins are valid or not.

I tried to withdraw rs.3000 from axis bank atm. It was shown the transaction is cancelled but later in night i got message about withdrawal of 3000.
I tried to check balance but atm wasn't responding.
I contacted branch but they told me that money will be added back in my account.
Can you please help to solve this problem asap.

I had a recurring account [protected] at uco bank, mayapur branch which was debited rs 600 only bank charges on 27/10/2017. I personally asked branch manager, uco bank to rectify. I have done transactions the on 28th feb, 2018 around 10 pm of rs 1000, 1000, 1000, but none of transactions got successful.in that 1st transactions of rs 1000 got refund and the last 2 transactions of rs 1000 and 1000 did not get refund.. I use debit card to uco atm received my card but cash not dispense at jhorhat andul bank atm at 7.30 pm then i go andul ubi atm card swipe cash not dispense. Then i try andul hdfc atm he show your card is not process. Then i go mashila state bank of inda atm 8.15 pm. The link is down. But my money not reverse. Then i use other atm. But cash not dispense. My 1500 amount deducted on 20 Feb 2018 while adding to paytm app through debit card but paytm shows transaction failed and money not refunded till now.
