I bought a telenor sim about 3 years ago, it stopped working and the signal have gone away I went to telenor office to collect duplicate of my sim, they checked my id details, but the id on which my sim is working didn't match to mine. They said the sim will be given only when the same person and same id will be available.
When i bought my sim i gave my id to the retailer, but he exchanged my id with someone's. I didn't know anything about this because there wasn't any sim card verification process 3 years ago.
I was using this sim card from last 3 years. In this mess, my responsibility was to give my id to the retailer but he did something wrong due to which i m getting suffered.
This is not a customer's fault that the id was exchanged.
I said to the telenor executive that i am providing all the details about my call details, my recharges, but they are not agreeing to give me the duplicate sim card.
I was using this sim card since 3 years, and this is my permanent number.

Please help me regarding all this.

I recharge rs. 168. 2 time. by net banking. my bank account debited this amount. but balance is not receive. not credit in my mobile number. pls reply as soon.

    Sir, when i call to anybody from my telinor sim first ill have to hear addvertisement sometime i hear 1-2 add i have very much frustuated in emergency time i'll have to wait in emergency situation please solve my problem as soon as possible. Please try to remove these add. I have also contacted telenor customer care but they told that we can't do anything we don't have any option.

          I am so much of suffering PROMO on every call. I am fully irrItating. Every day i am suffering this problem. So kindly resolve my complaint.           My sim card is deactivated from 2 days plz activate my number as soon as possible.
          This problem have done second time with me plz take the action as soon as possible

            Myself kumud ranjan my telenor no is[protected] had 11 rs balnce dated 22 nd nov 16, but telenor dad deducted complete amount without any usage, after taht i called the customer care, it replied that y had used the net, BUT BIG QUESTION is this i didnt used any net facility confirmily, and although my mobile is not supporting the net function.
            either telenor have to refund the amount.otherwise i have to move the consumer forum desk, my alternate no is [protected].

                  By dialing *234# i checked offer recharge with 10 get rs 30 talk time. I recharged same day but i have get 10 rs balance. I call to customer care they telling u will get after 48 hrs. But i have not get extra benefits yet.

                  Date of recharge is 19 nov 2016.

                  I have face same problem on same number before three times also

                    When I start calling, the companies unwanted speech starts there - " Ab telenor ke etc etc...! and nowdays when I call to idea customer his speech starts right on end of first speech - ' Ab telenor ke ...+ Idea pariwar ... etc etc"
                    so irritate.
                    It has take a long time to connect any URGENT or EMERGENCY call to one or other persons.

                    So, I request to company make this unwanted speech (before ringtone) to connect call to other fastest speed.

                    On 5 oct 2016, i had done recharge of 151.20 via telenor mobile app .my transacton id is[protected] and my ref.no is [protected].

                    sir since then i talked them 5 times, every time ther respone is unsatisfactory .

                      Dear sir/ma'am,
                      Recently I ported my Vodafone number to Telenor. My number is 9049242XXX.

                      Whenever I call a Telenor number I have to hear Telenor advertise voice explaining Telenor offers. Also when people call to my number they have to hear advertise voice of Telnor offers.

                      It is a big waste of time for me and also for people who are calling me on my number. I have called 198 related to this complaint. The customer representative (Mr. Gundappa) has said that it is not possible to stop this IVR message. I request to look in to this matter and help to stop this petty advertises on my number for incoming and outgoing calls. As much as I remember I have not signed on any document that says it is mandatory for me to hear Telenor advertises. Customer care people say that during call connecting time this IVR message is heard. But no call connecting time is so long. After the IVR message is made to hear then call is connected.

                      Government has already started DND service. But here Telenor is overruling this and make their customers to hear their marketing messages. Please look in to this issue.

                        Sir i used uninore gsm sim card my mbl number is [protected]
                        on 15th November at 11:15 A.m i received company MSG shown that if on this days i recharge 42 /- Rs i got unlimited free night data++Extra Free 2 gb data valid 28 days. also say that if i recharge on that MSG extra benefit add my account on 16th November...for shown this MSG i recharge on that days at 21:15 on uninore side 60/-Rs and cut 42/- Rs at dialing followed number *222*7*42#

                        Now three days pass i call many time in uninore customer care tell call says me in my system not MSG shown so u not get benefit of that MSG.

                          I used 6 rs telenor tatkal recharge after recharging my account 6 rs is not deducting and also call is not going through it.
                          Ir it may be that due to 6 rs tatkal recharge which is not compensating after recharging my account balance call is not going.

                            I have the offer of 25tt on r.c25 with life time validity.. Bit when I recharge with 25 it is showing 3days validity.. When I call the customer care they told me to wait 48hrs.. Even after 48hrs validity is still the same and I receive the on the next which is your special balance exparing today.. When I call the customer care they told that it is 3days validity not life time.. But still today I have the same offer when I told that he said we don't have that offer on your no. So I am attaching the screen shot of that offer.. If this offer is an error kindly please don't make customers fool.. With errors like this

                                0174 even than uninor deduct rs.84.00 from my main balance. i informed to customer care but uninor company not accepted for transaction & refund.
                                So i request to you to help me to refund my amount which is deducted by uninor.

                                My sim was corrupt due to using since 2009. Today m going to telenor store for renewatiion my sim/ issue a new sim of my number. Bt they told me that your regustration sim name not match. And the sim owner is belong to amravati. But it is unbeliveable. Plzzz help me. Some one. My no. Is very imp to me. I was unable to send the message to any number or any other network also from last 2 years. I told to customer care people so many times, and nobody is properly responding about it. Today mr. Rajkumar & mr. Sudeep reddy of telenor customer care told me that my number got blocked by trai for sending messages due to marketing messages, but i had a offer of 83 messages daily and even i am forwarding messages to well known customers and friends only, so please help me for resolving it.

                                      I have lost a mobile which was having a telenor sim inserted. When i called telenor number which was lost... It said that number is not reachable and later when i called back to same number after a couple of days then it says it is switched off.
                                      ...now what is the difference. What should someone understand from this. Whether the sim card was removed or phone was switched off

                                        Hello, i am pravin tidke. I am using telenor sim card from 5+ years. When i am purchasing sim card, we have submitted documents of my mother election id but now i went to store and checks deatils then it showing different name instead of i submitted documents. I want same number sim but no one helping me. I went to telenor store and call to customer care also but no one sort my problem. I have already taken sim card if same number before 2.5 year that time i have submitted my documents and they given me a new sim. But i don't know what's wrong with my documents who is responsible for exchange of documents and all please. Help me.
