Sir I have recharged from telenor app which was saying on recharge of 60 You will get extra 10Rs but I have received nothing extra benefit as promised and there rude customer service is saying to me their is no such offer for me despite their app showing such offers for me. This not a matter of 10 Rs this just the fraud I want to expose. Shame on telenor.
Plz address to this matter as soon as you can Sir.

    Hello sir/madam
    I am ripuresh pratap singh i used telenor service 3 or 4 years.
    Now my corcern is, i used 249 (Unlimited local and std free call) plan before 3 month suddenly today my cll disconnect. When i complaint costumer care then they told me your plane had changed when i asked him i have no information about this. Then he told me "sorry sir for this mistake"
    Kindly suggest me what i do?

      I have paid Rs. 50 for a monthly statement of incoming and outgoing call history of my number [protected]. when i will get them from my mail and how long should i wait. kindly urgently inform me.

Accordingly, I click use code-cash15, link given by telenor company on mobile no.[protected]and mentioned. Hi, Still looking for a recharge use coupon cash15 to get upto 15% discount only on https:www.telenor.in.recharge. I recharge on[protected] for rs.200/-.But Rs.170.91 talktime given for Rs.200/- and 15% discount not given. I talk with representative for 15% discount benefit and they said, 15% given back to you after 04 hours, I talk after 04 hours, He said you have to wait for 48Hours. After 48 hours, they stated that no benefit on available on your mobile. Please stop such advertisement false on website, it is chiting with consumers.           MY uninor sim [protected] has been dectivated due to insufficient balance amount... a massage came to me to recharge with in 15 days .. but sim has been deactivated only in 10 days...what is this ???               I m faceing too much problems because of this and the customer care executives not doing anything to solve my problem,
              sim card no activated since last two days. Mobile no assigned to me is [protected]. Sim no is[protected] . I am waiting since last two days for activation of the same but result is zero. I have seen so many complaints for telenor about let activation of numbers.

              Please help me and activate my no. soon as its very important for me.

                  I tried to do recharge of Rs.119 of my telenor number [protected] on[protected], Wednesday. I have paid using my credit card. Amount was deducted from my credit card but i didn't get benefit which was suppose to come with that amount.

                  I am requesting refund of this amount. Kindly be needful. ""

                  I have sent such email to [protected]@telenor.in, they asked for credit card statements for confirmation, I have provided them but after that they keep sending me repeated email for any query rather than providing satisfied answer.

                      Uninor mobile no for which i am facing problem is -[protected] (U. P west)
                      My present uninor no-[protected] (U. P west)
                      Stv 20 for increasing the validity.
                      Date - i am trying from last week and getting the same reply as (Error code 09. Recharge not possible)
                      Mode-i have tried by different retailer from my city as well as nearby city as well as through internet

                      Recharge error 09 occurs as the relailer is doing the recharge and i am not able to extend the validity. I have contacted customer care executives several times and i am unable to get help from them. I dont wont my telenor number to be terminated and i have also contacted the telenor dealers of various city.

                      Kindly look into the matter as soon as poosible and help me to retain my existing number in use. Please look into this matter seriously and i am hoping a positive reply from telenor department.

                              Sir we are unable to receive signals in ground flour . Where we need to come out side of the apartment and to talk as we felling discomfort.                                 One day i took a new sim and i sms to all my friends (which contact numbers saved in my mobile) to share my new phone number with my friends

                                Other then i did not sent any marketing/Promotion/advertisement sms to any mobile, but my number was blocked, i went telenor office but they told me that my number was blocked by trai so they can not do anything

                                    Hello,
                                    Today I visited one of your store at Lucknow for new connection. My father is cancer patient and I plan to be here to take care of him and needed a new connection.

                                    But to my surprise, Telenor refused to give me the application form as I happen to be with my Passport copy and I was told that Telenor company management and board of directors have gave directives to store to NOT TO ACCEPT PASSPORT as ID proof.

                                    I urgently needed this connection and I was shocked with insensitiveness of Telenor. Also, it strange that Telenor working in India does not consider Indian Passport as valid proof.

                                    I am also writing to External Affairs ministry and Respectable Sushma Swaraj to look into this matter and check how can Telenor call Indian Passport invalid on Indian Land.

                                    Really pathetic.

                                        I have been using uninor mobile number [protected] since the past 6 years.
                                        This number is connected to my bank account and college account also.
                                        due to some reasons i was not able to use the number for 2 months, and now when i inserted the simcard it shows that my number has been put out of service and removed from database without any prior notice.
                                        Uninor / Telenor customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
