Dear sir,

I recharged my no. On 28.09.2017 through telenor app (Android) with 130/- (117/- after cash10 tokel applied) and rs 15/- (Vas). I also recharged my father's mobile through same telenor app with rs130/- (117/- after cash10 tokel applied) on 02.10.2017. But till date no amount is credited to my no. And also my father's mobile neither this amount refunded to my account.

This is pathetic service i experienced...

I had replaced my sim card with number [protected] 20 days ago. Still it has not been activated. The persons at the store is telling it would take more days and not responding in cooperative way. Have to just visit the store after 2 days.

My number disactivate without any intimation by telenor company... So now i have recharge this number but there are no networks on screens and no services provided by telenor.. Or not accept bal recharge
I ask to telenor agent to activate my number but he did not provide me proper guidance. My no.in roaming (Chennai)

From last 3days without any my acknowledgement vas services are being activated and 5rs is being deducted each time...
Previously also on 26.9.2017 rs 30is being deducted from my balance without any acknowledgement...
Please revert to this and refund my balance rs 45that is deducted from my account...

Sir, i have purchased sim card and it immediately activated. Thereafter the distributor told me that there was some technical error. He retained the card and yet not returned me which is purchased on 4.7.2017. The distributor is very non co-operative and rude in behaviour. If the card is not returned to me, it will constraine me to file a suit in consumer forum....

Ii am using telenor sim for a long time but they make a call and immediatley send one message regarding deducting your amount.
I tried to ask about deductions but they are not connecting customer care number.

Yesterday my balance was deducted of rs.287 at approx 2.30 pm as per customer care representative. He told me that i called on a number (54321) for which balance was deducted. But i did not call on this number, also there is no call history is available in my phone for this number. When i inquired about this number then i found that this number is belongs to airtel value added services....

I have an issue with my telenor sim ([protected]).

I am unable to get messages and calls to that sim.

And also when i tried to call through that sim it is showing as ("not registered on network").

I am able see the signal. Can you please rectify this issue asap. I tried

I got a call from you yesterday at something about 09:30. This is regarding to any cricket service that's why i've not any response about it but still without my permission you had activate service and deducted balance but that time i've no enough balance.

Even though i haven't activate any value added service on my no. Your telenor company activates 2 value added services on my no. And deduct 15 rs from my account. When i call to customer service, she tells me that i have given a positive response for their service. I do remember very well that i didn't give any kind of positive response. After that i said her to deactivate the services but she didn't do that either...

I was given free 2g 500mb data from th company. Now when i used it instead of deducting it from the data balance, my talktime balance was deducted. I contacted your customer care and they said that airtel 4g signals werw fetch thats why my talktime has been deducted and making all fool around. My sim card is not working now. I called to uninor customer care for this problem. They are told that submit proofs to neared uninor store. To day i am going to uninor store to submit idenification proofs but they told that this sim is not reactivate by them. Please reactivate my sim it is very very very important sim. I had done my recharge after seen in my best offer in telenor 121 store...
Now the customer care officer told me this date this offer not valid in ur phone...
I want my 28gb 2g balance..

Telenor is a fraud company. They themselves activated a service lovkdispn on my number (Without my consent) and deducted money rs 30/- for two consecutive months. I called up customer care to enquire & asked for refund. They said you should have deactivated within 24 hours, only then we would be able to refund. As i was calling the after 24 hours, i simply asked them to deactivate. I was told that service is deactivated...

We wanted to inform you that a person took money from us on the name of setting up a tower in my area (Samsa, begusarai, bihar) he asked us to deposit 50000 rs to a defined account number on 1st september'2017, which we did and post then that he is not picking our call.
Note: we have a tower installed in my premises, taking that as a reference he has contacted us.
Kindly look into this issue, and help us getting...
