    The opening time of the office is 10:00 a. M. But the the office does not opens at its correct time neither it closes on the fixed time. Call to the provided number is also not attended by the repsentative. The neighbours residing besides the office also says about the office that it does not have the time to open or close they are also saying that they are fed up of answering the question of the customers as the office boy do not do his job perfectly. I have very important work to do there but its not possible until it opens on time.in this way the customers only has a choice to port out there number from ur company. Pls look into this matter

      Dear sir,

      I recharged my no. On 28.09.2017 through telenor app (Android) with 130/- (117/- after cash10 tokel applied) and rs 15/- (Vas). I also recharged my father's mobile through same telenor app with rs130/- (117/- after cash10 tokel applied) on 02.10.2017. But till date no amount is credited to my no. And also my father's mobile neither this amount refunded to my account.

      This is pathetic service i experienced from telenor very first time. Kindly solve this problem asap.

        I had replaced my sim card with number [protected] 20 days ago. Still it has not been activated. The persons at the store is telling it would take more days and not responding in cooperative way. Have to just visit the store after 2 days.

        It is not so much difficult task i think that it would take so much time to just activate new sim card. Emails are answered with automated replies just with confirmation number. There have been more than 8 emails in reply but still not any action taken.

          My number disactivate without any intimation by telenor company... So now i have recharge this number but there are no networks on screens and no services provided by telenor.. Or not accept bal recharge

                The unlimited offer of rs 199 is not working on few days and few particular times of the day .aadhar linkage is done . there r a lot of interruptions ...pls slove this as soon as possible

                  Sir, i have purchased sim card and it immediately activated. Thereafter the distributor told me that there was some technical error. He retained the card and yet not returned me which is purchased on 4.7.2017. The distributor is very non co-operative and rude in behaviour. If the card is not returned to me, it will constraine me to file a suit in consumer forum.

                    Ii am using telenor sim for a long time but they make a call and immediatley send one message regarding deducting your amount.
                    I tried to ask about deductions but they are not connecting customer care number.

                    I never see such a worst telecom service.
                    When ever i recharge they deduct rs.30/-.
                    I do not know why they are doing like this.

                      Yesterday my balance was deducted of rs.287 at approx 2.30 pm as per customer care representative. He told me that i called on a number (54321) for which balance was deducted. But i did not call on this number, also there is no call history is available in my phone for this number. When i inquired about this number then i found that this number is belongs to airtel value added services. Now how can call on airtel using telenor number and i did not called on any such number. Then how and why balance was deducted. Kindly make a complain against this wrong deduction. And also if called as per his system then give me some proof of that.

                            I got a call from you yesterday at something about 09:30. This is regarding to any cricket service that's why i've not any response about it but still without my permission you had activate service and deducted balance but that time i've no enough balance.

                              Even though i haven't activate any value added service on my no. Your telenor company activates 2 value added services on my no. And deduct 15 rs from my account. When i call to customer service, she tells me that i have given a positive response for their service. I do remember very well that i didn't give any kind of positive response. After that i said her to deactivate the services but she didn't do that either and the company is not refunding my deducted money also.
                              Please its a kind request, do something about your automatically activating services and please refund my money.

                                Team,
                                I was given free 2g 500mb data from th company. Now when i used it instead of deducting it from the data balance, my talktime balance was deducted. I contacted your customer care and they said that airtel 4g signals werw fetch thats why my talktime has been deducted and making all fool around. How can a 2g phone with 2g sim in it can fetch 4g network. And secondly the reprsenatives are so rude they dont want to listen to tthe problem whatever they have said is right. They asked to select uninor 2g as my default network but there is no such option in the network selection so from where should i select it. I told them so many times that there is no such option its a 2g phone dont support 3g sim even but they are like its my fault. Very disappointed with your service. I want my balance back or else i am goung to port it into some relaible network.

                                        Dear sir/madam,
                                        Telenor is a fraud company. They themselves activated a service lovkdispn on my number (Without my consent) and deducted money rs 30/- for two consecutive months. I called up customer care to enquire & asked for refund. They said you should have deactivated within 24 hours, only then we would be able to refund. As i was calling the after 24 hours, i simply asked them to deactivate. I was told that service is deactivated now. This happened in august 2017.
                                        Today (13sep 2017) again my phone balance is dedicated for same service (They deducted rs 20/- as balance was only 25/-). How is this possible when after deactivation? When i called customer care they said, we can't refund.

                                        My questions are-
                                        1. How can a company activate a service without my consent and deduct money?
                                        2. Even after deactivation, how can they again deduct money?
                                        3. This time i called up within few hours only, what happened to their 24 hours refund policy now?

                                        They are simply minting money by making their own policies and looting people. I wrote them emails multiple times and on twitter, there is no response from them.
                                        I need my deducted money back and also compensation from them for mental harassment they caused. Could you please look in to the matter?
