    Dear sir,
    Subject:-for revert back necessary amount deduct from my talk time balance without my knowledge/permition.
    I have purchase this sim ([protected][protected] mobile no-[protected] in nov-2017.
    1) during the period jan-17 & feb-17 many un-necessary talk time deduction from my mobile balance, i have come to know when i have recharge rs30/- on 19/02/2017 & rs 75/- on 22/02/2017 and no outgoing call has been done from my mobile and found balance is zero.
    On 20th tell zero with (-rs6), on 22nd after charging talk time80 balance 10. And on 23rd feb again no outgoing call due no balance but i have not done single call. During thi period.
    Recharge detail (Rs75/-22ndfeb, rs30/- 19feb, rs40/-26jan, rs20/ — 26jan, rs.40/-15th jan) but this is use only as secondary mobile not continuous use as spare at home no body touch.
    So please you also send/ provide me talk time detail on my mail [protected]@gmail.com / sms on my mobile number -[protected] during this period.
    2) continuous many calls coming from unknown number i has been many number blocked but call has continuous coming.
    3) many sms has come from like indan gas, sbi bank, loans, tatasky, adhar, etc i have been worried about this.
    Please think about this matter & plan for re wart back unnecessary amount deduct from my talk time balance.
    Nobody touch/use mobile & balance deduct.
    Any balance should be deducted through otp without otp should not deduct from balance.
    I have thought that this number is double allotted.
    At last solve my problem for re wart back unnecessary amount deduct from my talk time balance. & un necessary unknown call & sms.

          Uninor sim card no activated since last two days. Mobile no assigned to me is [protected]. Sim no is[protected] and imsi no is [protected]. Such kind of lazyness by uninor is not acceptable. I am waiting since last two days for activation of the same but result is zero. I have seen so many complaints for uninor about let activation of numbers.

                This is to inform you that the internet is not working since long time in my no. [protected](micromax X597 2G) phone . Plz tell me the GPRS properly. I have done all the GPRS setting properly but the activation is showing "SIM NOT INSERTED" as i have inserted the sim properly .

                              I am from mathura district.. My Telenor no. Is.[protected] network are so.. Bad in my area.. .. Before 5 days.. .. Problem in outgoing and incoming call
                              .. .. What is the solution of this problem.. Please cure my problem.. Then.. I leave the Telenor network.. I'll change to other Sim network... ...
                              Mobile no. [protected]. On 24 Jan 2017 my amount was deducted .I never use internet.check it. If my bal. Is not recOvered I can't use this network
                              Please close your website bcoz not any information before balance deducted. I think this is very very bad network and your customer executive.                                 Hi Team,

                                I am M Sunil Kumar from Hyderabad and have done recharge of 333 Rupees ON 29th December 2016 at 21:49 PM IST, where I have not got benefited of 333 Rupees Talk time and have got talktime of Rupees 282 and I have got benefited of 3300 Local onnet seconds. Further I have raised the complaint and the request number [protected] has been resolved from their side stating that "Not eligible for scheme/benefit".

                                Kindly please look into this and I need extra 51 Rupees talk time

                                    I've recharged on 9-jan-2017 at 8:58 pm with rs. 44 on my telenor mobile no.[protected]. According to company's offer of special recharge it is said that i'll get tariff on all local calls at 25p/min for 28 days + 44 rs. Talktime with unlimited validity. I recharged with 44rs. & it was successful. I recieved msg stating that 25p/min is started for 28 days. But i didn't recieved 44 rs. Talktime. After then i called telenor customer care (No. 198) for inquiry. They said you'll recieve 44rs. Talktime in next 48 hours. But while showing offers it was not stated that consumer will get talktime in next 48 hours. Telenor company cheated with me & dishonestly deducted my amount by sending messages of special offers. Telenor company broke the law. If i didn't get 44rs. Talktime within 4 hours from now. I will go to consumer court. Telenor company is punishable under s.24, s.34, s.39, s.44, s.415, s.417, s.420 of indian penal code, 1860.

Still I'm not able to use it ...it showiny me emergency calls only from last two days...I replaced my card a week ago that card also showing me same that's why I bought new one but still the problem is not solved ... My card is out of work from last 2 week ... Im faceing too much problems because of this and the customer care executives not doing anything to solve my problem ...

                                        On 3rd of january, 2017 a VAS service (Hello tune) was activated on my phone number "[protected]" without my knowing or my permission. On 5th of January 2017 i came to know about the VAS service which was wrongly activated on my number. I called the customer care number at 4:27 AM in the morning to resolve the issue. My call was first attended by some customer care executive (don't know his name), i asked him to deactivate the VAS service(which i didn't activate) and refund my money but he said that it was against the company policy .I even asked him to charge me for the 2 days the service was activated and refund the remaining money but he was not able to resolve my issue so i asked him to transfer my call to any of his higher authority so he transferred my call to Mr. Atul Parmar. I told him about all whole scenario again and asked to resolve my issue but he also said that this was against the company policy. Then i asked him to lodge my complain and he bluntly refused to do so. I asked him about the designation he is working on and other details about where i was filing the complain but he said that he was not gonna tell me about those details. I asked him why he wouldn't do so as this is my right if i want to file a complain then he is bound to note down my complain. But again he arrogantly replied that he is not going to file my complain and i can go where ever i want wether it is consumer forum or court. I request you to please look into this matter and do the needful ASAP.
