Sir,
I asked the subjected retailer to duplicate sim no. [protected] of telenore company, but he gave me one extra sim no. [protected] and also charged rs. 100/- from me instead of rs. 50/- the cost of a duplicate sim. And told me that the cost of duplicate sim decided by telenor is rs. 100/-
Please suggest me what should i do with another un-required extra sim.

      I went to gita communication telenor store on 22 july 2017 for aadhar verification of my mobile number [protected] but they were asking for 10 rs charges for it, when i called 198 tollfree number of telenor for confirming of any charges regarding that but they told me that there is no any charges for aadhar verification.
      Gita communication telenor store dealers in varanasi is looting customers.

      Plz help.

        My number is [protected]. I got mesages regrding 147 offer that indicates unlimited calling for 28 days, but now not able to calling after 7 days to any network including telinor. I spoked with telenor customer excutve, he tells that u got only for 14 days unlmtd for t-t only, this is fully wrong information given by telenor. Pleae take action against telenor on what they promised to me.

          My mobile number [protected] i recharge 70 rupee date 5/8/17 time after 10.30 pm and talk time 70 rupee.2nd day date 6/8/17 i see balance 40 is remain. Why company employee call customer unnecessary and received call after active extra load charge unnecessary. Company employee is fraud from customer, that reason not satisfied after service may be close if my amount is not return. Many time told dnd service to activate but always told after 7day it activate but not action. Company employee is not properly work due to may be company losses and after some time may be company has to close. I am not satisfied with employee of company.

          One of your telenor distributor is charging RS 10/- for linking the aadhar card.
          Is there any changes. as per my knowledge there is charges for linkup.
          ASAP you take necessary against every distributor those who are charging.

            We have a complain about your sales executive of santosh nagar hyderbad branch they always not giving response always they say we are bzy or internet problem or say no executive
            They are bzy in there phone they are care less about the work. Whenever i will go to recharge my no there they will not do busy in chating &talking.
            My family recharge is every week rs:1500/-so plzzzzz take necessary action on this issue other i will change my telenor simcard or port in other networks.

              I am holding telinor company networks connection bearing cell no. [protected] from last five years.

              However regret to inform that the company has barred the text message services from said number since last three years without any fault from my side.

              I made several complaints to the company, however the repeated and same answer received from call center that there is no fault on company side. Please check your cell instrument. I have checked my cell instrument and even put the sim in the other seven cell phones, however the problem persists, by giving reason message not send.

              In last week i have contacted to the local service provider of teninor company, however for the first time reply received the message services might have been barred by trai.

              So my request to the company to resolve my complaint either from trai or at its end.

              If the matter is not resolved then i have no alternative except to shift to other company. I have heard lot about this site hence i making complaint on this site. Please resolve problem.

                I received a message that if i recharge with rs20 then my number will be started again. Today i made a recharge of rs20 but my sim card neither started yet nor received any message. Please kindly check and start my card. Or else notify me in how many hours my sim card will be started again.

                  I just received a call from company. It just stated that to activate the service please press 9, and without pressing any number they activate service of govt jobs on my number deducting 30 rs from my balance.

                  I have been trying to reach customer care for like 50 times, but they do not provide any information on how to get the refund and just keep on providing offer details. As soon as i press 9 to talk with some representative, the call is deducted by them.

                  I would really appreciate to get my refund asap. I have wasted a lot of time for their mistake to make it correct.

                  Once i am use my current balance i am switching to some other company.

                  I would not recommend telenor to any one. Fraud company.

                  Please refund the balance asap.

                    My uninor number is closed due to inactivity of sim... But after some time it provided to other customer as a new number... Its wrong... Its a big mistake of company
                    My uninor number has been closed due to not recharge or inactivity but now from two months sim is not working only showing emergency calls only what nonsense it is...kindly open my sim [protected]... If these all done with every customer then it's better uninor company get closed forever...

                        I had given rs 200 for the activation of my initial no which was suddenly deactivated to the sigra telenor shop in varanasi. I was told dat sim will be activate in next 10 days and balance 0f rs 197 will be credited to your account. After dat the shop got closed and i frequently went to the rathyatra telenor zonal office. It is about one and half mnth after my prepaid no get activated but still i hve got only rs 33 as my prepaid balance.

                                I have recharge today with 80/- at 12:20pmand than made another recharge of 9/-at 12:24pm than i got a msg of internet activation than i have started browsing but the my full talk time has been cut instead of data plan i have asked to customer care they are saying that internet pack was used beforely at 11:59am i can't understand i have no balance at that time but they are saying i am using internet how it's possible how i can browse without balance this is second time they have done like this with me please respected sir take a action on them if not we can't believe on you because this is second time i am giving complaint against uninor and also i loose a hopes on you i can't get any justice

                                  I had taken uninor sim card from maharashtra (About 4-5 years back) and went to hydrabad (For 4 months (September 2016 to january 2017). After coming back to maharashtra my sim card service to no. [protected] has been deactivated. I was thinking it might be because of changing location but still my service is not started. This is my permenent number. Please activate it asap.

                                        आपकी कोंच इकाई में जो टेलीनोर स्टोर हैं वहाँ पर बैठने वाली जोया खॉन अवैध रुप से( टेलीनोर ग्राहको से सिम को आधार लिंक करने के लिये ) बसूली कर रही हैं
                                        जब मैने इस पर मना किया तो इन्होने कहा कि जो करना हैं कर लो सिम अगर आधार से लिंक करानी हैं तो 50 रु देना ही होगा
